The location is well 3 km away from the bus stop, in good weather you can walk, but in bad weather this distance will become a torment. For three stars, the hotel is weak, curtains with holes, the duvet cover was also leaky, slippers only for a fee, the water pressure is not the best, but you can wash, there is no sound insulation, you can hear everything up to the neighbors' conversations. The room itself was comfortable for one, it would have been cramped for two already. I think the price for the room is too high for 3.5 thousand for one night, a room with leaky bed linen and no slippers, well, it's too expensive. I do not recommend staying here
Gorgeous building and lobby, great staff. But for the price offered, the rooms clearly fall short in design and plumbing. The location is also super and the surroundings are beautiful.
I liked the hotel for its complete immersion in the atmosphere of the Soviet period). Even the red phone with buttons from the 80s is ready at the reception. The rooms are clean, but the bed has not been changed for a whole week), only towels and hygiene products were put in. It's generally fine. At the entrance there is a laconic shallow pool with a fountain in the center, and tables with chairs next to it on the landing. You can sit and spend time with the company.
I've never written bad reviews, even if there were some flaws. But there are so many disadvantages in this hotel that it is impossible not to write. Don't be fooled by the more or less beautiful general view and entrance, everything else is a complete horror! Plumbing: there is not even such a thing in old communal apartments, there is no hot water, the taps on the sink turn with the mixer, I broke my nail on the button on the flush tank, and since it was impossible to press it, the watering can in the shower splashes everywhere, but not at you, and it's scary to go into this cabin. The maid only took the trash out of the basket, Wi-Fi is barely there, it's almost impossible to watch TV - everything hisses, about the key to the door in almost all reviews, okay, you can turn it in so as not to carry this weight with you, but here's the door!((( the doors close with such a bang that they never get used to it and jump and shudder every time. In general, I do not recommend a hotel, only if there are no other options left, and there is nowhere to spend the night.
The hotel is located in the very center of the city. The rooms are standard. There is a refrigerator, TV, radio. There is a glasshouse and an iron in the coredore. Clear. A huge plus is the luggage storage. If you arrive ahead of check-in time, then you can leave yours in the luggage room and go for a walk. The staff is polite. There is a dining room, but you didn't eat in it. We walked to the nearest shopping center. Our room was on the 12th floor. The view is very beautiful.
Good location. Rooms of the Soviet period. The elevator worked alone instead of two, and I had to go down and up the stairs. The breakfasts are good and delicious.
We liked everything.Good location, clean, good breakfasts, friendly staff. The price is budget. If we come to Minsk again, we will book a room in the Planet.
Classic hotel+. Located in a good location, there is a place to walk nearby! In general, everything is fine, except the nearby parking lot is always crowded
The hotel needs renovation . clean , but everything is tired inside. The price does not match the quality. breakfast buffet is 29 rubles . toothbrushes at the reception for money. Even-numbered rooms have a good view. the only advantage is the location.
the rooms are old, the furniture is shabby and very unpretentious, the breakfasts are not delicious, I would put a level ⭐⭐ or check in for less ...
I do not recommend it! 👎
The numbers are like a lottery. Some will be lucky, and some will not. We stayed for one night. We arrived late in the evening. Room 34 on the 6th floor was not prepared. The sound didn't work on the TV (it was fixed quickly). The shower curtain is not working properly, the drain worked poorly. The administration has not commented on the situation and has not apologized. It doesn't match 3 stars. I do not recommend it
Clean, cozy at home. Very convenient location, 15 minutes walk to the historical center. Hospitable and vigilant staff, thank you for giving our organizer passports, we absolutely forgot about them.
Quite a decent hotel! The design reminds me of Soviet times, but everything is clean and tidy. The elevator is very thoughtful, unhurried and likes to report in which direction it is moving! Narcissus is shorter)!
I liked the breakfasts very much, the service too, very nice girls at the reception, if I were a dying lonely billionaire, I might even have left a legacy to them
The hotel as a whole is not expensive. Clean. The receptionists are just being polite and helpful. Parking is convenient and secured.
Of the cons, only the rooms themselves are a little old. The furniture is average. But comfortable. The room is cramped. And the elevators often broke down
In fact, there is nothing to find fault with.
It was fundamentally important for us to check in early, we were given this opportunity with a +50% surcharge. We were given a room on the top floor with a stunning view from the window. The interior is classic, a little outdated, but everything is so neat that there are no signs of "fatigue". There are no complaints about cleanliness. Soap-shampoo-conditioner is available in the bathroom. A dental kit can be purchased at the reception. The staff is attentive and friendly. The elevators are a little slow, but there are several of them, some will come ;) Wi-Fi is provided for each device and worked perfectly, pulled the video without slowing down. The sound insulation is good, the neighbors have not heard. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. Breakfast was not taken. The location of the hotel is in the green zone. There is no metro in the vicinity, but walking is not a problem (10-15 minutes), + taxi services in Minsk are cheap. It is possible to leave things in storage before and after check-in. Hotels in Minsk are generally expensive, this hotel is optimal in terms of price/quality /convenience.
The atmosphere of Soviet times has been preserved flawlessly. In every sense. Interiors, room service, a restaurant that, however, only works for breakfast. The reception is polite, the rooms are quite decent. The view from the window is great. I can't say about the prices, because the room was paid for by the customers. Everything you need is within walking distance, from banks to restaurants and shops
I didn't like the hotel. We lived in room 1203. When opening the door to the room, the first thing that appeared was the smell of wet and rotten carpet, which did not disappear completely throughout our stay. The toilet and bathroom wish to have the best. The breakfast is modest. One type of coffee comes from the coffee machine, although you press different names. It is valuable for a number that bites, it is overestimated for a three. You can spend the night for one night.
A comfortable place, with a pleasant view and a convenient location
Among the disadvantages: there is a shower tray and a light curtain in the room, there is little space and when bathing you rub against the curtains
There are no slippers, a dental kit
The reception staff is not friendly, you can contact them for any questions, just not to them
Quite a decent interior design of the hotel is from the old Soviet chic times. The location is just great for me - the center is not far away, and the beautiful surroundings of significant architectural structures. I am satisfied. The service could have been more attentive (I mean the work of the reception staff). The breakfast menu is very rich in assortment, and changes every day. If I had come again, I would have stayed here for sure.
It's not the first time I've stopped at the Planet. Nice hotel. Spacious rooms, cozy rooms. Delicious breakfasts are generally excellent.
And there is also parking.
Standard double room; November 2024, 200 rubles/day.
Poor cleaning of the bathroom. The arrangement of furniture in the room is illogical - where there is a writing table, it is impossible to put a chair. The shower/faucet is broken. The breakfasts are tasteless, the tablecloths on the tables are dirty.
I was a guest at this hotel during the winter. The room was cold. The interior is half from the 90s. Anyone who wants to plunge into the nostalgia of the past will be a wonderful place!
Terrible hotel.
The room was not cleaned normally during the entire week of stay.
They came to the reception on the 3rd day and asked to start changing at least the bed linen - the employees, rolling their eyes, said that they could not solve this request, since the laundry was not under their control and they did not know how everything was arranged there.
To my question, "how often do you have room cleaning in general?" they answered that "every 3 days." Naturally, no one changed the bed linen after 3 days of stay, or after a week of stay.
Another comical situation was when, at about 10 o'clock in the evening, the reception again asked for toilet paper, because it was not added to the room, the employees again looked round with horror and said that they could not help and that the main laundry service would start working only at 8 a.m. the next day.
I had to drag myself to the store after a whole day on my feet and buy paper on my own.
But then at 8 a.m. the next day, they started hammering into the room with all their might, trying to give out a roll of toilet paper that no one needed anymore.
It's just a circus with horses of some kind.
Breakfast at the hotel is a separate nightmare for the stomach: the food is over-salted, fatty, over-salted cheap sausages, instead of normal coffee in the coffee machine there was disgusting instant powdered caffeine a la Nescafe Classic Burnt, which could not be drunk, a strange mess called "omelette", the very sight of which could only make you sick.
The room itself is small, very tired and worn, without repair, with hair on the floor and dust in the corners.
The front door can neither be opened / closed without a bang, a separate minus is a heavy key, which each time had to be handed over when leaving the hotel in the morning, and then extracted back when returning in the evening.
The shower cabin is super cramped, the doors rattled when opening and closing and resisted any action so that there was a fear that they would fall off at some point.
The shower cabin was not cleaned at all, and on the 4th day the drain was also clogged.
And as the cherry on the cake, somewhere on the 4th day of stay at the hotel, repairs began, which was accompanied by the booming sounds of a jackhammer from 9 a.m.
I highly do not recommend this hotel.
We took a 2-room suite. But the Suite turned out to be from the 80s. The location is good. The price tag is inadequate. You can rent cheaper in Moscow))) in some kind of Radisson. Pricing policy is generally a separate story. Booked through the app-1 price. We called to confirm the reservation-the price has increased 2 times)) BUT, I really love Minsk. One of my favorite cities❤️ Therefore)) The hotel is normal, the room is normal. For spontaneous check-in for a day, it is also normal. Bathrobes, slippers, a refrigerator-everything is there.
We were in Minsk with a cultural program, stayed in a hotel for 2 nights. Pros - located in the center, there is its own Parking. Cons - everything else. First, we were settled in an unmade room, from where someone had just moved out. From the second time we received a cleaned one. But in this room (as well as others, apparently) - the parquet floor is worn to holes, it is unpleasant to walk without shoes, but there are no slippers in the room, they must be bought at the reception. One pair is 3.5 Belarusian rubles. Dirty curtains, a layer of dust on the windowsill. There is no kettle, bottled water (met in all hotels). There is no soap in the bathroom, there was 1 bag of shower gel and 3 bags of shampoo (for two people). The shower stalls are small. The shower watering can flows from all sides, the doors in the shower stall close badly. Water flows from the bottom of the pallet to the floor. The heated towel rail is hanging on the screws torn out of the wall. More than half of the lamps are not lit in the corridors.
Although I saw a lot of similar reviews, I hoped that in fact not everything is so bad. But in fact it is. I don't recommend it.
We liked it. We lived on the 6th floor. The room is renovated, everything is clean, cleaning every day. The staff is friendly and responds to requests. Breakfast is not bad either, in my opinion there is everything you need. And of course the location, everything is within walking distance!
A pleasant hotel. Good linen and towels. I was pleased with the thick curtains on the windows (I like to sleep in the dark) and good water pressure in the shower. The staff is friendly.
Overall, I liked the hotel, the location is excellent, within walking distance of bus stops, metro, city center, shopping center. I really liked the view of Victory Park, and the park itself too. Hospitable and friendly staff, parking.
We were there for three days, a two-room Suite. The room is clean, everything declared is available, good snow-white linen, towels, soap and soap are laid daily, everything works. I liked the beds, the mattresses, there were not enough slippers, it was May, the heating was turned off, the floors were cold.
The weak link is breakfast, sadness, expensive, poor, sad. Moreover, there is nowhere to have breakfast in the district before 10, all cafes are from 10.
I recommend the hotel.
The attitude at the reception is boorish. The room is dirty, dusty, the atmosphere of the early noughties. The air conditioner was generally cleaned for the last time during the construction of the hotel. Tap water in the cooler. I add one star for the atmosphere of the old hotels.
The Planeta Hotel is located in the very center of Minsk. In general, the hotel meets the stated 3 stars. The staff is friendly, the room is cleaned daily. Upon check-in, a parking space for cars is offered, which is also not a little important in the capital. On the second floor there is a restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. As for me, there is not enough kettle in the room. But it should be noted that there is a cooler in the lobby of the floor, in which there is always water. In general, I recommend this hotel for accommodation.
The room is clean, there is everything for a shower,a cooler on the floor, the water is good, the bed is good, the location is super, old Minsk is within walking distance, the interchange is good, the nearest metro is 15 minutes on foot Frunzenskaya, breakfast is a good buffet.

If you just need to stop, then a good option is next to the shopping center gallery where you can eat well, the metro is also close, the location is ideal almost in the center, they clean every day, and on the 1st floor there is a dining room where you can have a snack, only of the cons the Internet is very bad, even 1 video in tiktok can not download had to spend money on a SIM card, the hotel itself in the USSR styles
In general, it will work, although the hotel could not have been prevented from repairs, but for such a price during the New Year holidays, with the location close to the center, it was impossible to find anything better. The staff is polite, the maid came on the second day. The room itself looks very "tired" because of the old parquet, you can't walk on it without slippers. Our Windows faced the parking lot (which is free for hotel residents and there are always places there, this is a plus), there was a wind at night and there was a strong wind from the windows, apparently the windows were not adjusted.
Not Hilton, of course, milking the countryside will go. I turned off the hot water for a long time, I thought that there was no water, the summer was on, as soon as I finished taking a shower, boiling water went)
A great hotel.
The room is clean and cozy 601. Everything is modest and tasteful. I remember the breakfast is excellent.
Now I'm going to stay here.. Well done....
It is quite a good option for its price category. Of the advantages, the location is undoubtedly excellent. Everything you need is nearby, you can easily walk to the central streets of Minsk if you wish. We were also lucky with the view from the window. The windows overlooked Pobediteley Avenue, the park and the embankment. It's a very pleasant picture.
Of the cons: the hotel, to put it mildly, is not new. The furniture in the rooms is already a little "tired". There were some problems with Wi-Fi. When trying to log in, a message about technical work popped up, information about the duration of which could not be clarified. But, to be fair, it was during the night hours and eventually lasted about an hour. Well, the sound insulation. You can hear everything that happens in the next room and in the hall very well.
I'll start with the pros -
1) location - within walking distance of many attractions, lots of shops, including super-budget Neighbors
2) water pressure and towels - it's a pleasure to wash in the shower
3) wifi is slow, but it catches well in the room
Minuses:
1) the room is small, the shower is shabby
2) there is no kettle, the cooler is shared on the floor, the water is drunk quickly
3) the phone is disconnected in the room, there is a refrigerator, but it does not cool - the reception said that this is normal. It's wild to live in a room with broken appliances
The hotel is not bad. Friendly staff. Disadvantages: the air conditioners work very poorly, I had to change the room. The bathroom equipment (faucets) is also not new. It is inconvenient to use the shower because of the low pressure and poor adjustment of the faucets. In general, the impression of the hotel is positive.
We read the reviews.. We didn't expect magic from 3-tails, but not so much! It seems that everything is bad in the center..
SCOOP!
Of the advantages, only the location pleases.
Otherwise..
Breakfast - if you want to eat at least some of that terribly tasteless, go by 7:00.
You will be offered a strange gray omelette, a tray with cabbage and carrots, a tray with a delicious cheap cheese and sausage and pink deshman sausages. Oh, sorry, more porridge with lumps))
Perhaps (if you go by 7:00) you will get a tea bag to choose from))
Come here safely without power!
It is better to have breakfast somewhere in a coffee shop nearby.
You will be lucky if the room is warm, the windows are siphoning, we are lucky, others from the group are not.
Elevator.. it is difficult to leave, because he is only one worker - plan the descent in advance.
The rooms are a scoop in the best traditions.
Bottom line: you can come here if you really need to, but everything is normally occupied.
But, just be prepared for the above.
We stayed at this hotel with a delegation. I liked everything. The only thing was, at that time, only one elevator was working, which had to wait an extremely long time.
