It is not particularly different from other non-five-star hotels. The food is bland, ordinary. Standard rooms are like everywhere else. There is no balcony. The window does not open. There wasn't even a pen. What's a plus, Underfloor heating in the bathroom, and a Jacuzzi. There is no refrigerator. He may have been. But the key was locked . We can safely say that 3.5-4 stars. The pool is relatively small.

This is an art. Level. It even has its own unique smell. We slept under a duvet, ate red fish, and listened to the piano in the evenings. We visited a cool fitness room, swam in the pool and steamed in a mint hammam. And in the evening, before going to bed, we relaxed in the Jacuzzi. We enjoyed the service and clean sheets. And the beauty of the Atrium can be admired every second.

We checked in 2 hours later than expected, although every 5 minutes we said "about to" check in, and after another outrage, we offered a voucher for coffee at the bar, which is valid ONLY TODAY!
And I don't want coffee today, I want to sleep and I want to go to my room!
That is, I won't be able to drink even such a free coffee tomorrow.
In normal hotels, they offer a room above the level or at least a bottle of wine with fruit for this.

Overall, the hotel is nice, all the amenities, but not luxury.
They asked for separate beds and regretted it, the bed is not even a one-and-a-half, but straight for one, you need to lie still!

It seems that the hotel is not old, but it is shabby. Everything works in the rooms, but everything feels worn out. Dirty windows. Cosmetics, plumbing, bathrobes, towels - everything is OK. Paid sparkling wine for breakfast. Strange for Rixos. There is no currency exchange. The service in the restaurants is terrible. Slowly, they bring the wrong thing, they don't know the menu. I didn't like it.

Top hotel. The responsive and attentive reception, delicious and varied breakfasts, a spa area with a swimming pool and saunas (hammam, Finnish sauna, Turkish steam room) are beyond praise, I also liked the equipped gym.
When ordering dinner in the room, it was cooked quickly, the dishes were delicious. Daily high-quality cleaning.
In the Irish pub in the hotel lobby, the atmosphere is pleasant, but the beer selection is weak. In general, I was satisfied with the visit to the hotel. On a subsequent visit to Astana, I will again focus on choosing this hotel.

If you consider that this is a city, then the place is great! The staff is all polite and friendly! The spa is not big but it is enough. There are 3 showers for 4 saunas, a lot of sun beds.
The child lost the toy after leaving, it was found and returned!!! For this, many thanks to the reception staff and the spa!!!! Minus the food score (I compare it with rixos borovoe) there is much richer nutrition and better food quality! For this, a minus star, otherwise - thank you for the selection and training of staff! There are problems with this in the Republic of Kazakhstan, but everything is fine here!!!

For 13 years I stayed at Rixos hotels in Astana, Almaty, Shymkent. The heart is always pleased with the inscription in the room on the TV screen "Welcome Mrs.Barayeva". You fly home from Moscow to Kazakhstan now. The service is always at its best, starting from the entrance and reception to departure and boarding a taxi. The rooms have everything for writing letters, which warms up memories)
It would be blasphemy to skip breakfast. The buffet is incredible. I have something to compare it with over the years. I immediately go to the spa after checking into the room. Hammam, wrapping, massage.
I held meetings in the conference hall several times, always well-coordinated work on the rental and the format of the meeting of guests.
On my birthdays, I was congratulated at 12 a.m. with a cake with an inscription. It's nice from the bottom of my heart)

Upon check-in at the reception, they gave coupons for any free drink. In bars and restaurants, the staff feels like they are hearing about these coupons and seeing them for the first time. They began to introduce some restrictions out of the blue. It turns out that not every cocktail can be chosen. I said later that up to 3000 tenge is something, and there for this price the choice becomes not great. Why introduce such a decoy action is not clear. The same story with a special dinner menu for 17,000 tenge. The staff could not give a clear answer about this action either. The reception couldn't tell if it was for one or for two, whether it was a buffet entrance fee or not. In short, marketing exists separately from the hotel.

I am in love with this hotel and its interior! The design is great! A good spa area: a clean and temperature-comfortable swimming pool, comfortable sun beds, a cool steam room. The breakfast is delicious, but not very varied. Friendly staff. The rooms are very spacious! Purity is 10 out of 10.

We booked a Premium room with a balcony, such rooms are located on the upper eighth floor. It's nice to drink coffee on the balcony in the evening.
There are no questions about the number at all.
According to soap and soap accessories, everything is in abundance and of good quality, even salt and bath foam are included. Only a bathtub with a Jacuzzi, of course, takes a long time ...))
The pool, hammam and steam rooms are all super, the only thing is that the floor is slippery, if you go to the hammam without slippers with wet feet, you can slip.
The breakfasts are good, we tried manta rays with pumpkin for the first time.

The stunning beauty and comfort of the restaurant area on the ground floor with palm trees and a live piano in the evenings, panoramic elevators, a decent swimming pool and SPA, the staff was very pleased with their professionalism. The bed is too soft for me, otherwise the room is comfortable with a spa bath and shower. Breakfasts in October 2022 are so-so, I often live in 5 rooms, I'm used to more delicious breakfasts.

there is no coffee machine in the room, only instant coffee.
the spa is excellent, but massage and so on is expensive, I took a back massage 39 tenge (8 thousand. the rooms are clean, it was raining outside, I turned on the heat conditioner - it didn't work, and there was no warm air!
there is no viewing on YouTube, only 1 channel of movies in Russian.
