I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I want to warn everyone! The info will be useful.
We are vacationing in early September 2022 at this hotel.
The sea! Fish bite!!! The shore and the approach are not comfortable, rocky and there are a lot of fish that really bite if you just want to stand in the sea for a while.
The food in the restaurants is very primitive, it does not pull on rixos. Although there were king prawns and crayfish and red fish for breakfast.
The alcohol is all burnt. They came to the bar, the bottles were opened in front of us, but alas - this is all chivas and jack of local bottling.
Service, staff is zero. As if we owe them, and even give them a lot of money.
Condos were working everywhere so that the floor of the hotel began to sneeze and cough. And we noticed that they were reduced, made quieter.
We chose rooms in the buildings that are located in the farthest right part of the territory, it is large, in the pines, so that you can not hear the street disco. And then there's a miss) from a nearby hotel, the music beats like that until 1-2 nights, as if you're on the dance floor, with the windows open in the room. And of course Mosquitoes!!! Which buzzed all night and bit us)
We take care of our health, but the child caught snot, my husband and I had a sore throat.
If you want to go shopping, it's better to go across the street to the local market than it makes no sense to go to Terra City in Antalya. There are a lot of people, condos work for 15+, the world savings card is not accepted if anything. An hour there, an hour back.
The children's Richsi club is big, the condees also worked hard. Children cough, snot. And so, in general, it's not bad, there are a lot of interesting things. The water in the children's water park is icy.
In the evening, we eventually figured out where the show was. Until you find out for yourself, there are no animators in sight, no one will tell you anything. The shows on the big stage are fun. There is sometimes live music in lobi in the evenings. Cattle were not met until 23-00)
Mini disco is so-so, average. The animators are barely dancing)
Shows for children can be interesting.

We are vacationing in Rixos Sangate for the second year. The last time was in August. It was now the end of May.
The main disadvantage of the hotel at this time of year is the lack of warm places for swimming: the water is not heated anywhere, even in the indoor pool, although in winter, as far as we understand, it was heated. There were regular rains and cloudy weather, there was not enough sun for natural heating of the pools. But they appreciated the local good baths.
Classes in the children's club and sports classes in the wordclass, as always, are at the highest level. The children's water slides are super, they even decided not to go to a separate water park.
Good shows for kids and adults every night.
There are no bathrobes and branded cosmetics in the rooms like last year.
There is a sufficient choice of food, seafood, as before, is not available, but meat / fish of various types is consistently of high quality. There were delicious strawberries for dinner. Pure alcohol is good (prosecco, beer, whiskey), cocktails, unfortunately, have not become better.
On the penultimate day before departure, they fell ill at the same time as the child: fever, vomiting, diarrhea. The hotel said that such widespread diseases have been observed for several days, there are queues at the next pharmacy. We have no complaints specifically about the hotel on this issue - the service and cleanliness do not differ from what happened last year (when no one was ill), and the causes of the pandemic may be different. But the sediment, as they say, remained. Stock up on coal, there is none at the local pharmacy.
In general, in terms of the combination of services, Rixos Sangate was for us the optimal hotel for families with children and sports enthusiasts.
But after a serious illness that was picked up there, there is no desire to return.

In general, the hotel is definitely not 5 stars, but a maximum of 3.
Everything is old, dirty and shabby. The first impression as I entered the room is that the dust sticks to my feet. The daughter tore the beads, began to collect them, looked under the bed so there is generally tin. It's like the floor hasn't been washed there since the opening. There is a huge mold on the door and jamb in the bathroom from dampness. After taking a shower, the water not only floods the entire bath, but also flows into the corridor. 🤦🏼♀️ It's a pity that I didn't take more than one photo, because at first we basically didn't care about the quality of the room and the cleaning in general. Until our friends who were vacationing with us started complaining that they had a whole anthill in their room on the balcony. Let's move on to the cherry on the cake , this is definitely poisoning. our 3-year-old daughter was poisoned. At 5 a.m., she started vomiting non-stop, of course, as soon as they woke up, they ran to the medical center. No one speaks Russian there at all. We started calling the insurance company, immediately announced that we still have to pay $ 30 for this. And do you know what to pay for? For the fact that some blockhead, having no education at all, not that related to medicine, just pierced my child's arm past the Vein trying to put an IV. 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ At the same time, he was poking his fingers through her veins trying to find the puncture site with his BARE FINGERS!!!BECAUSE HIS GLOVE IS TORN!! He didn't even pay attention to it and continued to stick the needle in. Sterility is just 0. The child has a tantrum, they barely held her together with her husband, so he also stuck it past. I sealed everything up and there was no trace of him.. as it never happened. Okay, I saw that the IV wasn't pouring, so I called the girl to get everything out … And before that, their type of "chief doctor" (because the girl and the non-nurse, as I understand the service staff) examined the child's ears, nose, throat, listened to the lungs, and it's strange why he didn't hear that the child was coughing.. The child who had POISONING did not even look at or feel his stomach, Naturally we caused a panic so that we were taken to a normal qualified medical institution.
And while we were running around the hospitals, in the morning I called room service and asked them to replace our entire bed, towels and wash the floor. As you know, the little child was sick anywhere. When they managed to substitute a bucket, and when they didn't. Upon arrival, we only saw that our bed was changed, and the cracked nut was lying on the floor, there were papers under the sink in the bathroom, three towels for washing were not brought 🤦🏼♀️ yellow stains on the floor from you know what… What kind of cleaning is this?! When they called room service with this question, we, like our friends, were naturally told that this was their FIRST time that they always cleaned perfectly. That 's it 🤷🏼♀️
About the beach …
Firstly, the stone bottom, which is impossible to enter, even in coral slippers, is too heavy.
Secondly, about a paid bungalow that costs $ 250. The policy is that the waiters serve you in the bungalow. We couldn't wait for them from the first minute we entered there. No call button, no personal requests did not speed up the process. Plus, several people from our friendly company gave the waiters $ 10 each for a tip. Even after that, they bring your order 1 time and that's it, after they are not seen again. Until we raised a panic in the evening, when their service closes at 18:00, no one came up to us, did not remove the garbage, did not remove it from the table.. That's what we paid for, I wonder.
The only plus of all this is a bar somewhere between the 4th and 6th buildings, I don't remember the name, something like a "HOUSE BAR", and a small family pool at this bar. That's where we were really welcomed. Both the officials and the bartenders there are kind, smiling, friendly, serve in 6 seconds. Of course, not for a big thank you, but for the tip, but still. And they brought sweets and cocktails of different colors for the children. We were served beautiful cocktails with smoke and so on. That's where we liked it. 🥲❤️And it was only with these sincere evening parties at the Bar that I enjoyed this vacation. ❤️

Years go by, repairs are not being done. The rooms are old, all worn out, killed. We came to the concerts for a "rest". As a result, we were very disappointed, since the service is disgusting, most likely due to the fact that it does not cope with the crowd. The food is so-so, the choice is not great, and only fast food is in the majority. Thank you for at least making a new hall with World Class. The worst thing is that you can't get enough sleep here either, the music plays until 1:30, so loud, as if the bells are under your ear. And these are not the same concerts, but just parties. So the cleaners are banging on the door at 8:00 every morning, the question is FOR WHAT?! and why?! Do you really think that most people on vacation get up at this time? Especially after your "parties". Moreover, they don't have the strength to clean up. As soon as we arrived, the room was, and still is, dirty: the mirrors are stained, the floors are too, there are some stains and chips everywhere = A NIGHTMARE.
Today we were not allowed to go to the pier, which costs $ 100, saying come after 18. What should I do there after 18?! The beach is disgusting, pebbles, cut my leg. It is better to swim only from the pier. Be careful with things, there are a lot of thieves, our shorts were stolen while we were swimming.
240 thousand is worth this "wonderful vacation"
This is our fifth time at the hotel, and it was better before.
Dear Rixos, do something about it, and most importantly, renovate all the rooms. Room level: old Sochi hotel. Thank you.

The hotel does not match the price!!! They focus on holding concerts, the rest of the time there is almost no animation in the hotel, in the evening there is a show (it's the same thing every day), then a disco with Russian hits, you won't fall asleep until 12 o'clock, yells at the whole hotel, and you don't want to dance to it on the dance floor for 3 people. The beach is terrible!!! Part of it is sandy, but the entrance is covered in stones and closed by a cash register and therefore the water is dirty and muddy, the second part is completely stone, you can't go in without karal slippers. The food is like in the average 5 (it doesn't pull at the cost either)

The hotel is not chic at all: there is NO cleaning, the food is ordinary, the cocktails are tasteless (teach them how to make cocktails correctly!), champagne and wine are disgusting! I had to drink strong drinks.
The beach is narrow and pebbly, there are always not enough sunbeds, there is no service on the beach, cocktails are not made at the beach bar!
Freshly squeezed juice - only in the morning! The rest of the time: chemical crap.
Normal coffee only at the reception: is it so difficult to make a normal cappuccino everywhere??
In October, when the hotel was filled to the maximum, there was no normal daytime and evening program. Only at 9 p.m. there was a short-lived show program, and then: a daily dollop to the "sad dance"!!!! Have you tried changing the music at least sometimes??? I was sick for 3 days and no one danced to it - the dance floor was always empty - nothing, does it bother you?
I remembered another funny thing: have you tried to bring napkins to the table without a request???
In a word: shame.
This hotel is not worth the money at all.

We had a vacation with children in October 2021. There are not enough tables for breakfast and dinner , but you can find them . The beach is average , the corals cut the legs . There are not enough sun beds , and this is October (the end of the month), which is scary to imagine in the season. And the most important thing that upset me was that 5000 rubles were stolen in the room.The money was in a backpack on the table , opened and taken away . Of course, everything needs to be put in a safe , but rummaging through things is not pleasant . This is the first time in Turkey in 8 years . The concert may be canceled , so how lucky !
