There is no shampoo in the hotel - funny, but a fact. Therefore, if you don't have it with you for some reason, you can only wash your head with shower gel, but this is at best. It is not possible to get a brush out of a glass - but why do you need it? - I heard the answer to my question. Breakfast is standard everywhere. The room is quite clean, but the carpet is stained. The room cards have to be activated three times a day - it's infuriating. I ordered strudel at the cafe, they brought it without ice cream. Although there is a ball in the description in the menu. And so everything that you don't touch. The service is suffering.
Convenient location, clean rooms, the staff is polite and courteous, BUT you come at 10 o'clock for breakfast, and there's naked Vasily (breakfast until 11) it's over, it's almost over and disgusting coffee....
Now I think in December I will stay there or take another hotel....

I haven't been to the rooms, I can't say anything. But the lobby and the restaurant are gorgeous. We were in a restaurant. The food is sooo delicious. And the menu is varied. Desserts are just amazing how delicious they are)) The service is excellent. Thank you. I really liked it.

I went into the hotel, no one pays attention, stood between the reception and the guest relationship, the guy at the reception walked from corner to corner on the phone talking about his business. The girl was talking about work, it was clear. I walked between them for several minutes, and no one asked me if I could help in any way. Until I started to stare at the receptionist and turned myself in. I understand it's an evening, a weekday, quiet, but this shift showed such a disgusting service on December 17th in the evening. In the lobby, the guest area, the waitress did not come up and asked if I wanted to order anything. Despite the call button, Rixos positions itself as a luxury hotel, but the staff does not seem to want to work. It's unprofessional and ugly.
It's not too bad. But the numbers are old. They accept cards, but it's very difficult to get it out of the employees - as if they don't want to. But this is a strong resource. An interesting bar. There are no questions about the spa. You forgive a lot for a good SPA!
To be honest, the reception staff was a little disappointed, they do not match the level of the hotel. There is something to strive for... One of the advantages of the hotel is a convenient lobby for meetings with coffee, on the ground floor.
