I'll start with the pros -
1) location - within walking distance of many attractions, lots of shops, including super-budget Neighbors
2) water pressure and towels - it's a pleasure to wash in the shower
3) wifi is slow, but it catches well in the room
Minuses:
1) the room is small, the shower is shabby
2) there is no kettle, the cooler is shared on the floor, the water is drunk quickly
3) the phone is disconnected in the room, there is a refrigerator, but it does not cool - the reception said that this is normal. It's wild to live in a room with broken appliances

It is quite a good option for its price category. Of the advantages, the location is undoubtedly excellent. Everything you need is nearby, you can easily walk to the central streets of Minsk if you wish. We were also lucky with the view from the window. The windows overlooked Pobediteley Avenue, the park and the embankment. It's a very pleasant picture.
Of the cons: the hotel, to put it mildly, is not new. The furniture in the rooms is already a little "tired". There were some problems with Wi-Fi. When trying to log in, a message about technical work popped up, information about the duration of which could not be clarified. But, to be fair, it was during the night hours and eventually lasted about an hour. Well, the sound insulation. You can hear everything that happens in the next room and in the hall very well.

Just disgusting sound insulation. This is perhaps the only significant drawback.
The rooms are "tired", but you can live. Everything worked. Only the toilet was poorly secured. The bed is comfortable. The linen and towels are clean.
You can have breakfast. It's the same thing every day, but you won't stay hungry.
The reception staff is polite. I haven't encountered any others.

In general, it will work, although the hotel could not have been prevented from repairs, but for such a price during the New Year holidays, with the location close to the center, it was impossible to find anything better. The staff is polite, the maid came on the second day. The room itself looks very "tired" because of the old parquet, you can't walk on it without slippers. Our Windows faced the parking lot (which is free for hotel residents and there are always places there, this is a plus), there was a wind at night and there was a strong wind from the windows, apparently the windows were not adjusted.

Very nice hotel in the city center. Prices for this level are more than affordable.
Near the bank, bus stop, shopping center, museum. GUM can be reached quickly by bus in 5-7 minutes.
The hotel always has drinking water, an ironing board with an iron on the floor.
The biggest disadvantage is the quality of the plumbing. The showers are flowing, there are cracks everywhere, water. Bed linen is not changed, only towels. Shampoo and gel are given only once, the conditioner almost does not work.
But there is a refrigerator, glasses, a lot of light in the room, clean. Overall, not bad.

Let's start with the pros. I put two stars to the polite staff. Although... very unobtrusive staff.. where is the elevator, where is the restaurant - I had to ask. Themselves - not, in any way.
Already shabby reception brings not very pleasant thoughts. The hotel has known better times, repairs are needed. But even what is there can be kept in proper form. But no...I haven't seen such a terrible room cleaning in a long time. Mold on the shower hose, stains, dust, dirt everywhere. Stains on the walls at the height of a person's height. They are wiped off with a wet cloth, but no one thought about it. I was squeamish to touch something once again.
Breakfast for three. There is a buffet. You can have a snack. But porridges, omelets and sausages are completely cold, pastries and pancakes look terrible, I didn't want to try.
I don't want to come back here even for one night.

Poor cleaning of the bathroom. The arrangement of furniture in the room is illogical - where there is a writing table, it is impossible to put a chair. The shower/faucet is broken. The breakfasts are tasteless, the tablecloths on the tables are dirty.

- administrators (the face of the hotel). They are unfriendly. They check in for a very long time, apparently, they carry out murky schemes, because I had to figure out why the room was without breakfast, although I paid for everything;
- the rooms do not require cosmetic, but complete repairs;
- poor breakfast, dirty tablecloths.

The prices for accommodation are high. The room for the day came out at a cost of 147 Belarusian rubles. The course at that time was 1:32. Breakfast is 25 rubles. And the floors are cold and the room is cold, and the water in the hot tap is at room (cold) temperature. The air conditioner at full power and maximum temperature warmed up the room only in the morning. The water in the shower on the first day warmed up to hot in about 10 minutes of taking a shower. On the second day, it was slightly warmer than initially cold, but it did not warm up as on the first day. Although it is not icy, it is not comfortable to take a shower in this hardening mode.

The hotel is not bad, everything is clean. The prices are reasonable. For active travel, you can safely recommend it. It is well located, not quite in the center, but within walking distance. Nearby there is a good night bar-restaurant Public, a shopping center with cafes and many shops, including a large supermarket. The old town is a 15-minute walk away. The bus stop is about 7 minutes on foot. You can find options closer to the center, but the prices are higher there. We were satisfied.

We lived on the 8th floor, Business Standard Double.
Positive:
1.Location
2. Availability of parking for residents.
3. Lots of towels, soap accessories, shower cabin is not bad.
Minuses:
1. There are no Windows, they have a fierce draft. Our room faced the road and it's just tin. The noise from cars, and also some equipment under the windows worked in the evening.
2. There is no sound insulation from the word "at all". You can hear the neighbors, the vacuum cleaner, the slamming of doors.
3.Wi-Fi, which even a WhatsAap call could not pull out, I had to turn on roaming. SpeedTest showed less than 2mb/s.
4. Floor covering. Everything is streaked with a door from a barely working refrigerator. The bathroom has an icy floor. I had to rearrange one of the bedside carpets in the toilet.
5. Cleanliness. Very doubtful. The windowsill is all dusty. When we entered the room, I immediately wanted to air out.
6. The toilet when draining the water made a sound like from hell.
From what was, but not used:TV, telephone, hair dryer.
In general, it's not bad for an overnight stay, but the price at the hotel absolutely does not match the quality.
