Terrible hotel! Although they say that he is already 5 *, but he does not pull more than 3*! The terrible attitude of the staff towards the guests! There's really no food, chicken, fish and that's it.. The sweet table is not big, there is little choice. As for the bar, asking for a mojito, they made it for me with MINERAL WATER! WITH WATER, CARL! And when I asked for a sprite, they watered it down a little! Alcohol is not imported, although it must be included in the ultra all inclusive!!!There are also very few cocktails. We were at this hotel from July 2 to July 15. We came from Siberia, we traveled for a day.The tour cost 145 thousand (not cheap). The beach is cleaned, but not enough, of course people are to blame. Is it really difficult to throw a cigarette butt or an empty bottle into an urn instead of burying it in the sand? There were enough sun beds.
When I was vacationing in Egypt, fruits, food, and alcohol were brought to the beach at the bar (what is in the restaurant is on the beach). There are soft drinks, beer, wine and tortillas (for which it was necessary to stand in line. Other times up to an hour). The woman behind the counter is very friendly. Thank you. Special thanks to him. I took a spa from him. I really liked the massage.Then I took 5 sessions separately.I've never had such a massage before. Fly away.

I think the hotel pulls in a three and that's a stretch. But you can rest. Of course, if the sea hadn't been stormy, maybe the impressions would have been better.

If the room overlooks the pool, then it is impossible to fall asleep during animation hours, and in principle it is not comfortable to be in the room. And this is about 8 hours a day (morning, afternoon and evening). There was no real hot water in the room, warm water was flowing from the hot tap. It is necessary to enter the water carefully, either in shoes or from the pier. Personally, I had no problems with this, so there are no complaints about the beach, but I saw people piercing their feet on the rocks. In general, I liked the beach, there were almost always sun beds. An average hotel.

Sometimes there are not enough clean tables in the restaurant, but the restaurant tries. Animation is the same children's songs about little ducklings from the day, then a chanson. From the diet, I was surprised by yogurt instead of yogurt for filling breakfast cereals. Everything meat tastes the same, like chicken, beef and even fish because of the peculiar seasoning. There are no normal soups, only mashed soup. Alcoholic drinks in the dining room and on the territory of the hotel are locally produced, although beer is really diluted. Room cleaning is on request, but it is possible daily, but somehow .....small stones from shoes brought from the beach are stuffed into corners. The furniture, plumbing and appliances in the room are worn out, the condition is 3. The beach is small but cozy and clean, and a 3-minute walk along its own underpass across the highway.

We were in October 2019. Meals are 4+. Accommodation is 4+. Our room was on the 4th floor above the dining room. The clink of plates, the smell of food and flies flying into the room were a gift to us. The woman who cleaned the room then forgot to leave a towel for her feet, then stole one set of towels instead of three will leave two, then the bedspread will steal one of the two. I went and took what I needed from the cart myself. Animators are very rotten. They hardly worked. The drinks are weird, the wine and champagne are sour. I was drinking watered-down beer. Half an hour later, there is no coffee or tea in the restaurant from the beginning of lunch, breakfast or dinner, the staff freaks out if you ask for a change.as a result, everyone broke into the beginning of lunch time and swore at each other. If you come later, there will be something left that you haven't finished.
Thus, the staff was overloaded and it was inconvenient for tourists. The staff does not have time to clean up the dirty dishes. Even if you specifically come up and ask for it to be removed. They just ignore it. But there are no available rooms. The water in the pool is cold. The children caught a cold. Although the air temperature is 26-35. The sea is warmer than the pools!! The sea is gorgeous. Warm transparent and caressing. Snacks in the snow bar are gorgeous fried tortillas. Pizza made from leftovers. We will be looking for another hotel.

Good location, poor service, paid Wi-Fi everywhere (they just write free everywhere, it's a lie), before that they talked about drunk Russians!!! And after looking at the exit list, it became clear why everyone was chasing Russians, 70-80 percent of the list flew to Kiev, but I only met Ukrainian speakers once!!!
They smoke everywhere, smoke, stink, steers and ashtrays all around.
There is dirt in the restaurant and bars, the dishes are dirty, it's scary to even imagine what is in the office premises.
The beach is dirty (gobies and all kinds of small debris) which is naturally the merit of the hotel guests, who are just used to shitting where they eat. The deck chairs are dead in the trash. The pier is also heavily battered.
The pool is large, good, but a big minus is SMOKING everywhere. I almost forgot, towels are only in the room, you can't take them out, even at 3* in Egypt there were always towels on the beach.
Animation, well, let's say not a fountain.
The star rating of the hotel is greatly overestimated, the other disadvantages are the result of the affordable price of this hotel, in order to remove all the disadvantages of this hotel, you need to pay more. In the meantime, the hotel does not even pull 3*!!!

However, for tourists near the beach there are cosmic prices for water activities. I repeat, it was 2014, a dollar for 30 rubles. and one rental for 15 minutes of a jet ski cost $ 65!!! I took a ride once, and then we met a local resident who also knew all the locals, and we went there for all the rides 3-4 times cheaper))
