On December 17th, my birthday, I visited the Bounty for the first time. A fairy tale from the first steps into the salon: atmospheric, cozy, clean, beautiful. Friendly staff. Stepping onto the territory of the Thai spa village, you immediately find yourself in a world of mystery and tranquility, exotic interior, flowing sounds of a waterfall, relaxing music. Pleasant service, I especially want to note the attention and participation of the administrator Lydia, detailed consultation, answers to all questions and a pleasant dialogue.
I chose a traditional Thai four-hand massage for myself and was satisfied, very grateful to the massage therapists for their high professionalism and unsurpassed skill!

A very good place and the masters, but there are two disadvantages and they spoil the overall impression. 1. The place itself is expensive, the cost of their services is in the top three, but they do not hesitate to ask customers for tips for masseuses, this greatly undermines their prestige, 2. In each offer there is a tea party with oriental sweets at the end and what is actually offered, a couple of pieces of dried fruits such as dried pineapple and not very high quality tea, well, if you declare oriental sweets, then buy a box of these sweets on komarovka, even one piece of baklava is better than a dried banana.

Probably the worst massage I've ever had.
1. It started with coming to the morning session. The massage room is very cold. There is a heater (this is definitely a premium massage salon, how do you position yourself?).
2. Due to the fact that it is cold, the hands of Thai masseuses are constantly "icy". You are constantly cold because of the temperature outside. The towels they cover you with are cold. The oil is cold. Because of this, massage turns into a very sophisticated torture))))
3. The massage itself is purely "mechanical". Masseuses are absolutely not interested in high-quality massage (or maybe they just don't know how?). They moved their hands and that was it. Although they ordered a strong massage. And the Thai does not respond to your requests in English) In general, you might as well go for a hardware massage =)
4. Solving the problem from the salon side. And he is not there =) In response to feedback about the cold room and the quality of the massage, the administrator said that "maybe you did not come together energetically" =) And left )))

The receptionists are very pleasant and polite. 1000% service🔥🔥🔥 I work at a computer and visit a massage therapist 2 times a week. I was given a certificate for the Bounty spa program, as I have long wanted to try Thai massage. I have never experienced such pleasure from a massage. A very professional massage therapist! Atmospheric interior: you enter and immediately immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Thailand. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail - even disposable slippers and underwear were given out. The receptionist listened attentively to all my wishes, offered a choice of tea and butter. I am delighted with how customers are treated! I had a "Calm Wave" spa program. First there was a cedar phyto barrel and then a traditional Thai oil ritual for 1 hour, where my problem areas worked so hard that the tightness was removed. During the massage, all thoughts were turned off) Yes, this is exactly what you need for those who work in the office. It was my best massage🔥 After the massage, I felt incredible lightness all over my body. Then they brought me delicious herbal tea and oriental treats. I liked it so much that I bought a gift certificate for my sister's birthday.🤗

I recently received an SMS notification from Spa-Bauti that a 25% discount is valid for the whole of July. I became interested in the offer and wrote to them in an online chat, where I was informed that the discount does not apply to certificates. As a result, I purchased a certificate in the amount of 340 rubles without a discount.
A couple of days later, they announce a new promotion – a 25% discount on certificates when buying online. I asked them about the possibility of returning the price difference, but the manager replied that the shares were announced by the management, and nothing could be changed. As a customer, I felt cheated and undervalued.
I am very disappointed with this attitude towards customers. Spa-Bauti, you should reconsider your approaches to customer service and promotional offers. I do not recommend it.

My daughter gave me a certificate for two as a gift. To say that I was disappointed is not to say anything. Instead of the stated 2.5 hours, it took 1.5 hours! We only sat in the barrel for 10 minutes.
One of the masters was as unhappy as possible, constantly gathered and tsked. She left during the massage. And I finished 10 minutes earlier than the second one.
I don't recommend it to anyone, especially as a gift. Wasted money and a spoiled mood

A pleasant and unique place, which I advise you to visit more as a couple. It has a more secluded atmosphere when compared with other spas. I liked one of them too, but we had a great time together. I would remove half of the asterisk for an inflated cost; again, when compared with the level of other spas. I didn't like the treats, the musty smell in the hammam and that you drink tea right at the reception, not particularly relaxing because of the flow of customers. But definitely worth a visit at least once.

The masters are fragile Thai girls, but they know their business. I filled out a questionnaire where I indicated the average pressing force during the massage. You can safely set the maximum, I didn't have enough.
I take off one star for the excessive intrusiveness of the administrator. It really ruins everything. You sit there, drink tea, and she says: "here is a catalog of cosmetics, look at it", "if you like something, buy it", "we have such promotions for procedures", etc. I would like to draw the attention of the management of the spa village to this fact😕

But the overall impression was spoiled by cobwebs in the corners of the walls, debris between the boards on the floor and mold in the showers. The massage is absolutely simple, they stroked me + pressed my hands on the fabric, did passive gymnastics. I didn't have enough warm-ups and more movements.
It was difficult to relax, there was constant monitoring of the massage therapist's actions. The music was hard to hear for me, I wanted it louder. I asked for an average level of impact on the body, but in fact it was HARD, sometimes it was rude and painful, as if the person did not feel my trigger points and clogged tissues.

I called back, they allegedly recorded me, but on the day of the visit it turned out that they did not record me. The most interesting thing is that no one apologized for not doing their job. They endlessly proved to me that they did not have a recording of the second conversation, that there was a call, but there was no conversation. That is, I was accused of not remembering myself that I did not call back and did not overwrite. I have an unpleasant impression of the spa. And plus a ruined holiday, since it was my birthday.
