The menu includes dishes of Abkhazian cuisine. The ordered dishes arrived quickly. Everything turned out to be very tasty, especially the salads. I recommend you to visit!

Disadvantages of the institution:
- Alcoholic cocktails. There are many questions about one Pina Colada: cream from horseradish knows what, it tastes like whipped butter; the drink itself has an incomprehensible taste.
- Cream of mushroom soup. If you make a similar position on the menu, then learn how to cook the dish correctly.
- Carbonara. A similar comment. The noodles are overcooked - this is already a huge minus.

We ordered a square of lamb, brought the bones of an old ram, you can't chew, but the price is like in the center of Moscow. In short, if you want to eat tasty and for a short time, there is a Caucasian cuisine nearby, you ate there several times and everything was fine. They were poisoned in October 2024. We stayed for 2 days + feeling unwell on the road. They ruined my vacation. I had to spend 10tr on medicines.
The waiters are so arrogant that they don't bring 100 rubles in change, although tips are included in the price. But everything looks nice and pleasant, you wouldn't expect that. We took meat and vegetables.

Finally, the waitress Alvina, who was serving our table, came up, very annoyed that we were interested in the composition of the dishes and so on. Arrogant look, irritation, etc. But the top of it all was that after ordering, she snatched the menu out of her hands, it was quite rude. Yes, there are a lot of people, almost a full landing, but the impression of such an attitude has deteriorated.

Mmmm, my favorite cafe. What a wonderful atmosphere there is. What delicious food, everything I've tasted is the highest grade! There are two halls in the restaurant, one is quieter, for sitting, the second for lighting up. The guys are singing - fire! Everything in this cafe is provided to the smallest detail. The interior is gorgeous, the sea view is beautifully decorated. And finally, the most important thing is the staff. It couldn't be better, everything is done quickly and clearly, without forgetting to always smile, ask if everything is okay, I haven't seen such attention in more than one cafe - restaurant, it's worth a lot. My dear ones, I wish you health, prosperity and, under all circumstances, to remain as I know you. Wait for me, we'll meet again in August. In the same cafe, the dishes are neutral (European) and very tasty! Honey cake melts in your mouth, as from the best pastry shops, there is more meat than vegetables in the salad of Ritz)) pasta for 5+! A twofold impression, the first time I liked everything, we came for lunch and ordered chicken soup, everything is delicious, the cake from the oven is hot, fragrant).
The second day we took trout soup + 5 for lunch, shish kebab + 5, the flatbread was no longer from the oven, but cold 2)
The third day ruined the mood in general:
We ordered French fries + kebab, the potatoes were mixed fresh, only cooked with cold (I hope not from someone else's plate 🧐), a spoiled mood, I did not eat, because one piece was either broken or bitten off, I did not understand).
The check is above average.
A lot of the local population comes in, so you can walk)))
The interior inside is chic, the toilet is clean,
it smells delicious clean -in comparison with all the cafes that were in Gagra.
I hope they will take note of these problems.
Will I come here next time, yes.

A large and beautiful cafe on the beach in Staraya Gagra. The interior is well-appointed, rather akin to a restaurant. On the outside terrace, from the side of the road, it is somewhat noisy from passing traffic. A very civil toilet in the room.
The service is very decent, the staff is polite and friendly. The menu is quite large, the prices are high, closer to Sochi, which is rare in Abkhazia. However, the portions are large. For example, after eating a plate of fish soup, I had already eaten enough and regretted that I ordered another one, which I then barely crammed into myself)).

I can't say a good word about this place. The wine reminded us of fermented jam, which was diluted with water, we did not even drink. The fish died a natural death, decomposed with a smell, and the boats were wooden and heated in the microwave. I ordered pilaf for the child, so as not to lose, and it turned out to be too salty. In general, run away from there and do not eat at all. I hope this review will help tourists, and the hostess will think about it and feed normally. I don't understand how much Gene you can see people to feed them like that.

Beautiful, delicious, cozy! The waiter girls are great, the kitchen is a special thank you! The boats are the most delicious in Gagra, the kebab is not bad, the pizza is delicious, Caesar is not bad, cherry confused 2 pieces for the whole salad. A surprise for a child's birthday from a restaurant is very pleasant and unexpected for a child. The pasta is delicious. Three halls for every taste. It's clear! That was an important factor for me. My wife ordered an alcoholic cocktail "Blue Lagoon", I liked it. The waiters are really sad. The cafe is located by the road right on the beach.

We had a rest in Gagra three weeks ago. The choice fell on the Ritz cafe on the very first day of arrival. We were fed very tasty, excellent food, interior, service for 5 points, although there was a very large load plus a school graduation in the next hall. The barbecue was delicious, salads, pasta. We decided to repeat the trip to the Ritz in 5 days, and were unpleasantly surprised (the waitress was confused in the order, did not clear the table. The barbecue was dry and cold, in general, as if we had come to another place. And yet, we were sitting by the window, and next to it there was a staircase leading down to the beach. So the guests were allowed to smoke right on the stairs and all the smoke flew at us and our children, it was unpleasant (in general, I take off the star for the second visit. The first one was great. We'll write it off for different shifts of chefs, maybe something else.

A good cafe. We always stop by when we are in Abkhazia. But, we take only hashlama and tortillas, because they bring quickly, large portions, a lot of meat. We ordered trout on the grill once, they brought it an hour later, after several reminders, and it was so-so.
The sunsets there are awesome.

I really liked this place. The staff is responsive, the kondey is working (and it was sooooo important to find a cafe with a kondey because we already got a heatstroke). In the evening, the swearing is for takeaway, so they were able to make a dish that is cooked and served in a frying pan for takeaway. In the afternoon we came to eat in the cool, everything is delicious, but there is much to strive for. Separately, we would like to note the owner of this institution, a real businessman, is in his institution all the time and controls all processes. We definitely recommend you to visit, this is the best and most comfortable place in the whole area with stunning sea views.
