We have already stayed here 4 times. The hotel is simple, but we like it. It is possible to pay extra for early check-in and late check-out. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a cooler with water (cold and boiling water) on the floor. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom, once it flushed the water badly. In general, the bathroom is acceptable, but it could be cleaned cleaner. But the price/quality ratio outweighs it. From the Windows there is a beautiful view of Minsk, if possible, ask for the 12th floor. The historical center is 15 minutes on foot, 10 minutes from the large Gallery shopping center, where we went for breakfast and lunch in Cornflowers
Inattentive attitude towards customers. There is no coordination of the maids on the floor and the administration. The key to the ironing room is at the administration, the ironing room itself is on the 4th floor. For 9 nights, the bed was changed 1 time and then asked.....Only the breakfasts are delicious (buffet) and the friendly receptionists at the restaurant.
we rented a suite for three with a child. overall not bad, but the room is a little tired. 2 rooms in one bed, in the other a sofa that was barely laid out) Very modest for a suite
The hotel is terrible, it stinks, everything is old, broken, the shower is all in mold, the water does not go away. Even for one night, the mood was spoiled
The room is terrible, dirty, dusty, everything is falling apart. The lock was kept on snot. The refrigerator has frozen all the food. The shower stall and all the plumbing are so old that it's scary to go in. The towels are old, the breakfast was not delicious. Of the advantages, only the location.
We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights during the New Year holidays. The rooms are generally not bad, clean, there is everything you need - bathrobes, slippers, soap, shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer. We lived on the 12th floor. The view is very beautiful.
I take off two stars for the negligent attitude of the staff. The situation turned out to be very unpleasant and it spoiled the impression of the rest.
Good location. There is nowhere to park, everything is always busy nearby, on the lawn. The approach to the hotel is like walking through ruins. The steps on the stairs of the paths are damaged, it is strange even to step on them. The hotel itself has a kind of ordinary appearance from the outside, nothing special, but inside, basically, everything froze in the 90s.
The staff is very attentive. The room is cozy and clean. Cleaning was done every day. The hotel is very conveniently located, many attractions could be reached on foot. Recommend
I really liked the hotel. I lived in a single room. The bed is spacious, the mattress is comfortable. Clean and cozy.
The hotel has a restaurant and a cafe.
I went to breakfast. It's expensive, but a good selection of dishes, you can take, for example, yogurt with you. And the most important thing is the restaurant hall: it is very beautiful!
The advantage of this hotel is the location and maybe the appearance, otherwise a shabby,"scoop" with an attempt to allegedly renovate the apartment. It seems that they do not want to invest in room service and repair, but do it according to the principle:,, and so it will do." For example, the hinges of the toilet seat are different and therefore it is crooked, the hood in the bathroom does not work. To take a shower, you do not need to turn on cold water, and the shower stall is very high, I am 186 cm tall, so its threshold is knee-deep. There are no slippers, although they promised on the website, and there is no mosquito net either. The room itself is cramped. Based on the above, I can say that the price is very high, we had to pay 13,000 for two nights, for comparison, in Pskov, we paid 3,000 for 2 nights in a more comfortable room! At the Orbita hotel, on Pushkinskaya for 2 nights 7000r. And by the way, when booking, the price is not fixed, but depends on the dollar exchange rate at the time of check-in, here's a surprise. In general, the taste and color of all markers are different, but I will not move in here))
We returned from Minsk, stayed at the Planeta Hotel. I really liked it. Both the location and the staff, and the room, there are no complaints. Everything is very decent!!!!!
I was on a business trip to the hero city of Minsk. The hotel is located in the very center of the city. The rooms are clean. The breakfasts are delicious. Cool view from the window!
We lived on the 6th floor. The room is clean, all furniture and plumbing are in good condition, towels, soap, shampoo, paper were changed every day. The buffet will not leave you hungry. The city center, all within walking distance. Near ATMs for every taste, a chic park, a museum, a river, all kinds of shops and cafes. A wonderful city, a wonderful hotel.
the air conditioner does not work well, towels and bed linen have not been changed in 4 days and were not even offered to be replaced, the room is stuffy, the window was constantly opened.
I liked the hotel. The expectations were fulfilled. The location is good, Everything in the room is clean and tidy. The double bed is comfortable: a good mattress. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is polite and courteous. Next time we will consider this hotel for accommodation.
It is quite clean, the food is ordinary, without frills, the staff is polite. Overall, I liked everything, but it seems it's time to update the rooms. If you're lucky with the room, you'll have a great view of the city, not the courtyards.
An inexpensive old hotel in the city center, with a very convenient location, courteous staff. I lived in a clean single room for 3 days. Zaatrak is without frills, satisfying. Everything is great, thank you. Maybe I'll stay here again next time)
It's very bad. The rooms are old, everything is broken, the furniture is stripped, the plumbing is barely alive. The phone in the room does not work, the cooler on the floor does not heat the water, and there is almost never any water in it. The breakfasts are disgusting! There is no food to be interrogated! The coffee machine is not working. There is a shortage of forks. Empty trays are already at 8.30 am. The staff is barely moving. Tables are not cleaned for a long time. But they regularly ask for the room number, they will run straight to you. Of the advantages, only the location, but this is certainly not the merit of the hotel. I do not recommend it very much! There are many hotels in Minsk, you don't need to come here
Convenient location - close to the city center and parks.
The service is very polite.
The breakfasts are expensive and unimportant.
There is an air conditioner, but it barely pulls, unfortunately, it cools the room by 2 degrees in 4 hours (there is a thermometer on the panel, which is convenient. But you won't die from the heat))
The price-quality ratio is normal, I would stay here again.
There was a whiff of the good old Soviet times.. The hotel has not changed much since that era.The rooms are clean, but the TV is not turned on, dead batteries are in the remote control, the shower cabin is leaking, self-service machines are not working, the restaurant does not consider it necessary to rob in the evening either! But in general Minsk is a wonderful city!
A good place in the very center of Minsk, a beautiful view from the window, free Parking for cars, friendly staff, a good comfortable bed, I liked everything. I recommend it!
A good hotel. I stopped twice. The first in 2014, the second in 2023.
The rooms have air conditioning, in the morning breakfast (buffet). Combined bathroom. The rooms are serviced regularly.
A good hotel. The rooms are clean. The air conditioner is old, it does not cope well, the window saved us)) We only spent the night there, so everything was fine.
I didn't go further than the reception. The bas-reliefs above the entrance hint at the Soviet past of the hotel.
I went there for a massage. The massage is good.
The cafeteria with alcoholic beverages is satisfactory.
The convenient location of the hotel. And this is probably the only plus. The rooms are tiny, the wardrobe is only for outerwear. There is not a single shelf for clothes or shoes.Breakfasts are monotonous sausages, pancakes, buckwheat. There were 2-3 buses for the New Year holidays, the hotel was filled with tourists, and only one elevator worked.Service for 2-3 days, no more.
The repair is acceptable, the prices are marketable. The staff is helpful, there is a large free parking. The only huge disadvantage is that the refrigerators do not work in the rooms. I lowered my score for this.
A very decent hotel built during the Soviet period, but this does not spoil it at all, but rather gives it a certain nostalgic charm. Convenient location almost in the center of Minsk
Breakfast is available for a fee of 600 rubles , but the buffet is a little poor. There is a cafe with Belarusian cuisine nearby.Overall, a good hotel for a reasonable price. The staff is polite.
The hotel is a bit from the past. The rooms are decorated in the Malovasyukovsky Empire style. But you can live if you don't need to wash (there was no hot water both days of your stay).
A cozy hotel, all rooms are in the style of the USSR, clean and cozy, the staff is polite. The location is very convenient, close to the central attractions. The breakfasts are delicious, everything is fresh, coffee from the coffee machine, what you need to start a productive day!
