We were at the Ritz, but did not fully enjoy the views of the lake. The trip to the Ritz was to get as much money out of the tourists as possible. We stopped by to digustate wines, cheeses, and a honey farm, and we were on the lake itself for about one hour, during which we had to have time to eat more. I give three stars only for the views on the lake.

We wanted to have a delicious dinner and chose the location according to the estimates. In fact, I was greatly surprised by such an overestimate. I ordered noodle soup and caesar salad. As a result, the soup is seasoned with cubes, the broth is empty, the noodles are boiled. The shrimp in the salad are rubber. The service leaves much to be desired. This is the first time I've seen this staff to address me as "you." It sometimes happens that it is not so tasty, but the staff is at your disposal. Here, neither one nor the other.

The Ritsa restaurant in Gagra became the most unpleasant experience of my trip to Abkhazia. They brought us pita bread with mold, which in itself is unacceptable in a catering establishment. Instead of apologizing and promptly solving the problem, a waitress named Greta showed rudeness and complete indifference. Moreover, the money for this dish was still included in the bill! The request to provide a book of complaints was refused, which, apparently, is the norm for this institution.
The restaurant leaves an unpleasant impression — neither the quality of the food, nor the normal service. I strongly do not recommend it! Choose another place so as not to spoil your evening.

Very tasty pizza with pear and caramel sauce, I advise you to try it (there is a walnut, keep in mind). Excellent khinkali, moderately juicy, as it should be, they are served with a large amount of sauce. Good local beer. Good and fast service. (I forgot to take a picture of the pizza)

Thank you for your hospitality. This cafe is the heart of Abkhazia. The waiter Angela made our day the most memorable. This is the case when they cooked quickly, according to their "wishes", for such an attitude, of course, they left a tip.
We came from the city of Angarsk (lake.Baikal) and are pleasantly surprised by the service. I advise everyone. We ate a lot of places, but I have never seen such an attitude for such prices

A very decent place for lunch/dinner. Fast cooking, varied menu, very nice price tag for dishes, attentive staff. We tried: trout, salmon, highlander salad, meat plate, mushroom soup. Delicious tea with honey.

Good afternoon. We read the reviews and decided to go eat. Expensive- rich- yes. The setting, the serving and the atmosphere are appropriate. Now about the food: the kebab was burnt and dry, the wine was chilled like vodka, namely ice. Ajapsandal and assorted eggplant are cooked on a level, delicious. We expected more from the visit. We won't go again. Yes, they also brought wine in a bottle and put it on the table. They didn't even pour into glasses.

A very cozy and comfortable place. There are several halls for any choice. The kitchen is just a fire, the prices are acceptable. Everything is very tasty! I will highlight the barbecue wings separately!)) The staff is polite and smiling. The serves are fast and all at once, and not so that one eats, the second looks. After reading reviews about this institution, I want to leave mine after 3 visits. The restaurant is really in the style of "expensive-rich", but not for the present time. It already looks cheap. There are a lot of flies flying around the restaurant. The price tag does not justify, I was poisoned 2 times after visiting this restaurant. I do not recommend it if you do not want to spend half of your vacation in a hotel room((

beautiful interior, several halls, you can ask at the entrance to be put where it is quieter. prices are slightly above average. the toilet is clean, pleasant music. I was very pleased with the food - I have never eaten such delicious hinkals in my life, besides they were brought quickly. dad took chacha, strong, the waitress said 60 degrees. the only drawback is that flies are flying around the hall, I think something needs to be done about it. the staff is friendly, the check for three people for a dish with drinks came out 3k rubles.

It's just gorgeous! Excellent service! The food is amazing! There is a restaurant "Kebab yard" nearby, just heaven and earth! I recommend this restaurant to everyone. A good place with a slightly above average price tag. 2 halls: the first without live music and non-smoking, the second with a disco and the possibility of smoking. We tried a fisherman's plate with red fish, it was delicious and satisfying. Salads, beer, wine, vodka. For a comfortable stay and without saving money, it is perfect.

I recommend. The best thing we've come across in the city. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the sea and a wonderful interior. The staff is polite and kind. The price tag is like in Sochi, yes. But here and in seedy cafes such prices. The menu is varied, very tasty meat, and mushroom cream soup. Homemade lemonade is also cool. Live music, pleasant atmosphere. Sooooo delicious khachapuri, lula kebab😋 beautiful cafe, pleasant and polite waiters and a security guard 😍🔥👍 we came from Kazan, walked through the night Gagra and came a little late, but we were allowed to sit and enjoy a meal after the cafe closed. I've never seen anything like this before! I am very pleasantly impressed. There is no normal disco or club with modern music in all of Abkhazia!!! And there is in the RITZ! Also an air conditioner!
You have a big dance floor. Please extend the disco until 01-02:00, well + bar, without kitchen. It will be very cool.

We ate for three at 4500 with three drinks, everything except the sea fantasy sucked. Beef Stroganoff for 700 rubles from the tongue is just mashed potatoes with mushrooms. I will never visit this institution again

We were on July 12, had lunch with the whole family, hoped for an excellent rating of the cafe (5 stars), but we were very mistaken!!! Prices are like in a restaurant!!! The same evening, the whole family came down with severe poisoning, fever, vomiting, loose stools, then the children's temperature rose below 39. They were treated independently, they did not go to the doctor. Three days of vacation were ruined, for a large sum! REVIEWS OF 5 STARS ARE SCREWED UP, DO NOT BELIEVE IT!!! WHERE IS THE SANITARY SUPERVISION?

A great restaurant. Together with my wife, we were just before leaving home and decided to have dinner. The service is excellent. I don't know why and why they write bad reviews, but to be honest, the staff is polite, hospitable, as in other things, all the Abkhazian people are very responsive and kind people. Thank them so much for that. So here's the restaurant, the menu is gorgeous, and what dishes do you taste like, people, you haven't tried this yet. Trout in royal style and trout on coals is indescribably very, very tasty. Also, the ear is a mix of trout and salmon, bliin people's masterpiece is simple. In general, I highly recommend you to visit. Wines, you can talk about wines for a long time, but they are very pleasant and tasty, light. Don't be afraid to visit the price tag is certainly not small, but when you arrived in Gagra you knew where you were going. You can eat enough for 5000.

We often rest in Gagra. We live in a hotel not far from a cafe or go there for lunch. Every year they significantly improve their appearance and cuisine. Waiters and flies remain unchanged. I really like white tablecloths, serving with clean dishes, colored sofas, coolness. This year there was a breakthrough in cooking. It's very tasty, everything is delicious. Don't lower the bar!

A great place if you live nearby, have lunch, dinner, delicious and the service is excellent! In the evening, there is dancing and music in a separate hall, while in the main hall you can talk, chat or sit on the veranda. The only drawback, but this is the problem of the whole of Abkhazia, is that everything ends at 00.00.☺
