This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are very neat and cozy. There is everything you need. Friendly, courteous staff. And reliable parking. Thanks!
As many stars as the hotel has, I give it as many here.
For its cost, in general, not bad. But not wow, there are 3* times better.
And now for the case:
1. The room stock has not seen repairs, probably, since the 2nd thousandth year;
2. Plumbing is old, furniture is old;
3. The cleaning is average. But here is not a claim to the workers, but, again, to repair;
4. The TV didn't work, I tried to set it up. Only the "First Channel" appeared and that without sound;
5. A huge, straight huge plus is that the hotel is in the center: 10 minutes and 4 rubles by taxi from the railway station. And 30 minutes and already 40 rubles from the airport. To the Upper town on foot, foot by foot, 15 minutes maximum. Well, the view from the room was beautiful :)
The hotel is located near the sights, near the shopping center, restaurants and cafes.
Among the disadvantages, the room has barely warm water and very poor pressure.In autumn, after a walk and in the rain...I didn't have to count on a hot shower.
The hotel is terrible, it stinks, everything is old, broken, the shower is all in mold, the water does not go away. Even for one night, the mood was spoiled
A great big beautiful hotel in the center of Minsk. I was here in the summer of 2018.
There are a lot of foreigners of various nationalities living here (I have met Germans, French and Americans more often) and I think this hotel suits them because it is more than just good for my taste.
Very clean, the beds are super, the shower and the bathroom are completely without complaints, the breakfast is an excellent Swiss table.
In general, of course, it's not bad, but I would like to be a little more modern. The location is good, the bed linen is clean, not old, the bed does not creak, the pressure in the shower is excellent.
Four for a moderate budget ..., in the sleeping area, the legacy of the Soviet period in the interior and communications.. There are a large number of tour operators from Belarus and the EU on holidays and weekends
Everything is fine for your money. It is clean and tidy, there is a possibility of breakfast, in the same building there are hot coffee establishments and a bar with a cinema inside.
Everything is old....It's broken.the bathroom is not clean...
I do not recommend it.
But the cheapest thing was free. I had to stop.
The location is good at the same time
Convenient location, in the city center. It's clean, but the rooms are "tired". In the bathroom, the shower cabins are not washed: rusty plaque on the tile, on the pallet. If desired, it can be washed with at least acetic acid. There was not enough kettle in the room. The standard rooms are sooo small.
I liked. The room is not big, but cozy. View from the window of the park and the Museum of the Great Patriotic War. The location is very good. Breakfast is expensive, but we found a coffee shop nearby. The staff is friendly.
The price does not match the quality. However, it is very expensive. The hotel itself is old, at least 90 years old. There is no service. I think I got into a past life. Bottom line: the rooms are small, old,the food is below average, and in general it is very expensive. I don't recommend it.
A cozy 14-storey hotel. The double room has a kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator and air conditioning, cups, saucers, boats, glasses. The room is cleaned daily. Change the towel too. The furniture is new. It is better to make payment by card. Breakfast is available for a fee. Lunch at the hotel restaurant, just go through the passage to another building. Lunch is from 13.00 to 15.00. Lunch is on average about 6 Belarusian rubles per person. But in the dining room it is better for cash, because they withdraw SIM cards at an incomprehensible rate.
Great, I won't say anything about the hotel itself, I don't know. But there is a manicure and eyelash extension room, excellent craftsmen work, professionals in their field.
A great hotel, great breakfasts, but the reception staff is not very efficient. The view from the room is simply amazing. I highly recommend this hotel
I was in a single room, I'll say so to myself, the room smelled not clear what, if possible I will look for another place, the only thing I liked was the location not far from Nemiga
Everything is fine. The price is adequate, they paid with the Mir card. They settled in quickly. Provided Wi-Fi, it works well throughout the hotel, even on the street. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean and cozy. The rooms have soap, shampoo, shower gel. The view from the window of the 6th floor of the city made a pleasant impression.
Very modest breakfasts. There is no kettle in the room, no knives, forks, spoons, but there are more than enough glasses and glasses. The cleaning is good, the staff is polite. Parking for cars at the hotel is a plus. And so, everything is very modest: why a room is considered a "suite" is not entirely clear.
Good afternoon! We checked into the Suite. The room itself is not bad, but there were no slippers, no toothbrushes, no toothpaste. We found out that the refrigerator was not working, and we really needed it to store medicines. We were told that there were no refrigerators, I still knocked out by 12 at night, honestly, I was very disappointed with the hotel for such an attitude, 3 stars, but in relation to 1 it only pulls.
The hotel resembles a return to the 90s.Retro hotel.The rooms are small and not particularly comfortable.It is not in demand.The main part of the premises is rented out.
They sent a colleague on a business trip. Terrible reviews and impressions. A melted air conditioner that is scary to turn on. A shower room with broken plastic, which has an Internet connection, but in fact does not work. Windows that are scary to open, but unrealistic to close. The doors are cracked and closing so that you can wake up the neighbors. And a lot more negative things about tired furniture and furnishings. There is a complete discrepancy between the images from the site and what you saw firsthand.
A solid three for the inner entourage and a two for the food. The location is good. But the staff is fine. Therefore, the total is three points. Soundly, without frills and acceptable for more than the price
It's not 3 stars for sure.
The towels are shabby, they are not changed every day. The plumbing is just tinny. Shower stall -I want to cry, fungus in the cracks.
The window sills were not wiped during the season, there is no kettle in the room. The bed is rickety, but the linen is clean and snow-white.
The dining room is a nightmare..... there are dead insects and dirt in the Corner near the washing machine-are the floors not washed at all? The vases are dirty, the cold installations are dirty, not well maintained. Everything is greasy. Although the set of dishes is normal.
The stop of transport is far away, the store is far away!
In short, he wants to be better!!!!
A real rare Soviet deputy!!! ... but it's clean and everything works. The TV with a diagonal of 24 inches is half-blinded, the TV is antediluvian but quite working, you can use the room key, it's so heavy. Rooms are cleaned on demand. Soap and shower gel are the worst possible. Take it with you. The bed is super, moderately soft and wide... There is a refrigerator.
We lived in a "Suite". They try to be clean, but everything is quite old, especially San. knot.
There are no questions about underwear and towels.
Three for the price-quality ratio.
..The time machine exists, I visited the 80s... and this is in the center of my beloved Minsk...this is not a hotel, this is a retro museum of some kind for furniture and repairs..
I stayed in a Suite without breakfast. The building was built for the Olympic Games-80. The price-quality ratio is quite adequate, but the interiors are already outdated. Convenient access and parking. Nice view from the window. The hotel does not have its own restaurant.
The hotel is located in the city center. The hotel is expensive for its service. The breakfasts are cold even when they arrived at 7.00! There's a queue for the coffee machine!!! One device. Milk powder.
The room is small, there is garbage on the floor from previous tenants. The audibility is very high from the nearest neighbors, ESPECIALLY the noise of the shower! It seems that they are washing in your room! Garbage is taken out of the bathroom every day. We lived for 3 days during this time, the towels were not changed.
There is free parking, but it is packed with cars, probably those who come to the nearest museums, cafes, shops, in short, on business. By evening, the parking lot is empty. There is a paid parking lot.
Economy class hotel, standard rooms in need of repair, old plumbing, refrigerator is not working. Breakfast is a Swiss table, but the waiters are in no hurry to replenish it and in fact it is empty, and the products are of poor quality. The result is that the price and quality do not match. On the plus side, the location is close to the Upper Town, but not within walking distance
Very friendly and courteous staff, everything is clean and conscientious! This is a huge plus of the hotel. But there are no conditions for modern recreation, alas. For visitors, the only way to eat is to have breakfast before 10 a.m. Lunch and dinner in the hotel is not possible unless you have brought an extra suitcase with food, dishes and a kitchen.
Great hotel. Nice, clean rooms. A good, delicious breakfast. Helpful staff. I have stayed here many, many times and have never been disappointed. I recommend rooms with a view of the avenue, and higher. The view of the city is fantastic.
