One of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi. Everything is at a high level: friendly staff, food and drinks (were on the "all inclusive" system), beautiful territory, excellent kids' club. I would like to mention the beach and the sea separately. Not a salty puddle, but a real sea with waves. Professional rescuers. I highly recommend it, but... it's not cheap.

Two adults had a rest in December 2022. The hotel is very nice. Smartly decorated before the New Year. Good food, a great beach and a gorgeous sea. That's why we stopped in Abu Dhabi. They say the sea is worse in Dubai. But, despite so many advantages, there were also disadvantages for us that spoiled the initial impression and did not give us 5 stars. We travel a lot and for the first time in our lives we encounter so many children in a hotel. Wherever you go, there is noise and uproar everywhere. Even we had to go to the meal at the end, when all the children were already fed. In the reviews we read about a quiet, respectable vacation, which we fell for. The hotel's photo gallery confirms this. But, in reality, everything is different. There is a very good concept on the beach of the hotel: on the one hand only adults, on the other with children. Even the sign is FAMILY. Apparently, we are not the only ones who want a quiet holiday, at least on the beach. But, as it turned out, the staff is not looking after it. And the people didn't care about their signs. Conclusion: the hotel is gorgeous. But if you are traveling without children and dream of a quiet, relaxing holiday, definitely not here!

Maybe they position themselves as a premium hotel and believe that the guests who come to them only want privacy and silence, but this is not the case..... The best hotel, service at a height, polite, pleasant staff, the territory is very beautiful, well-groomed, clean, rooms are cleaned every day, the bar in the room is replenished daily, there is a cooling pool on the territory, you can also sign up for restaurants - Asian, Italian (free), Japanese along with a cooking show (paid) - it's worth it, go, you won't regret it. Drinks for every taste and color)) alcoholic cocktails do fine, everything in moderation. The food in the main dining room (it's hard to even call it a dining room) feels more like a restaurant, the choice is huge, there is both vegetarian and regular food. Different types of cheeses, meat in any form (fried, grilled, steamed), similarly with fish, there is risotto, you can order separately roast steak or make pasta to your taste, any side dishes: mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, bulgur, boiled potatoes, rustic, fries and much more. Sliced and whole fruits, fresh and pickled vegetables, desserts - this is generally a fairy tale for a sweet tooth especially.
There are also various services, we took advantage of a photo session with Aladin, who professionally did his job, chose photos in digital and printed form, we really liked the photos.
There is also a Russian-speaking staff at the hotel who will always be able to orient you.
I highly recommend this hotel, there are no disadvantages, everything is fine!

The biggest plus of this hotel is the sea. The purest turquoise water, no boats and other water sports that pollute the water like in Dubai. Otherwise, the hotel is so-so. The beach of the hotel is great, but the pool for the current hotel is very small and there is only one. Wonderful hotel! 10 days flew by like a blink.
A room for 4 people (3 adults and a child) was taken the simplest, it turned out to be a 2-room room with two toilets, showers.
We checked in before the set time and extended the room on the day of departure for 2 hours.
In the shower gel, moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.
The cleaning is perfect, daily, within an hour for a room of 90 sq.m. Very diligent Jinky pleased with beautiful figures and flowers.
There are a million towels in the room, bathrobes for adults, at the request of a child - replacement every day.
