The hotel is beautiful, a huge territory, many pools, there is a 16+ relaxation pool. The most beautiful sea, the descent to it by elevator. A very beautiful reef with a variety of fish. Cool animation, not intrusive. The staff is very friendly. Delicious food, seafood was served every day. Of the fruits every day there were melon, plum, pear, orange, grapefruit, dates, mango was twice in ten days. very tasty, varied pastries.. The alcohol is all local. Pay special attention to cocktails, the ice in them is very poor quality, causes diarrhea instantly. It is better to drink bottled water only. The room was not cleaned very well, that you will leave a tip, that you will not leave the same. They love our Alyonka chocolate bar very much (instead of tips). They are fed 24 hours a day, bars and restaurants are everywhere. We took an excursion on the VIP elite yacht, just fabulous. We looked at the Egyptian Maldives, reefs with fish of no real beauty. It was September 18, 2024, the temperature was 38 during the day, 27 at night. We want to repeat it next year. I really liked it!!!! I recommend it!!!

We rested at the end of September, the rooms are large, everything is clean, the room was cleaned daily, all the staff is very friendly, ready to help, the beach is large, there are always free sun beds and replaceable towels. The food is varied, both meat and fish are in sufficient quantity, every day there were seafood (shrimp, squid, octopus tentacles), delicious desserts, coffee from a coffee machine, a lot of vegetables, fruits - apples, oranges, bananas, mangoes, it was mango season - mangoes in large quantities. The reef is excellent, there are a lot of fish, we also saw a barracuda, a moray eel. Of the drinks, beer is good in the lobby, cocktails are also better in the lobby. The daily animation is quite sufficient, there was also a beer party, dance lessons, a children's disco, a sunset party, live music near the lobby.
Among the disadvantages is a small pier, a lot of people when going into the water, bad cocktails, no juices, poor service in an Italian restaurant.

A chic hotel with a great variety of food with a comfortable sandy beach, calm sea. On the territory of the hotel
there is a spa, a gym and a chain of shops. The animation is not intrusive and very decent. Good entertainment programs. Excellent service. All rooms have a sea view. There is a promenade along the sea. The hotel is not located on a plain, but if it is difficult to walk up the steps, there are elevators and bypass paths. Excellent pools, there is an aquagorka. I definitely recommend it and I will come back with pleasure.

A very large and very green area. There are a huge number of pools of different shapes, sizes and depths. The infinity pool is 1.2m deep and there have always been a lot of children there, so my husband and I chose the relax pool, which has an age limit of 16+ and a depth of 1.5m. It is quite large and, in my opinion, the largest and most diverse in the entire hotel. There were always free sunbeds, sunbeds in the water, a Jacuzzi in the same place ... in general, a class. The only drawback is that when the heat is at 30 degrees at night, you really want to cool off and swim, but okay, you can't go to the sea, so all the pools start to be cleaned after 18:30 and you can't swim in them either. Keep this in mind when you come here on vacation.
The rooms are old, the air conditioning was not regulated, so I was blown out for the second night immediately, and turning it off at night is not an option because it is very hot in August.
We had the third building, room 3308 on the second floor. There was a balcony, the building was the closest to the reception. Keep in mind that 4,5,6,7 buildings are very far away, walking to eat and going to the beach will be stressful, but every 10 minutes there is transport on the territory, so it seems like it is not a problem.
The beach is large, but there is only one pontoon, in other places it is impossible to enter the water. We had a clear sea for 5 days out of 7. We bought up with masks. The reef is very beautiful, under the water all the beauty for which it is worth going to the Red Sea and yes, by the way, this is not the Red Sea, but the bay, so the guide told us on one of the excursions.
There are a lot of staff, everyone is smiling, everyone is friendly,they clean everywhere all the time, keep it as clean as possible.
Overall, we really liked the hotel, but keep in mind that the rooms are tiled and there is no other coating. It may be understandable, we really couldn't get used to it, because in Russia it's not like that, of course))
Water in 1.5 liters of bottles is brought daily, because drinking from the tap is strictly forbidden. We were also given a coupon for each, which allows us to take 6 cans of soda in the store, i.e. we took 12 cans for two, but this is not particularly useful, because at every step there are bars where you can pour the same soda, only also with ice. Pizza and French fries are served at the beach bar (there is no such thing anywhere else). In other bars, there were chips, croissants in the relax pool and small burgers.
There are like 4 a la cart restaurants on the territory, but we were given coupons only at 2: sunset court and al dente. The first one is essentially the same buffet, only the tablecloths are white on the tables, but the Italian al dente is on the menu and they cook very tasty there, so we liked it much more.
In general, if you are picky, then there is not much variety in food, but if, like us, you are abroad for the first time and are not whimsical in food, then there is always something to eat:pizzas, pastas, various meats (grilled, fried, boiled), a lot of vegetables, salads, fruits (the melon was not tasty at all, but the grapes are very sweet) and a huge number of beautiful desserts, but I did not like the taste. Their pastries are very sweet and fatty, but this is a feature of oriental cuisine rather. I have a terrible sweet tooth, but in a week I only tried a spoonful of desserts 5 in my opinion and couldn't finish any))
In general, the hotel obviously does not pull 5 ordinary stars, but it is quite 4, if again, you are not one of those who find fault with the little things.

Visit September 2024. I liked the hotel. Among the advantages: large rooms, comfortable beds, all plumbing is working, rooms are cleaned efficiently, there are many pools, the reef is very beautiful, the food is varied. Of the cons: there is always a queue on the beach to go down / up, the buoys are close to the reef, so it turned out that you were swimming like on an overloaded path in the pool. The sea was practically inaccessible to poorly swimming people, two small baths near the shore were sometimes shallow to such an extent that the buoys lay on the sand.

Among the disadvantages - at 9-10 am it is already impossible to find a sunbed by the pool, because towels rest on them! It seems to be written in the rules of residence, but I do not understand why the staff does not act!
The rooms were tired and stank of sewage. There are quite intrusive staff who have been trying to get me out of the hotel all the time.
But in general, the impressions are positive, I rested for 5+!

Excellent hotel, very satisfied with the level of service. The territory is very large, but there is a bus every 5 minutes, my child and I always used it. The food is varied: Italian, Indian, a large selection of seafood, there is a diet table, a large selection of fruits and desserts. There are 4 Ala Carte restaurants, two of them are free to visit. We liked the Italian restaurant Al Dente. Like many hotels in Charm, this hotel is located on a cliff, but for convenience there is an elevator, which is located near the main restaurant and pools. There are a lot of pools on the territory: relaxation and view pools, but they are not allowed to relax with children, which is very upsetting. Every day there is an evening program, first a mini disco for children, then a concert for adults. We didn't find a night disco, the program ends at 23.00. In general, we were very satisfied with the rest with the children. The simplest rooms are very spacious and almost do not differ from those that are more expensive. We wanted to change it with an additional fee, but after looking at the place, we decided not to change it and never regretted it. The coral reef is a chic, comfortable pier from which even children can enter. Not far from the hotel is the Old Town and Soho, where we went in the evenings. It is better to go to Soho in the dark, all the beauty is in the evening.

The reef is simply amazing, it feels like you are inside a fabulous marine world. There are no comments on nutrition and service. I don't drink alcohol, I can't say anything about it. The food was good, 2 restaurants shared access. Large and green area. The reef is small but beautiful, we swam from a pontoon - the swimming area is very limited in area, with buoys, and there were few fruits, melon, guava, apples, and sometimes strawberries. Nice family hotel. The food is excellent, delicious seafood. There is a market on the territory, a hookah area. A reef with a wow effect. There are a lot of fish.
Of the obvious disadvantages, they were kicked out of the pools starting at 6 pm and from the beach about the same way. Restaurants and the beach are working at the limit - they often got in line, and the search for a sunbed was a kind of morning attraction.

The territory is surrounded by greenery (considering that it is a desert), the cactus garden is super, cleanliness is everywhere, the food is very varied and delicious (Thanks to the cook and the guys in the hall), the reef is amazing, the pools are clean. There are 2 restaurants on site, one of them is a species restaurant.The hotel grounds are all green, the staff is incredibly friendly, most of the hotel staff speak English perfectly, and many also know Russian, Spanish and Italian well. There are 4 pools there:two family pools-a view and a water park, and two pools for visitors who want to relax without children-a view and one deep.The territory of the hotel is very large, and therefore electric cars run around the hotel around the clock. The rooms are a bit outdated, but generally beautiful. The entertainment program for children and adults is wonderful. In the afternoon, children can be taken to the children's center, where they will be accompanied by animators who speak 4 languages perfectly:Russian, English, Spanish and Italian.And in the evening there will be a disco for children, and later the program for adults is always different, we rested in April, got to Cuban dances, very professional dancers, and in the afternoon dancing lessons from these dancers were organized for hotel guests. We had a rest in early April, 7 nights.I liked the hotel, the room too, although it was without a balcony, but the windows were wide- they opened.
The air conditioner worked well.There were small bottles of gel and shampoo and that was it, there were no slippers, bathrobes, or other disposable accessories.The bed has not been changed, towels are changed if only you throw them on the floor.They gave me two room keys.The houses are 2 storeys high, the lighting in the room is not very bright, but it is quite enough.The only thing I didn't like was the window from the bathroom opposite the bed, in the morning the sun shines through it directly into my eyes and you can't close the window from this side.Our room was not far from gazebos, a small pond and an entertainment area where mini-discos for children and shows for adults are held, there is also a bar that is open only in the evening.They prepare good cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic.The beer tastes good too.The rest of the alcohol is for the amateur.There is ice cream, but it is practically made of water, except that it is suitable for summer to cool down.The food in the restaurant is good, there is seafood, although not a large selection, but almost every day.Fish, meat is also available with and without sauces, boiled for children without seasonings.Every day, 3-4 types of pizzas are prepared, bread made from different flour, macaroni with minced meat, cream, and vegetables.The food was always fresh, there was nothing sour.The fruits were apples, bananas, oranges, tangerines, melon and several times strawberries.A large selection of desserts for every taste, we did not have time to try everything, the choice is very large.The territory of the hotel is all in greenery, almost everywhere is clean.There is a small bus without windows and doors around the hotel-it is free, you can ride it in the evenings and explore the entire territory of the hotel.The sea is clear, the fish were seen even without a mask, but the approach is rocky, although sand goes further.There are many areas with a Jacuzzi at the top, everywhere there is a shower, umbrellas and sun beds, there was enough for everyone, although there were a lot of people in the hotel.The tourists were from different countries -Germany, Italy, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, etc.The views from the main pool to the sea are wonderful.In April, the pool was already without heating.The water is cool, but you can take a dip for a short time.It takes about an hour to drive from the airport to the hotel by transfer.

We have just returned from a vacation at the hotel, so keep a detailed and honest review:
Territory
It is huge, so the bus runs, stops at special stops, but it can also pick up / drop off anywhere if you ask. The territory is well maintained — a mowed lawn, different types of palm trees, cacti, flowers and shrubs. Gardeners water and take care of them daily. Everywhere is beautiful, like pictures from Pinterest. Two-storey buildings are located throughout the territory. There are several pools (small for children, large adults only, with slides, for diving training, with sea views). Towels are provided by cards near each pool and on the beach. There are many bars that operate on different schedules, and several restaurants, I'll tell you about them below. There are two amphitheaters — the first one hosts animation for Russian and English-speaking tourists, the second one for Italian.
Number
We lived in building 5 (the farthest from the sea). The room is standard, overall everything was fine. Entrance and electricity by card. The room size is good enough. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a balcony with a table and armchairs on it. The room is clean, a large comfortable bed, a TV, a huge mirror, bedside tables with lamps, a spacious shower and toilet. Of the cons: the refrigerator does not cool at all, the balcony door does not open well, the bed linen and blanket are synthetic, it is uncomfortable to sleep.
Cleaning
Personally, we were cleaned every 2 days (although they promised every day), the linen was changed 1 time in 6 nights. There are no questions about cleaning, it was only confused that our personal belongings were shifted, namely our underpants))
Meal
There are 2 buffet restaurants (included in the price). The food is varied. Several types of pasta, soups, side dishes. From meat, chicken, turkey or beef (did not eat, did not understand what it was), white fish, less often there were seafood (just shrimp and stew of shrimp, mussels and squid), buns, desserts, fruits (persimmons, apples, melons, dates, mangoes), vegetables (a variety, even artichokes), sauces, snacks, pizza. There was even a block of diet food — boiled meat, fish, steamed vegetables. Most of the dishes were delicious for me, although I'm quite picky.
There are also 2 more restaurants — you can visit them for free using coupons that are given upon check-in. You go to the guest relationship with them and book a visit for yourself. One of the restaurants is exactly the same buffet with self—service and with the same food as in the usual ones. They didn't see the point in visiting him. The second restaurant is Italian, a la carte. It was not possible to visit it, because the schedule is given only on Sunday — we arrived on Monday and the employment was already for the whole week ahead. I advise you to book on the first day before everyone else.
And 2 more restaurants — for a fee, you also need to book. One is fishy, the other is French. They did not visit.
Some bars have snacks. French fries — no questions, excellent. But what they call a "Burger", in fact 2 rolls and a cutlet between them, is tasteless.
Drinks
I liked Cola, fanta, sprite, they are close to the original. I didn't like the juices for bottling, they were too diluted. Unfortunately, there were no freshly squeezed juices.
The beer is acceptable. There is only light. It differs from the usual, but you can drink, really.
Cocktails are made only according to the menu (it is small), they do not agree to mix "this" and "this", except for the usual whiskey-cola and mojito. For alcohol, either it is added so much that it is impossible to drink, or on the contrary, very little that it is not felt. But in general, you can also drink. They always took it with ice, they didn't get poisoned.
I tried white wine once (they brought it, although I didn't ask for it), it's a rare muck.
Animation
From morning to evening, various activities take place on the beach — yoga, volleyball, stretching, dancing. There was a foam party once. From 21:00 to 21:30 children's animation. We don't have children, but we watched: almost the same entertainment every day, but the children have fun. From 21:30 to 22:30 every evening there are different activities (upon arrival they give a printed program). Every other day, a team of dancers from Cuba performs — we really liked it, the dances and genres are different every time. There are also a couple of acrobats — amazing guys, pumped up, doing incredible things in the air and not only. In addition, there were magic shows, a show of women against men with the participation of guests (I participated!), karaoke (you could order a song and sing). The presenter is a cool dude, with humor. The rest of the guys from the team are also nice, they try, almost all of them are Russian speakers.
Sea and beach
There are a lot of sun beds, but almost all of them take towels in the morning and leave. In general, two sun beds can always be found, but for example not nearby and not in the shade. There is a gentle approach to the sea, where it is quite shallow at first, and then the corals are already coming. And there is a call from the bridge, where corals immediately go, but you can swim without touching them, a little further there is a blue abyss. The swimming area is limited by buoys, you can not swim forward, you can go right or left. The reef right next to the bridge is gray, better on both sides, but still not gorgeous. We managed to see a lot of different fish, mainly due to the low tide. I saw moray eels, papugai fish, surgeons, lionfish, napoleon, tuna, antais, butterflies, crucians, stellate arotron. Someone said they saw stingrays and turtles, but I didn't succeed. My husband claims that he saw a reef shark, I was also unlucky here.
Shops on site
Of course, everything is overprice. Pharmacy, textiles, souvenirs, watches, jewelry, costume jewelry, paintings (which are painted right in front of you by very talented guys), accessories for phones and shooting, photographer, hookah (costs $ 6, but it's just trash, don't take it). There is also a drinks store — they give you a coupon for 6 free drinks per person upon check-in. You can take fanta, sprite, Cola, Pepsi, but beer is not allowed. You can take it one time or piece by piece on any day.
Spa
This center has everything — massage, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, various beauty services (eyebrows, eyelashes, makeup, hairstyles, nails). We had massages twice and in the Jacuzzi. I liked everything, the Egyptian masseuses are pleasant in communication and attentive in massage, before visiting you fill out a questionnaire with wishes and they are taken into account. The service and the atmosphere necessary for relaxation are worse than in Russia. For example, the relaxing music during the massage is very quiet, you listen to the steps of the masseuse. You undress to your bathrobe not at the massage place, but in the general locker room. Each gender has its own, but employees can come there too. Drinks before/after the massage are served in paper cups, cold. They don't see you off, they don't tell you what and where, except what you need to know. I mean, here's the locker room, then go get a masseuse, then sit down here. That's it. I found out about the other zones myself. I found where to put the bathrobe and towels myself. I found a place to take a shower and go to the toilet myself.
Staff
Almost everyone speaks Russian, and everyone speaks English. I can note that all are well done, they run like bees, they try, they don't ask for tips, they don't bother. They approached me a couple of times and invited me to participate in activities, but unobtrusively. I was only confused that when I checked in, I was asked for a chocolate bar at the reception. For me, this is equivalent to asking for a tip. There was no chocolate bar, maybe that's why they settled in the farthest building)) The restaurant staff is the most talkative, they often compliment and start a conversation.
Transfer
Probably the only thing that disappointed me. And not even at the price (although $ 20 for 7 minutes on the way is really expensive), but by the fact that the taxi driver brought us not to the place where we asked, but to the point to his friends. Like you can order a return taxi through them. In fact, we were taken shopping by their friends and friends of friends, promised discounts, and eventually divorced for purchases at exorbitant prices. Yes, it's their own fault, but they swooped in so you can't take a step. And only then they showed us how to get to where we were originally going to come.
Result
I recommend the hotel except for some disadvantages. In my opinion, it is suitable for any category of vacationers — the elderly, active, with and without children.

We were buying a tour, so we had a transfer to the hotel. It is worth noting that this hotel has a huge territory (it has its own jogging track around the territory of 1.3 km).
Since I have not been to other hotels in Egypt, I will speak without comparison.
We were settled fairly quickly, and we were also taken to our room on a special typewriter.
General area: the territory of the hotel itself is very clean, there is a fairly large number of staff working here, which not only cleans up, but also mows bushes and so on. There is even its own territory with cacti.
About the room: everything is clean, cleaning was done daily. Fresh water was brought to the room, since you can't drink water from the tap - just wash under it (they say it's very dirty), so bottled water is brought. We had a standard room, but it was big enough and had its own place for gatherings on the street. The only thing in our room was frosted windows in the toilet, through which light came into the main room. The lights don't turn off in the common corridor at night, but that didn't bother us.
There is a bus running through the territory, and since we lived at the other end of the hotel, it was very convenient to get to the main building. He walks about every 5-8 minutes.
Food: there are 5 places on site where you can eat - these are two buffets, two A la carte establishments, and like one seafood restaurant (paid). There is a lot of food on the buffet tables, as well as places. But since we weren't in high season, it's hard to say how many people come during peak hours. We had a little more than half of the hall occupied. The food is varied: there are a lot of meat dishes, there are diet dishes, pizza, shrimp and more. That is, there is always something to taste. Overall, I'm more than happy with the food.
You can get to A la carte restaurants using vouchers that are given upon check-in. I advise you to sign up immediately, as there may not be enough places. We were in one of the two A la carte restaurants, and I won't say that there's anything special there: the food is the same, but there's less of it, as well as people, there's no crowd and other things. But there is a waiter who will bring whatever you ask. We didn't have time to get into the Italian A la carte, maybe there's something else, but it's not a fact.
According to the drinks on site, you can take both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and it's free, in general, alcohol is worse, as it seemed to me, but normal. There was nothing wrong with it after that.
Beach and pools: there are about 4-5 pools on site, one of which is heated. There are slides. The beach itself is quite large, but there is only one entrance for swimming. There are quite a lot of sun loungers on the beach, but still they are quickly occupied in the morning (I think, as everywhere else). There are many different touts for all kinds of banana rides and stuff. If you want to get some kind of divorce, you will need to bargain, since the initially named price is madness.
I also advise you to buy a mask in advance to look at the fish and corals - it's very beautiful.
There is also billiards on site - $5 per hour. There is also table football and ping-pong - for free.
It so happened that when we went out to the city, we bought fruits, but apparently we forgot to wash some, so we got poisoned, but fortunately there is a pharmacy on the territory, so we managed to buy medicines (the ones we took did not help so quickly). It was also a big surprise that there is such a good room service here: we couldn't go to dinner, but we were hungry, but something light. We described the situation by calling on the phone (it's in the room), literally 10 minutes later we had delivery to the room and so many different things that we needed: light broth with vegetables, chicken breast and fruits. Moreover, it is also free. Special thanks for that!
Over wifi: it is available, in the rooms, in the dining areas it works fine, but there may not be a network on the beach or on the way to the room. We also faced a situation where the network was crowded with users, so we couldn't even connect.
In the end, I can say that for the price for which we took this tour, I really liked everything. I recommend this place!

The hotel is good. The rooms are large. The food is delicious. True, it would not hurt to upgrade the rooms, especially the plumbing, but this is not critical! We rested from 05/28/24-06.06.24. The fourth time in Egypt. This is a multinational family-run hotel. Food for 4 (seafood, meat, fish- always), desserts for 5+ (different flavors), cocktails for 3, coffee for 4, fruits for 5. Pools are different and for every taste-this is a big +. The territory is large. We lived in a premium room near the reception. Super! Drinking water was given every day, cleaning was every day, moreover, we did not ask at all) I liked the show, very funny presenters! The multinational nature of Russian-speaking vacationers also affected. Peace, friendship, chewing gum.)Super! The sea and the reef are 5. There is a convenient pier, the beach is huge, there are a lot of sunbeds. The elevator to the sea is great! The cloth can be changed several times a day. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel on the whole.
The food is better than in other hotels in Egypt, strive for Turkish quality. Meals for breakfast are the same as everywhere else, but lunches and dinners are varied. For 6 days of rest - for several days there were grilled shrimp, pasta with seafood, constantly various types of poultry and meat. There were rolls for dinner and various meats were cooked over a campfire.
The location of the rooms, for residents of distant buildings, is very difficult… we lived in building 6, at first I thought it wasn't that far away, but at the end of the vacation I got tired of going back and forth if I forgot something in the room or needed to go. After the sea, we took the bus, it took 2 minutes, maybe less.
The big disadvantage in the rooms is air conditioning! They are very noisy, they blow strongly, right on the bed, with icy air. At night, I constantly had to turn it on and off so that it wouldn't blow out
The most negative perceptions about the hotel, left the beach!
The large hotel has 1 small pier for the entrance to the sea. Everyone wants to lie closer to the pier, which is why there are never any free sunbeds. People do not respect the boundaries of other vacationers, put their sun beds right next to strangers, just to lie down under an umbrella ... when divers dive from the pier, one descent into the water works ... a queue forms, some still delay the queue by starting to wash the mask in the sea, wipe it and put on fins… It is not clear how to build the opportunity to swim in the sea, a thin strip along the reef, vacationers swim almost on each other's heads, the lifeguard whistles endlessly, even lying on a sunbed can not relax. (The same situation is in the pool, we lived near the Water Park - you can hear whistling while in the room)
p.s. I appeal to people who will only go to this hotel - you do not need to stand on the steps and stand for a long time, it is very annoying and you create a queue

We had a rest at the end of April. I really liked the hotel. The territory is large, well-groomed, green, all in flowers, in palm trees, there is a fountain with columns, a cactus garden, various gazebos with sofas, several pools, a two-level pool, a pool with slides, there is a waterfall, there is a sea view. The rooms are spacious with a large comfortable bed, but the furniture is already worn out. A bus takes you to the beach on the territory. The beach is spacious, there is enough space for everyone, there is a relaxation area with a Jacuzzi on the beach. The beach is sandy, there is access to the sea from the shore, but shallow, there is from panton. A very beautiful reef with fish, we even saw stingrays. As for the food, I will say this, we found everything that our hearts desire: meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, fruits, and delicious cakes, you can also eat hamburgers, fries, and soft drinks on the beach. The bar near the reception makes very tasty pinocolado cocktails and sex on the beach. Entertainment programs are available in the evening, and live music is available in the Italian bar. I had to visit Italian discos, I'll tell you Italians know how to relax and have fun. I would definitely come back to this hotel again. I am currently staying at the hotel (it's been a week). The food is great. Fish, crabs, chicken, beef, pizza, pasta. We always leave tea everywhere, their po are funny and I want to somehow encourage them for their efforts) As for animation... I don't get it at all. The Egyptian night is a complete failure. People want to move on and continue after 22:00. During the week, contests and karaoke were more or less fun. And so the same dance routines with acrobats. By the end of the week, I understood why half of them leave at the beginning of the performances. If you want to dance, there is a curriben bar which has a DJ and a lot of Russian music. They also take you to clubs on Naama Bay. But you know, those who don't want to hang out, but have a desire to dance with the hotel and the animators, will be sad. Only on the beach at 11 o'clock sometimes there is such an opportunity. The pools are cool, the infinity is beautiful (1.2 m) but there are a lot of children there and who wants peace and quiet - you can relax Pool 16+, depth 1.5m, very large. The waiter is constantly coming and bringing drinks. Remembers what you like. The 16+ Jacuzzi area is beautiful and instagrammable. The room is quite comfortable, considering that we only sleep there. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, we only go to the breeze. There is our waiter who always greets and brings drinks with a smile (you don't have to stand in line for them). Fewer people, but the assortment is the same. We recently met the general manager - he is a Turk) a nice man. In general, I can recommend this hotel. But they should have done something with animation.

We went in July 2024. The hotel is nice, with a large territory, a short pontoon to the water. The territory is beautiful and well-groomed, the reef along the beach is not the most saturated with wildlife, but you still can't take your eyes off it.
The rooms are a bit shabby and tired, but clean and more or less comfortable. There is a problem with sockets: there were simply no extra ones in our room, the lamps were pulled out of the sockets in the end to charge the phones. Cleaning was done daily, upon request (for a small tip) they can give a couple of extra bottles of water, which is very convenient.
The staff is mostly more or less Russian-speaking, some are better, some are worse, but enough for everyday communication.
Two free buffet restaurants on the territory with a fairly varied and delicious food, four more by appointment (we were in two of them, not impressed, the usual buffet is more interesting). The only disadvantage of the buffet is that drinks are not publicly available, you either have to go to the queue to order them or through the waiters (this was not the case in other all-inclusive hotels, but maybe this is the norm in Egyptian ones).

We visited this hotel for the first time in 2014. This year we lived in it from November 12th to 23rd. I'll start in order. The hotel has a large and very beautiful territory. A huge number of gardeners work. The beauty is incredible, clean, well maintained. The room stock is morally tired. In principle, everything worked, the rooms are spacious. If you choose the cheapest standard room, 5 or 7 buildings will be offered. The fifth one is located next to the sewage treatment plants and an unpleasant smell is wafted by the wind. In 2014, we lived in this building, and when checking in this year, this fact was taken into account, we paid a certain amount and we were settled in the 2nd building.
Everything is fine with the food. The food is very diverse, delicious, beef, lamb, chicken, both stewed, steamed, fried, and grilled. Every day there was fish, also cooked in different ways, seafood: shrimp, squid rings, mussels. A variety of fruits, sweets and pastries are beyond praise, rolls, pizza, roast duck. It's impossible to list everything.
Next, I would like to note that there are many foreigners staying at the hotel. In 2014, there were significantly more of them, about 90%. There are a lot of Italians on vacation now, the hotel is focused on them, to the point that animation is carried out separately for them, since Italians for the most part do not speak English, which surprised me incredibly.
The hotel has a gorgeous beach, lots of space, lots of sun beds, there is enough for everyone. It is believed that the hotel has one of the most beautiful reef in Charm, the difference when visiting the hotel is 10 years with us. The reef is beautiful, but what is called-feel the difference. Man really destroys everything he touches. In my opinion, the reef has changed for the worse. Sorry.
Also, when comparing a hotel with a difference of 10 years, a decrease in the quality of service is very noticeable. In 2014, it was just fantastic. The waiters materialized out of nowhere, the level of service was very high. Now the level has decreased significantly. Even after the pandemic, when traveling to Egypt, the Egyptians felt joy that Russian tourists had returned. Now, unfortunately, this feeling has disappeared. In shops, they can talk brazenly, even try to be rude. Room cleaning is average, linen, towels are clean, snow-white. I would also like to note that the hard, apparently old pillows are not very comfortable.

But if you evaluate the whole, I recommend the hotel to rest. There are many swimming pools, heated ones, a mini water park, daily animation. A hint for tourists:shopping at home-you need to go to the center, third street from Noamo Bay. There is a large Fix-prise store. You can buy everything in it, which is 2 times more expensive than sellers offer at the old market and along Noamo Bay. The goods are the same, tea, coffee, leather belts, souvenirs, etc. And at the same time fixed and fairly low prices. I took off the star only because I had the experience of living in the department 10 years ago and unfortunately I see a difference. A great hotel for a holiday. It is suitable for everyone — both families with children, and for holidays with friends, with a significant other.
It is located near the airport, it takes 10-15 minutes to drive, which is what you need after a long flight. But planes do not bother and rarely fly by.
The territory of the hotel is very large and very green - green lawns, palm trees, flowers, there is even a separate garden with cacti, very pretty!
There are three swimming pools on the territory of the hotel — a common one with a beautiful view of the sea, an adult with a Jacuzzi and a children's one with slides (but also for everyone). There are a lot of sun beds, there is a place for everyone. There is also a separate swimming pool for diving lessons.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel — beach, restaurants, lobby, rooms. Catches well.
The 24-hour front desk helps to solve any issue. I would like to mention the staff separately — polite, courteous, friendly, always with humor and a smile. I was very pleased!
The pearl of the hotel is a spacious large beach and of course the sea. There is one pier, but there is no crowd. An amazing reef and a variety of fish — we even saw a moray eel! There are also small swimming spaces for children in shallow water, but there is very little space. There are also enough sun beds for everyone!
There is a bar with drinks and snacks on the beach, as well as by each pool.
The rooms here are modest, there are no slippers. There is a balcony, good showers, excellent cleaning, TV, lots of channels.
Two buffet restaurants — the food is not the most delicious, but varied, a lot of things. There are also several restaurants on the reservation - we liked the Italian cuisine at Al Dente restaurant.
There are also several bars, with a veranda, with performances by musical groups. It's very atmospheric in the evenings!
The show program is also modest, I didn't really like it, but the hotel always has something for everyone to do. We played table tennis, we wanted to play darts, and we also really liked aqua aerobics. There are also dance, yoga and stretching classes. There is a billiards table and a gym.
There is a shopping area on the territory of the hotel — you can buy snacks, drinks, souvenirs, masks, pipes and so on, but the prices are too high.
Overall, a great place for a good holiday. It is possible that the hotel is not a five-plus, but the option is very decent. We recommend it!

One of the best hotels in Charm. The best thing here is of course the REEF! Food, beach, infinity pool, the area is large and well maintained.
