I had a rest during the New Year holidays. Pros: a clean, well-maintained hotel with a good area of medium (as for me) size. I lived in the 3rd building, I liked the location of the building, it's close to everything. The food is delicious, there is enough variety, pomegranate, orange, grapefruit, pears, tangerines are delicious, sweet, juicy. They give you Fresh orange juice for breakfast. They make an omelet with onions, peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Drinks are brought in the main restaurant, there are a lot of employees, everything is quite fast. Popsicle ice cream of 2 types can be taken from 10 to 17. The beach is wide and sandy. In winter, there weren't a lot of deck chairs in the grass area, it was warmer there, you go for a walk to the sea, you immediately felt the breeze. The Internet is good everywhere! They gave me sneakers. The room is spacious. The bar/restaurant on the beach was closed for only one day out of 9 days, because it was raining in the morning.
Cons: a paid safe, a mini bar - 1.5 liters, 2 bottles of water, and that's it. There are no dressing gowns. In the lobby bar, the bartenders are strange, one is in the work area, the other 4 people are standing, chatting, distracting the only person working, and even seeing the queue of people, nothing changes. It wasn't always like this, but it often was. There is a pool bar, where if the bartender is in place, everything is prompt, but it often happened that there was no one there, went somewhere and wait. It was best on the beach, even if the employee moved away, at least not far. The nights were cool, the corridors were also fresh in the morning, they were not heated and it was dark. It was warm and bright in other hotels, although it was about 3 years ago, now they can save money everywhere. The beach is across the boardwalk, where everyone who wants to walk, and, in general, different people can wander to the beach.
There are dogs and cats on the beach. I don't mind, everyone is wonderful, smart, cunning, affectionate. The dogs are being fed. Cats are lucky, because dogs chase them for food. I was inspired by a black cat living on the beach, not far from a wooden changing room and a place to wash off sand and salt water. She is so affectionate and her habitat is not particularly hospitable, she does not go to the beach bar, she asks for food from vacationers on sun beds. If possible, bring her a treat for those who will be relaxing after the New Year holidays. Sunrise and sunset are visible from the beach in winter. There are convenience stores near the hotel. Pharmacies, 2 Migros, and the Rosselkhoznadzor Union Pay card did not work in both migros. A stop for a trip to Side is very close. I put 5, but rather 4.5, but the choice is either 5 or 4.

It's not a bad hotel, but it's a little old. The location is great. There are many walking paths. The food is very tasty, especially grilled. Excellent freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. Good service in the restaurant. I didn't like the restaurant's menu. One waitress served about 10 tables. Very unprofessional. I had to wait a long time for drinks and a change of dishes. Great hotel. Vacation for a married couple of 50+ without children and grandchildren. Less than an hour by bus from Antalya airport. Delicious and varied food. Even if you come to the restaurant 10 minutes before closing time, you will not stay hungry. The beach is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds, there is no need to borrow from in advance. Whenever you come, there are free places both under the awnings and in the sun, There is a fresh shower on the beach, changing rooms are equipped with mirrors. Everything is thoroughly and regularly cleaned and cleaned. There is a bar near the beach. The food in it is not as varied as in the restaurant, but it is tasty and satisfying. The territory of the hotel is large and well maintained. The daily work of gardeners and janitors is visible. Two swimming pools, each with a bar. Animators are working. The room is equipped with a TV, refrigerator, tea station. Drinking water is delivered to the room daily in sufficient quantity. Daily room cleaning with a change of towels. The bed linen was changed 4 times in 10 days. I really liked the hammam and massage.(Hammam, sauna and fitness equipment are free, massage is for a fee) WiFi throughout the hotel, even on the beach. The video call is not very long, and the messenger's voice call works quite normally. The staff understands Russian. There is always a Russian-speaking staff at the reception, if you suddenly need to solve some more difficult problem, but it didn't take much to solve anything. Before leaving, I asked them for scales for weighing luggage. Perhaps this was the most difficult question of the entire vacation, Libra appeared two minutes after the request. In general, a great hotel, I really liked everything.

We stayed at this hotel five times. Everything suits us. Sand. A large green area. Meals with a large number of dishes. Slides, two large swimming pools, volleyball, children's animation. There are no queues for food. You can have lunch on the beach. There are many shopping markets along the road nearby. There is a Migros. From the airport 40min. They were always among the first to arrive. Polite staff. Of the disadvantages, only weak animation for adults, personally we don't really need it. This year, however, there was a super foam party right by the sea in the afternoon. Only every year the prices for this hotel are rising, in terms of euros.

The hotel is not bad. I especially liked the kitchen - everything is very tasty. There are no queues at the barbecues. The room is kind of small, but tolerable. Bathroom with a very decent and pleasant renovation.
The hall is without pathos, but, as for me, it is not needed.
The beach is just huge, light sand.
The territory is beautiful, green and well maintained.
The staff is friendly.
There are two comments, I hope the administration will take note :
1. The umbrellas on the beach are very small, I would like to be wider.
2. The water in the shower on the beach is just ICE!!! You come out of the sea and ... shock freezing ... The reason is very simple - the staff constantly waters the lawns, washes the tiles, etc.
The way out is also quite simple - stretch an additional water pipe to the beach from the building (especially for the staff - let them pour as much as they want ...).

A wonderful hotel!
Friendly and helpful staff, many of whom speak Russian. The spa area has an indoor swimming pool, which allows you to swim even in winter. I also recommend a massage.

Once again in this hotel. It's nice that it has changed for the better, apparently the administrative staff has changed. The staff began to speak Russian, became more courteous, friendly and courteous, and not only with Germans. Especially in the lobby. The food has improved, waiters are now serving drinks, and the barbecue area has been reconstructed. Now the smoke is not floating over the pool. The animation is really good. A show in the amphitheater every day (finally earned), dancing to live music, a children's disco has been moved to the amphitheater and now you can drink cocktails without watching TV. The rooms have warm blankets and extra pillows, as well as a kettle and coffee tea. The lawn area with palm trees has been enlarged on the beach. The locals stopped gathering and making noise in the lobby near the photo studio in the evenings. Good WiFi everywhere. All this, combined with the previous advantages (a large territory, a beautiful road to the beach through the park, a large cool pool, no shortage of sun beds and queues at the restaurant) contributed to a calm and relaxed rest. Not even the piano player in the lobby, who was playing the piano off-key, bothered me. In general, the hotel has confirmed the title of my favorite hotel. One of the disadvantages is not very good cleaning in the toilet on the beach (by the way, the toilet is always perfectly clean by the pool), the waiters are somewhat slow and forgetful. And I would also like more places in the lobby on the street so that you can smoke at the cards. I will definitely come next year, unless, of course, the prices are inflated. After all, the advantage of this hotel is the optimal price-quality ratio.

We rested from 19 to 27.08.2023. A large territory, a sandy beach, friendly staff, a lot of sun beds on the beach, pretty clean, normal food, we caught crabs a couple of times (without cleaning tools) and grilled tuna, the alyakart restaurants were very pleased. Animation is only available in the evenings (parties, live music, shows), it is not available during the day. I was upset that the hotel did not congratulate the two birthday boys during our vacation, and they asked specifically from guest relations and the hotel guide. Nothing happened. Once they forgot to clean up, they did not replenish shampoos and water (only after calling the reception on day 4). But the cleaning is generally normal, quite clean. Rooms, reception, hotel locations, bars are outdated. Old beach towels. In general, the hotel is 4 *, at first upset, but then pleased.

The length of stay at the hotel has increased to 35 days. 4 times a year. During this time, the hotel has become even more beautiful. Decorative elements have been added everywhere, which inspires me as an aesthete! This is our paradise! Having visited other hotels on the Antalya coast, I can safely say that the Süral resort has the best beach! Turkish Maldives in Side. One of the most important points is the responsiveness of the staff. They always go to a meeting here, even if this is the millionth request. Not to mention the serious issues. Customer orientation is at the highest level compared to where we have been in these 2 years. During the 2 months of our absence between trips, the hotel is constantly being updated in terms of cuisine, animation, and of course small and large decorative nuances. And yes, you won't find anywhere else in my opinion such a huge green area, where parties are held, by the way!
We stay at Sural resort permanently for at least 21 days with a child. A huge green clean area, a gorgeous beach, smooth access to the sea. Friendly and helpful staff who will always help with any question. Staff discipline is at the highest level.A variety of food for every taste. From the point of view of aesthetics, it is excellent, everything is beautifully decorated. In my opinion, this is important, it is not "just to feed" the guests, but shows the attitude towards the guests of the hotel "to please the eye". The national spirit of the staff, their cohesion is simply a delight! One team that works for a single goal - the comfort of guests in all areas of services provided.
I recommend it 100%.

We had a rest from October 5 to October 11, 2024. The hotel does not meet the stated 5 stars, it is difficult to give 3 stars. The rooms have budget furniture that needs to be repaired. The floors were not washed. Noise insulation is zero. Our room was in block 7, it's a 5-minute quick walk from the restaurant, 15 minutes from the beach and it's far away, my joint ached and it was really difficult to get there. The food is not bad, you could also choose dietary dishes such as turkey, chicken, fish, baked or stewed vegetables, several varieties of olives, there were often delicious tomatoes (not plastic), there were always watermelons, grapes and other fruits, honey in honeycombs, pizza, pastries, sweets, juices were not noticed, but a couple apple juice was brought to order once. The beach is beautiful, but cramped and the hotel does not reserve a chaise longue for each client, although in fact, coming early in the morning you see towels or other things on the vast majority of chaise longues, which indicates that the client himself designated it as his place, which is prohibited by the rules of the hotel. This creates discomfort, besides umbrellas quite often replace palm trees, which often do not create shade and can be burned, and it is the places under the palm trees that are often free. And the umbrellas themselves are square awnings that cannot be tilted to protect themselves from the rays. There are a lot of flies both on the beach and in the restaurant on the beach. It was also uncomfortable when huge toys were installed, because noisy pumps were installed directly next to our deck chairs, despite requests to put the pumps at least a little further away. As a result, we had to leave our seats and leave the beach, as there were no empty seats at all
I will add that among the advantages are attentive staff, a large green area with beautiful tropical plants, a clean sandy beach with a gentle descent into the sea, clean sea, fresh air on the seashore.
I got the sea, the sun and the sand, which is exactly why we went to Turkey in October, but I would also like to get the level of service and comfort that correspond to the money spent... I am completing the review. For some reason, my review has not been published for a very long time....

There are always enough sun beds on the beach, the sand is clean, the bottom is good. There is a separate bar next to the beach. You can eat almost around the clock. In principle, there are no disadvantages. We recommend it.

Despite its age, it is a very pleasant hotel. I liked the huge territory, two large pools, there was always a place to swim. Unfortunately, and this is a big minus - the hotel staff does not remove the towels of those who take sun beds by the pool from 7 a.m. - there are never any places, only after 6:30 p.m.
The plage is huge, about 6 or more rows of sun beds, sand. There is a place to wash off the salt, two booths to change clothes. Everything is clean and well maintained. There are rocks in the sea, you need to know where to enter. At a depth of approx. The entrance is very very gentle. Fish swam in, they were lured by the guests.
This is the first time I've seen a hotel where they really bother about cleanliness - the windows are vacuumed three times a week. It is very sad that ventilation and air conditioning do not work in public toilets, it is terribly hot, it is impossible to enter, you just sweat ... but cleanliness 😍
The room was small, but cozy. 6504 in an additional building, under the roof. Surprisingly, there was no heat, the air conditioner works fine, the main thing is to set it to Cool mode, not Dry. Then it's just super. The mattress is VERY, VERY hard, I didn't sleep well, I felt tired all the rest. But my back didn't hurt, there was a mini bar with water, there were no bathrobes, there were slippers and bottled remedies. Cleaning is daily, very high quality, although I did not leave any money. They don't steal, but I always took valuables with me, and the suitcase was locked.
The restaurant is big, there is a lot of space both inside and outside, but when they opened the doors so that people could walk - it was unreal heat inside, you sit and flow around, the air conditioner couldn't cope exactly. The food is varied, but for me it is specific, I tried to take the grill outside, as some dishes simply do not suit me. They make INSANELY delicious zucchini and eggplant, and for the first time in Turkey, the hotel has delicious, fragrant desserts, and not just tasteless food. In general, there are no complaints about this area. Except that cola and sprite and fanta, locally produced, are not tasty at all.
I won't drink alcohol in bars, but I don't drink cocktails, but it's a strange situation - they kind of make non-alcoholic ones, but they don't know mojitos, they don't know ice coffee, although they interfere with something of their own and delicious. I'm surprised, because in the worst voxx hotel in Marmaris, cocktails were made 100 times better.
There is a place to walk in the evening, but the animation in the hotel is strong, especially in the evening a lot of people are invited. We walked around the shopping malls a lot, so we missed a lot. But the scope is amazing sometimes 🤣
Overall, the impressions are great, I will definitely return here, but after the renovation - they say they are now renovating (from the foundation!) Süral Saray, then they will take over the Süral Hotel (it has been operating for the last season) and then the Süral resort is next in line, so we are waiting for an update and I already imagine what it will be, since the hotel does not trifle, and does everything efficiently and on a grand scale.
Recommend it? Yes. With the kids? Yes. In pairs? Yes! Alone? If a sociable person is, yes, an introvert may not feel comfortable. In general, the rest was a success.

Cocktails have conquered us!! Every day cocktail of the day! Delicious!! 😋 Cuba libre is my favorite!! And in general, the Cola is very tasty, I didn't even know that it was like this!!)
Take the ala-kart restaurant Turkish, it settles on the beach, (romantic💏) and not like Italian indoors!
Cleanliness is everywhere! The territory is green - super! Wi-Fi is even better on the beach! Warm sea, big sandy beach!
The only negative is the stones under the water!! Cut the leg to the meat! Don't run headlong and don't dive!!! You have to get used to their location..

What you need to relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle... The hotel has an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and baths with a hammam... I had a great rest... Of the minuses - cleaning for 4, you need to constantly remind them to wash the floors, or you need to throw a towel on the floor to change it, but the main disadvantage that struck me was that for some reason they brought roosters who crow from 4 to 7 in the morning, they demanded that they take them closer to the beach because the territory is large. The question is, why start roosters on the territory so that people wake up when people come to sleep off. Take away the roosters and everything will be fine.!!! Moreover, the neighboring hotels can also hear the roosters!

The "strong" 4+, in my opinion, almost falls short of the full 5.
Positive:
1. sandy beach, 15 meters from the shore with a shallow depth
2. a large green area, a sufficient number of sun beds on the beach and by the pools
3. Beach volleyball, table tennis, billiards
4. a good buffet
5. the bars have good Turkish coffee
6. if you find an "approach" to the bartender - good cocktails
7. The staff partially understands Russian and responds adequately to comments and requests
Minuses:
1. small rooms
2. mediocre cleaning
3. Centralized air conditioning
4. rare but "unsuccessful" rocks at a distance of 5-7 meters from the shore
5. food without special frills
6. Locally produced drinks
7. Mediocre evening animation
According to the reviews of the "neighbors" on excursions, their hotels were worse, although some of them cost more.
The crisis has affected everyone - mutton has risen in price and disappeared "from the tables", the choice of fruits is not great…
In principle, we are happy with our stay at this hotel, the main criterion for choosing was a sandy beach and quite good food.

I really liked it, we were in the middle of May, the very beginning of the season. The food is excellent, the rooms are cleaned every day, the beach is fantastic: sand, smooth entry into the sea. However, there are few stones. A large area in the sea is fenced, it is quite far from the buoys. For those who like to swim, that's the thing. In general, the entire coast is sandy and stretches for several kilometers in both directions. I recommend it to those who like to walk along the surf. There are walking paths between the hotels. To walk in the evening, you do not need to go out on the highway, you can enjoy a walk through the olive and pomegranate groves. The territory of the hotel is large, a pretty alley leads to the sea past the pavilion with parrots. There is live music in the lobby twice a day. A pianist comes and plays everything perfectly: from classics to Komsomol songs. The Internet is free throughout the territory. In short, I would also go there with great pleasure.

He conquered the city without a fight.
Now it is full of relics of the past -
Ancient ruins all around.
And the "old city" is very impressive -
the interweaving of different epochs in it.
Among the ruins are hotels, restaurants
Contrast with the picture of the ancient painting.
And there are shops, and disco bars -
Such a mixed comfort of styles!
And also, of course, it is necessary to say,
That this is a wonderful resort.
The beautiful turquoise sea of the south
And the port is proud of the golden sand!
I was surprised by the changes here -
In the years that I have not been
here, the Germans simply flooded the whole city!
I suspect that they are "very good"...
After all, the "quality-price" ratio
For burghers, it is always a priority.
And this wonderful climate, no doubt...
so they fly like moths into the light!
And there are a lot of Russians here, as before -
I was able to join their ranks too...

We rested from October 20 to October 26, 2023.
The hotel itself consists of several buildings that are optimally located from the sea. It seems like it's not close, but it's not very far either.
When leaving the hotel, you always go out to the pool, or to the pool with an aquapark with interesting slides.
Then there are restaurants and a park area, which is nice to walk through. Especially if you drive with small children — there is a place to walk!
And then there is a beautiful beach with a warm sea.
The restaurant had delicious food. Of all the Turks, we placed 1st. There was a lot of seafood — just surprised.
Everything was fine in the room itself. The only thing is that the audibility for one day was such that the conversation of the Germans was strongly audible. We were trying to sleep, and they kept talking and talking. I had to knock them on the wall.
WiFi is available throughout the territory, but the speed was generally bad (0.9 Mbps with periodic absence of any speed at all).
The hotel periodically celebrated various holidays. Halloween was very memorable)
Taking into account the shortcomings I have outlined, we would love to go back there again.

Two years ago we had a summer vacation at one of the Sural hotels.Many hotels are closed in winter.We chose Side because of the promenade along the coast through a beautiful park.We arrived in the morning, transfer with a driver.They sent me to breakfast, put on a bracelet.After breakfast, we checked into a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony.The room has one large bed, sofa,armchair,table,chair,mirror,refrigerator,wardrobe with hangers, there was a safe for a fee, flat-screen TV with two Russian channels,central air conditioning (sometimes turned on loudly, one night).Tea accessories, 2 bottles of water were replenished daily.Showers, gels,shampoos, rinses, slippers.It was quiet, we slept well at night.The contingent:elderly couples, young families with children-all Germans.The attitude of foreigners towards us is polite and friendly.The hotel staff is fine, they arrived, well, okay, live.There were a couple of incidents, but, everything happens, the rest was not spoiled.The beach is great, we lay in the sun a couple of times and walked along the coast to the river.Turtles have not been seen in winter, in summer there are many swimming in the river.There is a bar on the beach, we took gozleme and ayran.The territory is large, beautiful, in the center there is a swimming pool with sun beds.There is a hammam, a sauna, a warm indoor pool, I enjoyed a warm pebble and a pool every day, towels are also issued here by cards.The food is without frills, a little bit of everything, everything is there.Fish daily,meat,greens,sliced,cheeses,salads,fruits (small selection).I didn't enjoy the tea-it's so-so, either a bag or boiling in a kettle for a very long time.I don't drink alcohol, but I love Turkish tea, beautifully served (I didn't).After lunch, ice cream was served at the bar.There was only one main building in the hotel, and there were not very many vacationers.Wi-Fi worked everywhere, and on the beach.Other buildings were closed.I would not come here in summer, but in winter I would love to breathe the sea air again, enjoy nature, hammam!We took an excursion to Alanya.It was also a shame that Santa Claus was removed on January 3.The hotel is for guests from Germany, therefore it is focused on the Catholic Christmas.

I stayed at this hotel from 07/31.23 to 08.08.23 and I want to be honest and objective in my review 🙌
-The hotel deserves its 5 stars
•Top-level nutrition, a huge variety of food (pasta, sushi, fresh fish and meat, fruits, cakes, salads, and baklava - above all praise!
• The beach is another huge plus of this hotel, cleanliness and order everywhere, there were always enough sun loungers, I could easily come at any time of the day and find myself a free place on a sunbed under a shady palm tree or awning.
•The territory is very green and well-groomed, a large number of animals cannot but please the eye, namely: a cage with parrots, cats and dogs, very cute and affectionate creatures, and not at all aggressive!
•As for animation, there are light activities for both adults and children throughout the day. An interesting evening program , as well as beach volleyball, shooting and yoga 👍
•The staff is very polite and friendly, they speak several languages, including RUSSIAN)
•The rooms are clean and cozy , lived on the ground floor with a wonderful view of the pomegranate tree.AUDIBILITY IN THE ROOMS, I will not attribute it to the cons, because sound insulation is lame in many Turkish hotels. During the day, you can join the conversation of your neighbors without leaving your room))perfect silence at night, that was the most important thing for me!
But the minus, which definitely should not be kept silent and attributed to the negative side, is widespread SMOKING (
Yes, yes, unfortunately, smoking is allowed in the entire outdoor area of the hotel!! And everything is smoking just non-stop, at lunch, dinner and even on the beach((

To begin with, I'll say this. We bought tickets to Sural Garden, but upon arrival, our hotel was closed and we were taken to Sural Resort. We thought that for 5 stars we would need to pay a lot extra, but we were just allocated a room and after the opening of the Gardena they offered to stay at the Resorte. Naturally, we agreed and did not regret it.
💵 To start the pricing:
⛰️A trip to the mountains (photo attached) - $ 65 per person. The bottom line: You will go first by minibus into the mountains. Then you will be offered 2 options (free and paid).
🆓Free - you ride in a jeep with an open top, you can get up on the seats (without shoes) and enjoy the clean air.
💰Paid - these are bugs. You drive separately from everyone (in front), but you swallow a lot of dust
🏎️There are BUGS in the mountains (such a car with two and 4 seats). You will ride it for at most 40 minutes and you will be completely covered in dust. If you are satisfied with this, then be kind enough to give $20 for it.
A photo in the mountains from a quadcopter costs $ 25. He will thread and film you separately from the rest of the people.
There are also other entertainment options, but we didn't have time to go there. Eg…

There are a lot of people and you can only move along the sides, but due to the number of people, of course all the sides are occupied. The cost is $ 45 per trip and an additional $ 10-15 for entering the water.
There are also white reservoirs or something like that, I don't remember exactly. In the picture, they will look like the moon when approaching, while the water is there, like a cat crying. The place itself is beautiful and if you want aesthetics, I still advise you to go there - $ 45 per person.
Now I 'll tell you about the hotel itself:
1. The territory is a very large park right on the territory of the hotel, if you walk through it, you will get to the sea. About 7-10 minutes to walk
2. 🛜The Internet is here in every corner of the hotel, except for the park itself. There is also a Wi-Fi point on the beach, but it is located closer to the beach bar, so it is worth occupying the middle and sun loungers close to the bar.
3. 🏊Swimming pool - it is also present on the territory of the hotel. There are 2 of them in total, one near the bar on the street. The second one is covered, but there is a minus. You can be looked at from above and it won't be very cool.
4. 🍾🎂Food - there are 2 free places to choose from. The first Mozaika restaurant is like an ordinary indoor dining room, where everything is included. And the second restaurant is on the street, when you exit you will immediately see the plates and food. There is a separate French fries, barbecue and meat are fried immediately, and there are sooo many tortillas.
Now about the paid ones: in the paid one, you can sit one evening with the violin at a certain time. The dinner itself lasts 2.5 hours and not everyone can stand it. There is a lot of food, there is something delicious, but I am not very good. A girl will play the violin all the time you are present.
As for the different menus, you will be warned about this: there is a fish day, an Italian day, a Turkish day and much more. It's a pity that there is still no Russian.
5. 🧖💆 Sauna and massage are a service of burning down. 5-10$ for 1 session. Located on the -1 floor. You'll also have the towel brothers there. They can be changed every day (for free)
6. Animators are great guys. They have a warm-up and dancing for the kids every evening and morning. You can also play soccer, darts, beach volleyball, bocce and water polo with them.
The hotel itself is cozy. I really liked it and I think I will go there more than once. By the way, single people who are looking for a relationship, it is better not to choose this hotel for dating. Mostly there are Germans aged 50-85 and a couple of elderly Americans. There is an option to come only in the middle of summer, where there will be more young people.
By the way, there are a lot of cats walking around the hotel, so you can always find a friend for the time of arrival)

One of my favorite hotels. Huge, beautiful territory, wonderful clean beach, friendly staff, spacious rooms, good cuisine. Almost every evening there are festive themed dinners. Russians are about 25% . Mostly Germans, there are other European nationalities.

I'll start with the cons. The hotel is old, it needs renovation. But despite the fatigue of the hotel, it is generally fine. Unless I recommend a SPA, it's too uncomfortable, unassuming and expensive for this level. On the beach, the changing booths were poorly closed.
Further advantages.
The staff there is wonderful, everyone is polite, attentive, caring, quickly solve problems if they arise.
The territory of the hotel is very pleasant and cozy. By the evening animation, hedgehogs come out on the grass, if you look closely, you will see. There are also rabbits there, but they are in cages.
The animation is moderate, unobtrusive. However, we are not one of those who are particularly interested in animation.
We rested from May 23 to May 30, 2024. There were few people in the hotel, so we were very comfortable and calm. There were plenty of sun beds everywhere.
I would especially like to note that the food there was good and varied. The rooms were cleaned every day.
Overall, we liked it there. A quiet, cozy hotel.

My husband and I were lucky enough to relax at the Sural Resort 5* hotel. The hotel is beautiful - clean, cozy, comfortable. The food is wonderful and varied. The animators are great, they know their job. The staff is attentive, courteous, and non-intrusive. The beach is large, sandy, clean. I can list the advantages endlessly. A single newance does not have a ruble exchanger and does not accept our cards. I recommend this hotel.

We rested at the Sural resort hotel from 30.08. to 09.09. A 4-star hotel with a big minus.
Advantages: large green well-groomed territory.
Food: delicious at the beach bar and grill restaurant, some pastries, everything else is no higher than three. Staff: very responsive, attentive, many times the children lost things, including phones, found and gave away.
Cons: the hotel is not modern, gloomy inside, there are no tablecloths in the restaurant, and is it 5*?
The beach is sandy, the entrance is gentle, but at a distance of 30 m from the entrance there are stones, you can injure your feet.
There are not enough sun loungers on the beach, the umbrellas are small, and in the middle of the day you have to move the sun loungers all the time so as not to be in the sun. Why not equip the beach with a single awning? Don't add sun loungers?
The animation is poor, a team of stuntmen from Africa performed in the amphitheater, their leg was injured, the floor on the stage is being welded, the paint has peeled off elementary.
Everything else is on 4-.
It is very sad that with such a beautiful territory, they treat everything else, no less important, so negligently.

I spent one of my best vacations in this hotel!
Nature is magnificent: relict pines, a huge area with a promenade to the sea, golden sand, a gentle entrance to the water, the water is warm and clean.
The food is varied. A lot of dishes are prepared outside, the chefs arrange a show)
In general, I was very glad to be there. And I'm thinking about going there again, although I've been to Turkey many times, and I've never gone to the same hotel (although I always go to a good 5), but this one is right into my soul.

In this hotel we were alone with my mother in mid-January. In Turkey, more than 15 times in different regions. Let's go to the Anniversary. They gave me a nice gift. Check-in. The children's teams lived at the training camp. Some kind of commotion. The floor of the dining room was also allocated to them. No problem for us. We were not disturbed. But many grumbled. There were not enough places. The opening is normal. Food - taking into account the winter concept, without complaints. Plenty of everything. In the morning - mixed omelets, cheeses, sausage, hot dishes, plenty of greens, sliced vegetables, olives, whole fruits. We ate avocados for a year ahead At the fresh orange bar. Tea and coffee corner. Lunch - 2 types of soup, decent, beef, chicken, different colors, fish. Pizza from the oven and tortillas. Drinks can be taken by yourself or the waiters, super guys , will serve. Dinner is also good. Entertainment- almost every evening in the lobby area of the party. People are dancing! The hotel's guests are Russia, Germany, Poland, the Baltic States. Everyone is smiling. They say hello. The territory is an extensive park, well maintained. Alleys with illuminated benches, lots of cats, do not interfere, 5 minutes to the sea. The beach is even very wide. Yellow sand, the entrance is shallow, the beds are new, not plastic, the bar is nearby. It's great in summer! There are a lot of shops outside the territory. Pharmacy. Mostly to the left of the exit. Mall in 10-15 minutes. Minus- summed up A la carte, fishy. The menu is just not what it says it is. We were fed cheese, herbs and 3 squid rings.Mussels, oysters, etc. are declared. There is no champagne, we went to the lobby bar to get it. Wine too. We asked others for the same opinion. The staff- everyone helped, worked hard, no one bothered. Thanks In the room, the consumables were replenished, the cleaning was done, they did not want to - the sign was hung out. Wi-fi catches everywhere, TV 1 Russian channel.
