I'll start with the pros -
1) location - within walking distance of many attractions, lots of shops, including super-budget Neighbors
2) water pressure and towels - it's a pleasure to wash in the shower
3) wifi is slow, but it catches well in the room
Minuses:
1) the room is small, the shower is shabby
2) there is no kettle, the cooler is shared on the floor, the water is drunk quickly
3) the phone is disconnected in the room, there is a refrigerator, but it does not cool - the reception said that this is normal. It's wild to live in a room with broken appliances
Good location. Rooms of the Soviet period. The elevator worked alone instead of two, and I had to go down and up the stairs. The breakfasts are good and delicious.
It is quite a good option for its price category. Of the advantages, the location is undoubtedly excellent. Everything you need is nearby, you can easily walk to the central streets of Minsk if you wish. We were also lucky with the view from the window. The windows overlooked Pobediteley Avenue, the park and the embankment. It's a very pleasant picture.
Of the cons: the hotel, to put it mildly, is not new. The furniture in the rooms is already a little "tired". There were some problems with Wi-Fi. When trying to log in, a message about technical work popped up, information about the duration of which could not be clarified. But, to be fair, it was during the night hours and eventually lasted about an hour. Well, the sound insulation. You can hear everything that happens in the next room and in the hall very well.
the rooms are old, the furniture is shabby and very unpretentious, the breakfasts are not delicious, I would put a level ⭐⭐ or check in for less ...
I do not recommend it! 👎
We read the reviews.. We didn't expect magic from 3-tails, but not so much! It seems that everything is bad in the center..
SCOOP!
Of the advantages, only the location pleases.
Otherwise..
Breakfast - if you want to eat at least some of that terribly tasteless, go by 7:00.
You will be offered a strange gray omelette, a tray with cabbage and carrots, a tray with a delicious cheap cheese and sausage and pink deshman sausages. Oh, sorry, more porridge with lumps))
Perhaps (if you go by 7:00) you will get a tea bag to choose from))
Come here safely without power!
It is better to have breakfast somewhere in a coffee shop nearby.
You will be lucky if the room is warm, the windows are siphoning, we are lucky, others from the group are not.
Elevator.. it is difficult to leave, because he is only one worker - plan the descent in advance.
The rooms are a scoop in the best traditions.
Bottom line: you can come here if you really need to, but everything is normally occupied.
But, just be prepared for the above.
It is hospitable, clean, and cozy. The breakfast is decent, there is a choice. Located in the city center, you can walk in different directions. I recommend.
Just disgusting sound insulation. This is perhaps the only significant drawback.
The rooms are "tired", but you can live. Everything worked. Only the toilet was poorly secured. The bed is comfortable. The linen and towels are clean.
You can have breakfast. It's the same thing every day, but you won't stay hungry.
The reception staff is polite. I haven't encountered any others.
The price corresponds to the quality.
I liked the breakfasts very much, the service too, very nice girls at the reception, if I were a dying lonely billionaire, I might even have left a legacy to them
The hotel is very conveniently located in the central part of the city. It corresponds to its category, the room is small, there is no kettle, the room is not cleaned (for 3 days of living, they never cleaned or took out the trash).
Cleanly, modestly, for your money. Excellent staff, but poor breakfasts, monotonous.

A good hotel since Soviet times. Great location. Nearby there is a recreation area and a park next to the Sports Palace. The venue for most urban-scale cultural events. But a weak breakfast, already ancient rooms and plumbing. But it's inexpensive.
In general, it will work, although the hotel could not have been prevented from repairs, but for such a price during the New Year holidays, with the location close to the center, it was impossible to find anything better. The staff is polite, the maid came on the second day. The room itself looks very "tired" because of the old parquet, you can't walk on it without slippers. Our Windows faced the parking lot (which is free for hotel residents and there are always places there, this is a plus), there was a wind at night and there was a strong wind from the windows, apparently the windows were not adjusted.
The location of the hotel, Parking for guests, a humane price tag.
Maybe it's not 5 stars, but the pros are higher than the cons. Everything is within walking distance, good infrastructure.
A nice hotel. Professional service. Clear. The rooms have everything for a decent stay. The food is edible. The cleaning is constant, There is no bottled water in the room for drinking.
Very nice hotel in the city center. Prices for this level are more than affordable.
Near the bank, bus stop, shopping center, museum. GUM can be reached quickly by bus in 5-7 minutes.
The hotel always has drinking water, an ironing board with an iron on the floor.
The biggest disadvantage is the quality of the plumbing. The showers are flowing, there are cracks everywhere, water. Bed linen is not changed, only towels. Shampoo and gel are given only once, the conditioner almost does not work.
But there is a refrigerator, glasses, a lot of light in the room, clean. Overall, not bad.
The price/quality ratio is perfect. The room is clean, cleaning and change of towels daily. The breakfasts are simple and not too varied, they do not justify their price. The location is great! The staff is very polite.
Let's start with the pros. I put two stars to the polite staff. Although... very unobtrusive staff.. where is the elevator, where is the restaurant - I had to ask. Themselves - not, in any way.
Already shabby reception brings not very pleasant thoughts. The hotel has known better times, repairs are needed. But even what is there can be kept in proper form. But no...I haven't seen such a terrible room cleaning in a long time. Mold on the shower hose, stains, dust, dirt everywhere. Stains on the walls at the height of a person's height. They are wiped off with a wet cloth, but no one thought about it. I was squeamish to touch something once again.
Breakfast for three. There is a buffet. You can have a snack. But porridges, omelets and sausages are completely cold, pastries and pancakes look terrible, I didn't want to try.
I don't want to come back here even for one night.
Standard double room; November 2024, 200 rubles/day.
Poor cleaning of the bathroom. The arrangement of furniture in the room is illogical - where there is a writing table, it is impossible to put a chair. The shower/faucet is broken. The breakfasts are tasteless, the tablecloths on the tables are dirty.
We had a great time for 4 days and 3 nights in this cozy hotel.
Of course, it's not 5 stars, but it's comfortable and cozy enough.
Only pleasant memories
I was a guest at this hotel during the winter. The room was cold. The interior is half from the 90s. Anyone who wants to plunge into the nostalgia of the past will be a wonderful place!
This is a hotel, or a hotel, as I understand it, that is international, and it looks cool! Big, comfortable! On the ninth (9th) floor, I go there for an exomassage. This is an electromagnetic wave massage (the first 10 minutes trial is free).
Good location,
clean,
lots of towels that are changed,
not very expensive,
pleasant staff, there is a dining room with a buffet and good food,
There is an air conditioner
There is Wi-Fi, it also catches on the street
Taxi parking
There is a heated cooler in the corridor
They gave a thermometer at the reception
Of the cons:
Still, for $ 60, I would like more
Soviet-era design
To turn on the air conditioner for heating, you need to be smart
The socket is inconveniently located near the bed
The heating is central and it may not be available in autumn
Positive:
- excellent location;
- a large number of rooms;
- breakfast is a buffet.
Cons:
- administrators (the face of the hotel). They are unfriendly. They check in for a very long time, apparently, they carry out murky schemes, because I had to figure out why the room was without breakfast, although I paid for everything;
- the rooms do not require cosmetic, but complete repairs;
- poor breakfast, dirty tablecloths.
There is no desire to stay at this hotel again.
We must understand that this is Minsk. The hotel was built in the 80s. There were no significant repairs in it. The staff is pleasant. Mir cards are accepted, so local rubles are not required. The prices for accommodation are high. The room for the day came out at a cost of 147 Belarusian rubles. The course at that time was 1:32. Breakfast is 25 rubles. The people are real, but the hotel is so-so. The location is convenient - it's a fact.
The attitude at the reception is boorish. The room is dirty, dusty, the atmosphere of the early noughties. The air conditioner was generally cleaned for the last time during the construction of the hotel. Tap water in the cooler. I add one star for the atmosphere of the old hotels.
The hotel is located almost in the center of the city. For people who need a place to relax, wash and sleep, everything is just fine. The prices are affordable. The service is good. The situation, however, is somewhat outdated. The staff is friendly.
The room is very nice, clean, cleaned and towels are changed every day, in the city center is a great location. The staff is polite and friendly. Delicious breakfasts. The buffet is very varied.
The Soviet Union. If you plan to see a modern hotel, you will not see it.
Overall it is clean, the breakfasts are not bad, there is a choice and variety.
We lived in a double room, two beds , TV, wardrobe, shower , toilet.
The interior is not modern. The location is convenient, opposite the beautiful Victory Park, there are a couple of restaurants, a shopping center, a Kommunarka store, you have to go to the center of Minsk.
I liked everything, the staff is very friendly, the room is clean and cozy, there is a guarded Parking lot, the very center is all nearby. Minus there is no kettle in the room.
Very clean, everything is convenient and comfortable. The bed of the single room is very wide, even two people can fit. But it was very cold. And the floors are cold and the room is cold, and the water in the hot tap is at room (cold) temperature. The air conditioner at full power and maximum temperature warmed up the room only in the morning. The water in the shower on the first day warmed up to hot in about 10 minutes of taking a shower. On the second day, it was slightly warmer than initially cold, but it did not warm up as on the first day. Although it is not icy, it is not comfortable to take a shower in this hardening mode.

The hotel is not bad, everything is clean. The prices are reasonable. For active travel, you can safely recommend it. It is well located, not quite in the center, but within walking distance. Nearby there is a good night bar-restaurant Public, a shopping center with cafes and many shops, including a large supermarket. The old town is a 15-minute walk away. The bus stop is about 7 minutes on foot. You can find options closer to the center, but the prices are higher there. We were satisfied.
The hotel has a great location from a tourist point of view. There are many attractions nearby. It is a 15-minute walk from the metro, it is quite possible to walk along the river. The hotel itself was built in the 80s. There is no need to expect anything supernatural from the numbers). I was pleased with the boiling white bed linen and delicious breakfasts. But the most wonderful impression was left by the panels in the restroom of the hotel, where breakfast is served. Well done for saving them.
Very polite staff! The room fund is modest, but cozy, plunged into Soviet times, the atmosphere is very pleasant! There are coolers on the floor.Location of the hotel near the center, metro!
The hotel is located in the center, within walking distance to the town hall. The interior is tired, the room is smoky, the smell is appropriate. The staff is friendly, responds quickly to comments, there was a yellow stain on one pillowcase in the room, it was changed quickly. They offer a buffet breakfast in the restaurant on the 2nd floor for 27 bel rubles, it's expensive, they didn't take it.
We stayed at this hotel with a delegation. I liked everything. The only thing was, at that time, only one elevator was working, which had to wait an extremely long time.
The room is clean, cleaning every day, check-in is fast.
The bathroom leaves much to be desired - it is cramped, the plumbing is not modern, the water from the shower did not leave. The room itself is tired, everything needs updating.
A comfortable hotel in the center of Minsk, a 10-minute walk to Nemiga, town hall, Trinity suburb or Brovar. From the window there is a great view of the Svisloch embankment.

I really liked it! Clean, well maintained, private Parking, the staff is very friendly. Repair of the Soviet era. But this is not a minus, it is a different philosophy. The breakfasts are delicious, hearty, the choice of products from the Republic of Belarus is huge! I would stay there more than once.
We lived on the 8th floor, Business Standard Double.
Positive:
1.Location
2. Availability of parking for residents.
3. Lots of towels, soap accessories, shower cabin is not bad.
Minuses:
1. There are no Windows, they have a fierce draft. Our room faced the road and it's just tin. The noise from cars, and also some equipment under the windows worked in the evening.
2. There is no sound insulation from the word "at all". You can hear the neighbors, the vacuum cleaner, the slamming of doors.
3.Wi-Fi, which even a WhatsAap call could not pull out, I had to turn on roaming. SpeedTest showed less than 2mb/s.
4. Floor covering. Everything is streaked with a door from a barely working refrigerator. The bathroom has an icy floor. I had to rearrange one of the bedside carpets in the toilet.
5. Cleanliness. Very doubtful. The windowsill is all dusty. When we entered the room, I immediately wanted to air out.
6. The toilet when draining the water made a sound like from hell.
From what was, but not used:TV, telephone, hair dryer.
In general, it's not bad for an overnight stay, but the price at the hotel absolutely does not match the quality.
The cost of 3 nights, from June 21 to 24, 2024, 15 thousand(+-)./, I don't remember exactly.
The hotel is 3 stars. It is located in the city center. A beautiful well-built building. Conditioner. The kettle, it is written in the instructions, to ask the staff.
The hotel does not provide replacement shoes, there is no microwave. Polite staff.
Well, such a thing. A hotel from the USSR. A key with a metal headstock. The elevators were being repaired, the twin bed was small and uncomfortable. But the breakfasts are great, like a fire.

The hotel is for very unassuming tourists.
From " +" : location, view from the window. Good WiFi. Huge planeless parking in front of the entrance.
From " -":
The reception clearly fulfills the level of the hotel - 1-2 stars... In every sense. Breakfasts: their cook just spoils the food. It's even a pity the products are probably thrown away. People just don't eat that stuff.
