We lived on the 6th floor. The room is clean, all furniture and plumbing are in good condition, towels, soap, shampoo, paper were changed every day. The buffet will not leave you hungry. The city center, all within walking distance. Near ATMs for every taste, a chic park, a museum, a river, all kinds of shops and cafes. A wonderful city, a wonderful hotel.
Convenient location - close to the city center and parks.
The service is very polite.
The breakfasts are expensive and unimportant.
There is an air conditioner, but it barely pulls, unfortunately, it cools the room by 2 degrees in 4 hours (there is a thermometer on the panel, which is convenient. But you won't die from the heat))
The price-quality ratio is normal, I would stay here again.
A good place in the very center of Minsk, a beautiful view from the window, free Parking for cars, friendly staff, a good comfortable bed, I liked everything. I recommend it!
the air conditioner does not work well, towels and bed linen have not been changed in 4 days and were not even offered to be replaced, the room is stuffy, the window was constantly opened.
A good hotel. I stopped twice. The first in 2014, the second in 2023.
The rooms have air conditioning, in the morning breakfast (buffet). Combined bathroom. The rooms are serviced regularly.
It's very bad. The rooms are old, everything is broken, the furniture is stripped, the plumbing is barely alive. The phone in the room does not work, the cooler on the floor does not heat the water, and there is almost never any water in it. The breakfasts are disgusting! There is no food to be interrogated! The coffee machine is not working. There is a shortage of forks. Empty trays are already at 8.30 am. The staff is barely moving. Tables are not cleaned for a long time. But they regularly ask for the room number, they will run straight to you. Of the advantages, only the location, but this is certainly not the merit of the hotel. I do not recommend it very much! There are many hotels in Minsk, you don't need to come here
There was a whiff of the good old Soviet times.. The hotel has not changed much since that era.The rooms are clean, but the TV is not turned on, dead batteries are in the remote control, the shower cabin is leaking, self-service machines are not working, the restaurant does not consider it necessary to rob in the evening either! But in general Minsk is a wonderful city!
The repair is acceptable, the prices are marketable. The staff is helpful, there is a large free parking. The only huge disadvantage is that the refrigerators do not work in the rooms. I lowered my score for this.
A very decent hotel built during the Soviet period, but this does not spoil it at all, but rather gives it a certain nostalgic charm. Convenient location almost in the center of Minsk
Breakfast is available for a fee of 600 rubles , but the buffet is a little poor. There is a cafe with Belarusian cuisine nearby.Overall, a good hotel for a reasonable price. The staff is polite.
The convenient location of the hotel. And this is probably the only plus. The rooms are tiny, the wardrobe is only for outerwear. There is not a single shelf for clothes or shoes.Breakfasts are monotonous sausages, pancakes, buckwheat. There were 2-3 buses for the New Year holidays, the hotel was filled with tourists, and only one elevator worked.Service for 2-3 days, no more.
A cozy hotel, all rooms are in the style of the USSR, clean and cozy, the staff is polite. The location is very convenient, close to the central attractions. The breakfasts are delicious, everything is fresh, coffee from the coffee machine, what you need to start a productive day!
A good hotel. The rooms are clean. The air conditioner is old, it does not cope well, the window saved us)) We only spent the night there, so everything was fine.
There are air conditioners installed under the window from other rooms, as I understood, since I did not turn on my own. Strong vibration, screeching from this air conditioner until the neighbors turn it off. She lived on the 7th floor.
We were very satisfied. Clean, delicious breakfast, quiet, beautiful view of the Hero City of Minsk. The hotel is very conveniently located, not far from the Upper Town, the Svisloch river and Troitsky are a great place to walk. And the Island of Tears is a memory for all time!!!
I didn't go further than the reception. The bas-reliefs above the entrance hint at the Soviet past of the hotel.
I went there for a massage. The massage is good.
The cafeteria with alcoholic beverages is satisfactory.
A former Soviet hotel. The rooms are spacious with a cramped shower stall. The mattress is not bad, but the pillow is a quiet horror, I woke up every morning with a sore neck
The room rate is too high for such a room, there are no disposable slippers, the shower is leaking, towels are not bleached, high audibility in the room.
On the positive side, very friendly staff, comfortable bed and clean white linens, beautiful view from the window to the avenue. It is possible for one night, no more
A scoop. There is a smell of sewage in the room, an elevator is being repaired on the floor, and an almost open mine. I was on a business trip, I wouldn't have checked in here myself.
The hotel is a bit from the past. The rooms are decorated in the Malovasyukovsky Empire style. But you can live if you don't need to wash (there was no hot water both days of your stay).
Well... luxury, of course, is good, but not perfect or should be a little cheaper)
The staff is excellent and not noticeable. The breakfasts are delicious. Parking is convenient.
The maid has never been seen, the towels seem to have come from former clients. The replacement failed. The only thing that pleases is the location. Breakfast is not much.
We were checked in 45 minutes later.. There was only one glass in the wine room, a dirty window, a box made a very loud noise under the window at night.. on the second day, we were not cleaned and the towel was not replaced (((
A good option for a couple of nights. Neat rooms, clean, friendly service, close to the main attractions. When booking, they will definitely check in, and not like with renting an apartment: yours broke down today (they often call problems with wiring), but I have another one ... the devil on my horns.
The price of 275 Belarusian rubles is expensive for this institution. From the outside, a beautiful European hotel, a shabby room from the USSR in the interior, the water barely flows, it's not comfortable to steal from the mattresses that have been lying down, the smell of mothballs in the room interrupts even more strongly the smell of mothballs from the corridor. Of the advantages, a pleasant sociable staff, you can pay with a Mir card.
We were passing through Smolensk, stayed at the Art Barin hotel. The hotel was found by accident and did not regret it. This is the best hotel where we stayed. The service, the room, the breakfast are all on top. I highly recommend it.
