The hotel is nice, a comfortable pool for small children, food and alcohol are plentiful. We didn 't swim in the sea and it was cold and the sunset was bad , there was a water park and attractions for children nearby! If you don't need the sea, you can safely go. There is nothing interesting outside the hotel.

We rested for 9 nights, 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 7. Rixos has lived up to its name 100%.
The hotel is almost new, the standard rooms are large and stylish. The food might be monotonous, but there was everything: turkey, chicken, lamb, beef, fish. CRAYFISH! Turkey stands aside on alcohol: the entire range of pernod ricard, as they write above, is a paradise for alcoholics. The sea is more like a salt lake (although it is), shallow, cool (but warmer than the Kama and Volga at this time), there are no waves from the word at all. A worthy replacement for the sea is a salty infinity pool.
Children's club. Games, parks, movie shows - we lost the children for all the rest time. It is necessary to write a separate review about the water park and the theme park - the children are delighted.
For me, there was one fat minus in the a la carte meat restaurant - children cannot be ordered from the main menu. a child came to the restaurant, and they offered him cutlets and mashed potatoes. as a result, what could be ordered for 2 adults from the main menu was divided into four. the scheme is not very clear...

A great hotel, if you remove Rixos from the name. As long as they do not reach it, the main problem, as I noticed, is the frames. Low customer orientation. Employees give different information. The room was cleaned every day, but for the duvet cover for the child they had to go to the cleaners themselves, although the sofa for the child was covered with a sheet and a pillow. They forgot to replenish the bar, they didn't even replenish it with water for 3 days. They corrected themselves only after calling a customer service specialist. If I hadn't been to other hotels in the chain, then maybe there was nothing to compare it with. But compared to other hotels in the chain, this has a lot to grow.

We visited this hotel in August and seemed to like everything, but decided that we would not go anymore. The food is delicious, the amusement park is large and modern. The water park for babies is big, but the water is cold, for adults there are 5 slides and buns for skiing, as if there are only 5 pieces for all of them. Children, even at the age of 10, are not allowed to go on all the slides.
The animations are boring, the scene is small. The music is blaring until half past one in the morning (because daily parties on the pier) can be heard in any room that overlooks the sea.
The staff is kind and helpful.

A magnificent hotel. Excellent modern rooms, a large territory, a water park with steep slides for adults and children of different ages, attractions. Luxurious food, a large selection of food, crayfish and shrimp are served for dinner. A chic spa, several types of baths and saunas, especially liked the huge and very comfortable hammam. Three different pools, a large number of sun beds.
But what surprised and liked the most was the service. All the staff speak Russian, everyone is really trying to help and make your stay comfortable. When we signed up for a restaurant, the girl took out her phone, checked the weather for me, advised at what time it would be more comfortable for us. No one is rushing you to choose drinks, everyone is smiling, talking very politely. In addition, all employees are dressed in everything clean and ironed, absolutely everyone looks very beautiful and well-groomed, walk with a straight back. It's nice to communicate with them, the emotions are only the most positive. I have never met such a great staff anywhere. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. The management can be proud that they have such amazing people working for them.

Rixos is a great place in itself, everything is beautiful and the idea is cool! The hotel is big, the amusement park is big, the sea is big and everything is wonderful! But the service! As a taxi from the airport, such shabby cars arrive, in which, along some detours of the city, broken into trash, you have to drive for almost an hour! What does the hotel have to do with it? Yes, the hotel organized the transfer so simply! Then it's more fun - at the entrance, the security did not let the car in, I had to walk in the rain, back - the same story. I stood in line at the reception for 70 minutes to check in! Yes, I'm not kidding, 70 minutes in the stuffiness and a crowd of fairly nervous people! According to the staff, this is not always the case with them, maybe I was just lucky))
About the main thing: the food is good, cocktails are made in the bar too well. There is something to do at any time of the day. In general, I recommend it to everyone, especially with children.

Bartender Alexander creates cocktails to suit the mood, he has a special respect. The rooms correspond to the level of a 5-star hotel. Free access to the theme and aqua parks. Infinity pool with a magnificent view of the sea. The only negative is the food. I advise you to take a table closer to the kitchen, as it cools down very quickly. The chef should learn how to cook Crayfish , since no salt was found in the claws. The food will be tightened up and you can forget about the Turkish shores !!!!

I was at the hotel as part of the infotour + vacation in May.. On food: everything was edible, but somehow usual. There was no dish to say right away: delicious! There were 5 hotels of this chain in Turkey, there is something to compare it with. The service is very weak, the staff is untrained. For example, at dinner in a restaurant, the waiter drove his cart with dirty dishes into my table with all his might, tipped over all the plates on me and poured drinks over me. He just apologized and left. And I was sitting all wet and dirty in an expensive dress. I had to pick up my plates myself and move to another place. There was no compensation for the ruined clothes and the evening. If it were an ordinary hotel, it would be possible to tolerate and somehow justify, but for the Rixos chain, this, alas, is unacceptable... Otherwise, the hotel looks like a good 4-star, not a Rixos network.. the park for children is not bad, it was not possible to use the pool and the sea, because it was cold.

A wonderful family hotel (built by the Turks in 2020). The service is at a good level. The food is excellent - buffet. Convenient layout of the hotel and rooms. Spacious rooms, wonderful balconies, 5+ lighting system, good furniture, storage system, etc.
Children are interested in a children's club and evening rides on a steam train with dancing in the final. Older children are entertained with sports and free master classes with invited stars of football, tennis, boxing, etc... Adults are also "entertained" by singing local talents. You can dance or sit at the bar and relax. There are tennis courts, a golf course, and a SPA center.
Huge (approximately 200 m in length) the pool with warm sea water visually connects to the sea. This compensates for the terrible entry into the sea in the hotel area (rocks, silt, shallow to buoys)... It is said that the water level was one meter higher and then the entrance was sandy. There is also an unpleasant smell of hydrogen sulfide from the sea periodically (from algae?). The locals are used to it and do not notice this smell, they even claim that it is "useful". Without queuing (according to the hotel's bracelet), you can ride swings/carousels in the amusement park and in the water park next to the hotel. There are very decent modern attractions (not for the faint of heart), a Ferris wheel.
I was surprised by the complete lack of souvenirs: in the hotel, in the city, and at the airport (magnets, mugs, T-shirts, calendars ...). There are several shops with clothes and shoes, handmade sweets and beach accessories in the hotel itself. Aktau is 20 minutes away. (by taxi for 2000 tenge). There is not much to do there, except for a path cut into the rock along the sea and a spacious embankment with giant artificial palm trees. In the evening, there is a bright backlight.
If they solve the problem of entering the sea (or you do not like to swim), then it is a very wonderful vacation option.
New buildings of new hotels, cottages, and a shopping center are still being built next to the hotel.
It takes 2.5 hours to fly from Yekaterinburg. It is possible without a passport.

I really liked the hotel! Everything is new and clean!
Entertainment for every taste, color and age!
For children, the animation is endless (there are not enough babysitters in the children's club, do it for an additional fee, a very necessary service, especially for many children, and you have quite a few of them resting).
For adults - live sound, dancing with a DJ at the bar / on the beach, karaoke is not enough 🤪 very cool fitness workouts! Coach Leila is great!
The food is very tasty!
But for the Turkoise restaurant, the main and fat minus is the staff…
If you arrive later than 20 minutes after the start of the meal, you will not be able to find a table, and no one will help.
If you find a table, then no one will offer drinks.
If you pull the first Waiter you see, the drinks will be brought (if they are) only after eating, if you come to the opening, there are no such problems…
There are 2 a la carte restaurants in the hotel! We were in Rybnoye! Beyond all praise! Everything is amazing: the interior, the food, the staff!
The pastry bar on the ground floor: cheesecake is just a bomb!
There are cocktails and alcohol for every taste in all bars!
The snack bar by the pool from 12 to 16 is decent, they often had a snack there, we had lunch in the main restaurant from 12:30 to 14:30, it's not always convenient, we had breakfast at 10, and at 12:30 we didn't want to have lunch yet, and then the children were asleep!
We were a little unlucky with the weather, the sea was cold, but this is not a question for the hotel, of course! :)
The amusement park is great!
In the evening, after dinner, we went for a ride on the rides, and in the afternoon we periodically went on the slides!
There is a pool with waves, but we never got to it. There are too many activities! We didn't make it in 10 days!

It's a good hotel, but everyone is sitting on the bench after 5 days of stay, and children with rotovirus are lying flat. Take activated charcoal with you and drink 10 kg/1 tablespoon at night. And my son and I are also by the way: diarrhea and rotovirus have overtaken us. The food is delicious, but it seems that their hygiene is not very good. On-site attractions and water slides and roller coasters ride until you throw up from morning to evening. The hotel is beautiful, the pools with blue water and heated, the sea is dirty, no one swam there. Everything in the pools swam there cleanly and also with sea water, as we were told.

Definitely an unexpectedly great hotel and vacation in general, in Kazakhstan! Really, it sounds strange, but at the sea hotel I have never swam in the sea)) The Infiniti bass is more than enough! A water park and an amusement park on the territory is just a gorgeous feature for families with children 3+ years old, for very young ones the feature is not yet clear.
