Incompetence of the Rixos hotel staff, namely on the part of a Dauren employee, he was standing at the reception, and after I called the management, he introduced himself as the head.
The very point is that I am a participant in an ongoing conference here at the hotel, and I wanted to leave my suitcase in the store before starting, since I lived far away in another department and had already made a checkout there. After the conference, I would have to go to the airport right away, and therefore I had nowhere else to leave my suitcase.
Dauren told me that if I don't stay at the hotel, it's impossible. Although I often visit hotels, including in different countries, and have never encountered this anywhere, I also had such situations when I had to leave my suitcase at a hotel where I did not stay, and I never had any problems with this. When I brought the person who was staying at the hotel, Dauren also began to refuse the hotel guest, disagreeing with himself, with his own first condition. He had already offered to leave my suitcase in the hotel guest's room, which was very inconvenient for me and the guest.
