We stayed at this hotel for the first 14 days of October. Budget 5*, good varied food, good staff, there is a Russian-speaking informant. Continuous nutrition throughout the day. There is a snack bar by the pool on the 2nd floor, there is a beach bar with drinks. We got a room not on the sea but on the city, also a beautiful view, everything is on fire in the evening. There is even a plus, it is not the sunny side and the sun does not scorch during the day. In the morning from 10 drawing with children, In the afternoon at 15-15 Aqua aerobics. Now from the cons. It's a long drive from Antalya Airport, be prepared. We took an individual transfer for 2 hours exactly. But the program itself is childish, meager, the same thing every evening, and this is dancing with repetition of movements and that's it! The children just dance for an hour and repeat the movements every day. Why can't you come up with something else?! For adults from 22-23, either live music, or a fire show, contests. Alcohol is monotonous but quite drinkable, served in plastic disposable cups. There is no information stand to watch the program for the evening. Room cleaning every day, but no word at all! They'll just wave a rag across the floor and that's it, where the sand was, so it lies there. Dust is also present in a thick layer.
The hotel provides free transportation to the fur coat store. Be sure to bargain there! They are discounted from 100 thousand to 25.
This is our first time in Turkey and despite the disadvantages, the overall impression is still good!

We rested for the November holidays. The hotel is very mediocre. It's not worth your money. The territory is tiny. The rooms are heavily used. The mini bar was not even replenished with water, although water was declared. Food - chicken and cheap fish. Meat is rare and also of the cheapest varieties. True, a couple of times in 8 days there were trout steaks, but they were cooked very boring and tasteless - just steamed in a mullet without salt. There were no watermelons and melons at all. There was no lukuma or baklava. There are 2 types of pizza in the bistro, so-so, but you can eat, a couple of uninteresting salads from grass, burgers, potatoes,
a terrible soup of water with tomato paste and overcooked pasta. The alcohol is strong of very mediocre quality, cocktails too. But a good bottled wine is quiet and sparkling. There was no daytime animation at all, only evening animation. Mini disco, then some kind of show and at 10-11 pm a disco. The disco has the same music every day, you can't order something else. Disco takes place in the pool bar, the music is very loud up to 24 hours. It is audible in all rooms, it is impossible to sleep, especially if the windows overlook the pool. There are not enough beds on the beach, people just lie on towels on the "sand". Entering the sea - slippery slabs or on the pebbles at the pier. The view restaurant located on the top floor is a feature of the hotel, from here you can see the mountains and the sea, breakfast in the fresh air leaves a pleasant feeling.
There is a nice beach with a pier, small non-sharp pebbles, similar to grains of sand, although sometimes there are sharp boulders when entering the water. It is easy to get to the beach through an underground tunnel passing under the road.
A snack bar on the beach with drinks and snacks is a big plus to the bistro and restaurant, convenient for those who like beach holidays - you can refresh yourself and drink.
But for pool lovers there is a deep pool for adults, a separate pool for children and a third pool with three water slides.
Next to the pool there is a cozy area with tables, you can order alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the bar, there is a pleasant staff and they also constantly monitor cleanliness. By the evening, this area becomes part of the dance floor, where adults can dance after a children's mini-disco.
A children's animator named Murat has a lot of attention to himself, gives a lot of attention to kids, children are delighted with him! Daily animation is held for children, during the day in a mini club (there is a separate area for classes with children), where children draw, make applications or just watch cartoons. Often, in the middle of the day, children can expect a surprise in the form of inflatable balls from Murat. We had a rest in June 2024. In general, I liked the rest. One of the disadvantages for me is the lack of an iron or a service for the entire huge hotel (at least for a fee). There was not enough disco in the evening. There were some contests, fire shows. But the disco once was 30 minutes. According to the program, there is a separate room Tue,Thu,Sat, but it is very very stuffy and hot there.
And there were not enough seasonal fruits, cherries, apricots. But this problem was solved by visiting the market within walking distance on Saturday.

No matter what you write, the hotel is magnificent! Clean, well maintained, rooms are excellent, clean, cleaning every day. The linen is changed 1 time in 3 days. Shampoo, shower gel, soap and toilet paper are constantly being reported. We had a room of 2 adjacent rooms with 2 air conditioners and-everything works! If problems arise, inform the reception and everything is fixed immediately! The bathroom door slammed, the TV did not show, and on the 3rd day the shower broke-everything was instantly eliminated! The pool is clean, chlorination is carried out daily, flushes and backfilling samples are carried out every 3 days. The food is great and varied! They are constantly taking samples!!! Chicken, slave, beef, mutton every day. The animators constantly work with the hotel's visitors. Everyone speaks Russian well. Captive parties, discos, water polo, water aerobics-daily! If you take yourself on excursions, rafting, canyons, pirate boats ( we bought excursions from Ismail to the right of the hotel, thank you, inexpensively, I gave my husband a boat trip to the doctor, gave him the opportunity to use the Internet, explained that on Saturdays the market comes behind the hotel, you can buy clothes successfully and spices.
You can enter the sea either to the right of the pier or up the pier stairs , everything is OK . The room was quiet, the reception is always ready to help. The towel is rarely changed in the room.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights in mid-July 2023. We arrived at night, there were no rooms and we were put in a family room. The next day, the room was changed to a double room. The card that was inserted in the room did not work, so that there was light and electricity, I had to go down to the reception. They gave me a second one to insert two at once, so it worked. Then it turned out that the bed was wobbly. The master came almost immediately and did everything. The furniture and decoration of the room are very budget-friendly, the mattress is very soft, it took 2-3 days to get used to the pillows. Periodically there was a smell of sewage from the bathroom. We were closing the door. The room had a not very good view of the neighboring hotel, which had a dirty, not cleaned area. This is the view that all rooms will have (1250-1255). We had a second floor. We had enough to eat. Meat was given: chicken, turkey, beef. Fish: mostly mackerel, there was another one a couple of times, the name was not specified. If you sign up at the Ala-kart restaurant, they serve dorado and assorted seafood (shrimp, fish, squid) baked in a clay bowl. It was delicious. There are many different types of green salad. From fruits: watermelon, cherries, oranges, peaches, plums, kiwis, bananas. From sweets: lukum, baklava, halva, shekerpare and various sponge cakes. The restaurant where the meals were served occupied the entire floor of the building, places could always be found, there were no queues for food, maximum 1-2 people. Of the cons: when there were 30 minutes left before the restaurant closed, the air conditioners were turned off and it was very stuffy. The waiters opened the windows, but at 37 degrees it didn't really help. Alcohol: cocktails were made from local drinks, and there was also wine, beer, whiskey, gin. The beach is great, there were enough sunbeds. The hotel has its own pier, we sunbathed on it. The disadvantage of the pier is that after 16 the locals come and jump off it, because of this a fuss is formed, so the pier caretaker chases them.
There are many shops near the hotel: LC Waikiki, migros, etc. The disadvantage is that it takes 3.5-4 hours to drive from the airport. The hotel is mostly Polish and Russian.
The hotel includes a spa complex for free: Finnish sauna, hammam. We went for Thai and Balinese massages. Prices are lower than in the city for this type of massage. If you buy 4-5 massages at once, it generally turns out to be profitable. I recommend. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Recently returned from Turkey (Alanya, Senza Grand Santana hotel 2-15awg) and I want to tell you about our hotel guide (Rafael)! At the info meeting, he offered tours at exorbitant prices, we did not take them and became enemies of this guide! He stopped greeting us, ignored us! I had a fever, otitis media started and my ear was swollen and in terrible pain. I wrote to the guide to activate the insurance (since the guide said only he could activate it) but the guide did not answer us, it was saved by the fact that the wife was a doctor and had difficulty getting medicines (which are available on prescription), but the guide saw us two days later, looked away, quickly disappeared, and so every day!!! Until the last day!!! We weren't the only tourists who had their blood clotted by Raphael.
The hotel itself pulls a maximum of four by a stretch.
The ubiquitous ants crawl in the rooms. They were called to poison them, but it didn't last long. Paid Wi-Fi for $ 2 per day for one device at a slow speed.
The food is all cold and compared to other 5-star hotels, the range and quality of cooking leave much to be desired.

We are resting for the second time in this hotel in 2022 and 2023. The room was cleaned daily, the beauty of towels was twisted, the smart guys. The bed is comfortable, which is important) They feed for slaughter in the dining room, the cooks are 5+. Meat and fish every day, there is always a choice, a lot of sweets, tables and dishes were always enough. There are always free sun beds and a canopy on the beach. Bar from 10 to 17 (beer, juices and coffee). Going to the sea on the beach is not very successful, but there is a place without stones, I highly recommend it. Regarding the All system: I am not a fan of strong alcohol and cocktails, I took a sample only from cold beer, my verdict is quite decent :)
Now about the cons:
- Paid Internet with an individual password for each device, it's shameful for a hotel of this level, really (i.e. if a family of 4 people arrives, then you need to pay for 4 devices).
- Paid safe (I had to pay, as they naturally do not bear responsibility for things)
- And the most significant DISADVANTAGE, for which I underestimated the hotel, is the reception staff. The hotel is located in Alanya.It is a long and painful drive from the airport in Antalya (4-5h).We arrived at this hotel on August 9, 2023 and immediately stumbled upon difficulties. After filling out the questionnaire, we were confronted with the fact that we had to take things and go to another hotel from this chain. Naturally, we refused, since we chose this particular hotel with its star rating and reviews. But we were told that there are no rooms now and therefore we need to spend the night in another hotel and then return us. After a 2-hour scandal, we were settled and the room was found, but not of that category. At the same time, they threatened that they say now you can not approach the reception and ask for nothing. To say that this is rudeness? - nothing to say. Exhausted by the road and the scandal, we checked into a room with a view of the construction site. We photographed everything and sent a complaint to Anax tour. The manager swore at us in Turkish when talking to us, and the guide was on his side and tried to send us to another hotel. After complaints and scandals, we were moved to a room of the appropriate category and even brought fruit with champagne, but the sediment remained.
