Terrible hotel. Ruined the whole vacation! On the very first day, my child cut his leg there while swimming in the pool on the stairs. 5 stitches were applied. The damage was not compensated. We rested there in June. Administrators do not know any information, there is 0 help from them. The food there is also monotonous, on day 3 their food is no longer climbing. There was a shortage of fruits, except for oranges and apples. We bought fruit slices for $ 7, there were watermelon, melon, strawberries. They're not tasty at all. The entrance to the sea is also terrible, you can break your legs. I can only praise the animators and the waiters. The staff is very friendly. We were happy every day! The rest is just terrible!

Review 2022. The hotel does not pull for 5*. We drove 4 hours to it from the airport. It's just terrible! We arrived at 22h all tired. There is no animation, music is playing during the day. In the evening, the show lasts 40 minutes and the music is turned off. The sea is nearby, the entrance is rocky. But there is a pier, a ladder down, you can swim. There is no bar on the beach, it was the first time we met this. It is supposedly only being built. Wi-Fi is paid, how many rested everywhere-for the first time we pay for Wi-Fi.

We stayed at this hotel from September 3 to September 13, a family of 2 adults + 2 children. We flew from Moscow, landed in Antalya at 15 o'clock, while check-in, luggage and so on, we left about 18 o'clock, be ready for a long road, 2.5 hours or even three. On the way, they make a stop at a cafe, as the guide says, not expensive, but in fact not cheap, take a bun and water comes out about 1 thousand rubles. About the hotel. It's not big, I liked the area, it's clean, there are palm trees and orange trees everywhere. We had a room with a view of the neighboring house, animation did not interfere. They did not clean up in any way, the garbage lay in the corners for all 10 days, it was also not clear with towels, we tried to hang them to know where whose was, but after cleaning they put figures on the beds and it was no longer clear. I didn't understand whether they were changed or not, except for a foot towel, but it was the same for everyone. The kitchen is normal, there is a lot of food, we went for rest, not for food, everyone was always full. The fruits were watermelons, melons, grapes (blue and white, very tasty) apples, oranges. The alcohol is so-so, the wine is dry, the beer seems to be fine, cocktails interfere with the soul! The animation is the same every day, at the same time, in the evening there were really entertainers, foam parties, a fire show and so on. Beach: the entrance to the sea is not very, slippery rocks, but in general it is fine, we swam with a 5-year-old child. I just had to sail a little further. Further cons! Fruits are only in the main restaurant, nowhere else! Paid Internet, $ 3 per day for 1 device. It was very upsetting. When checking in, the faucet in the bathtub was hanging out, they said at the reception, everything was fixed. I also really didn't like that they ask for tips everywhere, they ask the driver to give them on excursions, and even on the bus that carries and picks up from the airport. In general, I want to say that 80% of the vacation is the mood, we had a positive one, we had a good rest, but we are unlikely to return to this hotel.

It was stormy all the days, so much so that it was not possible to go into the sea. The bottom is rocks. Waves, but also correspondingly knocked down knees and elbows. They showed me the pier. You could go down the stairs or jump. My friend was able to go into the sea 4-5 times. Maybe the sea is always so dirty, but I attributed it to the storm (bags, cups are floating ...). The beach is cleaned, but not enough, of course people are to blame. Is it really difficult to throw a cigarette butt or an empty bottle into an urn instead of burying it in the sand? There were enough sun beds.
When I was vacationing in Egypt, fruits, food, and alcohol were brought to the beach at the bar (what is in the restaurant is on the beach). There are soft drinks, beer, wine and tortillas (for which it was necessary to stand in line. Other times up to an hour). The woman behind the counter is very friendly. Thank you. Special thanks to him. I took a spa from him. I really liked the massage.Then I took 5 sessions separately.I've never had such a massage before. Fly away.

Terrible hotel! Although they say that he is already 5 *, but he does not pull more than 3*! The terrible attitude of the staff towards the guests! A mediocre hotel. The room cleaning is disgusting! Shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper are not put after the so-called cleaning. Although I personally saw with my own eyes how the administrator guy takes out a whole package of all this stuff! The cleaners have not heard about changing towels (once every two days) at all! I had to approach the cleaners myself and take towels and everything else from them! The food here is 2 plus. The bistro has just disgusting burgers and pizza! The bar also leaves much to be desired. Beer, wine and all other alcoholic beverages of the most terrible quality. Don't set foot in this hotel anymore. And it's sooo long to get to it from Antalya airport. It will take 3.5-4 hours until all tourists are taken to the other hotels. And it's true, because this hotel is finite.

And this is about 8 hours a day (morning, afternoon and evening). There was no real hot water in the room, warm water was flowing from the hot tap. It is necessary to enter the water carefully, either in shoes or from the pier. Personally, I had no problems with this, so there are no complaints about the beach, but I saw people piercing their feet on the rocks. In general, I liked the beach, there were almost always sun beds. An average hotel.

There are not enough beach towels, those who managed to do it in the morning are well done. At the bar, they can pour white and red wine into one glass, like drink, you don't care. The card from the room is given out one for everyone, from morning to evening they knock on the door, even if there are five of you, there is only one card. This is nonsense, of course. Sometimes there are not enough clean tables in the restaurant, but the restaurant tries. Animation is the same children's songs about little ducklings from the day, then a chanson. Vacation from 07/31/2018 to 08/13/2018 a family of 4 people, parents and two small children (6 l and 0 l 9 months) The food is delicious but monotonous, there is no baby food, there are high chairs, battered and not quite clean, as well as tables in the dining room. From the diet, I was surprised by yogurt instead of yogurt for filling breakfast cereals. Everything meat tastes the same, like chicken, beef and even fish because of the peculiar seasoning. There are no normal soups, only mashed soup. Alcoholic drinks in the dining room and on the territory of the hotel are locally produced, although beer is really diluted. Room cleaning is on request, but it is possible daily, but somehow .....small stones from shoes brought from the beach are stuffed into corners. The furniture, plumbing and appliances in the room are worn out, the condition is 3. The beach is small but cozy and clean, and a 3-minute walk along its own underpass across the highway.
