Good location, close to a museum and a park area. We walked and had a lot of fun! Clean, beautiful view from the room, lots of elevators, excellent breakfasts. The staff is on the level. I got high. I recommend it!!!
Convenient location. The rooms are small and the number of bedside tables per square meter is off the scale, all legs are bruised))) In general, if you spend the night it's not bad
We rented 3 rooms for 3 people. They settled everyone on different floors. Each room has its own problems. It is always cold in the rooms, and batteries and additional heating do not help from the word at all, they slept in their clothes. It's very dirty, we found a keychain with a fish on the floor from the previous owners. The shower is generally a song, the heated towel rail does not work, noise insulation is 0, when someone washes, all the neighbors hear, hot water is confused with cold, and you have to wait for the right temperature for 15 minutes, standing with a shower head in your hands, in one of the showers such a miracle was waiting (photo). The prices are very high, including for breakfast, which is definitely not worth taking. You will pay a lot of money for the terrible quality of accommodation and you will be very disappointed. It is not recommended.
The hotel at this price is normal, but the old rooms and furniture. Of the disadvantages, there is also a toilet with a shower. There are often rooms in which water flows from both places. But if the windows overlook the square, plus a huge one.
By the way, 200 rubles to the train station by taxi. Good price.
There are air conditioners installed under the window from other rooms, as I understood, since I did not turn on my own. Strong vibration, screeching from this air conditioner until the neighbors turn it off. She lived on the 7th floor.
We stayed for one night. The room for two is a little cramped for my taste. There is one bed, one blanket for two, low pillows. We managed to find an extra blanket (without a duvet cover) and an extra pillow in the room. I didn't have the strength to go to the reception. The bathroom is cramped, the taps had to be tightened with effort. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful.
It's a great place. Convenient location almost in the city center, but without the noise of cars under the windows. Almost across the street is Pobediteley Park, there is a place to walk. Pleasant polite staff, all issues were quickly resolved, especially liked the administrator Tatiana. Daily room cleaning. The maid Alla is very sweet and responsive, diligent and responsible!
A good hotel, only the shower is cramped :)
The breakfast is varied, there is something to choose for different tastes, and scrambled eggs, porridge, yogurt, and cereals.
The room is not big, but everything is there. Beautiful view from the window.
Victory Park is nearby and the metro is not far away.
There is a private parking for cars for the guests.
There is a water cooler on the floor.
Conveniently located, there is a private parking. The hotel is not new, but it is pleasant enough. The prices are gentle. I didn't cross paths with the staff, but they did the cleaning (garbage was taken out, bathroom accessories were updated). The refrigerator in the room is not cold, i.e. not at all. When asked why this unit should be plugged into an outlet, there were incomprehensible explanations that it used to be a minibar. What kind of relationship is unclear. This is not an accident - we had 2 rooms, the other one is the same. Air conditioning is also for furniture. The TV normally shows only three Western channels - two in English and one from the Voice of America from Prague. The state channels with big ripples, one day I set up the RTR channel, in the morning it was not there (and did not tune in). Given that the antenna is collective, the attitude is ambiguous
I liked the hotel. Conveniently located. Its own secured Parking. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. The staff is good-natured and attentive. The room is clean, three towels for each, there is water in the cooler, there is a hairdryer.
Plus a convenient location. Cons the rest: a cramped double room, buzzing air conditioning, lack of hotel slippers, audibility from the corridor, a tiny piece of soap the size of a coin, a dirty running shower, tasteless food: in the morning, at least a buffet, electronic keys and the like are out of the question. I was glad that I was not there for long, I put 3, but I can also put 2.
I go to Minsk every year. I like it here. And every time I stay at the Planeta Hotel. I like it here too. You can walk to the metro and the atmospheric center. There is a huge park nearby.
We are pleased with the large secured Parking, free for guests.
The room stock has been renovated inside. In 2022, compared to 2018, it became much more comfortable.
Not pretentious, but spacious, clean and cozy.
Breakfasts are expensive, but you can eat at one of the many cafes outside the hotel.
The prices are quite good.
I recommend.
The rooms are quite comfortable, air conditioning, refrigerator, dishes in the room are present.
Of the disadvantages, these are bathrooms. They are quite tired and there is almost no lighting. Hot water appears after a few minutes.
A Soviet hotel in one word. The shower room is dirty, elevator 1 only worked, there were 2-3 dishes for breakfast, it was not tasty. I wanted to move out faster.
I really liked the hotel, the rooms are clean, modern furniture, linen smells fresh.Very helpful staff. Breakfast is a buffet, the dishes are varied and delicious.
We were checked in 45 minutes later.. There was only one glass in the wine room, a dirty window, a box made a very loud noise under the window at night.. on the second day, we were not cleaned and the towel was not replaced (((
Great view from the window of the 5th floor, I was in a single room, clean, everything is not much outdated, it looks fine, the city center, there is a place to walk nearby, I came for breakfast and ate everything there)) then they carried it , in my opinion , the restaurant does not have enough staff,
A former Soviet hotel. The rooms are spacious with a cramped shower stall. The mattress is not bad, but the pillow is a quiet horror, I woke up every morning with a sore neck
The maid has never been seen, the towels seem to have come from former clients. The replacement failed. The only thing that pleases is the location. Breakfast is not much.
Nice hotel. With a little repair. The elevators are still being changed... but of course the smell of welding is all over the floors... this institution does not paint.
The hotel is diligent, but very Soviet. The suite even looks very simple, by modern standards. Separately, I will note the chic location of the hotel. Near the WWII Museum
The room is clean and tidy. I lived on the 12th floor, there was a slight smell of sewage in the room. In the summer, you can open the window and the problem will be solved. Convenient location
A great hotel. The price-quality ratio is flawlessly achieved. The biggest advantage is the location - on the banks of the Svisloch River, near Victory Park, museum, catamaran rental, shopping center and many other attractions of the wonderful city of Minsk. You can walk to Nemiga metro station, or walk through the courtyards to Frunzenskaya station.
Very nice price and beautiful view from the window. The only suggestion is to expand the list of channels on the TV. And so everything is fine) if you are lucky enough to visit Minsk again, I will make a choice again in favor of this hotel.
A very nice hotel. Friendly staff who helped solve the problem with my car. They found me both a car service and a tow truck. The room is very clean, bright, and cozy. Good nutrition. The impression was the best.
A terrible hotel, three rooms were changed in one day, the air conditioner did not work in one, and in the other they took a suite, but it turned out not a suite, but an ordinary room
It's very good for a 3-star hotel.
Good location, quiet, cozy, polite staff. Everything that a tourist needs is available. For the more whimsical, there are VIP rooms. We liked it.
I liked the hotel.
We booked a room on the hotel's website, without prepayment, the price is good, it corresponds.
There are nice girls at the reception, they registered quickly. The room is spacious and clean. We took a two-room, for three. Each room has air conditioning, dishes, and enough towels.
The bed was good, the pillows were too low, but we were given an extra pillow, so no problem. There is a cooler on the floor, it is very convenient, we like to drink tea)))
There is a bar on the ground floor, there are drinks, coffee, some desserts.
There are 2 supermarkets nearby, a large shopping center is a 10-minute walk away. The metro is a 12-minute walk away, but we mostly took a taxi. Since the hotel is close to the center, the trips were inexpensive.
I didn't have enough blackout curtains, the windows face east, I can't sleep in the summer. We were in autumn, it was cloudy and we got up early, so it's okay.
But if there were curtains or roller blinds black-out, it would be super.
Oh, and the mini-bar was empty and not connected, but we never use it.
Summary - I liked the hotel, next time we will stay here too.
Convenient location, near the Museum of the History of the Second World War, a park. The hotel matches its stars. The rooms are clean and, most importantly, quiet, bathrobe, slippers. The breakfasts are delicious and varied.
The hotel is good, the standard room is not large, there is a TV, a wardrobe, a table, there is a hairdryer in the shower. Convenient location, near the Gallery shopping center.
The hotel is very simple, the furniture and interior are tired. It's good to spend the night. It is better to take even-numbered rooms, a beautiful view of the city center. We lived high up, only one of the four elevators worked, it turned out to be a big problem to leave with our suitcases in the morning, we got out very well in advance.
Nice staff. Emotionally, it's a kind of return to the Soviet Union. The breakfast is not bad, there is not such a large selection, but the main thing is there. The room is clean. It was 2 nights, generally fine. After check-out, it is possible to leave bags in the luggage room. It's nice that the hotel is a smoke-free area.
Of the disadvantages in the room, the bathroom door was tightly closed, it was necessary to tighten the hinges))
The rooms are nice, clean, and the staff is polite. The plumbing is old, as is the hotel itself. But the overall impression is good.. The price-quality ratio is good.. The breakfasts are hearty but not varied...
This is a Soviet hotel (from Soviet times). It was very interesting to see the interior of that time in a fresh, preserved form. A chic scope inside in the halls.
I do not recommend this hotel. An insanely dirty bathroom in a hotel room, a rickety toilet, a disgustingly dirty toilet curtain, smelly towels. Also, after washing in the shower, the entire floor was wet.
The hotel is located in the center of Minsk. The room for two is small and cozy. We were in December, it seemed that the room was cool. there are wool blankets. They save. There is a cooler on the floor. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious, the hall is decorated with mosaics. Nicely. The hotel is not new, but it is good. Within walking distance of the metro, shopping center, attractions.
A normal hotel. The only drawbacks are that the elevator takes a very long time to wait and very good audibility, you can hear what is being said in the next room
An interesting hotel, located in the center. It is easy to get to the subway. I recommend taking a suite right away, the usual rooms are tired. The price is acceptable
The bed creaks, the pillows are disgusting, like cotton wool inside. They don't tell anything at the reception when checking in, everything needs to be "pulled with ticks", they don't say hello, they don't smile, very unfriendly staff! We learned a lot more from the bar staff than from those who had to provide all the information! Don't set foot on you anymore! Why was the review rejected? Because it's negative?
