A good hotel for family (and not only) holidays. The territory is large and green, with date palms and tangerine trees. Two all-inclusive restaurants, plus a few more a la carte restaurants. Clean, delicious. There are several swimming pools on site, plus an indoor one. There are two stages, the central one on the beach and the other, a fenced area with a stage closer to the exit. There is a children's area on the territory, there are pools and slides, but I was without children, so I can't say anything about its quality. Bars on the beach and in the hotel, the drinks are delicious and strong. There is also a snack bar on the beach for those who have been drinking and starving, working at night, thanks for that! On the downside: pools are liked not only by guests, but also by impudent seagulls, and they make a lot of noise and debris. And also the beach itself, rocky and not cozy. I love sandy beaches, slippery rocks in the water are a problem for me. As it is, everything is good and decent. The interior is a little tired, but it doesn't catch the eye. The Russian-speaking staff is friendly and nimble. Almost a solid top five!

The location of the hotel is very good, beautiful mountains , pines and water, a very large and well-maintained territory, we lived in the Marina , there is a very chic bar, special thanks to the bartender Aliya, always delicious cocktails, but now about the cons:
The first and very fat minus of this restaurant, for me, is a big noisy dining room, I'm not picky with food, well, serving, noise, din, just a dining room that I don't want to return to, no matter, breakfast lunch or dinner the concept does not change! Well, the pier needs to be repaired!

One of the best hotels!
Rooms (even the most standard ones have a shower and a bathtub), it is fashionable to wash together at once to save time. Clean, the mini bar and bathroom sets are replenished every day.
The beach is awesome - a hybrid of sand and pebbles. I'm a fan of Kemer because it has the cleanest water and fish, like in the red sea - for me it's just a criterion. Piers with sun beds , everything is covered , the territory is huge , no one bothers anyone .
By the way, the territory is simply amazing, we only went around all the locations after a few days, everything is interesting, atmospheric (look at the website, I will not list)
Well, the main feature is a free unlimited transfer to Lego Land 🫶

Good afternoon! I want to leave a review about the Rixos Sungate hotel
Of the advantages:
- a gorgeous area surrounded by pine trees
- cleanliness throughout the territory (they wash and clean everything around without stopping)
- a varied and delicious table
- they make great cocktails in the central bars (we were in October, the occupancy rate of the hotel is 65%, we never had to jostle in line for food or drinks)
- children's club Rixy Club is a separate love (a separate water park for younger children inside the club) - many programs and master classes for children of all ages (the youngest did crafts and petted in the panda park, and the eldest was 14 years old constantly playing basketball, table tennis, etc.). In the evening, the rixy club hosted children's programs, candy carts, acrobats and magicians impressed the younger one))
- a great water park for adults and teenagers. Once again, the area is perfectly clean - swimming pools, water parks, walking areas, we were not worried that children might catch rotovirus or something like that.
- the musical programs at the beginning of the vacation were decent ... then it seemed that the bands were not very professional.
- the sea is clean, very salty (for whom it is important). There is a beach for kids, closed by a pier, there are no waves and it is shallow. The central beach is very nice and comfortable, there is a place to swim (for fans like me to do long swims) (spent time on this beach), a bar nearby, any drinks except cocktails are made. Turkish coffee and ayran)
- the staff throughout the hotel is very friendly. Any issue is solved in a few minutes. The children lost their glasses and sneakers) they found everything and brought it, nothing disappears anywhere, you feel calm on the beach leaving your bag with your phone on the sunbed.
- world class daily group programs from yoga to cycling, the gym itself is modern and clean. The coaching staff is on top.
- visit to the amusement park and shopping center the land of legend. It is very convenient that you can take an organized transfer to the park at least every day (we were there once) - transfer and visit the park for the whole family for free. The kids had fun, the parents had fun! Shopping is very good in this park.
Of the cons:
- outdated hotel - the rooms have been renovated, but the corridors with old worn carpet are sad (although to be honest, after two days, thanks to all the advantages of the hotel, you stop paying attention to it)
- drinks (wine and sparkling wine) for whom it is important are not of high quality, ordinary table wine, sparkling wine is very cheap (it does not taste terrible))
- evening programs started very late at 22:00 or 22:30 ... in the interval between dinner and the evening concert, it is not clear what to do ... apparently to put the children to bed and come back to the concert)) maybe that's what it's designed for.
- the programs (I repeat) in the first days of October were interesting, then apparently it was not the season and the musical groups became rustic.
- upon arrival, I asked the room service to come and clean up all the shortcomings in cleaning the room (there was dust on the windows and the lockers were not washed in the bathroom), everything was quickly eliminated, then the cleaning was excellent. They tried to leave a tip (apparently it was not accepted - the money always remained in place)
- we stayed at the hotel for 10 days, there is one a la carte restaurant - you can choose from two proposed restaurants (not all that are in the hotel), while one of the proposed restaurants did not work for three days. As a result, we were in Mexican - well, such a pleasure🫤
- a photographer takes photos on the beach and can be purchased for 12 euros for 1 photo near the central restaurant) while printing the photos crookedly, cutting off the legs)) therefore, check the photo before you pick it up (I noticed, they printed a new one right there)
- sun beds on the beach without mattresses, in any case, you can take as many towels as you want and arrange a more comfortable place for yourself (for whom it is important) you should take sun beds early before breakfast (by the sea) there were always places by the pool.
- separate sun beds from the Diamond Club can be rented for 300 euros per day, which is probably why it is always free there)
You can look for a lot of cons! In general, the hotel is wonderful in terms of recreation! Pine trees, warm sea, friendly and non-intrusive staff, evening programs, a top-level sports club, a children's club (the best we have seen) otherwise, as we understood, the hotel will soon be closed for full renovation and all problems (and they are not significant) will be fixed. I was happy here. It is curious that there are many young people from Central Asia of the USSR among the service personnel.
This is 5 stars, because it is very comfortable, hospitable, and sincere here. I liked this complex, in general.
Very varied and delicious food!
Lots of fish and local colorful dishes. A cover band is constantly playing in the evenings, some kind of events, a very good bar, cool big rooms. Only the treadmill is 2 kilometers long, if I understood the signs correctly. I walked through it. Picturesque, trees, small architectural forms, hedges, a running surface.
Of the minuses, only the stone coast, but this is Kemer. It's like this everywhere.

Great hotel! We had a rest with the children. A very large area. The incredible beauty of nature! The view of the mountains is amazing! Great cozy cafes and bars. The food is wonderful - varied and delicious. It was also important for us to have a good gym with high-quality equipment. Including in order not to bring a lot of eaten kg :)) World class - speaks for itself. We attended group classes with great pleasure. I remember the girl coach Valeria in the pool. We were here out of season – a great place for a family vacation! The friendly staff will always solve all your questions in a matter of minutes.
Nice rooms, daily cleaning and replenishment of the mini-bar.
The food is delicious and there is so much of it that we haven't even tasted half of it in a week. There is always an opportunity to drink tea/coffee/cocktail, fresh juice can be ordered by the pool. There are also several restaurants on site, we were in Japanese. Very tasty cuisine!
The children's area is large, with the possibility to leave the child under supervision.
In general, the entire territory of the hotel is designed so that at any point you feel comfortable. The service at the hotel is excellent, I recommend it!

Since 1998, we have been visiting Turkey, we have seen a lot, we have rested only in 5 stars. We were at Rixos Sangate this September. The hotel is good, but not everything is great. We lived in the Marina, the rooms are cleaned every day, only the Kyrgyz clean, it is not clean enough. We arrived on the first day with only one bathrobe, there are not enough towels for two. I had to call and tell them to bring it. For such a level, the hotel should not position itself this way. There are no problems with food in the restaurant, but there is practically no seafood. only fried fish. Chicken, duck, mutton, queue and issue is limited. Cafes are open on the territory and on the beach, there is no choice, there is no staff on the beach at all. The hotel surprised me to say the least. Not worthy of the level he has.

One of the best hotels in Turkey.
We have been choosing Sungate for many years because of its amazing atmosphere. Absolutely everything has been created here for children. A Rixy club, a lot of Activities and of course a football academy.
Thanks to the coaches for their professional training, tournaments and everything related to football. Every year we come and see a football star, with whom our son trains.
I would like to highlight the work of the Rixy Club separately, it is a great place for children. Evening shows for children are more interesting than for adults. In general, everyone will have something to do in sungate. Thanks!

we have been vacationing in this hotel for 4 years now, we really like everything, everything is fine - beautiful territory, polite staff, but there is a problem - these are sunbeds on the beach without a mattress, we need to solve this problem because after 10 days of rest, my back got sick specifically, you can give out mattresses at least as towels, who needs it it is not difficult and not expensive, even in cheaper hotels there are mattresses on sun beds , it is not clear why a hotel of this level cannot afford mattresses on sun beds so that all vacationers feel comfortable .

The price for tours to this hotel is very high, 5 does not correspond to the price, the restaurant is more like a dining room, you will not be hungry, but seafood, watermelons are traditional for good "fives",(in season!) This is not the first time we have rested at Rixos. And every time you leave the hotel, you have warm memories and a desire to come again. Comfort and coziness are here in every corner. A huge green area. It can be conditionally divided into two zones - for families with children, there is a very cool kids club with animators, various entertainment for all ages, a water park, a rope town and a coniferous park, its own restaurants for children and adults and an adult territory - a fitness club, tennis courts, a spa area, pools with a day program and in the evening, cool shows and a disco with a cool DJ. The hotel is so well designed that music has never disturbed our peace. Special thanks to mc Ksusha, who knows how to dance anyone, she is a professional in her field and we are very glad that we were lucky enough to meet her again. Beaches for every taste, there is a children's beach. There are several a la carte restaurants on the territory, in the main restaurant the staff work quickly and accurately - they immediately clean the tables, respond to the requests of guests with lightning speed. Separately, I want to mention the waitress Moldir, this is a very sweet and modest girl who was helpful and was always ready to help. Anti-smoking measures were observed by all hotel staff. I have never seen any of the hotel staff even allow themselves to lower their mask, the surfaces were constantly being treated, there were stickers everywhere to indicate the distance. 3* is the maximum that can be delivered to the hotel. Maybe 7-10 years ago he was decent, but now he is definitely not. We live in a building with superior rooms and villas. The territory of our building is very pleasant, modern, a beautiful bar with good drinks, a chic restaurant (for an additional fee) right there on the territory of the building . But! A huge and fat minus to the hotel for catering! It's just terrible, I'm meeting this for the first time. 2-2.5 hours of "window" when you can't eat ANYWHERE at ALL. It so happened that I stayed hungry for several evenings, because I put the children to bed during the main dinner and did not have time for it. Then either wait for the snack bar until 23.30, or go to bed hungry.. Oh , well , you can eat chips with nuts 🤦🏽♀️ The situation is similar during the day .. from 16-18, you can only eat noodles from a box or a croissant, and the main dinner is from 19 and if you suddenly want to eat it in the period from 18-19, be kind enough to "lick" the restaurant doors while waiting.
In general, the cuisine in all restaurants is not very tasty.
According to the hotel, everything is greatly exaggerated to call it 5*. Well, taking into account the renovation of some categories of rooms -4* this is the very top of which the hotel deserves. The shame of the network .. it would be better to rename/ sell and not disgrace yourself.

The sea is warmer than in Belek ( before that we were in Belek 3 days ago) everything in the hotel is well organized. The imported alcohol in the bar is all different , there are many types of whiskey .

I really liked it. Although who is going why. We went for the positive and got it. The territory, the beach is super, food and alcohol for every taste. And the most important thing is the sea. Clean, warm. There are no queues anywhere, despite the huge number of people. A sunbed can be found at any time. Thanks to the staff, hard workers👍👍👍

Family rested on 06/20/2023-06/29/2023, 2 adults, 2 children, 2.5 and 8 years old.
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is wonderful, it wasn't hot in June yet, it was comfortable, the sea was warm, the territory was huge, everything was clean and well maintained. Everything is bottled at the bars, the cocktails at the Marina Bar are super. The room was taken Marine Suite, 2kk with access to the terrace, pool and Marine bar. After such a lavish number, of course, you won't want to go to others anymore 🤣
In the morning, the children got up and ran around the lawn.
In the mini-bars, water, soda (cola, fanta, baby juices, something else), beer were replenished every day.
I liked the food, both fish and seafood, meat in abundance, toasts, soups, pastries, lots of sweets. Especially handmade cakes were popular 😋
There is a separate refrigerator with baby food for kids.
The beach is mostly pebbly, but there is an extreme one where children hang out, there is fine sand from the sunset. There is sand on the beach itself. There were no problems with sun beds, there are always places. On the 1st line of sun beds, we noticed that there is a sign for people with disabilities, there were such families, adults and a wheelchair user.
We were satisfied with the rest.
Will we come back- yes, definitely.

Rick's hotel urgently needs repair!!!Restaurant-dining room,with appropriate smells🫣Unsanitary conditions in everything!I'm not one of those who looks at properly laid tiles)))Standard rooms are a disaster!!A hotel with a large and ill-conceived territory!!!There are two good bars, Marina and Fantasia in the building, and they are hidden from human eyes.Prosecco Turkish…About food, everything that was previously described by tourists with a negative is true!!!Rather, you will get an omelet, but with 30 minutes standing in line.Tell me?And what are the delights at home every day ?No ... Overall, it's not bad.
Beautiful, large territory. Around the mountains, the sea, the air. There are many beautiful locations for photos.
The service is excellent, all the staff are very friendly and friendly.
Delicious, varied food. A very cool and cozy corner near the pool, next to the Marine bar, and the top bar itself, make delicious cocktails for every taste and color.
The hammam is cold, the sauna is normal.
We were in early May, the weather let us down, the sea is cold +18 degrees and THERE is NOT a SINGLE heated pool outside!!! Yes, there is an indoor heated pool, but there is a terrible smell of chlorine, it is very humid, which makes it hard to breathe! Even the 50cm deep children's pool is icy! Children's slides, everything is beautiful, cool, but children can't even plunge into the pool - the water is ice!
And the beach is disgusting, dirty sand - not Cleopatra (beach in Alanya).
If you chill near the pool and do not swim, then it is normal, but why such a vacation.

Great hotel! Suitable for young couples, and for couples with children. A large well-maintained territory, a spa center, a water park, many pools and bars, daytime and evening, adult and children's programs. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I wish you all a good rest!

I was at this hotel in October of the 24th year. I will say this: the food and restaurants are bad , there is almost nothing to eat , the restaurants are full of people . the service is 0 , the staff is normal. The territory is good . the rooms are normal , the cleaning in them is normal, although the minibar was replenished only the minibar was replenished only on the 8th day and then after the request. it is almost impossible to sleep until 1 a.m. the music is hammering , the same thing is playing low-quality music in the pool all day long. I highly do not recommend this hotel, price and quality discrepancies
