It is quite an outdated hotel with mediocre service. Cleanness is not at a par with good hotels, dust in rooms is on all surfaces, toilets in the lobby are unacceptably dirty, etc. Staff at reception desk barely speaks English (at a street sellers level).
The doorlock in one of our friends' room didn't work, which we accidentally found out a day before departure.
Food is monotonous, which is tough if your stay for 2+ days. Location is good. There is an underground passage between hotel and a beach, it's quite convenient. However, the beach itself has no sand but pebbles, so grab aqua shoes to save your feet.
Overall hotel is fine, but not as high end as it is presented on its website, and is definitely overpriced
A wonderful hotel, cozy, clean, hospitable. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Great location. You won't have to drive long from the airport. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are not big, but they are so comfortable. The hotel has a lot of places to relax. In the free areas there are soft and clean sofas and armchairs, pleasant lighting. Very tasty tea and coffee from the warm hands of the bartenders. The food in the restaurant is varied, always fresh and delicious. They try very hard to turn around. A very bright feeling remained after visiting this hotel. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel for creating a little paradise for their guests.
We had an off-season vacation, on New Year's holidays. A great choice for strolling along the palm-lined boardwalk. There is a bike path and a running track. The beach is wide and pebbly, with small pebbles at the entrance to the water. The room was on the fourth floor with a side sea view. The room has two beds and a sofa. The balcony is small, but it is not much needed in winter. The food was ordinary, without frills, but there was enough of everything.
The second time in this hotel, this is already an indicator! 👍I am very satisfied with the availability of a children's and diet menu, the food is excellent! The beach is private, luxurious, very clean, the hotel territory is small, but it is quite enough for nightly children's and adult entertainment! The cleaning is great, but I'm always motivated...I specially chose a hotel in the city, it's easier to get to the center, a taxi is about 400 - 800 rubles one way. They were scared in the reviews at a price of 1.5 thousand rubles in one direction. If you are not afraid of the city noise, I recommend this hotel. Personally, I get bored in purely beach places.
A city hotel with great advantages in the form of location, proximity to developed infrastructure and, of course, the sea! The staff is beyond praise. There are Russian speakers everywhere. All the staff are friendly and very hardworking. The room was provided ahead of schedule, there are many good locations in the hotel for relaxing with a cup of coffee or champagne. The room has good furniture. The female maid always cleaned quickly and efficiently. Constant change of towels and linen. Special thanks to her for that! The food was varied. But it can be better. But there are enough places to eat. Everything is fast. And although there were a lot of vacationers and they were constantly changing, which means that the work of the staff was added, but the staff did not have time - and the plates were immediately taken away from the dining room, and the dishes were changed to freshly prepared ones. In general, all well done. Of course, you can find some disadvantages, but the price-quality ratio and other advantages balance everything out. The only request on the beach is to install some kind of gangplank into the water. Special slippers save you from stones, but it's very hard to go in flippers. Yes, and deeply at once. It turns out that my main complaint is about the stones on the beach. And everything else is great!
Pros- the hotel itself is beautiful, especially inside, the sea is nearby, the promenade, food, leisure activities, spa - all these are solid advantages. As for the disadvantages, this is rumservice. In 9 nights we had an accident: 1) the keys were incorrectly encoded, only for 5 nights, they ran for an extension. 2) the safe was buggy twice, the master was called. 3) the maid left one towel instead of 6 after cleaning the room, my husband left the beach earlier, immediately voiced the problem at the reception, I came almost an hour later, and there were no towels! I had to go again, I had a fight, they brought it. 4) the mirror in the bathroom did not wipe off the word at all, until they told the manager about it 5) the water did not go out in the shower, see 2 it stood on the floor, and the maid did not drive it away and did not wash it, respectively, until again they complained to the manager. They began to clean up, and one day we even saw something - a shower towel, snow-white, lying on the floor in the shower stall, apparently they forgot to clean it. Oh, Karina, you are just God, salvation for vacationers! With her participation, all problems were solved! But you must agree, for a 5* hotel, room cleaning should be impeccable, and not only after receiving a magic pendel.
Nevertheless, I advise you to visit the hotel, and you don't mind coming back yourself. There are lazy people everywhere, it happens🙂
I liked the hotel. Friendly and courteous staff. There are many Russian speakers. There are evening entertainment programs. There is a children's room. I especially want to mention Dasha, who is in excellent contact with children, very positive.
They are well fed. There is food for different tastes and needs: children's, dietary, national Turkish and of course European.
Nice hotel...with its pros and cons. Plus it's a great location. Practically on the Konyalti beach. A great team of employees. I would especially like to mention and thank Karina for her responsiveness, professionalism and empathy towards all the guests of the hotel. Good cuisine. Maybe there are no gourmet dishes, but those that are delicious. I recommend you to visit!!!
The price and quality of service are at +5. We stayed at this hotel from January 9th to 15th. The staff was very attentive, they met and saw me off like a family member.... Despite the delay, the plane arrived early anyway, an individual transfer was ordered and brought to the hotel at seven o'clock. They immediately issued and put on a bracelet, saying that at seven o'clock I can have breakfast and as soon as the room is free, they will give it to me immediately. At seven o'clock, I went to breakfast, sat in a comfortable chair for a while, and after a while, at about 9 o'clock, or maybe earlier, I was invited to take my room... It was very pleasant, as they had previously asked by phone about an early check-in with a surcharge, but they said it was unlikely, while they settled in without any additional charges. They cleaned every day, but when they were in the room, they refused to clean. The room is small but comfortable, it has everything you need, even a small balcony with access partly to the sea, partly to the road, but it did not interfere with sleeping... The room had a tea set and all the necessary little things in the form of shampoo, conditioner, etc. On request, we were given bathrobes. I went to the hammam and the pool, it's free, and I also took paid treatments, it's all great. I also used the services of a manicurist at the hotel..., but I do not advise you to visit this, this is a separate topic and it is a real horror, the tools feel like they have never been washed, but I was assured that they were taken out of the sterilizer (hopefully) manicure and pedicure, as I also did not get this, a little bit picked at the nails and that's it, the whole varnish was either dried and stretched, or (a couple of vials of more or less fresh) terrible color. But this does not apply to the hotel.
The day after arrival, after breakfast, we had a compliment from the hotel on the table in the form of a bottle of wine, several types of cookies and sweets, it was very pleasant. Throughout the whole time, the concern of the entire staff and administration was felt. Special thanks to Karina, she will always ask if everything is in order, what is missing, and tell you where everything is. But I repeat, all the staff is very polite and courteous and tries to make the guests' rest memorable for a long time and with the best impressions.
As for the food, the breakfasts are not very diverse, but you can always find something to eat, and as for lunches and dinners, you could really find food for every taste... There were always a lot of fruits, which was very pleasing, there were always pomegranates, oranges, apples, pears, grapefruit, bananas, a little less often tangerines, kiwis and grapes, pineapples were given a couple of times. From meat for lunch and dinner: chicken, turkey, beef and lamb, as well as various fish, there were seafood, but mostly in salads. There are many different side dishes in the form of rice, potatoes, various cereals and even buckwheat, as well as pasta and vegetables. Sweets are a separate topic, they take up a lot of space and you can't get past them, they beckon. Lots of sweets with fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries).
The sea is across the street from the hotel, it was off-season and therefore the underpass was closed. The beach is a bit dirty, I must say. It is covered with small pebbles and therefore not very convenient to go down to the sea, preferably in special shoes. Unexpectedly, the water turned out to be quite warm ( +20°), the air temperature was from + 15 to +20 during the day at the time
of our stay, there were rains a couple of times. But I must say that there is a rather sharp descent by the sea, a couple of meters from the shore you can no longer reach the bottom, so you need to be careful with children.
There is a bus stop not far from the hotel, so it is very convenient to move around the city, there are also taxis near the hotel and you can use them at any time. By the way, you don't have to order a transfer (I mean an individual one), but take a taxi, it will be much cheaper.
I will be happy to return to this hotel again.
Not a bad hotel. Service:All inclusive, food:breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a bar (also included in the price) The staff is not bad, there is a Russian-speaking employee. It is located ~100-200 meters from the sea. The rooms are equipped (air conditioning, TV, two rooms) More about the service:there is a children's mini club (one animator speaks only Turkish and English, the second speaks all those and Russian).
There are several indoor and outdoor pools. Cleanliness is respected.
The hotel is next to the sea, you can walk to the beach through a not very convenient underpass.
The cleaning is average, the staff is very polite, there is entertainment for children. The food is average, you can look for a free table for a long time. The main restaurant area is not very well thought out.
I had a rest in March 2024 ,we met well, special thanks to Karina, a very responsive girl , a professional in her field .The room was nice, always clean, the food in the dining room was delicious and varied. There was only one drawback, it was evening animation, I would say the kindergarten level , people were bored and left, there were references to the fact that it was not the season .It's not the season to include a cheerful muzuka, not a dull one, so that people would have fun, but all the time there were invitations to city clubs. A guitarist and a singer were invited, he just pounded on the guitar, and she sang I wanted to cry.It was useless to tell the host of the evening, Daria, it was not given to her.
We rested at the hotel 07 . 09.2024. I liked everything. The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, they clean every day. The food is varied. The sea is clear, see the beach. Animators try to attract children, and adults in the evening. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends
Excellent hotel on the sea coast: it is worth crossing only one road to the embankment, the Old Town can be reached by public transport (30 minutes), by taxi (about 10€) or on foot (~6km). The hotel offers food of different taste preferences: national Turkish cuisine, mainly European, there were even Russian pancakes. The hotel is accompanied around the clock, very helpful staff. Nice spa area and extras.services. Special thanks for the animation: Shirin, Natalie, Daria - you can join sports activities, darts, board games, just talk)) evening shows daily, with no repeats during the week. The hotel is perfect for a family vacation or a friendly company.
You need to write a large and detailed review about the hotel, it will not be included here. In short: I want to go back. Perfect for winter holidays!
Nearby there are bus stops, Migros and Shok, pharmacies, the embankment in both directions.
The rooms are comfortable (landview to the courtyard, not very viewable), clean, everything you need is there. The food is excellent - fish, pastries, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, meat, soups, shrimp, squid, red fish (my weakness). Everything is delicious and fresh. The drinks at the bar are of good quality, even their champagne is quite good.. The staff is very friendly.
A good hammam. The indoor pool is really cool, although it says +30.
Anyway, I really want to come back again. Although I travel to Turkey often and rarely duplicate hotels. I miss it.
Sealife Family Resort Hotel: review after January vacation
Rating: ★★★★☆
Date of stay: January 2024
Sealife is a good option for a winter vacation, especially if you are looking for something budget-friendly. However, the hotel is a bit old, and this is noticeable in the little things. Despite some disadvantages, I was satisfied with the atmosphere and food.
Positive
• Check-in: Very fast, in just a couple of minutes. We arrived around 18:00, and there were almost no people.
• Food: Grilled fish is great, there is a lot of it and there is enough for everyone. Mussels, rice, and greens are simple but delicious dishes. There is always enough food, and the tables are free. The white wine was pleasantly surprised in the evening.
• Staff: Polite and unobtrusive, they try to solve problems, but not always successfully. We were offered sandwiches at the check—out, as we didn't have time for breakfast, which is a nice gesture.
• Entertainment: There was belly dancing and karaoke. The hotel also organizes trips to Kemer or the old town for nightlife enthusiasts.
Minuses
• Number: The first impression is too small. The bed was clean, but the mattress had obviously seen a lot: one side was badly sagging. The pillows are hard, but it didn't seem like a problem due to fatigue.
• Bathroom: The quality of shampoo, conditioner and balm leaves much to be desired. I recommend taking your own funds. The hair dryer was old and barely dried my hair, so I had to go out with a wet head.
• Sauna and hammam: The level is below average, it is better to walk along the sea or visit local cafes.
• Breakfast: Very modest. Scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, no luxuries like avocado or champagne, but the rolls are edible.
• Drinks: There are no freshly squeezed juices, even for an additional fee. The coffee machine was disappointing, but the bar serves excellent Turkish coffee.
Shopping and outdoor activities
On the waterfront, the hotel is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. I recommend going to the 5M Migros shopping center, where there are many well-known brands. It's about an hour's walk from the hotel, but a walk along the sea makes up for the distance.
We rented a car for 1000 lira (about $28) and went to Alanya. Car-efficient: 700 lira for gasoline was enough for the round trip.
General conclusion
Sealife justifies its $100 per night during the winter season. This is a good option for those who appreciate budget, mild climate and simple but high-quality food. However, if comfortable rooms and a variety of amenities are important to you, it may be worth considering other options.
A great hotel for families and children. Delicious food, drinks, bar, courteous staff, lots of entertainment, excellent location. If you are looking for something for yourself and your family, consider this option!
I really liked the hotel)
Very nice lobby, friendly staff, good service.
The food is varied, everyone will find something to their taste. We got to the end of a big fast, so there were a lot of interesting things in the evenings🤩
There are minor drawbacks in terms of replacing shampoos, because we haven't had it replaced in a week, although it's almost over. Well, very annoying guys from the spa, who will invite you for a massage all your vacation.
In general, we are satisfied with our stay at the hotel.
It was located in a beautiful quiet place, next to the sea (there is a tunnel to the beach)
A great hotel for a family holiday. Excellent staff, lots of Russian speakers, Excellent food, live music, karaoke, dancing in the evenings. Daily cleaning service. Drinks for every taste are available at the bar
I am very pleased with the hotel. Varied food, bar, Russian-speaking staff. There is a swimming pool, and through the tunnel you can go to the beach with sun loungers and sun beds.
3 km from the shopping center, near a cafe, Konyaalti beach embankment
Nice hotel near the sea
The food is delicious, the choice is not bad, it is convenient that breakfast is extended until 10.30, there is an afternoon snack and night soup. The rooms are cleaned every day
The beach is private with sun beds and towels
Nice hotel, slightly tired.
All the disadvantages of a city hotel:it stands at the intersection- noisy, lots of cars, Parking at the entrance to the hotel.
There is an embankment across the street, many cafes. The sea is very clean, small pebbles.
The beach is shared by the city, dogs come. However, they are completely calm, they sleep mostly.
From the hotel to the sea, you can walk through a tunnel in which sun beds, mattresses and umbrellas are stored. All this is not very new, not very clean, broken in places, but it functions, in sufficient quantities, towels are given out..
The hotel building itself is very elegant inside and out, stylized as a ship. Everything is very clean.
There is practically no territory for walking at the hotels, there are 3 outdoor pools, about 20 tons of water, like at sea (it was in April). I didn't like the spa area.
The food is delicious, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, pastries, meat dishes - all in sufficient quantity. There are a lot of desserts, some are just a work of art, very tasty. Any drinks (according to the concept), coffee, tea are available in various bars from morning to late at night. The schedule of all services is issued immediately upon check-in. Manager Karina is very attentive, she will tell you everything and tell you everything.
We checked in immediately upon arrival, no problem.
The bed linen is clean, the towels are soft and fluffy. Shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, body milk were laid out, but sometimes it was necessary to ask the human factor where to go.
The beds are quite comfortable. I would change the blankets)
There is a kettle in the room, a 0.5 bottle of water per person every day, coffee, tea, sugar, cream.
The sea view was present, it was a bit noisy to fall asleep at 23-24, but then everything calms down, and you can hear the sound of waves- super.
There are a lot of smokers, and this is a big minus, sometimes it's hard to find a place without secondhand smoke.
Excursions are offered in different ways. You can get to the aquarium and some shopping centers on your own, even on foot. There are many pharmacies, various shops
We have been staying at this beautiful hotel several times for 6 years and the staff is always very friendly and helpful...but this time, a lady appeared at the reception-Julia, who did not look at all like all the wonderful staff...Rude, mean, talks through her teeth with a big favor! But, there is a wonderful person Karina who has solved all the issues of the hotel administration, you need to pay attention to the staff.
We have been coming here for the sixth year in a row. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport. Small, compact, the main part of the residents are Germans. The service is excellent, the food is delicious and varied, the beach is across the street, you can pass through a tunnel. The hotel is located in the city center, close to many shops, pharmacies, a 10-minute drive to Bolshoy Migros. MarcAntalia is a half-hour drive away.
I will write a detailed full review, because there are many contradictory ones on different services.
We had a rest with my husband at the hotel from November 9th to 16th. The trip was not expensive because of the season and the class of the room, so we did not expect anything more than the norm.
About the room: we lived in an economy room, just above the reception, in this regard it was noisy in the evening and sometimes at night we could hear conversations that interfered with sleep. The lobby bar was open until 12 a.m., the insulation is poor, so we can say that we "had fun" with everyone. The upstairs neighbors could be clearly heard in the toilet, especially in the mornings. The windows overlooked the balconies of another block, the room itself was battered, there were some malfunctions - everything was fixed the next day.
I don't know how full the hotel was, but sometimes I had to look for empty seats in the restaurant, and sun beds on the beach (some were folded, apparently due to the unseason).
About the food and the restaurant: the content was selected approximately the same. For breakfast, eggs in various forms, cheeses, several types of milk porridge, cereals, yoghurts, various jams, fruits and traditional pastries. For lunch and dinner there is a salad bar, two types of soup, fries, a table with appetizers, two or three types of side dishes, grilled dishes, vegetable stews, legumes, a candy bar with various desserts, including baklava. Every day there are fish (mackerel, river trout and something similar to cod), turkey and beef stew (a couple of times there was lamb stew). The food was delicious, fresh, familiar to us and not bland (there were also racks with sauces and spices).
In the restaurant, all the employees tried to do their job well, offered to bring drinks, but they did not always remove the plates in a timely manner.
The a la carte restaurant was no longer open in November.
On the last day, we left the hotel at 4 p.m., after handing over the room, we took off our bracelets, gave out tickets for lunch without alcohol.
About alcohol: local alcohol, beer, wine (quiet sparkling), cocktails were everything, but everyone knows about the quality anyway. Not all drinks were on the bar in the restaurant, but you could take them to the lobby bar and drink in the restaurant.
About the show program: we played bingo (10 € per ticket), sang karaoke, there was a disco with music on request. On Friday, two artists came, they sang wonderfully, including in Russian. There was no official show on Sunday, they played the piano.
About the Internet: probably because of the proximity to the reception, we always had the Internet, I was thrown out a couple of times, but I connected again without any problems. I sometimes caught Wi-Fi on the beach and on the embankment, but it was not stable and not very good.
About the sea: it was clean and calm, but already cold, many people swam, but not us). The beach bar has been closed since November 11, and the shower was removed a couple of days later. Drinks could be taken at the pool bar, there was also a shower. There are other 5-star hotels on the waterfront, but not all had a beach equipped in November.
About the location of the hotel: we took a group transfer from the airport due to traffic jams for about 30-40 minutes, ours was the first hotel. The hotel is located on a wonderful embankment, near a small park with a Playground, a bus stop is 10 minutes away, you can get to the center (Mark Antalya shopping center in 30-40 minutes). There are a couple of souvenir shops, pharmacies, exchangers, supermarkets (sok, Migros, b101) and a lot of cafes, restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
The guests were from different countries, many Russians (Russian speakers), Europeans (Germans, French, Poles, British, Estonians) and Turks. There is a girl at the reception who speaks Russian. Everyone understands broken English, there were no difficulties with communication.
As a result, I can say, considering the cost of the tour, we got exactly what we paid for. Good service (cleaned every day, changed towels and cosmetics for body and hair), normal food, good location of the hotel. But still, it's not 5 stars, but a good four. If you pay more than 1.5 thousand per week for two people, you probably expect more.
Before the trip, read the reviews on Google and Google maps, to understand in advance the + and - of the hotel, but with many negative disagree. I won't say anything about the spa, the game center and the children's room, the a la carte restaurant, because we didn't go there.
A great hotel in the first line with its own beach. Everything is included, the food is varied, there are a lot of vegetables, fruits, pastries, there are theme days in the country. Friendly hotel staff, high-quality daily room cleaning, the maid never knocked on the door, somehow she managed to track when we left the room. There are swimming pools, a tennis table, evening entertainment
A gorgeous hotel. I recommend. The kitchen is on top. Very good staff. We really liked it. Everything is fine. Thank you. There are few places I would like to return to, but I will definitely come to you
Great hotel! The staff is caring, the girls at the reception speak Russian well. Ideal for family holidays. The child was delighted with the large aquarium)
Separately, of course, it does not reach 5 stars, but it claims to be a solid 4.
On the plus side: the rooms were clean, they brought two welcome gifts from the hotel (wine, snacks, baklava), they allowed you to have lunch after check-out (so it seemed like you weren't being kicked out), very friendly staff, and everything is great here.
On the downside: in general, the food in the restaurant is varied, but I can't say that it's super tasty. Just normal. In general, everyone will find something to their liking. No wow effect. And the restaurant itself looks quite outdated. It's not very comfortable to spend time in it. It looks like a nice dining room. I was also upset by the fact that the coffee from the vending machine is of average quality. It would be better to just have a coffee filter. I really like coffee and it upset me.
For whom the Russian-speaking staff is of great importance. There won't be any problems with that. Most of the staff speaks Russian. Overall, the hotel is not bad. It's worth the money. If you want something higher in quality, you are not here. If your overall goal is to relax democratically, enjoy the city and the sea. The task of this hotel is completely closed.
Apart from the location, there are no more advantages in this hotel. My husband and I travel a lot, but we've never seen anything like this, and for such money. The hotel has 2 buildings, new and old. I booked a 2-room family room and we were provided with it in an old building. The mirror in the elevator is full of cracks, spots and dirt everywhere. The room is tiny, very tired, the plumbing is faulty, everything is leaking. Restaurant: everything is the same, every day, breakfast is the same, a little variety for dinner. Don't expect white tablecloths) table service too. You go by yourself, stand in line and go to the table with glasses. The kids' club, the slot machines are just awful. Old, rusty, scary to approach. Animator Dasha is a smart girl, she really works with children, her son brought crafts. But then there was another animator, let's go, and the baby is crying. As it turned out, no one was involved with the children, they were just freaking out and throwing toys. Spa is such a thing. The bass is not bad, but in general everything is shabby. Definitely not recommended! The price does not match the quality. I can't figure out where this rating comes from.
A wonderful family-friendly hotel with a legendary all-inclusive. There is everything here to take a maximum break from work: a children's club, a beach, an embankment.
nice hotel, we were there for the second time. The food has become better, very diverse and of high quality. Instead of a paid room, the standard was moved into a family room with two rooms. It was very comfortable.
It's a lovely hotel. The food is varied, fresh, and delicious. The beach is great. Minus one star - on the way to the beach you have to go through a tunnel that is crossed by pipes. It was hard for me to bend over under my labors.
Great family hotel! Feels like a solid four. It is perfectly located - near the embankment (there are paths for running, cyclists, playgrounds ..), you can quickly get to the center of Antalya by public transport. A separate point is to highlight the beach - the pebbles are relatively soft, the sea is super, there is a comfortable mattress on the sun beds, umbrellas are strong. There is a tunnel from the hotel to the beach, it works until 7 pm, that's a pretty big plus for the hotel, you don't have to walk around the city to the sea. The breakfasts were disappointing - sparsely, brightly colored sausages/sausages, there is no grain coffee (the situation is quite sad here, there is no normal coffee anywhere in the hotel, not only at breakfast, it is terrible instant from the devices; we found in the lobby bar the only device that brews from grains, but it is also a C). Lunches and dinners are good! Everyone will definitely find something to take - there was often the most tender veal, fish, a lot of different greens for salads, delicious baklava and Turkish tea in teapots, good champagne, melon, watermelon, pears, apples, plums, make a mix of pieces in a glass.
I liked the children's animation - the mini disco is always the same in the evenings, but the child was happy to go every day, here a huge thank you to the team - Daria and Ecem, completely immersed in work, the child was delighted, sometimes visited the nursery, came out happy with a lot of crafts.
Thanks to the hotel for the early accommodation, we arrived around 7 am, when the check-in was from 14, we were immediately given bracelets and allowed to use all the services of the hotel, the same was the case with late check-out.
The child had a birthday during the holiday - he was pleasantly surprised by the congratulations of the hotel - cake, fruit and wishes.
It is quite possible that on our next visit to Antalya we will stop here again. Location and beach 👍

The advantages of the hotel. Good Location in the city. The sea is across the street from the hotel. The beach is pebbly, the sea is clean. There are sun beds from the hotel by the sea Near cafes and restaurants. There is a large urban pedestrian , bicycle road , and jogging track nearby . The hotel has good but monotonous food. The territory of the hotel is not large. There are 2 small pools. There is an animation. But it really prevents you from resting. Afternoon program by the pool. The rooms are located on top. I can hear everything. Not to mention the evening program from 21.00 to 22.30. Very loud speakers, loud music, it is impossible to fall asleep before the end of the program. This is a huge disadvantage.
10 out of 10
The hotel is excellent, the rooms, although small, are very neat. A good buffet, high-quality alcohol, polite staff! We were left with a great impression. The infrastructure of the hotel is built very competently, although the territory itself is small, well-thought-out layout, a private beach with an underground passage from the hotel, there are enough sun beds on the beach for all guests, despite the fullness of the hotel. Animation is just fire, both for children and adults. The animators are very incendiary, but unobtrusive, they always adjust to the mood of the guest! Every evening there is a DIFFERENT themed entertainment program, mini disco, water polo game, darts, jenga, morning exercises in the sea.
Special thanks to the manager Karina. The girl always helped with the subtleties of translation (they wanted to extend the hotel on the spot) . Karina helped us return a very important toy, forgot it at the hotel and flew to Moscow. Karina, not only found a toy, sent it along with the guests to St. Petersburg, and after a while, she ended up with us! Also with a bunch of branded gifts from the hotel! Thank you very much for the high-quality work and individual approach to the guests.
In fact, it is a tired 3-star hotel of average quality
We were at the end of September 2024 and we don't really understand where so many high ratings came from and at what point did the availability of air conditioning and cleaning become an advantage of a 5-star hotel?!
But if essentially:
1. The food is absolutely mediocre, tasteless in places and the same all the time, plus or minus; coffee is generally a nightmare, worse than instant; queues and it is very difficult to find a free table during rush hour
2. Dirty dishes came across several times, right with lipstick from a previous user
3. It is unrealistic to sleep here, the constant noise on the street through the windows, they do not isolate, in addition, the noise from under the door, since all the rooms go into one huge room-the hum and slamming of doors are constantly heard, the maids are very loudly cleaned from 8 a.m., and once all day there were repairs in neighboring rooms (loud drill)
4. The air conditioner broke down, it was + 30 outside, they tried to call a mechanic for a very long time, they did not receive sympathy from the staff, just "wait"
5. The passage to the sea and the beach are good, but by 10 a.m. all the sun beds are already occupied
6. There is a cool promenade nearby for walking, the old town is 15 minutes by car (without traffic jams if)
7. Parking is available, small, but we always found a place
8. Wi-Fi is good, it works in the room too (without additional payments, but it often crashes)
9. The standard room is cramped, there are few hangers and broken, curtains are not blackout, there is no iron and you can't take it
10. There is animation, but the place for it is very small, there is nowhere to sit properly, they just move the sun beds and everything takes place by the pool. I liked the Michael Jackson show.
11. After 12.00 on the day of eviction, the bracelets are cut off, the first time we see this, it even amused)
Conclusion - if you have at least a little idea about 5-star hotels and service, then I highly recommend it, as a result, we used paid sun beds, "had fun" and ate/drank in other places, so it's better to overpay for another hotel or consider the popular concept of "boutique hotels" on this beach
A great hotel for a family holiday. Great cuisine! The staff is very friendly and friendly. There are no language problems!
I have already been 3 times and I will go again.
Good location. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff. Good varied food. Friendly and helpful staff. Of the disadvantages, I would call it, but the Internet is not always stable.
The staff is very polite, Russian-speaking in key places. The room is clean and tidy, the shower is not very comfortable, narrow and long, but the food is beyond praise, varied and delicious, the menu is constantly updated, children from three years old and above have a lot of things, an excellent bar everywhere, in the hotel, in the pool area and at sea, a very good spa, saunas and hammam. In short, I liked everything. I spoiled the impression of the departure a little. - I recommend not to take a ready-made lunch box (I don't want to eat it) but to prepare it for myself in the evening. We had a check-out at 5 a.m. and instead of a whole paid day, getting a bun with a piece of cheese is cool
The rating is rather 3+. Before that, I had the experience of visiting budget hotels, this hotel is a solid four not higher. And not because of the territory, it is clear that this is a city hotel, but because of the public, the beach and the staff on the beach. The workers are worn out. Visitors in the dining room sort through the food with their hands. The restaurant draws only on the dining room, an uncomfortable space. Drinks should be taken independently. On the beach, workers go out to clean it at about 20 in the morning, local residents, coming to the beach, spread out in front of sun beds on the first coastline. There is 1 changing cabin on the beach, which everyone seems to use, 2 showers. Evening shows, well, probably for those who have gone somewhere for the first time, they may like it. The room was excellent, it was a family room with a view balcony on the megasaray. at the first request, all issues were resolved. But they made fun of the settlement. They said that after 2 hours (they arrived at 9 a.m.), in fact, they were delayed until 14.
The hotel is not bad, there were some nuances, but overall we are happy with the rest! On the day of departure, I forgot my watch in the safe- I realized it already at home, contacted the guest accommodation service - they found the watch and were able to transfer it with guests from my city! I am very grateful for this attitude and solution of the problem!

Very convenient location, compact hotel, clean rooms, has its own beach area, starbucks around the corner
One of the disadvantages is that the food for 5 stars is not very good, there is a constant shortage of places, appliances, sometimes even food, because the visitors of this hotel break into the meal like crazy (the hotel has the appropriate price category)
I am glad that the hotel accepts different payment options and booking methods.
A 4-star hotel. Suitable for those over 45. A lot of smokers. They smoke on balconies, terraces, at the hotel, on the beach. The territory is small. There are a lot of small children. The rooms are small, they are poorly cleaned. There is a safe, kettle, bathrobes, slippers. There are no toothbrushes. The air conditioners are barely pulling. The lobby is shabby, The photos provided by the hotel do not correspond to reality. They don't talk correctly at the reception. The beach is across the street, but you can walk through the tunnel from the hotel. The food in the restaurant is three-course, not tasty. The meat is tough. Juices are like yuppies, alcohol is cheap. The pools are clean, but the sun beds are not. The price we paid for staying at this hotel is too high for the reality we saw!!!!!
Great hotel in everything, but... all the pros and cons
Positive:
1. we arrived at 5.30 am, check-in at 14, but they immediately put on bracelets and told us that we could have breakfast and lunch (although this was not included yet), it was pleasant
2. We were already settled at 9.30 instead of 14.00 😊
The room is fresh, clean, stylish (we took a 2-room room for 3 adults)
3. Very friendly staff😊
4. Excellent cuisine, some new dishes every day, everything is very tasty
5. Every day there was some kind of entertainment program, Dasha's lighter was just a fire, very sociable, cheerful, organized various fun activities for us (disco, live music, karaoke ... every day there was something new)
6. The room service is excellent, they made us figures out of towels, decorated with petals🥰
7. Upon departure, (at 12 o'clock the check-out was extended to 14 and they said go have lunch😊
Minuses:
1. A bold minus, when friends checked in, the room was not ready yet, as a result, they offered with an additional payment)for a minute, $ 20/day is another more, they refused and in the end they give it to them, but for free, it's not beautiful to do that 😡
2. The coffee in the dining room is disgusting (Jacobs) for a 5-star hotel, well, it's just shameful😏
We went to drink at the Turkish bar, delicious, but the bar starts at 10 a.m., and you usually have breakfast earlier
3. The pools on the street do not work, you can not swim, although they are filled (why?)
Taking into account that the weather is up to +20-23 in the afternoon, the sea is cold and you do not buy in the pool, in the description of the hotel type heated, but ... it's a pity, of course, we went with the hope that the pools work
In general, the hotel is beautiful, for 4+
