After the flight, I didn't want to go anywhere anymore and decided to have a snack with friends at the hotel, first of all, I just want to mention the service - it just doesn't exist! We made a remark to the waiter 3 times to wipe our table and remove some incomprehensible glass fragments near our table (from previous guests) and only 3 times it worked. Then, after 20-30 minutes, the food arrived, and then the fun began - I ordered pasta bolognese, and when it was brought, I realized that I would not eat here anymore. I don't know what kind of cook they have, but he overcooked the pasta so that it was impossible to eat it. My friends ordered a burger and fries - but they missed it too! The burger patty was with blood (raw!!!) and the potatoes are also raw and not salty.... WTF? In general, the restaurant of this hotel, I'm sorry, but it sucks (it spoiled the overall impression very much! For a hotel of this level, such shoals are unacceptable! Bartenders in the evenings are also not very willing to serve you, which is very strange.

An hour later, they knocked out a second set of towels and toilet accessories. BUT they could only knock out the soap to wash their hands elementary by 19 o'clock. They called the reception and went down 2 times. But the result is that we received it only by 19 o'clock. The promised cup for the second guest will probably not be brought. In the morning, before an early excursion, we will take turns drinking tea. A complete shock from the hotel service. The same hotel chain in Nur Sultan is just heaven and earth. A full set of toiletries, cups, masks, antiseptics, a notebook, a pen in the room. There's not even half of it in the room. And to wash your hands, going to the bar on the ground floor is generally nonsense. Should I call again to ask for a cup) maybe I'll be lucky

From 22:00 to 01:30 I waited for the bar to open, I needed a refrigerator to remove the medicines.
The room itself is smoky, the carpet on the floor is dirty and stained.
The next day, the restaurant at the entrance began to ask questions about the fact that breakfast was not paid, when checking at the reception, they also did not confirm, although they took payment for it at registration.
There is always a traffic jam at the entrance to the hotel, the traffic jam is formed because of the guests who come to the wedding, which is held at this hotel, like all other events.
When choosing a hotel, I just hoped for 5 stars of the hotel, but it turned out that the service was a solid three.
They do not accept Russian cards . If you say that you will not use the mini-bar, then they come and lock it with a key !! I've never seen anything like this before.

A very pleasant area in the lobby is something like a bar and a large lounge space with greenery and sofas, you can sit for hours talking.
Once the best 5-star international hotel in the city, it has become a 3-star hotel with mediocre service and high prices. Just observe the behavior of employees from the outside. That's enough...(((((

I was also surprised by the SPA - for some reason, you have to walk through cold corridors to the steam rooms. It is also worth noting that if you decide to have a snack in the atrium, lay at least an hour. Even coffee was served for 15-20 minutes. Not everyone waited for the food.
