A great place for its price segment. We were with my wife at the end of September.
Positive:
1) Good sea, although the beach is small. The water is clean and warm. The shore is sandy, turns into very small pebbles.
2) There is 1 large swimming pool, + 1 pool for water slides and shallow pools for children. There is an indoor pool with cool water. It is very pleasant to relax there from the heat and noise.
3) The cuisine is diverse, there are practically no frankly bad dishes. But here we must take into account that many locals come here to relax, so the cuisine is mostly national.
4) Soft drinks are quite diverse. We pour tea and coffee from coffee machines on our own, there is always water and ayran in the refrigerators (very good). Juices are a concentrate, but again quite acceptable.
5) Room cleaning every day, towels are changed. In general, it is quite on the level.
6) Alcohol - in general, you can drink. The choice may vary, so I am writing as it was for me.
The beer is only Efes, it was always fresh. A pleasant lager, just for daytime use.
The wine did not go down, it is no better than ours from the most economical segment. The martini is local, specific, and I can't praise it.
Spirits - vodka, Baccardi rum and Havana Club, economy class tequila, I don't remember what it's called, but definitely not 100% agave). Grants whiskey and some other kind, but none at all.
Cocktails are a very specific thing. It depends a lot on your ability to get to know the bartender. Learn a couple of phrases in Turkish - hello, thank you, and leave some tea in the place you like. The quality of the drink will noticeably change for the better, fresh berries and other goodies will be added.
Minuses:
If it is reasonable to understand that this is still an economy segment, then in fact there are none. It's stupid to expect lobsters and oysters in a place for a conditional 150 thousand per week for two. But I will highlight the annoying thing anyway:
1) A lot of sun loungers near the sea are broken, the backrest does not hold the corner. As a result, if you do not take a "normal" chaise longue in the morning, it will not be very comfortable. A penny problem in fact, but it is present. Sun beds are better near the pools.
2) Lack of privacy. This disadvantage comes from the concept - the territory is small, the entire infrastructure is squeezed into a very small space. As a result, there are practically no places except the room where you could sit quietly together.

I'm vacationing in Orange County Alanya Family Concept with my family arrived from Tyumen ( 9 days )Excellent hotel, good food.The reception and tour desk are the best of all praises, they will answer any question, they will help.
The hotel is located on the first coastline, the entrance is sandy and pebbly.I would recommend it to relatives and friends, of course yes, especially those who have children, there is everything that would be done with your children.

Not a bad hotel. It takes about 2 hours to drive from the airport with a stop. The hotel building is huge, there are swimming pools between the building and the sea. There is practically no territory. Personally, I didn't have enough walks by the sea. The shore is bounded on two sides. The sea is the main factor for me, which is why I'm going to the sea. The sea in the hotel is in different versions: the pier is a wonderful quiet place with the purest sea. And the sandy lagoon is a paradise for kids. The food in the hotel is like in the main restaurant, which has everything for every taste, so there is a pizzeria, a snack bar, a shawarma is twisted and a queue for it for an hour, and ice cream. There are a lot of bars everywhere, I didn't really understand how they differ. The rooms are normal, they immediately offered to pay 20 euros extra for each day for a sea view, we didn't need it, and so they gave it on the 0 floor from the lobby side. Cleaning and replenishing the bar daily, no complaints at all, everything worked in the room, and it was. I liked the show programs, there is a schedule, daytime and evening. I liked the holiday of colors and foam and oktowberfest and Brazilian.... I was surprised that the mini club was open for up to 24 hours. People came from the evening show, took the kids to the mini club and went to the disco on the pier, which was up to 24 hours, and after they took the kids and everyone went to a night dinner, it was surprising that there were a lot of people at the night dinner. We liked everything at the hotel, the staff was polite, we were quickly accommodated in a nice clean, spacious room with a recent renovation. The girl who cleans the room, cleans it thoroughly, answers all questions, attentive. The territory of the hotel is not large but very cozy. I really liked that there is a beach nearby, you don't have to go far. The only disadvantage of the hotel is loud and long music. We rested with our family for 10 days. I liked everything. We were met and settled right away (we arrived ahead of check-in time). A huge hotel, a large swimming pool, there are enough sun beds by the pool and under the canopy, on the pier and on the beach. In general, there is enough space even if you come after lunch. There are slides and areas for children. The entrance to the sea has pebbles, there is also sand with pebbles, gently sloping. Overall, the impression of the hotel is very good. The territory is not large, but there is everything you need for recreation, not for those who like to walk, more for those who like passive recreation. Excellent pier and beach. The food is delicious, there is enough of everything and meat and vegetables and fruits and sweets, the beef tails were surprised (very tasty). Drinks are also fine, alcohol is imported (mostly), instant coffee in coffee machines, but acceptable to taste, Turkish coffee is made in the lobby. Everything is included in the all inclusive. The room is cleaned every day! The only negative is the attitude of local vacationers, where they rest, piles of garbage, Cigarette butts everywhere behind them, they smoke everywhere, even had to be pulled down a couple of times so that they did not smoke nearby, but this is no longer a question for the hotel, but for the culture of local recreation. The hotel has an excellent hammam and sauna, do not listen to the guides who offer a cheaper hammam, outside the territory, we went-a quiet horror! By the way, the hammam and saunas in the hotel are free, for money only massage and foam treatments. The bars are open around the clock, but in turn, one closes, the other opens.

We have been staying at this hotel for three years in a row. Frankly, this is not a five-star hotel. But there is a very good children's playroom that pays for everything! They are really engaged in children! A large space with a sandbox, a moon park, and an aquagrim. Special thanks to Oscar! Children are happy to spend time, and parents have the opportunity to relax! Incendiary children's discos every evening. Stunning views from the room, a comfortable sandy beach for children and a beautiful pier for adults. Good hookahs, beer and delicious food. Everything in the restaurant is very poorly thought out and there are no concepts of ergonomics and service, but all the food is delicious and the coffee is too. There is always something that children love and several types of meat and fish. There is nothing unusual or outright refined, but in 10 days I didn't get tired of anything, there was always an assortment. A great snack bar with a wonderful shawarma. In general, I love this hotel, we book everything on our own and there are never any problems. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The alcohol is local, but it is poured generously.
Nearby there is a pharmacy, shops, an excellent outlet with normal prices. Some accept Russian cards.
The hotel is budget-friendly, but for a relaxing family holiday, it is completely suitable!

The cuisine in the restaurant is very tasty, there is a large selection of meat dishes for dinner, so you can try something new every day.
What makes the hotel very different from others is the professional equipment for evening shows. Music, lights, and every week the x-riders show was brought - motorcycles inside the ball - such a show will not be brought to every hotel.
Also in the evening, a cool idea is to do a disco and live music at two points at the same time. Everyone will find a way to have a good time after the evening show.
Cool water slides, including for children there are children's water slides, a large children's room where children spend their leisure time under the supervision of animators and give their parents a rest.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of bottled beer (beer for bottling is quite light, I would like bitterness), a night dinner from 00-00 to 01-00, after one o'clock in the morning you will not be able to have a snack. I would like to recommend that the management introduce a point at night where you can have a pizza or a burger, since we stopped at the hotel late and barely made it to dinner at night.

We had a rest from 11 to 18 June.
Territory. It is small, there is very little greenery, but everything in the hotel is thoughtfully and comfortably located; so that in some parts of it you may never visit, so the conditional absence of territory here did not bother at all.
A large swimming pool. There were a lot of people, but there was enough room for everyone in the pool and by the pool. There is an indoor swimming pool. There are several pools for children.
Towels. They give you a card.
Beach. The first one is coastal, the beach is sandy, but small. There is an artificially formed bay in the beach area, which is why it may be warmer to swim there, but the water is dirty (dirt, of course, from vacationers: cups, tubes, diapers, etc.).
Basically, all the sun beds are located on the pier, the pier is large and there are several descents into the sea. There are always sun beds, especially if your company is small. The pier is clean, cozy, and comfortable.
Rooms. The room is spacious, clean, but a little "lived-in" (bathroom), but everything works as it should. The bar in the room is replenished every day: water, juices, soda. We had a room with a view of the road, behind which there were local houses of 3-5 floors, small shops and greenhouses.
Meal. It is tasty and quite diverse. In addition to the restaurant and bars, there is a pizzeria. Seafood is scarce and not every day. Delicious ice cream. For fans of champagne, there is one, including a beach bar; good cocktails. I haven't tried any other alcoholic drinks. The 2 main disadvantages at this point are queues and dirty cups (you have to choose a cleaner cup or take a paper cup).
Check-in. There was a slight overlap, but it was quickly resolved. Special thanks to Zulfiya from FUN & SUN (representative of the tour operator at the hotel). Check-in is the main disadvantage of the hotel.
Good Wi-Fi, including on the pier by the sea, which is very convenient.
Animation. Daytime animation is super. The guys are not lazy, they actively involve people in games and competitions, which is especially valuable, because different countries were gathered: Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Iran, Latvia, Lithuania, in my opinion, the Germans were also there. I was at the evening animation only once - "an evening with a magician ", I liked it.
The staff is Russian-speaking.
Nearby (500 meters to the left of the hotel) there is an Outlet, there is a good pharmacy, you can buy supplies, they speak Russian, there is wi-fi, in case you check the entire list with the customer who stayed at home. It is better to look at clothes and shoes in the shopping center of Alanya.
For those who like to "smoke": leave the hotel, go left, cross the pedestrian path, even to the left, there will be several consecutive tiled roofs with an inconspicuous sign, the prices will pleasantly surprise you.

We had a rest in May 2024, terrible service, not a large selection of food, local alcohol of poor quality, imported alcohol is declared at the hotel, but the bar is offered only for money. Insane queues at the bar, for 30-40 minutes, half of the establishments from the concept did not work.
Expectations and reviews of the hotel were shattered by the harsh reality. The worst vacation in 15 trips to Turkey!!!

Of course, I have super views from the room, only the disco and the concert are very clearly audible.
