We had a vacation in September with our 4-year-old son. In general, I liked everything. Everything was fine at the hotel
(service, staff, room cleaning, meals). I didn't like the entrance to the sea. The bottom is very rocky. If there are strong waves, then you cannot enter the water. It's not really possible to swim with a child at all. I had to splash by the shore or in the pool. The only thing that upset me was the attitude of the receptionist. He immediately began to extort money for the room.
Thank you for providing an amazing vacation.
Respect to the whole Santana team!!!
As a suggestion: divide the pool bar into two smoking and non-smoking areas, and also, guys, make the Internet free at least in the lobby, the 21st century is in the yard.
Special respect to the chefs and animators,
keep it up!!! (5 stars rest in comparison with you). You are super!!;
A hotel where you want to return.
Santana we love you!!!
I wanted to give 5 stars, but I can't change
I gave it 5 stars and I'll explain why!
Who wants service and all-inclusive-welcome to Belek with 5 stars! The hotel is declared to be 4 stars, why wait and count on some higher benefits?!the food is varied, especially if you come early, and not to close the restaurant. There is a choice!the room was cleaned EVERY DAY!shampoo, soap, towels were changed sometimes every day, sometimes every other day (but you can always ask to be changed).in fact, all the staff are very friendly.if, of course, you will be rude, humiliate, then what do you want in return?!of course, they gave the money and blah, blah, blah, but somehow you have to remain a person, not a redneck, who finds it difficult to walk 1.5 steps and throw a cup of coffee in the trash.A lot of people like the animation (I wasn't thrilled :)), but the guys really tried very hard.Of the cons: wifi...Yes!If you want civilization, pay!I was especially surprised that you paid, and the password is valid only for 1 device (for example, you can't log out from 2 phones).Beach.more precisely, the entrance to the sea.you shouldn't even try without aquashoos.especially with children! And so, yes, children!they love children there very much and treat them well))Mahmutlar itself is a wonderful town, as it is now customary to say, colorful!be sure to go to the local market)))in short, it's budget-friendly, without frills, but atmospheric and homely!
We were in October 2019. Meals are 4+. Accommodation is 4+. Our room was on the 4th floor above the dining room. The clink of plates, the smell of food and flies flying into the room were a gift to us. The woman who cleaned the room then forgot to leave a towel for her feet, then stole one set of towels instead of three will leave two, then the bedspread will steal one of the two. I went and took what I needed from the cart myself. Animators are very rotten. They hardly worked. The drinks are weird, the wine and champagne are sour. I was drinking watered-down beer. Half an hour later, there is no coffee or tea in the restaurant from the beginning of lunch, breakfast or dinner, the staff freaks out if you ask for a change.as a result, everyone broke into the beginning of lunch time and swore at each other. If you come later, there will be something left that you haven't finished.
Thus, the staff was overloaded and it was inconvenient for tourists. The staff does not have time to clean up the dirty dishes. Even if you specifically come up and ask for it to be removed. They just ignore it. But there are no available rooms. The water in the pool is cold. The children caught a cold. Although the air temperature is 26-35. The sea is warmer than the pools!! The sea is gorgeous. Warm transparent and caressing. Snacks in the snow bar are gorgeous fried tortillas. Pizza made from leftovers. We will be looking for another hotel.
A great hotel for the price! Cozy, clean, very close to the sea! Wonderful animation! Delicious, fresh food!!! I really liked it! You can go back there again and again!!!
Good location, poor service, paid Wi-Fi everywhere (they just write free everywhere, it's a lie), before that they talked about drunk Russians!!! Russian Russian is not everything that is in Russian!), yes, drunken, noisy bespredelschiki around the clock, but not necessarily Russian, I have heard English, Polish and other languages that I do not understand. And after looking at the exit list, it became clear why everyone was chasing Russians, 70-80 percent of the list flew to Kiev, but I only met Ukrainian speakers once!!!
They smoke everywhere, smoke, stink, steers and ashtrays all around.
There is dirt in the restaurant and bars, the dishes are dirty, it's scary to even imagine what is in the office premises.
The beach is dirty (gobies and all kinds of small debris) which is naturally the merit of the hotel guests, who are just used to shitting where they eat. The deck chairs are dead in the trash. The pier is also heavily battered.
The pool is large, good, but a big minus is SMOKING everywhere. I almost forgot, towels are only in the room, you can't take them out, even at 3* in Egypt there were always towels on the beach.
Animation, well, let's say not a fountain.
The star rating of the hotel is greatly overestimated, the other disadvantages are the result of the affordable price of this hotel, in order to remove all the disadvantages of this hotel, you need to pay more. In the meantime, the hotel does not even pull 3*!!!
Everything is great! Location, service, pool, food, passage to the sea, entertainment.
I definitely recommend it. There are no big problems with entering the sea when there are big waves - put on special shoes or go right to the right of the pier. Choose rooms for an amateur: noisier and more fun from the pool side, quieter on the other side
I had a rest there in June 2014, I liked everything, and as a bonus, due to the overpopulation of hotel guests, we were settled in a 3-bed room instead of a 2-bed room. However, for tourists near the beach there are cosmic prices for water activities. I repeat, it was 2014, a dollar for 30 rubles. and one rental for 15 minutes of a jet ski cost $ 65!!! I took a ride once, and then we met a local resident who also knew all the locals, and we went there for all the rides 3-4 times cheaper))
A medium-sized hotel. I think the hotel has an overrated rating. I did not like the hotel itself, the furniture, the atmosphere is tasteless, gloomy and dull. Just a terrible dining room, a huge number of tables placed in rows, between which food cleaners scurry with dirty rags. They rattle the food off the plates into huge smelly buckets right at your table, endlessly scurrying back and forth between the tables. Of course, there is no question of any tablecloths, a cloud of people, screaming and crying children sitting on the floor between the tables. Whoever did not stumble over them, carrying a plate from the buffet with food to his table, is well done. The noise is like at a train station. The food is normal, you can eat, there is a choice. Snacks on the beach are not bad, you can always have a snack if you are hungry. The rooms are not bad, three-star, not dirty, the furniture is not repulsive, working air conditioning, polite room cleaners, clean every day. A large swimming pool, there is a second one separately with slides, this is a plus. A variety of music, but it screams all day. In the evening, the show program every other day, I went once, I can't say anything bad or good. The beach is so-so, very rocky bottom, take children's swimming shoes and yourself too. It's very easy to get hurt. The pier is normal, you can go down from it into the sea.the Internet is paid and constantly turns off, you have to run to the reception and ask to turn it on again, although everything is paid in advance. In general, this is a huge hotel, of medium standard, three and a half stars .Vacationers : Russians , Ukrainians and Belarusians, you won't find foreigners there during the day with fire, apparently they avoid this place.
Arriving at this hotel, you need to clearly understand for yourself what purpose you are going there, if you have fun 24 hours a day, then this is your option. I really didn't like that the hotel does not regulate the behavior of vacationers in any way, i.e. you can run around all night with drunken screams and songs on the territory, swim in the pool and no one will say a word.
Our compatriots simply do not care about the minimum rules of decency.
Also among the disadvantages there are old rooms with yellow chairs, poor sound insulation, paid Internet.
Of the advantages, I can say that the food is delicious.
The staff is redneck, the rooms are bad, the food is not very good, money is stolen from the rooms, the entrance to the sea is bad, it's not worth going here for sure
The hotel is super for 4* there is a bar on the beach, its own pier. The animation is cool. The rooms are old, require renovation, but the price tag is affordable for most people. Cleaning every day. In general, I recommend the hotel.
I liked everything, it's worth the money. Of the minuses, only a heavy entrance, corals are needed, but for me this is a plus, there is a pier from which you can jump. But who didn't do it, it's not worth it, you can break down or dive to the rocks.
Even the music screams until 23:00, if you sleep with the door open and small children, you will not be satisfied.
Boorish and lazy staff, dirty, dull, with some exceptions animation. According to nutrition, there is always a choice, the choice is not difficult - to eat chicken / turkey, or not to eat, in the second case, however, I want to eat. In general, a very interesting "hotel concept" for spinning money out of vacationers))). But the territory in 2018 has not yet completely collapsed, there are slides and 4 pools, by the way, as the vacationing Turks demonstrate (and there are many of them there), it is very convenient to wash your feet. So if you managed to buy a ticket is not expensive and the mood for a positive is there - you will rest, maybe you will also praise (just consult with your psychiatrist first, this is a bell). By the way, there are also advantages - there are many shops nearby, a supermarket. So it is very convenient and pleasant to go somewhere from this hotel ;)).
A great hotel we stayed in it from 06/25/19 to 07/24/19. cool animation, its own beach. Mahmutlar is generally a super area!a clean hotel. The rooftop restaurant!
The hotel is located very far from Antalya airport. It takes about 4 hours to drive.
The food is not very tasty, but you will not stay hungry.
Good animation
The staff at the restaurant is not very polite, at the beach bar there is no compliance with sanitary standards on the part of the baker pica (after smoking, he did not even treat his hands and immediately started cooking.)
The rating is too high. The staff is not ice. They were cleaned three times in a week. Soap, shampoo once. The pool bar stank. On the beach, the entrance to the sea is rocky and slippery. In the room, the stench of sewage.
I liked everything except the girl Kristina, who supervised us from the Teztur company. She met and saw off the guests with a face that immediately showed how tired she was of everything. You can't ask anything. Horror. Who hires them only.

The worst hotel I've ever visited!7 times in Turkey , there are not even tablecloths in the dining room, there was 1 intensive care in 8 days.22.10-29.10.Every time I visited Turkey, I wanted to come back again and again. After this hotel, there were only bad impressions.Grand Santana and 3 stars does not pull (((
The hotel is good. The territory is small . The food is varied.

Attended by 2+ children, from 9 to 17 October 2018.
Hotel, staff, rooms, entertainment, beach, drinks for a good 4/5.
Unfortunately, the food is 3/5, but you will not be hungry.
