Excellent service.
Clean rooms and a nice bed. I just want to sleep and sleep)
A warm bathroom floor is love!.
The kitchen is good. Dinner in the room at 12 a.m. was great.
There are earthy brushes and paste and everything you need. It's convenient when you forget your own. I note this, because very often he picks up brushes even in expensive 5-star hotels : / I do not understand why they are not available somewhere.. Rixos has everything!))..

The service is just on the verge of fantasy. Not only that, they could not accommodate in a room that was booked and paid for with 2 separate beds, because why did they check out of it during check-in. And I didn't have the strength to wait for cleaning for at least another 40 minutes. The room that was eventually occupied was not ready for 2 guests at all. An hour later, they knocked out a second set of towels and toilet accessories. BUT they could only knock out the soap to wash their hands elementary by 19 o'clock. They called the reception and went down 2 times. But the result is that we received it only by 19 o'clock. The promised cup for the second guest will probably not be brought. In the morning, before an early excursion, we will take turns drinking tea. A complete shock from the hotel service. The same hotel chain in Nur Sultan is just heaven and earth. A full set of toiletries, cups, masks, antiseptics, a notebook, a pen in the room. There's not even half of it in the room. And to wash your hands, going to the bar on the ground floor is generally nonsense. Should I call again to ask for a cup) maybe I'll be lucky

I checked in on 08/19/2022, the problems started at the entrance.
I stood at the reception for 30 minutes, as there was only one employee who solved the issue of payment with a hotel guest.
Upon registration, he immediately announced that it was necessary to include breakfast, as well as immediately paid for the bar, the one in the room.
From 22:00 to 01:30 I waited for the bar to open, I needed a refrigerator to remove the medicines.
The room itself is smoky, the carpet on the floor is dirty and stained.
The next day, the restaurant at the entrance began to ask questions about the fact that breakfast was not paid, when checking at the reception, they also did not confirm, although they took payment for it at registration.
There is always a traffic jam at the entrance to the hotel, the traffic jam is formed because of the guests who come to the wedding, which is held at this hotel, like all other events.
When choosing a hotel, I just hoped for 5 stars of the hotel, but it turned out that the service was a solid three.

The service and staff training are very good. Room cleaning is daily and, most importantly, I did not notice when they determined that I was not in the room and everything was done quickly and accurately. A wonderful sauna (hammam, Finnish sauna, swimming pool). The breakfasts are also delicious, with a large selection of dishes and fruits.

Five, but a little old, there are rough edges - the morning after check-in there were problems with water in the room, I had to call the service while they were repairing, I missed breakfast. The hotel compensated for everything - they brought a luxurious breakfast to the room.
Minus the star, since the card from the room was constantly discharged and did not work, sometimes I had to run to the reception several times a day, and sometimes twice in a row! Considering the size of the hotel and living on a high floor, it was extremely uncomfortable.
A very pleasant area in the lobby is something like a bar and a large lounge space with greenery and sofas, you can sit for hours talking.

The most gorgeous atrium. TOP 1. The staff is helpful. The number meets expectations. There is not enough fresh bread for breakfast. This is strange. Only packaged juice. I was also surprised by the SPA - for some reason, you have to walk through cold corridors to the steam rooms. It is also worth noting that if you decide to have a snack in the atrium, lay at least an hour. Even coffee was served for 15-20 minutes. Not everyone waited for the food.
