I generally like the concept of casting Rixos. The breakfast is gorgeous, the location is a cot, the bed, the pillows are super quality, soft. It would be necessary to repair the interior already. Outdated a little bit already.

Rixos is Rixos! But!!!!!!! Getting through and getting feedback from managers is a whole problem! I had to go and personally seek a meeting and acquaintance, then everything went well. In the end, we held a seminar, changed the time of lunch and lunch, and we went to a meeting and everything was in time, well done, thank you.

Good afternoon, Rixos Almaty team.
I have to write a review a second time, and again a negative one.
I will explain the situation, the assistant booked a room for 2 days and forgot that we were from the company and there was a discount, a few hours later another assistant contacted and registered from the company, but upon arrival at the reception they did not see a discount reservation.
I paid the entire amount of 380 thousand tenge, but upon eviction I was told that they would refund the amount and returned it only in one day with a 50% discount%
I was upset again 🙁
Is it really impossible to take such situations under control?
This is very upsetting for your guests.
But I will definitely not go to you anymore.

I arrived at the hotel around midnight from the airport, I had dollars, euros and rubles, but I was informed at the reception that I could not pay for the hotel and check in. Their exchanger only works during the day because. You can't pay in the morning, but you have to go back to the airport to the only working exchanger 🤣 Service for 5⭐️. The issue was resolved only with the second administrator

One of the advantages is a beautiful atrium. The rooms are terribly worn out, some of the light bulbs are not lit, the underfloor heating in the bathroom does not work, the air conditioner does not work for heat. He lived on the 7th floor, a 2-storey room. The 2nd floor is windowless, vibrations from ventilation installations on the roof interfere with sleep. In short, 3 * for the interior maximum.

The rooms are very tired and need updating. Old curtains soaked in the smell of cigarette smoke (even in non-smoking rooms). The hotel constantly hosts some kind of conferences, so there are often a lot of people in the lobby.

The hotel is definitely not worth the money. Everything is very old and dilapidated, especially in the rooms. Breakfast will hardly last for three or four races.
We lived in July 2023 in a large suite and saw it for ourselves. If you like scoop service and you are satisfied with the unsanitary conditions in the bathroom (there is a century-old dust with dirt and pubic hair on the toilet floor) and a rotten hose on a watering can in the bathroom with loose duct tape, then Riksos Almaty is for you.

This is Rixos as it is. Luxury and comfort. A wonderful spa and swimming pool. I was especially pleased with the Turkish hammam and sauna. The rooms are large and spacious. The only drawback is loud music in the evening under the window from the side that overlooks the square.

MCH and I went here and TESTED it for 2 weeks while eating at a restaurant.
1) Surprisingly not tasty for such prices, surprisingly few dishes, several times we saw people at neighboring tables complaining to the waiters that it was not possible to eat this meat, it was not even cut, it was a nightmare. Several times, people are shocked what was brought to them and how is it even there?...

2) if you ordered a dish, it means in every 4th case that you will be forgotten, you will wait 40 minutes angry and hungry, and it will turn out that the dish has not even started cooking😱

3) several times it happened that we just poke at the menu with our finger what we want - and bring something else😬

4) several times it happened that the waiters are confused about what is included in the breakfast mix, what is not, they bring you a drink or, for example, sweet rolls, then not.. It's a mess! No standards, no one knows what to serve and how to serve! We constantly need to figure it out and prove that we have forgotten half of the dishes🤮
5) everything is very slow, when they say 15 minutes is an hour at best…
I repeat, it's a very beautiful place, but the restaurant is just ugly
