There is a warehouse on the ground floors of this wing of the hotel: old tables, chairs, Christmas decorations. This place seems deserted and slightly abandoned.
The hotel is a party place, so the music was blaring every time until 2 a.m., the audibility is decent. Music made my husband uncomfortable.
There is no cleaning in the room. For the first time, we never tipped the cleaners. Sticky bedside tables from the guests to us. Dirty balcony. The bed was changed 2 times and then because it was accidentally soiled 2 times. The first time was changed to the 6th day of rest. They didn't vacuum at all. Towels were changed every day.
There are three of us. Slippers for two, no bathrobes (this was very surprising).
The territory is beautiful, well-equipped, well-groomed, I enjoyed looking at the mountains and greenery.
The beach is beautiful, the wide promenade is clean, there were enough sunbeds.
The pools on the territory are nice and clean. They clean and paint constantly.

Drinks are normal, everything is normal, except that the collective farm, in the form of many vacationers, climbs out of line, not caring that there are still people waiting in line. And it's just that someone has enough upbringing not to send obscenities to those who think they are smarter than everyone else.

The nutrition is very weak. We've been here 10 days, the food is absolutely monotonous. I'm tired of more bitter radishes.
Snacks don't seem to be cleared off the tables at all. As they stood on the first day, they are still laid in the same places without change.
Salads are the same, pasta, mashed potatoes and rice. Everything is in its place. I don't even go there anymore, I've memorized the menu.
There were shrimp 2 times all the time. Promised on Tues and Fri.
Yesterday was Tue, but without seafood.
Sweets are also weak. No cakes, chocolate fountains, etc. Just the simplest sliced biscuits with different dyes and Turkish sweets according to the classics.

The water park is half closed. I would like to ask the hotel, why suddenly save money on us???? We chose the hotel specifically for the water park. As a result, we didn't ride almost anything.
The kids' club is great, good workshops, but for the last 2 days there has been no animation, sweets, lollipops at all. It feels like the hotel is slowly dying out. Hello, management, we're still here!!! And they paid a lot of money to relax to the fullest!
I would also like to say separately about the evening programs. If there are concerts, they are great. And they will sing perfectly with a good repertoire of songs, and they will dance at a very good level. But, there is a but. We got to the beauty contest, which has been going on here for 2 weeks and the Audi company congress. And no concerts for you these days, just a bunch of music dedicated to the anniversary of the Audi company. Why do I need this as a guest who has paid for a vacation??? I want show programs, I want to relax my mind and heart. And in the end, the hotel management didn't care about it. He has his own interests. We moved the sun beds on the beach and made a platform for representatives of the Audi company. But it was the lack of evening programs due to the beauty contest that angered me more. We don't work all year so that we don't know what to do with ourselves in the evening. And not only for adults, but also for children. The animators with the program were there for 1 evening.
Trips from the hotel guide to the shops deserve special attention. People, don't get fooled and don't waste your precious time on this! You will be offered a free shuttle service with arrival in fur coats or gold. We had a conflict with a fur coat store, because we were not in the mood to buy outerwear, but stopped there only to be taken to the Antalya shopping center. As a result, no shopping center, no good mood.
To summarize, I will say.
The hotel is not bad, the usual 5. It's not worth the money. Definitely not coming anymore.
The reception responds quickly to requests, but we didn't ask for anything except a needle and thread. They settled in quickly. But the savings on everything and everywhere are felt everywhere. It was annoying. It seems that the hotel has gone to winter, but we are still here. And we paid a lot of money so as not to feel discomfort and inconvenience. But alas. A friend was vacationing at the same time with Rixos Beldibi, she took photos of how beautiful their dinner was and the choice of dishes : the Sungate assortment was not nearby ... neither red fish nor seafood (only fried sea cocktail)... the last 4 before our departure, shrimps and crayfish appeared.

The downside was poor cleaning - the floors were not washed at all, they collected garbage with a dry mop and that was it. Although there were traces of fruit drops on the floor. I was not satisfied with this and every day I contacted guest relations with a request to wash the floors with a bucket and water. For example, the lifeguard washed the deck of the y Marina bar pool several times a day with a bucket of water and a rag. They didn't wash the room like that. On the fourth day, a Turkish woman came, an adult woman, and we communicated with her via translate - I asked to wash the floors anyway. She went to the bathroom. When I went in there, I was horrified..
She was washing a dirty mop in the sink. In the sink in which I wash my son, I put him on the edge (he is 1.5) to wash the legs of the handle, brush his teeth……
In general, after that they started coming to me for cleaning with a bucket.
On the 7th day of rest due to the invasion of ants (washing is bad) we moved into the next room of the appropriate category: two-room with terraces. but. YouTube was no longer working on the TV in this room (in the previous one it was), because the TV could not be connected to the Internet for two days. The capsule coffee machine did NOT WORK (it worked in the previous one). The air conditioner DID NOT WORK on cold mode, only on heat. A couple of days later, the lock of the interior door broke. The handle worked, but the lock itself did not open. It happened late at night, and thank God I was in the room with the baby. It makes me feel bad to imagine what would have happened if he had stayed alone in a closed room (especially since the doors of the terraces are also locked)…
Despite all these shortcomings, we were offered to MOVE AGAIN for the remaining days of rest. I refused, because the third move with a child from room to room in three weeks of rest is just an egregious case!
THE BEST THING here is the rixy club. Everything is here for children: a water park, a children's bar, a candy bar with sweets, game rooms, a room with slot machines, rooms with master classes - modeling robotics drawing music class. The only thing is that the children's restaurant did not work, and it is mostly very difficult to find dishes for a child. Plus, the mashed potatoes were powdered…
I also liked the huge gym from world class gym.
There is no familiar animation here... we jumped in the aerobics pool, left the darts and that's it.
Everything in the hotel glasses store is fake - first I chose Bottega glasses for $ 590, then I decided to check on the website if there were such glasses in the collection ... they were not on the official website or in the Central Store…

I had a rest this week at Rixos Sungate. The hotel left a bad impression! We settled in the building where the marine bar and pool are, one evening I drank there and talked to a barmaid named Aliya from Kyrgyzstan on the topic of Instagram and telegram. The restaurant space is simply not designed for such a number of guests, the staff cannot cope and simply does not have time, it is not easy to find a free table at peak time, you need to wander around the restaurant a lot, the tables are poorly cleaned - they can easily put clean appliances on other people's crumbs and dirty tablecloths. Drinks need to be literally begged for, even drinking water, which is freely available in bars. You can spend up to 15 minutes queuing for an omelet. Empty coffee machines are a common occurrence. 4. A good kids' club, there are various master classes, children can be rented at least for the whole day. Children's animation in the evening is pleasant, but sluggish and monotonous. 5. The beach. You can say it is not there: it is very narrow, in some places it is overcome in several steps. There is no desire to spend time there. 6. Pools and slides are generally normal, you can swim and ride. 7. The territory is large and green, it's nice to walk.
The famous Rixos, I really wanted to put 5, but it's not pulling anymore, either the crisis is affecting, or the management is suffering, well, the service and the level of food have dropped by an order of magnitude… it is sad.

There are only 2 tennis tables for the entire hotel (we were at the beginning of April), if you only come at 8 am, the rest of the time there is a crowd of players. The alcohol is all local. There was no luck with the sea either - jellyfish sailed, a strong cold wind, the water is still cold. The carpet in our building was worn out. He takes the hotel with his buffets - there is everything for every taste (I wonder where all the uneaten food goes, because there is an ocean there....). The crowd is already in April (and this is not the season!) - as in an anthill, the restaurant is clearly not designed for such a number of people, we even had to stand in line for food and look for a place to sit down. In general, expectations and reality did not match up a bit :) Access to a-la cart restaurants (be prepared) is free with one pass and is only available for guests staying at the hotel for more than 7 days. Actually, we were there for 4 nights, free of charge.we weren't supposed to have a massage in the spa area either ;) The hotel has a beautiful promo video, but in reality not everything is perfect. If it is important for you to eat a lot and tasty food + a large area for a walk - choose rixos sungate.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel. In the hotels of this chain, everything has always been OK, but this hotel is just terrible. We are two families. Our opinions converged. It's like a bazaar. During breakfast/ lunch / dinner in the main restaurant, as in the bazaar, there are no seats, the air conditioners do not work. The rooms have the same problem with air conditioning, they don't pull. We have a regular room, not a large quadrature. We contacted the reception, sent the master, but he could not do anything. It's over 40 degrees outside. Sitting outside in the evenings is not an option at all, you will get drunk afterwards. Trying to find at least some working condors, we went to the lobby, but there they will pour you only water and coffee, the rest of the drinks are only on the street.
Enroll children in master classes is a separate quest. The girls are rude, they drag out time in every possible way, they make them wait for 15-30 minutes just to enroll the child in a master class.
In an adult water park, in elevators, it's very dirty, you're afraid to even press a button.

Yes, I know the chip with the money in my passport and it is in Turkey that I always use it, but! There was a crowd, just a crowd, while those who worked with us were constantly rushing somewhere. I asked to change the money for a tip 5 times, they didn't change it, and then I got so angry that I decided that they would do without a tip. I wanted to pay for early check-in, there is no such option! As a result, our suitcases stood in the sun for two hours, no one brings them into the room! Hana to creams and vitamins! They changed clothes in general, it is not clear where. A luggage room, elementary, not a single chair to put things in! In an Alaskan restaurant, they couldn't eat anything at all. The free fish restaurant is just tin spoiled the whole impression of the hotel, the waiters can not cope with the number of vacationers, cocktails are so-so, serving dishes in the main restaurant is not amazing, but delicious. What's wrong with Rixos?? This hotel does not even pull for 3*. Everything is already dead, old. The sunbeds are a nightmare, the towels seem to have been washed 10,000, if not more. A magnificent hotel! The territory is huge and green, a magnificent walking area! A huge number of pools and bars! You can rent a car directly at the hotel.

It's a pity that you have to put stars, this hotel doesn't deserve a single star! Yesterday we returned from this unfortunate hotel on 05/26/2025 and it was a happy day, finally the torment in this terrible hotel ended!

1 - terrible food , cheap semi -finished products in the dining room and in the snack bar on the beach ! Lord, it's not possible to eat the same thing every single day! The dishes are dirty! My dear people, this is a horror for 300,000 cheap semi-finished products seriously!???? It's not rixos, and it's definitely not 5.
I've been to all the alakart restaurants and they're terrible, yes, and even the hyped bloom! The only restaurant that deserves 5 stars is the Teppanyaki restaurant and that's it! I don 't even want to write about the rest of the Alaska maps , it 's just clear and essentially disgusting , the same semi-finished products and everything left over from lunch and dinner !
2 is the pool that has not been cleaned in the 8 days of my stay even once! I witnessed the decomposition of meat and shrimp at the bottom of the pool! Ugh just ugh
3 is an animation that doesn 't exist , and if it does , it 's a horror and a shame ! The only time was a decent performance, and that 's it!

The hotel is a simple Turkish foursome. I put a three.
We had a rest at the beginning of August 2023. 2bz and 1 reb. Comfort terrace house room for 5 nights and 286k wooden. The review is purely subjective and everyone decides for themselves how to spend their hard-earned money.
Air conditioning. It is unclear why they save a lot on a comfortable temperature. It is stuffy mostly in all rooms, even at the reception. There is no such feeling - phew Conder!
Beach. The pebbles are small and large. High steps on the descent. It is difficult for older people and children. Entering the sea is like in Adler, there is nothing to do without coral. Large rocks all over the bottom to a depth of. Swimming is not comfortable for both adults and children. Some fish are biting. It doesn't hurt, but it's not very pleasant. Hot sand with pebbles burns your feet-there are no elementary wooden decking. Don't expect to be offered drinks on the beach. There is no bar or service on the beach. Old dirty metal tents for protection from the sun (well, at least they are there). Sun beds near the pool are occupied from the early morning, especially soft ones. There is no bar on the pier. Showers, if there are anywhere nearby, then with cold water.
Animation. It doesn't exist in principle. It sometimes takes place somewhere near the pool at lunch. I have not seen any other entertainers playing water volleyball. I've never seen any animators. In the evening there are concerts on the stage near the sea. There are not enough places. People are sitting on everything.
Food. Like in canteens. For six days there has been nothing so exquisite, like a chef dish. Everything is standard. Breakfast is Lunch. And dinner differs only in that the table is served with empty glasses for dinner. The food is so-so. Not salty at all. They don't really salt their food. Neither salads, nor ready-made dishes. The tables are dirty. The furniture is old. There are people in the dining room, like in an anthill. If you come to the meal later than the opening, then be ready to circle around with plates of food in search of an empty table. We actually did laps a couple of times. Alakart restaurants are paid, or as I understand it, once for free, if the rest is more than 7 nights.
Diamond Club. A separate paid concept on site. I don't understand this approach at all. Like, the hotel is all inclusive, but sorry the pier, sun beds, bungalows and diamond are paid, or for those who live there.
Service. He doesn't exist at all. From the word at all. If you are used to being smiled at and greeted in the morning and throughout the day, then you will be greatly disappointed by the open indifference of the hotel staff. Absolutely no one cares about you. Starting from the reception and ending with the leaf cleaner, whom you will meet in the morning. All types of transport, including freight and passenger, travel around the hotel. Imagine - you are walking relaxed after the sea, and figs with these golf cars, so you can start to go around a black passenger mercedes like a sprinter.
Location. Everything is so chaotic and constantly feels catacombed. My wife, even on the sixth day, was poorly oriented around the hotel. And this is not her specialty. A lot of people are constantly asking for directions to different places. Rooms. We had a room in the terrace house. Basically normal. The hot water was excellent in the shower. Toilet without a door).
The Rickshaw Club. We went to watch workshops with the child almost every day. My son liked it. But there are a lot of children there. It is understandable. Most of them come here with their children precisely because of the children's club. The club is good, but not wow. In the evening, children's discos take place there until 21-00. Then a performance is possible. Not every day! In a day or two. We need to clarify the schedule.
Gym. Good. There are actually many modern simulators. It is pleasant to study.
Our find was a bar and a swimming pool behind the buildings of the terrace - "Fantasie". A very quiet and peaceful place with a view of the mountains. The bartender is five stars. The waiters are five stars. Location for five. The only positive and short-lived moment for us, I hope, is not a very memorable vacation at the Rixos Sungate Hotel.
