Good afternoon!I would like to leave a positive review about staying at the hotel. We had a rest with a company of 5 people from May 13 to May 20, 2023.I will not describe the amazing landscapes and territory, all reviews contain this information in full. I would like to mention the unobtrusive, friendly, fun work of a group of animators who created a festive atmosphere at the hotel, spectacular shows in the evening and night events at the Laguna Bar. I would like to praise the work of the kitchen staff and waiters for the cleanliness in the hall, a variety of delicious dishes. The hotel administration also deserves praise, 2 holidays fell during our vacation (mother's Day-flowers were presented to all women, congratulations to the children, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk Memorial Day, Youth and Sports Day in Turkey -was also accompanied by a stylized show). We were very satisfied with the rest, we are already planning our next trip to this hotel 😜

3* kitchen: a lot of monotonous, repetitive dishes and the cook turns good products into not very tasty ones.
The beach is small, there is no beach service. In a 5* hotel, people carry their own sun beds. The entrance descents from the pier are very often closed. The sun is shining, the sea is calm, and the entrance to the water is closed, why? Probably too lazy to lower the ladder into the water.
The pools are closed at 6.30 pm, and people walk out of the water.
The SPA complex is included in the price, but very small. At 17, you can experience all the delights of the Moscow rush hour there... people in the sauna, steam room, are standing, there is nowhere to sit.
The water park is average, adults count all the pipe joints ...
In the evening there are not enough waiters, you have to wait a long time.
This hotel does not pull 5*, maximum 4*.

The hotel is simply Mega chic, as far as everything is thought out, the cuisine is at the highest level, a variety of dishes, a water park for children and adults, a lot of entertainment on site, the staff is wonderful. The first hotel where I was delighted with everything, I recommend 100%. Now only to this hotel in Turkey.

One of the best hotels in Turkey. Round-the-clock meals and alcohol. Animation for children at a height. Magnificent views of the sea and mountains. There is always fresh air, as the hotel is located about 70 meters above sea level. The staff is nice and helpful.

A gorgeous and fabulous place! There are small disadvantages, but this is a trifle and, I myself am not a whimsical person and rested alone.
In general, 100% take a transfer from the airport (but you can use the usual one, but it took me a very long time to get there, since the hotel is the latest, about 4 hours) or to the airport from the hotel.
I left my phone at the transfer. I thought they would not be returned, but I quickly called my guide, who was on the bus (by the way, take the numbers in such a case), contacted her, she immediately contacted the bus driver and thanks to Emrah (the guide at the hotel, a very intelligent and wonderful person, tells about all the pros and cons of the trip) , who returned I need a phone.
The territory of the hotel is huge and picturesque, lived in a villa, opposite the water park. The room is clean and cozy, the bed is changed every day and cleaned. There are cleaning buttons (do not disturb, clean up and some others, you press them and they glow on the street on an electronic scoreboard, if you press them unknowingly, they may not come to you, and you will be very angry, I only realized two days later why they did not come to me).
The kitchen is divine, a huge dining room and delicious food, a huge selection.
There are a lot of pools on site, one night is open until 3 a.m. The guards are very restrained and calmly reacts to everything and politely asks. (We turned on the pool speaker and danced.)
There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the elevator to the beach (you can take a quiet walk, there is a very short distance there). Of course, I'm too lazy to climb back up the hill.
The beach area is closed and has pleasant sand. The entry into the water is comfortable, there are beautiful piers with sun beds and two bars on the left and right sides of the beach. The extreme approach is on the right - it's a little rocky, but clear water and rocks (for a photo shoot, that's the thing)).
The hotel has a medical center. And if suddenly something serious happens, an ambulance arrives quickly and hospitalizes you (the first time is 10 dollars, the rest is all on insurance, but if you suddenly forget, then without any panic they will simply include it in the room bill and then pay at the reception).
There are two elevators and stairs between the villa and the hotel (I think it's not so convenient with children, although for me it's a plus after the buffet).
Every evening there were great concerts, shows, wonderful animations for children (but it seemed a little weak somehow, I saw better in other hotels).
There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel, but of course there are a lot of Russians.
The staff speaks Russian and English well. There are even workers from Russia))
A wonderful spa area, the presence of a chlorine-free pool, there was never anyone there, he always swam alone.
Many have already been there 2 or even 3 times. Honestly, next time I want to come back here))

I've been to the hotel twice.September 21, 22. In general, everything is fine. But not for a sophisticated client.the room stock is old, and if you get a basement room, it's tin.It was very far from the airport 3.5 hours at night we drove there and 5.5 hours back because of traffic jams.It would also be time to change the sofas in the lobby, all tired and stained.The service is like everywhere else in Turkey, the cleaning is very poor.
The evening shows are interesting.but there is no evening disco in the club.the alcohol is good, there is Jameson whiskey, belentace is an excellent fruit wine.the food is good, the beach bar has been redone and updated.The best pier. We came to this hotel on vacation with a small child. We chose a hotel to have a children's menu, in fact, we fed our brought jars for lunch, because we did not have time for lunch, because the child was sleeping at that time, and for a snack from the side dish there were only pasta, fish and burgers with French fries and fried meat, the child does not eat fish, but fried I don't give meat in oil. The man who was vacationing there said that this hotel was not a nursery, but now a kindergarten. If I went there without a child, then this hotel is suitable for an amazing vacation, and for mom it's extra stress to look for something to feed the child every time. Oh, yes, about the children's food zone, it is opened only for dinner and instead of children's sweets, there are adult sweets.
I didn't like the room yet, no, the room is cool, but not for relaxing with a small child. In the middle of the room there is a height difference of about 150-180mm with an acute angle. Every time we were afraid that the child would fall down gawking or, on the contrary, would run, stumble and fly face-first into this corner. I had to remove the pillow from the sofa and put it on the floor and move the table so that this would not happen. tfu-ugh, the rest was great) The sea is warm, the food is delicious, the evenings are interesting (I wanted to visit them), delicious smoothies and ice cream)))

The hotel is located on a mountain and when moving around the territory you need to go up and down, and this is very good, since you are in good shape all the time. And yet, the mountain offers stunning views of the surrounding area and the sea, you can watch endlessly.
The food at the hotel is very, very good. How many times have we been to different hotels in Turkey, always 5*, but here the best food. There are many different dishes, very tasty, and at whatever time you come, there is always everything, both fruits and hot. You can eat, if desired, around the clock.
The service is very good. The hotel staff is friendly and customer-oriented.

We were at the end of April 24. Most of the comments are correct. I liked the hotel. The pools are cold. If you have sore legs or heavy weight, then keep in mind that you need to walk up the stairs to the sea about 40-50 steps to the elevator. I'm fat, it was uncomfortable for me to sit on the steps, although there was no such problem in other hotels where I was.

There were 2 weeks in early November, at the very close of the season. The buffet was getting poorer day by day, there was closure in the air, but this did not spoil the nature around, the view and the sea in any way. +29 air and about 25 water, a small but creditable beach with piers, sun beds and fish in the rocks. A free catamaran and a pair of canoes pleased even young children, because a small water area of the beach is reserved for these activities. For an adult, such a walk will seem tiresome, and for a child to paddle 20 meters is an adventure. We got into shape for the first time on unlimited food: 60 steps to the elevator to the sea + walking uphill to the hotel did their job. There are banana plantations around the hotel and a couple of cute dogs live there. There is a supermarket on the other side of the mountain. There is everything.
