Beautiful resort! A lot of different food for every taste. There are special seafood feasts on Saturdays. For children, a rixy kids club with animation, a swimming pool and water slides is open all day. By taxi close to Yas Mall and Ferrari Park. I really liked Sea World. A little longer to go to Legoland, it's closer to Dubai.
The hotel staff is hospitable, there are many Russian speakers. For families with children, the choice of this hotel will be successful.

There were 2 times, the last time the service deteriorated to the level of its absence. And all because of the fact that the hotel has untrained staff, neither a cocktail can be made, nor tea.
Forgetting to approach you when you're sitting in a bar for 30 minutes is the norm. And the knowledge and understanding of English (staff from India or Africa) is such that you ask for water, and they will bring a coke))))
Restaurants on the territory are also of very low quality both in terms of the choice of dishes and the level of service.
The kids' club is also another place. It is primitive for children from 0 to 3 years old at most, there is nothing for older children to do there at all, the staff does not look after the children from the word at all, the territory is not fenced and the child is left to himself and can go wherever he wants.
I had a case - they left the child until 23.00 (the kids' club is open until 23:00), so at 22:30 the child was kicked out of the club, because the staff wanted to close the club early and the child wandered into the room himself, fortunately we found him in 40 minutes!!!
In my opinion, this is wildness!!!
There are no comments in terms of food, everything is fine, but the service is at 0 and when you come to dinner, you can not wait for your drink.
We had a company of 10 people and it is quite normal for the staff to bring 5 or 6 glasses of water for 10x, and the rest probably have to unsubscribe from the neighbors))))
There is no need to talk about cleaning dirty dishes from tables at all.
In terms of sockets, there is also a problem - they are Arabic and there is one adapter in the room, as you want and take a queue to charge gadgets)).
On the beach, the service is also not very good, you can come and there are no towels (((
There are also no paths on the beach, and the sand is such that shoes melt. The chaise lounges are old and dirty, and most importantly they are microscopic umbrellas that cover 1.5 chaise lounges in +40 degree heat in the shade.
In short, there are much more minuses than pluses, and the money is not small at all. Saving on staff turned the hotel from 5* to 3* with a big stretch!
I do not recommend from the word at all!!!

The beach is the main asset of the hotel. The rest is well, not premium at all and for a C grade. The main problem of the hotel is the staff. They do not care about the guests at all, it is clear that they are not trained in the service at all. The room was cleaned badly, often after a call to the operator. Ordering drinks is quite a song. Either ignore it, or for a long time, or they bring the wrong thing at all. In 30% of cases, the order was not brought. They work very poorly, in the restaurant, on the beach, in the evening. Annoy. It's easier to take everything on the bar yourself. But this is not the concept that the hotel claims at all. The food is normal, but the variety will not conquer. Sushi would be better not to do - one name. Seafood is scarce and the quality is so-so. In general, the choice seems interesting for a week, then it's boring. Standard rooms are small. The bathroom area is very strangely zoned, the toilet door is glass, slightly matte, but there is no sound insulation and other privacy. In general, if you have conquered the beach and need all inclusive + there are children, you can go, but not for long and at a discount. The hotel is sometimes put up at a completely inadequate price in relation to the very average quality of everything.

I want to thank the hotel team for a wonderful family vacation. There is a lot to learn from colleagues from Dubai, where Rixos does not deserve even one star. Everything is just magical here, the food that is on the buffet, that is in Ala carte restaurants, is of excellent quality and for every taste. Starting from healthy food, fruits, vegetables, seafood of all kinds, meat, ending with desserts and fast food, everything is just great and delicious. Bars, cocktails, also pleasantly surprised. Constant events for guests of all ages, especially I would like to mention the children's club, where there is always a rich program, thank you, thank you and thank you again! The spa area deserves special praise. Of the minuses, sparrows and other birds that get when you sit outside during meals, as well as minor repair flaws, apparently due to exploitation. In general, thank you and I hope to definitely come back!
