We had a rest with my son and we are wildly delighted!I really liked everything!!!! Gorgeous room!!! Very tasty and varied food! Excellent service in restaurants! They checked in ahead of the check-in time and I didn't even have to ask for it! It is very comfortable on the beach and on the pool, there are always places!!! Very nice, attentive staff!!! The hotel is chic and very beautiful! I don't even know if I was more full or drunk 😊 everything is in excess and everything is very high quality! It turned out to really relax!!!

Great place, wonderful location. Rixos keeps the brand. Meals are all inclusive, meals are provided for children with European preferences. We were in this hotel before the pandemic. Its own beach, where they say turtles live (we haven't seen them).Overall, everything is fine.

The sea is good, the service is on the level. But without frills. There is not enough oriental luxury. Of course, the Emir Palace is more luxurious and better located, but it is full, including alcohol, which is very important for drinkers in the Emirates. The spa is cool! I would really live in it if they didn't close it at night. We were on New Year's Eve - the program sucks. The food is varied and good.
In general, I recommend it. Excellent price/quality ratio

The hotel is new, everything is fine. For a family holiday, the very thing. But it's very cold in the halls and the kids' club. The children's pool is located on the side of the children's club and when children enter the building with a wet head and in wet swimsuits, they immediately freeze. Similarly with the toilets in the children's pool area. We were settled at the opposite end of the hotel and had to run around the hotel in wet swimsuits with wet heads through all the corridors and foyer where the lobby is located where all the people are sitting in clothes. And you know it's impossible to walk across the street because of the weather conditions, and the distance is 2-3 times more than walking inside the hotel. Weather conditions are such that the temperature shows 45 degrees and feels like 55, the humidity is very high. And as soon as you go out into the street after a couple of minutes, your head turns and your legs give way, the same thing happens with children. That is, we could not walk across the street, taking into account the huge distance. The kids' club is empty - the room is empty, there are almost no toys. On the street there are slides, houses, tables and drawing boards. But the children do not go outside even in the evening and it is very cold indoors. As for the food, everything is delicious and but there is no variety of the menu, soups are only in the form of "cream", there is no spicy.

The biggest plus of this hotel is that everything is included. The food is delicious everywhere. Several a la carte restaurants. But although the hotel has been operating for about a year, we were half a year ago, already all shabby, the furniture in the room and in the restaurants are stained. It feels like when opening all the old furniture from another Richsos was brought here. Nice beach, group workouts in the pool. I will lower the star for not wanting to go to a meeting and for the house. the fee is to arrange departure at 18.00. Of entertainment, only in the evening there was Music in the bar on the street and a disco by the pool with me once.

I really liked the hotel. We had a family vacation in April 2019. Everything is clean, the rooms are cleaned daily, the staff is pleasant. The main restaurant is very decent, a variety of dishes, there is always something new, desserts, fruits, there is something to pick up for children separately.. I didn't like themed restaurants, unless Turkish is more or less delicious. You can always visit the bar-cafe. Ice cream, fruits in the pool area are always available for children. The beach is clean, the sand is the best for children. Overall impressions are excellent. I recommend it.
