Reception service for 3 points, without settling some, they begin to settle others..... I wish the hotel to change the key holders for plastic cards, but otherwise everything is fine
A good hotel. Excellent reception: works quickly, politely and in a good mood. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works for heat and cold. The mattress is comfortable. No disposable slippers(. Everything else is fine. I haven't tried breakfast, so I can't rate it. Convenient location, there is everything nearby that can arouse interest. Good parking lot. A bit of tar: the sound insulation is conditional.
Overall, not a bad hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room is clean, but requires modernity. I didn't like the breakfast, it's a very poor assortment, it's hard to call it a buffet. The biggest plus is the location of the hotel👍 Parking is available.
An ordinary hotel, it's time to make repairs, there were no eggs for breakfast, which surprised me, the buffet is a little meager, it's better to change the coffee beans, they are very bitter. There is a good parking lot. There is a running park nearby. Suitable for business trips
The hotel is generally good, so monumental, the interiors of the interior were pleased, from the Soviet past, when everything was done expensively, richly and conscientiously - colored glass stained glass windows, painted tiles on the walls, stucco.. You probably won't find such a thing in modern hotels now. The room is a little tired, but spacious, the bed is clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, without complaints. the attitude is very friendly. One big and fat minus is breakfast for your own money (don't take it). Oak porridges, buns and other pastries are very stale, the assortment is meager. Coffee is a coffee compote. An inexpensive hotel, in order to comfortably spend the night, which we did
The hotel is just TERRIBLE. A la USSR. The rooms are shabby, the doors don't close, the bathroom is just a nightmare. Okay, it's small, but why put a shower stall with a seat and a high trough there. People with bad legs can't get in there at all. The refrigerator, one name, works, but does not freeze and the settings are broken. The receptionists on duty are rude, ready to send them just for looking at them. IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
Responsive, polite, hospitable (you can go on..) staff. They will help you with any question. The rooms are clean! Towels are changed every day.
There is a laundry service. I'll try to use it.
The location is convenient for tourists, in the city center, near the Svisloch river and many youth places, cafes, restaurants, recreation areas, and the Sports Palace.
Convenient location in the city center. Near the metro, the Museum of the history of the Great Patriotic War, Central Avenue, market, hypermarket.
Very attentive staff, always ready to help. Quite a decent breakfast buffet with delicious coffee from the car, a variety of dishes and drinks. Everything was delicious. The room has a TV, a refrigerator, and a comfortable bed. The lobby of the first floor is very beautiful, there are many festive photo zones. We were satisfied with everything.
The location is well 3 km away from the bus stop, in good weather you can walk, but in bad weather this distance will become a torment. For three stars, the hotel is weak, curtains with holes, the duvet cover was also leaky, slippers only for a fee, the water pressure is not the best, but you can wash, there is no sound insulation, you can hear everything up to the neighbors' conversations. The room itself was comfortable for one, it would have been cramped for two already. I think the price for the room is too high for 3.5 thousand for one night, a room with leaky bed linen and no slippers, well, it's too expensive. I do not recommend staying here
Great location: super park nearby, metro nearby, shops and food are also nearby. Plus, the price is quite democratic and the staff is pleasant. It is in great demand, especially during the season, and therefore you can stay without a room if you do not book it in advance.
Gorgeous building and lobby, great staff. But for the price offered, the rooms clearly fall short in design and plumbing. The location is also super and the surroundings are beautiful.
I liked the hotel for its complete immersion in the atmosphere of the Soviet period). Even the red phone with buttons from the 80s is ready at the reception. The rooms are clean, but the bed has not been changed for a whole week), only towels and hygiene products were put in. It's generally fine. At the entrance there is a laconic shallow pool with a fountain in the center, and tables with chairs next to it on the landing. You can sit and spend time with the company.
Convenient location, has its own Parking, the room is spacious. Sovdepovsky style))) But there is some kind of water problem in the hotel. When checking into the room, they did not immediately check, they walked all day and late in the evening, standing in the shower, it became clear that there was no hot water and the faucet was torn off, it was impossible to close it back. Naturally, we immediately turned to the reception, sent a master who said that he was actually an electrician and if we needed to turn off the water, then it should be blocked somewhere under the toilet. The decision certainly did not suit. We turned to the reception once again, we were promptly moved to the next room, at least there was a whole faucet and warm water, although the pressure reminded us as if water was sprayed from a pipette (((( It is almost impossible to rinse hair normally under such pressure. Next time, if we are in Minsk, we will choose another hotel, we went to relax, and not solve everyday problems)))
We liked everything.Good location, clean, good breakfasts, friendly staff. The price is budget. If we come to Minsk again, we will book a room in the Planet.
Classic hotel+. Located in a good location, there is a place to walk nearby! In general, everything is fine, except the nearby parking lot is always crowded

Stayed with a friend at this hotel in May 2024, we really liked it. The location is great, opposite the park, near a large shopping center, fairs, where we bought gifts for our loved ones. We quickly checked in, the room was small, but clean and cozy, there was a good refrigerator in the room. On the day of the eviction, we quietly left our luggage in the luggage room and went for a walk light, which helped us a lot (we did not take extra money for this). I caught the Internet in the room, there were no problems with it, everything loaded quickly. The staff is friendly and sincere, like all people in Minsk. I boldly recommend this hotel!!!
The hotel is located in the very center of the city. The rooms are standard. There is a refrigerator, TV, radio. There is a glasshouse and an iron in the coredore. Clear. A huge plus is the luggage storage. If you arrive ahead of check-in time, then you can leave yours in the luggage room and go for a walk. The staff is polite. There is a dining room, but you didn't eat in it. We walked to the nearest shopping center. Our room was on the 12th floor. The view is very beautiful.
The rooms are good, but the breakfast is so-so, although when I last stayed there, maybe I got caught in this weather, but the room was cold even considering that the air conditioner was running at 25 degrees
The shower room in the single room is very small. There is no shower cabin as such. A fabric curtain hangs instead of sliding doors. To understand how this is not convenient, let someone from the management try to take a shower in such a stall himself.
Clean, cozy at home. Very convenient location, 15 minutes walk to the historical center. Hospitable and vigilant staff, thank you for giving our organizer passports, we absolutely forgot about them.
I give one star only for the location on the map. That's all. The elevators are being changed at the hotel. The rooms smell of mothballs. The bathroom in the room was designed so that you have to sit sideways on it. Anyway, I'm not coming here anymore.
Quite a decent hotel! The design reminds me of Soviet times, but everything is clean and tidy. The elevator is very thoughtful, unhurried and likes to report in which direction it is moving! Narcissus is shorter)!
The hotel as a whole is not expensive. Clean. The receptionists are just being polite and helpful. Parking is convenient and secured.
Of the cons, only the rooms themselves are a little old. The furniture is average. But comfortable. The room is cramped. And the elevators often broke down
In fact, there is nothing to find fault with.
It was fundamentally important for us to check in early, we were given this opportunity with a +50% surcharge. We were given a room on the top floor with a stunning view from the window. The interior is classic, a little outdated, but everything is so neat that there are no signs of "fatigue". There are no complaints about cleanliness. Soap-shampoo-conditioner is available in the bathroom. A dental kit can be purchased at the reception. The staff is attentive and friendly. The elevators are a little slow, but there are several of them, some will come ;) Wi-Fi is provided for each device and worked perfectly, pulled the video without slowing down. The sound insulation is good, the neighbors have not heard. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. Breakfast was not taken. The location of the hotel is in the green zone. There is no metro in the vicinity, but walking is not a problem (10-15 minutes), + taxi services in Minsk are cheap. It is possible to leave things in storage before and after check-in. Hotels in Minsk are generally expensive, this hotel is optimal in terms of price/quality /convenience.
A large number of rooms. The rooms are small. The plumbing is old. The shower stalls are cramped. TV with "ripples" Lived for 3 days, the garbage was taken out, but there was no cleaning. Breakfast is the same every day, but if you don't find fault, you won't be hungry. The biggest plus is the location.
The atmosphere of Soviet times has been preserved flawlessly. In every sense. Interiors, room service, a restaurant that, however, only works for breakfast. The reception is polite, the rooms are quite decent. The view from the window is great. I can't say about the prices, because the room was paid for by the customers. Everything you need is within walking distance, from banks to restaurants and shops
It's not the first time I've stopped at the Planet. Nice hotel. Spacious rooms, cozy rooms. Delicious breakfasts are generally excellent.
And there is also parking.
We took a 2-room suite. But the Suite turned out to be from the 80s. The location is good. The price tag is inadequate. You can rent cheaper in Moscow))) in some kind of Radisson. Pricing policy is generally a separate story. Booked through the app-1 price. We called to confirm the reservation-the price has increased 2 times)) BUT, I really love Minsk. One of my favorite cities❤️ Therefore)) The hotel is normal, the room is normal. For spontaneous check-in for a day, it is also normal. Bathrobes, slippers, a refrigerator-everything is there.
Quite a decent interior design of the hotel is from the old Soviet chic times. The location is just great for me - the center is not far away, and the beautiful surroundings of significant architectural structures. I am satisfied. The service could have been more attentive (I mean the work of the reception staff). The breakfast menu is very rich in assortment, and changes every day. If I had come again, I would have stayed here for sure.
It's a terrible room; it's blowing from the windows, the shower cabin is leaking, and the water needs to be drained for at least 40 minutes. The plumber decided that he was in charge and until you bow to his feet through the maid, he will do something and the leader goes hot. The reception staff is frozen. I didn't like the word hotel at all.
A pleasant hotel. Good linen and towels. I was pleased with the thick curtains on the windows (I like to sleep in the dark) and good water pressure in the shower. The staff is friendly.
A good hotel. The audibility is great, but it didn't hurt us, as we stopped for a short time. It looks like they will be doing repairs there, if they improve the sound insulation, then it will be great!
We liked it. We lived on the 6th floor. The room is renovated, everything is clean, cleaning every day. The staff is friendly and responds to requests. Breakfast is not bad either, in my opinion there is everything you need. And of course the location, everything is within walking distance!
We were in Minsk with a cultural program, stayed in a hotel for 2 nights. Pros - located in the center, there is its own Parking. Cons - everything else. First, we were settled in an unmade room, from where someone had just moved out. From the second time we received a cleaned one. But in this room (as well as others, apparently) - the parquet floor is worn to holes, it is unpleasant to walk without shoes, but there are no slippers in the room, they must be bought at the reception. One pair is 3.5 Belarusian rubles. Dirty curtains, a layer of dust on the windowsill. There is no kettle, bottled water (met in all hotels). There is no soap in the bathroom, there was 1 bag of shower gel and 3 bags of shampoo (for two people). The shower stalls are small. The shower watering can flows from all sides, the doors in the shower stall close badly. Water flows from the bottom of the pallet to the floor. The heated towel rail is hanging on the screws torn out of the wall. More than half of the lamps are not lit in the corridors.
Although I saw a lot of similar reviews, I hoped that in fact not everything is so bad. But in fact it is. I don't recommend it.
I read the reviews and understand that they are custom-made!
The rooms are old, everything is falling apart! The air conditioners are not working!
The only advantage is the location of the hotel!
All this can be confirmed by the reception staff and electricians!!
The Planeta Hotel is located in the very center of Minsk. In general, the hotel meets the stated 3 stars. The staff is friendly, the room is cleaned daily. Upon check-in, a parking space for cars is offered, which is also not a little important in the capital. On the second floor there is a restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. As for me, there is not enough kettle in the room. But it should be noted that there is a cooler in the lobby of the floor, in which there is always water. In general, I recommend this hotel for accommodation.
A great hotel.
The room is clean and cozy 601. Everything is modest and tasteful. I remember the breakfast is excellent.
Now I'm going to stay here.. Well done....
The room is clean, there is everything for a shower,a cooler on the floor, the water is good, the bed is good, the location is super, old Minsk is within walking distance, the interchange is good, the nearest metro is 15 minutes on foot Frunzenskaya, breakfast is a good buffet.
Overall, I liked the hotel, the location is excellent, within walking distance of bus stops, metro, city center, shopping center. I really liked the view of Victory Park, and the park itself too. Hospitable and friendly staff, parking.
We were there for three days, a two-room Suite. The room is clean, everything declared is available, good snow-white linen, towels, soap and soap are laid daily, everything works. I liked the beds, the mattresses, there were not enough slippers, it was May, the heating was turned off, the floors were cold.
The weak link is breakfast, sadness, expensive, poor, sad. Moreover, there is nowhere to have breakfast in the district before 10, all cafes are from 10.
I recommend the hotel.
