Wonderful hotel! 10 days flew by like a blink.
A room for 4 people (3 adults and a child) was taken the simplest, it turned out to be a 2-room room with two toilets, showers.
We checked in before the set time and extended the room on the day of departure for 2 hours.
In the shower gel, moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.
The cleaning is perfect, daily, within an hour for a room of 90 sq.m. Very diligent Jinky pleased with beautiful figures and flowers.
There are a million towels in the room, bathrobes for adults, at the request of a child - replacement every day.
At the first cleaning we were given a shoe shelf, at the second - a dryer on the balcony.

The waiter at the Furkan pool made our vacation! So you need to choose this hotel first of all because of the GORGEOUS beach!!! The beach is really fabulous! A wide and long sand spit. The sand is the purest. The water is the purest! We were at the end of the season, in the middle of May 2022. The water is warm! I don't want to get out! The beach is also very convenient for kids, because it is not immediately deep. At the entrance, a 3-4-meter-wide pool for small fry is formed. Then there is a sandbar. On which you can sit quietly. Then the waves and the deepening gradually. And every day the state of the sea is different. The waves. The amount of water near the shore. The size of the sand ridge. When the waves rise, it's also very cool! There are fewer of them in the morning. By the evening more. And what incredible shells the sea brings to the shore! There are a lot of sun beds. No one bothers anyone.The only surprise: there are no toilets in the beach area. Only by the pool. But the distance is not very big. So it's tolerable. But small children probably won't make it. And they will do their business at sea, which is sad. And it's also tedious to take into account that the sun is very intense. The children will need sun suits, and so will my husband and I.
The hotel is located on the island of Sadiat. It's not far from the airport. About 25 minutes. The hotel itself is large and beautiful. In oriental style.
The rooms are very bright and beautiful. We stayed in a room with a sea view for a few days, and then with a garden view. I liked both there and there. The beds are very comfortable, including an extra bed for a child.
The room was cleaned very well and quickly. Sometimes we forgot that we needed 4 towels. But for some reason, many hotels forget. There is a small water park. More for younger kids, but my 8-year-old son was having fun there too. And a small pool with a sea wave and a waterfall. The kids liked him.
The food is not to say that it is strong but diverse, but you can always find something to choose from. The meat is delicious, the fish is dub, the squid rings are excellent, fruits are given 3 times a day. Seafood (shrimp, mussels, etc. are not cooked tasty). Sushi is medium. We went only to the main restaurant, because it is more convenient with children, but there are also ala kart restaurants. At the buffet for children, too, you can always pick up something. Even boiled buckwheat and oatmeal on the water. All alcohol is of high quality. And wine and spirits. Baskin robins ice cream. In the bar by the kids' club and by the pool in the restaurant. In general, such high-quality everything is included. In the evening we walked to the children's club. There were discos for children. Sometimes detmky kobe organized events. Magician. Acrobats. Trampoline Town came. Painting pictures in the fresh air.
We recommend it. It is comfortable with children. By the way, there is a division on the beach: families with children are on the right, those who want peace of mind are on the left. It's convenient.

This is very stressful, and this is something that the hotel team can fix.
Secondly, I would like more authenticity in a la carte restaurants. If you go to a la carte, then it should not be worse than in a general restaurant! And it was worse in some cases, especially with children. In this sense, I personally liked Italian the most. The hotel can also change this.

We returned three days ago, after a rest in this awesome hotel. There were 2 adults and 3 children according to the ultra ol system. They took two rooms connected by a door, straightened the chair for the youngest. The older ones slept on big beds. Everything is absolutely in the room, there is more than enough space for storing suitcases and things. The air conditioning is working fine, there is a clothes dryer on the balcony. The food in the restaurant is for every taste: once I was not too lazy and counted how many types of hot – 16! Always fresh fruit, lots of rolls, fish are given and made. True, there were oysters only twice. There are fresh drinks in the morning, they are also available in the bar near the fitness area. The hall is very decent. They took a tennis coach, a cool dude. 1 trenka -5 thousand for our money. The kids' club is a bunch of annimators, there is a bar with 4 types of Baskin Robins ice cream, they make fries and burgers, all in unlimited quantities. In the evening there is a children's disco, there are 2 small football fields. Separately, 3 more ala-kart restaurants. The pool is great, comfortable sun beds , towels are everywhere and always there, the bar is super. There were 21 types of whiskey on the map, a bunch of cocktails, sparkling wine, 5-6 types of beer. The sea is a separate topic, we rested both in Dubai and nearby, it's just amazing here, its own bar, sun beds, towels, perfect turquoise water , white sand, in the morning it is leveled with a tractor, the water was +30. There were no people from the word at all, sometimes there were 5 people, sometimes 30. The truth is almost always waves. Musicians play in the evening, harp, violin or saxophone in the lobby during the day, and in the evening they move to the restaurant.
