The split system didn't work (they wanted to turn it on for heat, since it snowed in April, and they didn't add much heating.
The keychain from the room key weighs exactly half a kilo. I understand that when you leave the room, you need to leave the key to the administrator, but still.
The sink was a little dirty.
The elevator beeps 24/7 with its beeps, audible in the room. Moreover, the speakers on each floor are beeping even when the elevator is called on the first or fifth floor - it doesn't matter - they are beeping on all floors.
Breakfast at the restaurant: at 8 a.m., the food is already blah cold. And in general, it felt like yesterday.

The hotel is located in the city center within walking distance from attractions, shops, cafes, Victory Park, metro. The breakfasts were not bad-there were plenty to choose from. Advantages: the location of the hotel (close to the center, near the park, shopping center), clean room, bed, polite staff, room cleaning, adequate price.
Cons: a dead bathroom, a wobbly toilet, a faucet splashing in all directions, mold in the shower stall.

The hotel is located in the city center. The price/quality is consistent. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the linen and towels are clean and in good condition. Soap, shower gel and shampoo are replenished as you use them. The bathroom is in excellent condition. The Internet is not great, but it is normal. There is a TV. I missed the kettle, because I always drink coffee in the morning. There is drinking water on the floor, but the temperature for brewing coffee is not enough. In general, I recommend it.

A hotel with an interior in the spirit of a good, good era of those times, but it warms the souls of those who were born in the USSR! The room where we lived had modern wallpaper, perfectly glued, and a floor lamp with sconces from the IKEA collection of mid-2000. The toilet and all the plumbing of modern life. There is only room for one in the bathroom, but everything is there: a shower stall, a toilet, a sink, a hair dryer, good towels, one-time shower accessories. During the three days of stay, the room was cleaned and the garbage was taken out 1 time. The bed is double, not squeaky, the mattress is good. The audibility with the next room is also good)) The reception staff is very friendly. One day they came after 11 p.m., kindly warmed up our dinner in their microwave.
The only disadvantage of staying is that the shower stall was very leaky after taking a shower, if you don't put a towel in this place, then you step into a puddle. We addressed the problem at the reception, for three days the plumber did not come.

On the very first day, I applied for troubleshooting the cold water pressure and replacing the shower hose, on which the thread was torn off, in short, it was very difficult to wash. I'm not a sissy and I'm not spoiled much by comfort, but it was a real quest. The result is zero. No one came to fix anything for me until the end of our stay there. And another important detail. In front of the hotel entrance, on the right, there is something like a nightclub. Either a restaurant with a late-night show program, or something like that. In short, under the windows of the rooms facing this side, music is hammering all night and drunk visitors are buzzing. It's a pleasure, especially in summer (the conduits in the rooms do not work everywhere and not always). So please take this circumstance into account when checking in.

I wouldn't want to come here a second time. I checked in late. That's how my train came. When I got to the door of the room, I felt a draft from under the door... It turned out that the huge transom of the window was wide open. Only a locksmith could close it by screwing a self-tapping screw into the frame. And it happened only two hours later, after 22.00.And outside, by the way, there was a stormy wind. The request to provide a different number was refused. Teenagers were running and making noise all night in the hallway (holidays). The room was very small. The toilet room with a sink, a shower tray (behind the counter) fits on 2 sq. m. The water flows very weakly. Breakfast. I'm not fussy about food. An omelette, a piece of ham and cheese is quite enough for me. But the sight of desserts did not arouse appetite. And the sound of dried marshmallows is generally...! I think that the price per night in this hotel is not fair! The presence of a luggage storage softened the impression.

There were no special expectations, because the reviews are polar and you can go crazy while reading them. They settled in quickly, paid on the spot. The rudeness and unfriendliness of the staff were not noticed, there were cute girls. The room was small, but there was everything you needed. The air conditioner was working, and so was the refrigerator. We lived on the 6th floor, there was a beautiful view of the city. Yes, the renovation and furniture are not modern, the hotel itself is also Soviet-style. Towels were changed every day, no cleaning was done (we lived for 4 days, 3 nights). We didn't take breakfast, I can't estimate it. Don't take ice cream in the lobby - it's not tasty, there are many places nearby where it tastes better. The location of the hotel is very convenient: near Victory Park, Yama Memorial, close to Nemiga and other attractions. Buses are within walking distance, the metro is also nearby, and shops are nearby. The hotel is quiet, with blackout curtains. For such a price tag in high season, we were more than satisfied. But if you need a more modern renovation, well-trained maids, then you definitely are not here.

A great hotel for its price category! The rooms are very (!) CLEAN! There are always places in the parking lot, near the shopping center with a restaurant and delicious food.
Breakfast is not worth the money, it is better to go to the neighborhood cafes.

It's like the Soviet Union, it doesn't exist, but the "breath of the epoch", that's it...It is expensive to plunge into the tabletop and feel an incredible time travel. The rooms are preserved in decent condition, furniture in the style of "sideboard of the USSR", made of an array of rare woods, with dishes inside, unfortunately modern plates and glasses, those that were originally apparently did not survive ((. The climate does not work, or rather it works for exactly 2 minutes, and knocks out the RCD, calling an electrician to fix the malfunction it did not help, although the room is large, but on hot summer days it is very stuffy, open doors and windows did not save. Tellingly, on the first (lobby), next to the elevators, there is a glazed wall of awards, 1984 is probably the most decent, the last one is 1997, since then a lot of water has flowed away, and it's not worth counting on more, I would award this hotel for its ability to preserve the past, it's like a museum where you can live, such associations. 2-room suite for three ~8000 ₽ per day for August 2024.

Overall impression: Back to the USSR in both a good and a bad way.
Pros: clean, daily cleaning, 4 elevators, large room stock, there are single rooms, they were even on May holidays. The room has a refrigerator, 3 mirrors (that's great!), and is spacious enough. There is a good pressure in the shower, shampoo and soap are replenished daily. There is a huge window in the room, one sash opens, there is a cooler on the floor.
Cons: everything is somehow slow, there is no customer orientation. The key must be handed over at the exit, and you really can't take it away, the keychain probably weighs half a kilogram. Plumbing raises many questions, these terrible flaps on the taps, hot water in the shower had to be turned for a long time at first, and cold water on the contrary beat with a minimum turn, in the sink it was regulated normally by the same flaps. In my room, the sink was installed with a slope to the wall and water was constantly accumulating on its upper part. There was no water in the cooler all the time in the morning. An unfortunate arrangement of outlets, although there were enough of them.

Nice hotel. Very conveniently located in the center of Minsk, near Nemiga and the military Museum. Cozy room, everything is there: refrigerator, TV, glasses, towels, hair dryer, brush and shoe spatula. There is a water cooler in the lobby on the floor. On the second floor there is a restaurant where you can have breakfast, a buffet, a large selection, everything is very tasty. The bar is on the ground floor. Own parking lot. The phone is in the room, but you can't call mobile numbers from it. And all this and much more for little money. Near restaurants, shopping center, park, pond and much more.

We had a room - a 3-room apartment on the 11th floor. Clear. At first glance, everything is fine. 2 bathrooms, sauna. But, only in 1 there is a toilet, and that's okay, where the sauna has a sink and a shower corner, in which there is no hot water, only cold, apparently to pour after the sauna. The sauna is heated to a maximum of only 65 degrees. The second bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, but the shower holder on top is broken. That is, it turns out that there are as many as 2 bathrooms, but it is not possible to wash normally and comfortably.
In general, if you look closely, the room looks very tired. A worn sofa. Very dusty curtains, windows that have not been washed for a long time. Breakfast is a completely normal buffet.

The numbers are dead. The windows and curtains are dirty. The maids clean only the bathroom, or rather, they do not clean anything. They come to see if they need to put toilet paper, change towels, pick up garbage (only from the bathroom). We rested for 5 days. In the evenings, they drank a bottle of wine - they put an empty one on the floor in the room, since it did not fit in the trash can. So the bottles accumulated until the end of the rest - no one removed them.
The receptionist independently changed the double room to a twin room, although they booked the first option. After pointing out the mistake, an employee with such an indignant face changed our number.......
One of the advantages: good location. Near Victory Park, 10 minutes by metro. Breakfast is very simple, but everything is delicious - you will not stay hungry.

We had a rest last year, everything was fine. Of course, the furniture is Soviet and all tired, although the price is comparable to a good hotel in Moscow. This year: a suite. About the slippers, well, to hell with them. Although they were indicated in the reservation last year. (In this case, it is a paid service). But the safe!!! It doesn't work. They said at the reception that they don't work anywhere, leave them in the cells below. Luxury, for $500 for 5 days without a safe. You guys didn't mix anything up. Let's keep silent about the shabby parquet, it's all tolerable. But the lack of a place to put documents and valuables is inexcusable. And yes, there was an iron in the room last year. And now, every time you take the elevator to the 4th floor, you can iron a T-shirt.
I do not recommend it. He's not worth the money.
PS. The evening shift turned out to be more competent. The slippers were brought, it turned out to be included in the price.

Дополнительно комплект белья. Два халата, тапочки, полотенца ( по 3шт.на каждого)
Ванная комната нормальная. Не убитая, но повидавшая. Вода плохо уходит в ванной.Фен Освещение везде тусклое. И в комнатах и в коридоре. На окнах занавески с ламбрикенами, тяжёлые.
Кулер на этаже. Столовая, не ресторан. Или может ресторан такой. С советских времён видимо. На завтрак шведский стол. Ничего особенного. Кофе отвратительный, молоко порошковое в кофемашине. В общем, голодным не будешь, но и удовольствия никакого. Ужинов нет, про обеды не знаю.
Матрас на кровати нормальный, подушки, одеяла тоже. Но у мужа после сна появились пятна, похожие на укусы. Я раньше не сталкивалась, но похоже на клопов.

I spent one night in this "hotel". The view is through the windows of a high-rise building, the wallpaper is peeling off, the shower watering can has collapsed from rust and fallen on my head, the furniture is stripped as if it were from the Olympics of the 80s (especially stripped bedside tables are covered with film, but it has also been peeling off for a long time). Individual tourists from the Russian Far East stayed 7 nights. We chose an inexpensive hotel in the center of Minsk, instant booking with payment upon check-in. Paying with a Mir card is very convenient. Room on the 8th floor with panoramic views of the city and the WWII museum complex , park. The historical center of Minsk is 10 minutes away, near bus stops, metro , shopping center with a variety of cafes of national cuisine. The room is good, daily cleaning, linen change, snow-white towels, air conditioning is running for warmth. There was a water cooler on the floor, but there was no hot water, the reception solved this problem - they brought an electric kettle to the room. Breakfast at a convenient time from 7 to 10 hours , a variety of dishes . The staff is very polite and attentive.
