The hotel was very disappointed. A large green area. A good water park with different slides and even an artificial river for cheesecakes with 4 rapids. Several beach areas with pools. My daughter enjoyed going to animation and to the kids' club. The beach at the sea is not nearby, but the shuttle from the hotel runs often and there are no queues. The food is good, although there are better hotels in terms of restaurant service. If a plate with appliances is taken away from you, then you will have to pull the dessert fork from the next table. Waiters don't keep track of such nuances. The rooms are clean and the minibar is replenished regularly. We rested with pleasure!

I was with my family on a day stay, so I can only appreciate the infrastructure, food and the water park. I liked the territory, large in a pine forest, with a beautiful view of the sea. There are many pools, there is a sauna complex.
The water park is excellent, shaded by trees, lots of sun loungers, located on small terraces and by the pools. The only drawback is that it's slippery, after all, this is a water park where most people go without shoes. Slides are suitable for any age, most are allowed from the age of 8.
There is a bus and minibuses to the beach, wait 5 minutes, no more. On the beach there are small pebbles, sun loungers, umbrellas, a bar and water activities. There is a pier from which the children jumped with pleasure. The entrance is smooth, the water is clean.
I liked the food too; it was varied, lots of fruits and vegetables. The only thing was that two types of fish were served at lunch, and both were over-dried to bitterness. But for dinner there was a whole dorado, very juicy. In my opinion, the choice is huge, both the national Turkish cuisine and the national dishes of other countries.
For those who take a day visit, towels are provided, clothes can be left in a locker in the sauna complex, but it's better to pick them up before dinner, at 20.00 they are already closed. The car is parked outside the territory itself, in the evening it is driven to the main entrance.

Definitely, the hotel is worth its price tag. The food, the staff, the availability of bars, alcohol and snacks are beyond praise. For children there is a playground, a children's club, a daily evening program.

One of the best-in-class hotels in Turkey. There is a private beach that can be reached by crossing the bridge over the road and taking the elevator down. There are elevators on the territory between different levels.
Of the minuses, the waiters seemed lazy. Either they bring the wrong drink, or they just don't ask you if you need something or not. But you can walk to the bar and take exactly what you want. In general, it is very, very even. I definitely recommend it.

For me, this is a gorgeous place with an unusual concept, unrealistically beautiful landscapes, cleanliness and comfort. A place where you can feel like in a fairy tale. I had a dream.... Well, now briefly about the disadvantages.
The bus goes to the beach quite often. But on further descent to the beach there is a rather long staircase. It is possible to go down it, but it is more difficult to climb up. Especially for the elderly, and it is impossible for guests with disabilities to go down and up. (Elevator is not provided)
The room stock is very old, the plumbing (faucet, toilet, shower stand) is old and does not work well. The shower stand fell on my head, the shower does not switch. The hotel definitely does not pull for 5. And the most important thing that amazed me was that the guest on the day of departure must leave the hotel before 14h. Otherwise, he will be fined 90 euros. And the hotel administration does not care at all that you have a transfer later. And this is a boorish attitude towards guests with extortion of money (as if a fine for staying on the territory for up to 18 hours). Shame on you!!! I do not recommend it

A gorgeous, well-equipped beach. The food is excellent, you can always choose something for yourself, to your taste. In short, customer orientation is at the highest level. If you prefer to relax in a beautiful place, with gorgeous nature and the absence of unnecessarily "annoying" sellers of everything and everything-this is your hotel.

The animation is weak, I only liked the beer party with club music, but it started to rain and I had to run away and "Turkish night". Animators communicate little with people, do not invite them to events, it is possible that they do not know the language, they are not by the sea, they are only on dances, they cheer up the dancers, there are no contests. I do not know what queues in the restaurant they write in the reviews, for 10 days of stay, a maximum of 3-4 people can take juicers or soup, and then not on a regular basis.
Juices from tetropacks (not yuppies) and freshly squeezed. In the morning, they put juicers on and you can make juice from oranges yourself. Turkish-made alcohol. There are several large swimming pools on the territory. One in a quiet area (without children) where you can just relax from the hustle and bustle. Yes, the hotel is unique - on the top of the mountain, you can admire the views endlessly. But:

We didn't find queues anywhere, we calmly used the elevators. The villas are much fresher compared to the rooms in the hotel, it is clear that the renovation has recently been done.
The mini bar is cleaned and updated every day. Towels are also changed every day

For me, Utopia is like a summer cottage in May. Great food, excellent service, friendly staff. And what a view from the terrace!!! The territory is large, people do not cluster in one place. We visited this hotel in September of the 24th year.The hotel is just a fire.they lived in the main building.the views from the balcony are a masterpiece. it is not very convenient to get to the beach as there is not a weak staircase.getting to the hotel from the airport is not fast.we took an individual transfer and drove for about 2.5 hours on the general guys got around 4.5. The animation is not much weak.there are no questions about food, there is a lot of it and everything is delicious.alcohol is excellent and there is a large selection of imported . I recommend.great hotel

The hotel is just great! In everything! I recommend everyone to visit this hotel, I liked literally everything. The location, the place of accommodation, food, drinks, the staff is wonderful, the attitude towards vacationers! You can safely go, both for young people and tourists with children.

The most beautiful place in Alanya and I really like this hotel!!! A large green area, a water park in the shade of trees, a breathtaking view of the sea!!! Everything is fine with food and entertainment too!!! I will definitely come back here again

A fairy tale, not a hotel. Located on a mountain, a large well-groomed territory, if you want - you go up the stairs, if you want - you go by elevator, several swimming pools, classic with umbrellas, and sheltered by pine trees, water slides, a lazy river that descends on cheesecakes, food for slaughter, friendly staff, excellent animation and a children's club, gym, billiards, table tennis. There is only one drawback, and then if not adult children, it takes about 3 hours to drive from Antalya

We rested in Utopia from 04/28.24 to 05/27.24 .We were delighted with the rest.Special thanks to the kitchen, I was very pleased with the abundance of dishes, the taste, the presentation liked everything.I've never liked mutton, but here I didn't even realize that I was eating it, because it was very competently cooked.The sea is located below at some distance from the hotel, but that's the beauty of it, we really love an active lifestyle and spent calories after a hearty breakfast and dinner.Good varied animation, well done guys.We had 2 anniversaries, congratulated with a compliment of wine and fruit in the room, as well as a free dinner at the a la carte restaurant.The room was in one of the villas, the room is beautiful, you can't hear the noise from the evening discos, cleaning every day, the villas themselves are in the cedar forest, the smell is just fantastic.I boldly recommend this hotel.Perhaps we will come here more than once!
