Great hotel, I really liked it. We were in June 2021. It is already 5 stars. After the renovation, all the furniture is new, everything is clean, well cleaned, they left a dollar for us and turned different beauty. The food is very tasty and there is a lot of it, a large assortment. According to the nutrition, the hotel can be given 7 stars. There is a main restaurant, a bistro with sweets near the reception, a restaurant near the pool around the clock, a bar on the beach and during the day they also bake tortillas and donuts. There's too much food. Great animation. Excursions were taken one at the tour desk, three near the hotel (when you leave the hotel immediately next to the left travel agency, the seller Misha is a Turk). We also liked all the excursions, but we planned and studied them at home. The beach is pebbly, clean and long. There is beach volleyball, access to the sea is not very good, the stove is lying, but closer to the pier you can more or less find access to the sea. The fact that there is a pier is a big plus, we went there in the evening, it's very beautiful! I also liked Mukhmutlar. In Turkey, I vacationed in Side and Kemer before that. Mukhmutlar is now in my 1st place, then Side. I recommend Senza to everyone!!!

We had a rest at the hotel in early September 2021 in the company of friends.
On the plus side: a lot of different food, especially sweets. There is a 24-hour bar, but there are few drinks. If you missed lunch on the tour, there is always a cafe on the 2nd floor of the hotel with salad, pizza and burgers. Daily animation, karaoke, fire performances, miss hotel, disco, and all sorts of different activities. There is a mini gym. There is a communal pool with different depth levels and a children's pool, which has a mini-water park with 3 slides, but they are great for adults to ride. Free sun loungers and towels on the beach. There is also a pier on the beach and in the afternoon, around 14-16:00, free Turkish tortillas are prepared for guests (you can also grab lemonade, beer, dry wine). 1 time for free to the fish restaurant (by appointment). There are telephones in the rooms. Room cleaning every other day. The convenient location of the hotel in the center of Mahmutlar: near car and bicycle rental, bus stops to Alanya, 3 km from the ancient city of Naula, 500 m from the Saturday market, banana plantations, beautiful mosques, various cafes, shops, pharmacies. Also nearby (10-20-30 km) there are cool tourist places and attractions: the ancient ruins of Siedra, Dim Cave, Sapadere Canyon.
Of the cons: very old hotel rooms. Upon check-in, we were offered a better view room, but with an additional fee of + $ 10 per day. And for early check-in + $5 for every hour. We came across a room with a broken shower head, holes in the wall from the transferred sockets, shabby Soviet-style furniture. The bathroom door does not close (there is no latch). The neighbors had a mouse running in their room twice in 8 days. Towels were changed in 8 days 1 or 2 times on request, until they complained at the reception. Wi-Fi in the hotel is very expensive and weak. A pebble-and-slab beach, be sure to buy corals so as not to injure your legs. Music until 22-24:00 hours – screams very loudly every day, if you are exhausted in Alanya or the mountains, you will not always be able to go to bed early. There seems to be a lot of alcohol, but almost all of it tastes strange, most cocktails are tasteless, beer is tasteless. The situation is similar in the kitchen: there is a lot of food, but 70% of the dishes are very specific. There is no Turkish coffee in a Turkish hotel - even for money. I do not advise you to take a hammam at the hotel – according to reviews, it is very bad, you can find 4-5 times cheaper and better in Alanya.

The food is good, there is variety. Several types of meat, as well as fish. The side dish is mostly always rice, potatoes, pasta.
There are a lot of sweets and greens, but few fruits.
The staff is nice and polite. The efficiency of the waiters is at a good level. Very good cocktails were made at the pool bar (by the way, high-quality alcohol) is poured from small individual bottles.
In another restaurant, they were fed burgers, French fries and pizza.
There is an underground passage to the sea (we recommend passing only through it, because there was a deplorable situation, a person was shot down on a pedestrian)

We rested from 09/15/2023 to 09/22/2023 at the Senza Grand Santana hotel, took a ticket through Anex Tour. After landing at Antalya airport, a transfer with a guide was waiting for us. The bus left tourists in hotels in the order of the queue, at this time the guide talked about Turkey, customs, taught a couple of Turkish phrases. The road from the airport took about 3 hours, it was very annoying that after a long flight we still waited 1.5 hours for other tourists who just didn't get into the transfer, it's a pity that the moment with the transfer is not confirmed in advance by tourists, so as not to wait for those who, for example, decided to take a taxi separately. The guide's name was Gleb, a very nice young man, accompanied him right to the reception when checking in. The next morning at 10:00 there was a meeting with the hotel guide Artem Kasian, who spoke in detail about the excursions and answered questions, did not insist on buying them, everything was very comfortable and friendly, took my phone for communication. Interestingly, we were not told this when making a voucher, maybe it will be useful to someone, you will need to pay $ 30 to activate insurance. I didn't know this, but still such expenses also need to be planned, especially if the tourist is carrying a limited amount of money.
About entering the sea through the beach, it is necessary to put aquashouses on your feet (special shoes for swimming), if you don't want to tear all your legs into blood, I did it on the first day, I bought aquashouses on the second coast in a shop from a Turk for 150 lira near Migros.
Well, about the hotel itself)) At the pool bar, it's just awful how it stinks of vomit, smoke from cigarettes that were smoked next to the bar was added to this smell - the smell is indescribable)) The room was found on the 6th floor with a sea view, towels were changed once in a week and then after contacting the reception, the floors were not washed once in a week. The food in the restaurant was varied and delicious, the bistro also had delicious burgers with potatoes, fruit waffles and pizzas. I liked cocktails and beer from alcohol. As such, there is no evening entertainment, the hotel is more for age and family for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The only drawback of the hotel is a poor access to the sea on the beach, but there are quite convenient ladders on the pier + diving directly from the pier, the depth allows. The territory of the hotel is small, but there is a place to walk outside. The food is varied, there is a choice. Alcoholic drinks are local, the beer is decent. Not a bad animation. There is a nice main pool, another pool is connected to the slides. Of course, they are trying to "make money" - for a room with the best views, paid Wi-Fi, and one password per device, and it works intermittently. The room was on the 4th floor above the pool with slides, without overpayments, quiet and calm, all the equipment worked fine. Daily cleaning service.
The sea is great, the beach is small, but there is a pier. The entrance to the water is problematic - rocky bottom, plates, slippery - with strong waves you cannot enter the sea.
The hotel is located in Mahmutlar Mahalla, a district of Alanya, 10 km from the city center and 140 km from Antalya. The airport is about 3.5 hours away. Nearby Alanya: A boat trip from the port is a great idea; Shopping tours with free delivery to the shops, the idea is delusional, usually a clean divorce.

You can climb down the stairs from the pier, but the stairs are welded from thin pipes, it hurts your legs to go down and it is inconvenient to hold on to the thin railing. We rested there in June. Administrators do not know any information, there is 0 help from them. The food there is also monotonous, on day 3 their food is no longer climbing. There was a shortage of fruits, except for oranges and apples. We bought fruit slices for $ 7, there were watermelon, melon, strawberries. They're not tasty at all. Review 2022. The hotel does not pull for 5*. We drove 4 hours to it from the airport. It's just terrible! We arrived at 22h all tired. There is no animation, music is playing during the day. In the evening, the show lasts 40 minutes and the music is turned off. The sea is nearby, the entrance is rocky. But there is a pier, a ladder down, you can swim. There is no bar on the beach, it was the first time we met this. It is supposedly only being built. Wi-Fi is paid, how many rested everywhere-for the first time we pay for Wi-Fi.

We had a rest with my son (11 years old) from August 13 to 24. It looks like a 5* hotel, but it doesn't pull. Maximum of 4*. And a strong 4*. You can't call UAL, rather just AL.
Everything is fine with the food, there is enough for everyone, and there are plenty of snacks too (if you want sweets, you want pizza, burgers, fries).
The rooms are cleaned well, daily. And if you leave a tip, it's even better. Even extra fanta and juices were left, towels and bed linen were changed more often than usual.
The sea upset me- I was worried for two weeks. When entering the sea, the stones, and very slippery polished with water, MUST have special shoes.
There are several shops on site, but the prices are high.
There were no queues from the main restaurant, there was enough for everyone, and the staff quickly cleaned everything, so the tables were always free.

We stayed at this hotel from September 3 to September 13, a family of 2 adults + 2 children. We flew from Moscow, landed in Antalya at 15 o'clock, while check-in, luggage and so on, we left about 18 o'clock, be ready for a long road, 2.5 hours or even three. On the way, they make a stop at a cafe, as the guide says, not expensive, but in fact not cheap, take a bun and water comes out about 1 thousand rubles. About the hotel. It's not big, I liked the area, it's clean, there are palm trees and orange trees everywhere. We had a room with a view of the neighboring house, animation did not interfere. They did not clean up in any way, the garbage lay in the corners for all 10 days, it was also not clear with towels, we tried to hang them to know where whose was, but after cleaning they put figures on the beds and it was no longer clear. I didn't understand whether they were changed or not, except for a foot towel, but it was the same for everyone. The kitchen is normal, there is a lot of food, we went for rest, not for food, everyone was always full. The fruits were watermelons, melons, grapes (blue and white, very tasty) apples, oranges. The alcohol is so-so, the wine is dry, the beer seems to be fine, cocktails interfere with the soul! The animation is the same every day, at the same time, in the evening there were really entertainers, foam parties, a fire show and so on. Beach: the entrance to the sea is not very, slippery rocks, but in general it is fine, we swam with a 5-year-old child. I just had to sail a little further. Further cons! Fruits are only in the main restaurant, nowhere else! Paid Internet, $ 3 per day for 1 device. It was very upsetting. When checking in, the faucet in the bathtub was hanging out, they said at the reception, everything was fixed. I also really didn't like that they ask for tips everywhere, they ask the driver to give them on excursions, and even on the bus that carries and picks up from the airport. In general, I want to say that 80% of the vacation is the mood, we had a positive one, we had a good rest, but we are unlikely to return to this hotel.
