There is one name from rixos. The feeling that it was in the 90s and it remains. The service is very long. I have to run after everyone. The price and quality do not correspond to the word at all. Since there are many escorts in the hotel, be prepared that if you are a girl and you will be in the lobby at night, then the Kazakhs will also try to take you off. Or even better, if you return from somewhere at five in the morning, you will be rudely asked to get a room card, confusing you with another escort. It is very strange not to remember its inhabitants, the main task of the guard, by the way, wished one a good day in the morning, he did not answer anything and looked strangely. In short, staff training is crying out for you.
About the spa now. In general, it's OK, but everything is also very tired, I've never seen this anywhere. Massage, spa are performed ok, although not at the highest level as expected from a 5 star hotel. But while I was undergoing the procedure in the Turkish steam room, the cleaner next to me was mopping the floors. No comments.
And in the beauty salon, while the hair was being dried for brushing, I thought all the hair would be pulled out, other light curls were expected, as the master later admitted, it turns out she does not know how. Why start spoiling your hair. About facial massage - a nice woman.
In short, I will not come back for anything, they still have to pay extra for this.
By the way! About the dream, the terrible bed linen. I do not recommend it!!!

For example, the wildest refusal to use the refrigerator, since there is a minibar in it and they refuse to temporarily empty it. Pay a deposit of 100 thousand tenge and nothing else. This has never been seen anywhere else. Shabby curtains with revealing holes. The plumbing is working, but there is no lid with a designation, then the inscription is simply unreadable. Replace-the price of the penny issue. The carpet in the rooms and corridors has not seen dry cleaning for a very long time. You won't ask for cleaning in the rooms, and if they do, then blunder. Dust on the glass shelves.see the attached photos. There are only 2 towels in the room, a bath towel and a small one. The light in the rooms is dim. Cosmetic kits are replenished as they want and not always, for example, they will add a toothbrush with toothpaste. But there are also advantages - very polite staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Delicious buffet breakfasts and a large selection of food. Everything is fresh and selected. In summary, the price is too high if you stay in private. There are a lot of corporate clients from different companies, which is probably why the price is so high.

Incompetence of the Rixos hotel staff, namely on the part of a Dauren employee, he was standing at the reception, and after I called the management, he introduced himself as the head.
The very point is that I am a participant in an ongoing conference here at the hotel, and I wanted to leave my suitcase in the store before starting, since I lived far away in another department and had already made a checkout there. After the conference, I would have to go to the airport right away, and therefore I had nowhere else to leave my suitcase.
Dauren told me that if I don't stay at the hotel, it's impossible. Although I often visit hotels, including in different countries, and have never encountered this anywhere, I also had such situations when I had to leave my suitcase at a hotel where I did not stay, and I never had any problems with this. When I brought the person who was staying at the hotel, Dauren also began to refuse the hotel guest, disagreeing with himself, with his own first condition. He had already offered to leave my suitcase in the hotel guest's room, which was very inconvenient for me and the guest. Dauren refused, citing that he had already been approached with such a request many times. In the end, he condescendingly, as he said, as an exception, still took the suitcase to the store. I have a question, isn't this a hotel service? The hotel that rented out a large number of conference rooms, and the participants at the Rixos hotel on the last day had already left other hotels with their belongings and went to the conference, and many need to go to the airport immediately after this conference.
The hotel earns more during such events, because the cost of rooms increases, conference participants actively order food and drinks in bars. Is it really impossible to provide small amenities for people?

We need to work on the room service, room cleaning happens later than those who want to know how it was cleaned. You ask to come in 30 minutes to get ready and go out and give the opportunity to do the cleaning, they will be at the door in 5 minutes, tactfully ready for cleaning.

7-star service - any requests were fulfilled instantly. Interesting design in the lobby, rooms are like everywhere else in hotels of this class. I liked the massage, 2 Finnish steam rooms in the spa center - 90 and 110 C. As a lover of hot stuff, I caught that special hot buzz before the massage. The breakfast is excellent, very on the level. The location is within walking distance from two Arbats - Zhibek Zholy and I. Panfilov street. In general, I recommend it!
