The rest turned out great! Very polite staff, change of linen and towels every day, replenishment of the bar too. The food is decent, almost around the clock. A magnificent hotel. Excellent modern rooms, a large territory, a water park with steep slides for adults and children of different ages, attractions. Luxurious food, a large selection of food, crayfish and shrimp are served for dinner. A chic spa, several types of baths and saunas, especially liked the huge and very comfortable hammam. Three different pools, a large number of sun beds.
But what surprised and liked the most was the service. All the staff speak Russian, everyone is really trying to help and make your stay comfortable. When we signed up for a restaurant, the girl took out her phone, checked the weather for me, advised at what time it would be more comfortable for us. No one is rushing you to choose drinks, everyone is smiling, talking very politely. In addition, all employees are dressed in everything clean and ironed, absolutely everyone looks very beautiful and well-groomed, walk with a straight back. It's nice to communicate with them, the emotions are only the most positive. I have never met such a great staff anywhere. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. The management can be proud that they have such amazing people working for them.

Bartender Alexander creates cocktails to suit the mood, he has a special respect. The rooms correspond to the level of a 5-star hotel. Free access to the theme and aqua parks. Infinity pool with a magnificent view of the sea. The only negative is the food. I advise you to take a table closer to the kitchen, as it cools down very quickly. The chef should learn how to cook Crayfish , since no salt was found in the claws. The food will be tightened up and you can forget about the Turkish shores !!!!

Rixos is a great place in itself, everything is beautiful and the idea is cool! The hotel is big, the amusement park is big, the sea is big and everything is wonderful! But the service! As a taxi from the airport, such shabby cars arrive, in which, along some detours of the city, broken into trash, you have to drive for almost an hour! What does the hotel have to do with it? Yes, the hotel organized the transfer so simply! Then it's more fun - at the entrance, the security did not let the car in, I had to walk in the rain, back - the same story. I stood in line at the reception for 70 minutes to check in! Yes, I'm not kidding, 70 minutes in the stuffiness and a crowd of fairly nervous people! According to the staff, this is not always the case with them, maybe I was just lucky))
About the main thing: the food is good, cocktails are made in the bar too well. There is something to do at any time of the day. In general, I recommend it to everyone, especially with children.

A great place to spend a vacation with children and not only.
I was very pleased with the staff and service, they always ask what is wrong and what to do for the guests. It is clear that they keep the Brand level.
The cuisine is varied, and the choice is very large.
The rides are included, the pools are good, the sea was warm when there is no wind, there is no cold current, maybe you were lucky, or maybe everything is changeable?).
We rested in mid-July 2023. Animators conduct a lot of activities with children. Everything is fun.

The hotel is new. The rooms are decent. It is interesting for children under 12. Spa with a large swimming pool (25m) and sauna rooms. One is Russian. A large hammam with a separate relaxation area. Alcohol was almost everything. Mccalain whiskey is not poured))) maximum chivas. Champagne martini party and prosecco. A huge water park and amusement park. The kids liked the kids club too. The fruits were apples and oranges. There were crayfish for a couple of days, a couple of rolls. We ordered a tennis training session - I liked it!

Definitely an unexpectedly great hotel and vacation in general, in Kazakhstan! Really, it sounds strange, but at the sea hotel I have never swam in the sea)) The Infiniti bass is more than enough! Very nice staff, good animation and excellent food and alcohol! A water park and an amusement park on the territory is just a gorgeous feature for families with children 3+ years old, for very young ones the feature is not yet clear. Definitely let's go back to Riskos Aktau! Especially in early September!

A wonderful family hotel (built by the Turks in 2020). The service is at a good level. The food is excellent - buffet. Convenient layout of the hotel and rooms. Spacious rooms, wonderful balconies, 5+ lighting system, good furniture, storage system, etc.
Children are interested in a children's club and evening rides on a steam train with dancing in the final. Older children are entertained with sports and free master classes with invited stars of football, tennis, boxing, etc... Adults are also "entertained" by singing local talents. You can dance or sit at the bar and relax. There are tennis courts, a golf course, and a SPA center.
Huge (approximately 200 m in length) the pool with warm sea water visually connects to the sea. This compensates for the terrible entry into the sea in the hotel area (rocks, silt, shallow to buoys)... It is said that the water level was one meter higher and then the entrance was sandy. There is also an unpleasant smell of hydrogen sulfide from the sea periodically (from algae?). The locals are used to it and do not notice this smell, they even claim that it is "useful". Without queuing (according to the hotel's bracelet), you can ride swings/carousels in the amusement park and in the water park next to the hotel. There are very decent modern attractions (not for the faint of heart), a Ferris wheel.
I was surprised by the complete lack of souvenirs: in the hotel, in the city, and at the airport (magnets, mugs, T-shirts, calendars ...). There are several shops with clothes and shoes, handmade sweets and beach accessories in the hotel itself. Aktau is 20 minutes away. (by taxi for 2000 tenge). There is not much to do there, except for a path cut into the rock along the sea and a spacious embankment with giant artificial palm trees. In the evening, there is a bright backlight.
If they solve the problem of entering the sea (or you do not like to swim), then it is a very wonderful vacation option.
New buildings of new hotels, cottages, and a shopping center are still being built next to the hotel.
It takes 2.5 hours to fly from Yekaterinburg. It is possible without a passport.

We had a better rest here than in most other hotels in Turkey. The food is excellent. Meat. Fish. Fruit. Vegetables. Salads. Dessert. Nothing superfluous. A huge territory. A wonderful water park with lots of slides. There are many attractions for visitors of any age. Excellent saltwater pools. Alcohol of excellent quality and in any quantities. The staff is very friendly and helps in solving absolutely any issues.

I really liked the hotel! Everything is new and clean!
Entertainment for every taste, color and age!
For children, the animation is endless (there are not enough babysitters in the children's club, do it for an additional fee, a very necessary service, especially for many children, and you have quite a few of them resting).
For adults - live sound, dancing with a DJ at the bar / on the beach, karaoke is not enough 🤪 very cool fitness workouts! Coach Leila is great!
The food is very tasty!
But for the Turkoise restaurant, the main and fat minus is the staff…
If you arrive later than 20 minutes after the start of the meal, you will not be able to find a table, and no one will help.
If you find a table, then no one will offer drinks.
If you pull the first Waiter you see, the drinks will be brought (if they are) only after eating, if you come to the opening, there are no such problems…
There are 2 a la carte restaurants in the hotel! We were in Rybnoye! Beyond all praise! Everything is amazing: the interior, the food, the staff!
The pastry bar on the ground floor: cheesecake is just a bomb!
There are cocktails and alcohol for every taste in all bars!
The snack bar by the pool from 12 to 16 is decent, they often had a snack there, we had lunch in the main restaurant from 12:30 to 14:30, it's not always convenient, we had breakfast at 10, and at 12:30 we didn't want to have lunch yet, and then the children were asleep!
We were a little unlucky with the weather, the sea was cold, but this is not a question for the hotel, of course! :)
The amusement park is great!
In the evening, after dinner, we went for a ride on the rides, and in the afternoon we periodically went on the slides!
There is a pool with waves, but we never got to it. There are too many activities! We didn't make it in 10 days!

Aktau riksos.
you need to start with the location - the Mangystau desert, blown by all winds, sand and saxaul, the sea is muddy, sandy and rocky bottom, no natural attractions either on land or in the water.
But the hotel has beautiful landscaping, a large saltwater pool, an aqua park, an amusement park and, in principle, you can spend your entire vacation without leaving the hotel. Some tourists go to Aktau to shop.
We arrived early in the morning (and the return flight was at night, thanks to the tour operator for such a charter)
The hotel offered to pay extra for early check-in (and only for dear Russian guests) according to a special offer!!!- " only " $100, although the hotel was half empty. Well, you know, and at the hotel, too, that Russian cards do not work in Kazakhstan - and the whole cache, without a cash register, went into your pockets.
We rested for 10 days in early June. The sea is still cold . After the pool, you immediately freeze, the wind blows like from a cold hair dryer, you immediately need to wrap yourself up, you can forget about the water park, except if you are not walruses. Only the children's area is open, the water is icy, without proper heating.
There were days when the wind was blowing and it was terribly cold - you were sitting in the sauna.
The amusement park is diverse, interesting, for all ages, but not all attractions work.
There was an influx of locals on the holiday and the hotel was full. To serve 1300 hungry and thirsty Kazakhs all at once - the hotel cannot cope. The restaurant and bars are reminiscent of footage from the movie "gone with the ghosts" by Miyazaki, when Tahiro's parents, having gorged themselves, turned into pigs among mountains of leftovers and dirty dishes. However, on "quiet" days, the staff comes to your table only upon your request - to clean or bring drinks. After that, however, it is not a fact that they will bring you what you ordered or even bring it. The waiters are apparently unable to remember either you or your order.
Of course, there are very rare exceptions among them - polite, smiling, everything is fast and clear the first time.
The restaurant's kitchen does not pull on rixos. First of all, for drinks - tea from bags of the supermarket, slicing from cheeses and sausages at the 3-shka level, slicing from fish - only herring and mackerel.
Juices from bags and something acid-colored like yuppie.
There is no sour milk at all. Wine and sparkling wine of the lower price range (instead of sparkling wine - Santa Stefanni wine drink, the price is 200 rubles, is it rixos at all??)
There has never been baked meat or fish. The range of bakeries and pastry shops is at a good level.
Vacationers who were 2a years ago note that the level has dropped significantly.
Cosmetics are placed in the room with an expired date, for a remark - they just began to cut off a strip with a date from a tube - game and this is in 5?
The hotel itself and its territory are certainly impressive, everything here is 5.

But the replenishment of the bar - you need to be reminded every time.
The spa is good, but the hammam was turned on every other time, the water in the basik is not always warm and I really did not like that during the day, when the guests started repairing the wall, by the way, they also paint something on the street during the day, as if it could not be done before the start of the season or at night. There was no hot water in the shower in the women's locker room. My wife contacted the reception at the spa several times. It's also wild that 16* condors were fucking in wet areas and the locker room. After thermal procedures, it is unpleasant and not useful - the staff does not follow until you switch it yourself.
Cleaning of the infinity pool also takes place during the day - you can not use the zones.
In general, it seems that we, the guests of the hotel, are greatly interfering with the employees and we did not have the best.
From evening entertainment - a cover group. The repertoire consists of 20 songs, 10 days are the same - like groundhog day, the band already looks tired - without a drive, a couple of tipsy citizens on the dance floor. The dance floor itself is located in the bar outside and the speakers are hammered directly into the living area of the hotel until 23-24, it is not possible to relax.
Separately, the rixy club for children deserves the highest praise, the staff is well done - they are able and can work with children, constant master classes, contests, children are happy to run there, the room itself is large and comfortable.
Sports are at a good level - there is something to do. I liked the sports group classes with Sergey Samsonov in the open area. Also, thanks for the children's football club, coaches Kostya, Oleg, Vladimir.
In conclusion: We had an early flight, so we did not get to breakfast in any way, we asked guest relay to give us breakfast in lunch boxes. We didn't want to do this for a long time (despite the fact that breakfast is included in the tour price), the answer is: If we give everyone lunch boxes, we will go broke)))) yes, guys, the guests are ruining the hotel)))) we generally interfere with them, so just pay for the tour, and stay at home, do not strain the staff with your presence.
The representative of Anex tour at the hotel - behaved rudely, does not solve anything, but turns the arrows - these are your problems - not ours, when I wanted to record his provocation speech about Russians who drove and other game - snatched my phone (i.e. ROBBED me, and the security service just looked and stood in to the side, until I said that I would call the police). As a result of his ugly and wild antics, he scared my young children and disrupted the transfer.
If you have been to riksos in other countries and have learned the level of hospitality, Kazakh will disappoint you, their concept is "if you don't like something here, you are fools yourself, you paid money for our hotel - then this is your conscious choice, i.e. in fact - "go to the forest".

Another bright and happy memory appeared in the piggy bank of our family trips from a trip to Rixos Water World Aktau. Our impressions exceeded all expectations! At every step we were greeted by the smiles of the staff, and their task is to warn all the needs of the guests! Everyone liked the delicious food with a Kazakh accent, the children even ate soups with joy)

Good afternoon! We returned from the hotel , we were generally satisfied , the food for children is very adapted, there are a lot of cereals to choose from in the morning. All the products are similar to ours, and everything is quite tasty. I want to say a huge thank you to the guide from ANEX TOUR - Ravdan. We made pigtails for the children, but we could not change the currency either in the store or at the reception. Ravdan helped us solve this situation.
