A good hotel. Excellent reception: works quickly, politely and in a good mood. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works for heat and cold. The mattress is comfortable. No disposable slippers(. Everything else is fine. I haven't tried breakfast, so I can't rate it. Convenient location, there is everything nearby that can arouse interest. Good parking lot. A bit of tar: the sound insulation is conditional.

The hotel is just TERRIBLE. A la USSR. The rooms are shabby, the doors don't close, the bathroom is just a nightmare. Okay, it's small, but why put a shower stall with a seat and a high trough there. People with bad legs can't get in there at all. The refrigerator, one name, works, but does not freeze and the settings are broken. The receptionists on duty are rude, ready to send them just for looking at them. IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Responsive, polite, hospitable (you can go on..) staff. They will help you with any question. The rooms are clean! Towels are changed every day.
There is a laundry service. I'll try to use it.
The location is convenient for tourists, in the city center, near the Svisloch river and many youth places, cafes, restaurants, recreation areas, and the Sports Palace.

Convenient location in the city center. Near the metro, the Museum of the history of the Great Patriotic War, Central Avenue, market, hypermarket.
Very attentive staff, always ready to help. Quite a decent breakfast buffet with delicious coffee from the car, a variety of dishes and drinks. Everything was delicious. The room has a TV, a refrigerator, and a comfortable bed. The lobby of the first floor is very beautiful, there are many festive photo zones. We were satisfied with everything.

The location is well 3 km away from the bus stop, in good weather you can walk, but in bad weather this distance will become a torment. For three stars, the hotel is weak, curtains with holes, the duvet cover was also leaky, slippers only for a fee, the water pressure is not the best, but you can wash, there is no sound insulation, you can hear everything up to the neighbors' conversations. The room itself was comfortable for one, it would have been cramped for two already. I think the price for the room is too high for 3.5 thousand for one night, a room with leaky bed linen and no slippers, well, it's too expensive. I do not recommend staying here

I liked the hotel for its complete immersion in the atmosphere of the Soviet period). Even the red phone with buttons from the 80s is ready at the reception. The rooms are clean, but the bed has not been changed for a whole week), only towels and hygiene products were put in. It's generally fine. At the entrance there is a laconic shallow pool with a fountain in the center, and tables with chairs next to it on the landing. You can sit and spend time with the company.

When checking into the room, they did not immediately check, they walked all day and late in the evening, standing in the shower, it became clear that there was no hot water and the faucet was torn off, it was impossible to close it back. Naturally, we immediately turned to the reception, sent a master who said that he was actually an electrician and if we needed to turn off the water, then it should be blocked somewhere under the toilet. The decision certainly did not suit. We turned to the reception once again, we were promptly moved to the next room, at least there was a whole faucet and warm water, although the pressure reminded us as if water was sprayed from a pipette (((( It is almost impossible to rinse hair normally under such pressure. Next time, if we are in Minsk, we will choose another hotel, we went to relax, and not solve everyday problems)))

Stayed with a friend at this hotel in May 2024, we really liked it. The location is great, opposite the park, near a large shopping center, fairs, where we bought gifts for our loved ones. We quickly checked in, the room was small, but clean and cozy, there was a good refrigerator in the room. On the day of the eviction, we quietly left our luggage in the luggage room and went for a walk light, which helped us a lot (we did not take extra money for this). I caught the Internet in the room, there were no problems with it, everything loaded quickly. The staff is friendly and sincere, like all people in Minsk. I boldly recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel is located in the very center of the city. The rooms are standard. There is a refrigerator, TV, radio. There is a glasshouse and an iron in the coredore. Clear. A huge plus is the luggage storage. If you arrive ahead of check-in time, then you can leave yours in the luggage room and go for a walk. The staff is polite. There is a dining room, but you didn't eat in it. We walked to the nearest shopping center. Our room was on the 12th floor. The view is very beautiful.

It was fundamentally important for us to check in early, we were given this opportunity with a +50% surcharge. We were given a room on the top floor with a stunning view from the window. The interior is classic, a little outdated, but everything is so neat that there are no signs of "fatigue". There are no complaints about cleanliness. Soap-shampoo-conditioner is available in the bathroom. A dental kit can be purchased at the reception. The staff is attentive and friendly. The elevators are a little slow, but there are several of them, some will come ;) Wi-Fi is provided for each device and worked perfectly, pulled the video without slowing down. The sound insulation is good, the neighbors have not heard. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. Breakfast was not taken. The location of the hotel is in the green zone. There is no metro in the vicinity, but walking is not a problem (10-15 minutes), + taxi services in Minsk are cheap. It is possible to leave things in storage before and after check-in. Hotels in Minsk are generally expensive, this hotel is optimal in terms of price/quality /convenience.

Quite a decent interior design of the hotel is from the old Soviet chic times.The location is just great for me - the center is not far away, and the beautiful surroundings of significant architectural structures. I am satisfied. The service could have been more attentive (I mean the work of the reception staff). The breakfast menu is very rich in assortment, and changes every day. If I had come again, I would have stayed here for sure.

It's a terrible room; it's blowing from the windows, the shower cabin is leaking, and the water needs to be drained for at least 40 minutes. The plumber decided that he was in charge and until you bow to his feet through the maid, he will do something and the leader goes hot. The reception staff is frozen. I didn't like the word hotel at all.

We were in Minsk with a cultural program, stayed in a hotel for 2 nights. Pros - located in the center, there is its own Parking. Cons - everything else. First, we were settled in an unmade room, from where someone had just moved out. From the second time we received a cleaned one. But in this room (as well as others, apparently) - the parquet floor is worn to holes, it is unpleasant to walk without shoes, but there are no slippers in the room, they must be bought at the reception. One pair is 3.5 Belarusian rubles. Dirty curtains, a layer of dust on the windowsill. There is no kettle, bottled water (met in all hotels). There is no soap in the bathroom, there was 1 bag of shower gel and 3 bags of shampoo (for two people). The shower stalls are small. The shower watering can flows from all sides, the doors in the shower stall close badly. Water flows from the bottom of the pallet to the floor. The heated towel rail is hanging on the screws torn out of the wall. More than half of the lamps are not lit in the corridors.
Although I saw a lot of similar reviews, I hoped that in fact not everything is so bad. But in fact it is. I don't recommend it.

The Planeta Hotel is located in the very center of Minsk. In general, the hotel meets the stated 3 stars. The staff is friendly, the room is cleaned daily. Upon check-in, a parking space for cars is offered, which is also not a little important in the capital. On the second floor there is a restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. As for me, there is not enough kettle in the room. But it should be noted that there is a cooler in the lobby of the floor, in which there is always water. We were there for three days, a two-room Suite. The room is clean, everything declared is available, good snow-white linen, towels, soap and soap are laid daily, everything works. I liked the beds, the mattresses, there were not enough slippers, it was May, the heating was turned off, the floors were cold.
The weak link is breakfast, sadness, expensive, poor, sad. Moreover, there is nowhere to have breakfast in the district before 10, all cafes are from 10.
