We were at the spa. There is no Jacuzzi. There is a meaningless hammam for washing. There are 2 saunas in total. It's not worth Matt's money. The pool is icy.

I am from Almaty myself, but I have been living in Moscow for a long time. I came on business, I have a small dental office here. The hotel left a double impression. The staff is (mostly) very friendly and helpful! Like most people here in general! But the room and the security at the entrance leaves much to be desired! No one helped with the luggage at check-in, the guards were the same every day asking if I was staying at their hotel 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ The non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes from the extractor hood as if someone was smoking right in my bed! You wash in the shower, while the toilet fills with water up to your ankles... In general, there are two impressions. I hope that the hotel management will see this review and take appropriate measures.

The administration does not hold the guests for people, the mini bar is closed until you pay the deposit in its entirety, you cannot write down the account number - payment is here and now. Something is not working in every room. If you want real 5 stars, then you definitely are not here
