The hotel is wonderful! Beautiful nature, views that are better to observe live, photos from the Internet do not convey all the beauty and atmosphere. The food is pretty decent, there is a great coffee shop in the lobby bar, for lovers of good coffee, I think it will be relevant. The beach is nice, but small, the umbrellas are old, it's time to change. We lived in a villa, it is freshly renovated, excellent, comfortable, view of the pines, in the evenings you can enjoy the fresh air on the balcony. There is a great kids' club for children with dedicated animators, and fun children's discos in the evenings. Without a doubt, I will come back here again and recommend such a wonderful hotel to everyone.

We stayed at this hotel from October 22-30, on recommendation. The impressions were twofold, the view and the territory are gorgeous, the service and maintenance leave much to be desired. I'll start in order. The first thing that disappointed was an individual transfer, because The hotel is far from the airport, and in order not to waste time on the road, we decided to order a transfer, but for some reason we drove for a very long time for 3.5-4 hours and arrived at the same time with everyone. Out of season, an individual transfer is not needed. We were vacationing with 2 families of 8 people, we were offered instead of a villa a 2-room room in the main building, with a large terrace and a magnificent view of the sea. We naturally agreed. The room is tired, especially the showers. The front door is very thin and there is no sound insulation, everything that happens behind it could be heard. Especially at 5 a.m. when the staff started rolling carts , apparently for cleaning and cleaning the floors . But the magnificent view from the balcony and walking distance to the restaurant, pools and evening entertainment brightened up this disadvantage. Just about cleaning, towels and bed linen were changed every day and that was the end of the cleaning, the floors were washed on the third day and then after we asked for it at the reception. Also, soap, balm and other pre-requisites were not replenished at all during the entire vacation. But this is also not critical compared to the attitude of the staff. On the very first day, one of the bartenders told us that he did not like Russian, this is a greeting)) But as it turned out, most of the staff generally hates the guests of this hotel. Perhaps the end of the season and they are all tired, but we are also tired of working and earning money to stay at this hotel, I note it is not cheap at all. At the reception, almost everyone was talking through their teeth, but at least they tried to put on a smile, but in restaurants and bars, most of the staff showed without hesitation how annoying we were. In the main restaurant, they could close a tray with food in front of their noses, and in the detox bar, a girl with such a face made me a cocktail that I didn't want to go there anymore. Also, the bartenders, not all of them, of course, but many of them showed their negative attitude. The quality of alcohol does not match the level and price tag of the hotel, the contents in the bottles do not match the name, and imported drinks are poured from the basement if you know what to ask, although I also doubt their quality. Apparently, only selected guests drink good drinks. The food is varied, but not tasty, the chefs are probably tired too, although there were days when you could find something really tasty. In general, you won't starve to death, but you won't get pleasure either. I was pleased with the beach bar, where you could always have a full lunch. The sea is a fairy tale transparent and clean, the beach is small pebbles with sand. But the main pain of our vacation is the pools, there are several of them on the territory and they are all icy!! Not just cold, but icy! It instantly reduces legs and arms and it is impossible to stay in it for more than 2 minutes, it feels like ice water circulates there all day, because even the children's paddling pool did not warm up during the day in the sun, given that it was hot and the temperature was over 30 degrees. The situation is the same at the water park. Therefore, our children were left without a full rest. The SPA has an indoor heated pool, but a very tired, dark, nondescript room was enough for me for 30 minutes. There is also a Jacuzzi overlooking the sea, but it is not very pleasant to be in it, the walls are dirty and sticky. The hammam is not bad . I liked the evening animation, every evening there is something interesting, live music, performances, etc. And the animators themselves are cool, smiling, friendly and always uplifting. But despite the fact that the rest was a success. It is really unrealistically beautiful to go to hotels and I would really like to return there, but for such money I want to eat delicious food, drink good alcohol and feel like a dear guest, and not feel discomfort because of the behavior of the staff.

I put 5 points for the hotel, but it has both pros and cons. I write reviews as honestly as possible, so catch it)
Positive:
1) a huge area where you can walk, lots of greenery, a hotel on a mountain and there are several levels of promenade along the villas. By the way, this is not a bungalow, as it is written on the travelogue, but villas with several rooms.
2) delicious food, truly everything is OK, some days are a little worse, on Thu-Fri there is a mountain feast, apparently for check-in and check-out to impress the guests and to remember all the best.
3) a good water park, we don't like to ride slides, but it's fun to raft on buns, and you sunbathe and swim at the same time.
4) there are many different pools, one of them is round-the-clock, including for adults only, convenient zoning
5) there is a hall where, in principle, the entire base is there.
6) the room is cleaned daily.
Minuses:
1) high humidity, we were in early September, the swimsuit on the balcony didn't even come off. We lived in a villa.
2) towels are tired, sometimes even with holes, staff omission, I think. There is no toothpaste, and shampoo and gel from large buckets, as if poured from one, are not very good. But there is a body lotion, quite pleasant.
3) in the detox bar, I expected normal smoothies, not a dilution with water. When you ask to squeeze only carrots, without water and ice, add a little milk there, one of the shifts started to freak out. A question for the staff. Ice cream is next to you.
4) disgusting coffee from the machines, it's better to drink tea or wine in the dining room, but in the lobby the girls make a chic one.
5) alcoholic cocktails are diluted, there is Olmec from tequila, but you always need to watch out, otherwise they pour a local blizzard, if you do not specify. The white wine is not bad, I didn't drink the rest, I'm not a big drinker.
6) the animation and the show are not bad, but every single day the same tape is played at dances like the ancient Gasolina. Maybe we should already call DJs with new sets and change the repertoire?
In general, I would come back here again, but I hope for changes)

I liked everything in the hotel, the food was 5, animation for children 5+, for adults 4, in the first check-in I came across a room with the smell of sewage, we were informed at the reception that we were moved, there were many comments that it was a long walk to the sea, I can say with confidence this is a huge plus because of delicious food calories need to be burned, so this is a plus, room cleaning is normal if you thank the staff , the flower arrangements will please you . In general, a family-run hotel, but for the entire time of arrival, the children did not make noise, they were always busy. The most delicious coffee is in the lobby bar, where they prepare it super. Of the disadvantages, I can still note the adult animation. Turkish evenings are super colorful music. On my own, I would like to return to this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. It is located on a mountain, on different levels, a lot of greenery, a cool elevator system, and if you do without elevators, you get an excellent physical activity ... especially since the food is quite tasty and different. The best hotel where I have been in Turkey.
Of course, it's not close to go to it for about 3 hours +-.
The hotel is located next to Alanya, there is a hotel on the High Mountain Mosive, there are bungalows on its lower part.
The hotels have very good service.
Its own water park, both for small children and for big guys, there is also an attraction in the form of a descent on cheesecakes along an artificial river.
6 bars, two on the beach, only their own people from the hotel do not run to the beach of strangers, a big plus. On the beach, hotels are open from 10 to 18, the kitchen on the beach is open from 12-16. Everything is very tasty there, pits, kebabs, burgers, soups , pasta, a sea of salads and all kinds of greens, there is also a cake, 4 types of ice cream similar to our magnate only 1000 times better and tastier.
The main bar is located in the administrative building, it is 24/7, which is a big plus for owls, one bar on the central pool is open until one o'clock in the morning, the second bar below the level is also open until one o'clock. In these three bars, the main one, the central one and the middle one, they all have elite drinks. So gourmets will not be disappointed there. Plus the bartenders are all adequate.
And the last bar is near the water park, I can't say anything for it, I was there for only an hour. I spent all my time by the sea 🐙

We lived in the main building, there are also villas. The rooms are nice and clean. Almost all views from the hotel to the sea.
The staff is responsive to requests and comments.
The all-inclusive restaurant has a large selection of food for every taste, there are wines to choose from, freshly squeezed juices and other drinks. The a la carte restaurants were very pleased with the variety of menus, the quality of the dishes and the service.
The hotel also has its own water park, which will appeal to children and adults.
There is a shuttle service to the beach from the hotel, as well as an elevator where you can go down to the beach, simultaneously admiring the sea views.
There is a public transport stop near the exit of the hotel, you can get to Alanya and the surrounding villages.
The impressions of the hotel are amazing, I would love to come again.

A stunning hotel, ultra-megalink exclusive, plenty of space for children, a relaxing holiday for adults. Every evening there is some kind of performance, amazing cuisine, magical sea, well-groomed beach.
In general, I've been here for the 4th time, I don't want anywhere else in Turkey except Utopia.

In September 2024 was our 3rd trip to this hotel. In its category, its price remains the most profitable (if you can even put it that way now). Very beautiful views, I recommend living in villas. There are several pools on all levels, there is always a place to stay, it is not necessary to get up at 6 am and take a sunbed. A volleyball court. This year, alcohol has deteriorated - as if it is being soaked in water, there is almost no effect. But the restaurants have amazing blackberry wine.
We probably won't go for the 4th time. But the first time will be a delight. It is better to take a personal transfer, you will save 2 hours of rest

We rested in Utopia from 04/28.24 to 05/27.24 .We were delighted with the rest.Special thanks to the kitchen, I was very pleased with the abundance of dishes, the taste, the presentation liked everything.I've never liked mutton, but here I didn't even realize that I was eating it, because it was very competently cooked.The sea is located below at some distance from the hotel, but that's the beauty of it, we really love an active lifestyle and spent calories after a hearty breakfast and dinner.Good varied animation, well done guys.We had 2 anniversaries, congratulated with a compliment of wine and fruit in the room, as well as a free dinner at the a la carte restaurant.The room was in one of the villas, the room is beautiful, you can't hear the noise from the evening discos, cleaning every day, the villas themselves are in the cedar forest, the smell is just fantastic.I boldly recommend this hotel.Perhaps we will come here more than once!

We arrived in Antalya with my family on 07/30/2024 at 4 a.m. for 7 nights. Even at home, monitoring people's comments, I realized that it would take a very long time to get a transfer from the hotel, since the hotel is very far from the airport. And while all other tourists are transported to their hotels, people get to Utopia only after 3.5-4 hours . We didn't want to take that long on the bus, so we ordered an individual transfer from Alik (I found a group in VK) back and forth at an affordable price at home. We were met at the airport with a sign and we got to our hotel in 1 hour and 40 minutes in a comfortable car with wi-fi, we were treated to soft drinks.By the way, you can book many good tours and excursions from Alik.
Since we arrived early, the reception explained to us that there were no available villas yet and we would have to wait until 2 p.m. to check in. They explained to us that we can already go to breakfast and use all the amenities. After breakfast, we went to see the hotel grounds. It turned out that 90% of the villas do not have sea views . Back at home, when booking a hotel, we indicated the rooms of the villas ( with sea views) in our wishes . But as it turned out, they were all busy. As a result, after waiting for check-in, we were offered a villa with a view of the water park. We didn't want to live there, because it was noisy enough, cicadas were screaming, the shade from the trees, and we fundamentally needed a view of the sea.
Walking around the territory, we noticed the villa number 4100, it is located separately from all the others, it offers a magnificent view of the sea and it is a 6-minute walk away, and the water park is even closer. We asked about this villa, and they told us that it was a deluxe villa, and to move into it, we needed to pay an additional $165. Which we did . We got the number 4102. Yes, it has a great view, a large room with 2 double beds, 1 double bed and a folding chair (we are 2 adults + 2 children aged 16 and 10 ).
Nutrition : excellent choice, everything is Beef, chicken, turkey, fish - everything is available in different versions. Friday is fish day. (shrimp , mussels, squid rings , red fish , etc.)
Room cleaning: there 's a miss . The floors were dirty when we checked in . I called several times to add shower gel and shampoo to the dispensers. By the way, they are bottled from some huge cans, so you'd better take your own. The towels are not perfectly white, but already "tired and washed". The rest is normal.
The hotel itself is located on a mountain, magnificent views, a huge territory. A decent water park , the beach is small but cozy .
Separately, I would like to note that the staff is very attentive to the cleanliness of the beach and the water park.
For ourselves, we noted that this hotel is not for the elderly and not for families with very young children, as there is a lot of walking and stairs everywhere .

A great 5* hotel, the food, drinks and service were top notch. The only thing is that the reception was not as friendly as we would like. The bars will make you various cocktails made from imported alcohol, including non-alcoholic ones. A sufficient number of pools will make your vacation not tied to one place. There is also an adult-only relaxation pool with its own bar. The hotel is located at the top of the mountain. Therefore, it is not very convenient to get to the sea on foot, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk from the main building, depending on the pace, descent to the sea by elevator. There is also a shuttle running approximately every 15 minutes, the beach is small pebbles that do not stick into your feet, there is also a pier from which you can jump into the water, or sunbathe on it, there is also a bar on the beach. There are a lot of activities in the hotel, as well as there is a small water park on site. If you are traveling for the first time, I recommend choosing accommodation in the main building, because the main restaurant and all the hangouts around it, and most importantly, it will be much more convenient for you there. Because all the other bungalows are located on the slope of the mountain below and you have to go upstairs for meals, concerts and entertainment programs, after a couple, three days you get very tired of constant climbing, as well as on excursions you will be picked up from the lobby to which you also climb. The hotel left a pleasant impression, the price has risen a lot lately, but the quality of this hotel is probably worth it. And the views of the Mediterranean Sea are simply amazing!

A great hotel! The food is on the level, the bus to the beach every 15 minutes (and on foot, in principle, it is not far and convenient for young people), the territory is gorgeous, there is a lot of space to relax. You can take beautiful photos in the pool, and there is a sea view right behind the pool. I highly recommend it! A very cool area, which is made wisely. It is easy to get to any location. The cuisine is delicious, but there is not enough variety, however, it is more than enough for non-gourmets. I liked the rooms, the quality of cleaning and the design solution with a separate top TV. I would like a slightly more diverse animation program (not only dancing), but these are small things. There are free catamarans and kayaks. A pier from which you can jump. And a bunch of photo zones, for those who like to take pictures beautifully. By the way, the hotel is oriented towards Russians, which is very cool.

Wonderful hotel! We were at this hotel with my husband and son for 13 years from 7 to 16 May 2024, the sea is clean, warm, you can jump from the pier! The hotel is located on a mountain and around the main building there are villas on 3 levels, stairs between the levels, you can use the elevators, we walked mostly on foot)) A very well-maintained territory, despite the sufficient number of people (multinational), it was always possible to freely: on the beach, near the pools and in the water park. The water park is simply beyond praise: a lot of slides, a waterfall, it was fun for both children and adults, the territory is surrounded by pine trees) You need to go down the mountain to the sea)) You can take the bus, it runs every 15 minutes, we walked, then took the elevator (the height of about a 10-storey building), the food is gorgeous, a lot of meat (lamb, beef), chicken, an abundance of seafood, vegetables and fruits, freshly squeezed juice every morning and of course, a lot of oriental sweets. Ice cream, detox cocktails are always freely available and you can have a delicious snack everywhere during the day)) We will definitely come back again 🔥♥️

We moved into the main building. The location and views are SUPER!!! I thought the beach would be too small for such a hotel, but nothing, everyone got in. Some discomfort arose after the big race. There were not enough tables, the food was sorted at a moment. However, friends who have been vacationing there for many years said that the kitchen has sunk this year. We didn't go to the water park. From the beach, after the elevator, you have to climb the stairs about 80 steps. Pay attention.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Alanya on a hill. Among the advantages are pine trees on a large, beautiful territory, the presence of several pools, and there is a panoramic pool for gorgeous photos with sea views. We were lucky with the location of the villa (we lived in it with 2 children) was -1 floor from the pool and closer to the descent to the sea. Number 3700. If I had to choose again, I would probably take this villa. Next to the elevator on level -1, there is smoke at certain hours (there is a kitchen nearby), there was also a chicken coop somewhere in the middle (I think the nearest villas "rejoiced" at this neighborhood), a disco was probably clearly audible in the villas located closer to the stage. So if you need silence, and not a long climb to the dining room, 3700 is better. As for the food, it cannot be said that it is chic and diverse, but it is a solid four. I was very disappointed with the quality of coffee in coffee machines. The alcohol was beer, vodka, wine. But if you want something more interesting-it's already necessary to strain the bartender-they hide more expensive alcohol, so to speak, "under the floor." But! There are bars on the territory where cocktails are made, imported alcohol is poured. So we recommend it right away: we approach the bartender, take several servings (depending on the needs) of alcohol on a plate (so that we don't run and queue three times.
According to the children's menu, it is weak. For some reason, children's breakfast. the table didn't work at all. And there is simply no variety. Pasta and potatoes. I really didn't like the fact that the restaurant/dining room is on the terrace (there are tables indoors and almost as many on the terrace) smoking is allowed. And my little child and I have always had to endure the neighborhood of smokers. When you come to the dining room, if you want to wash your hands, you need to stomp through the entire dining room with people running around with plates to wash your hands in the toilet quite far away.
We took a subscription for 5 massages. I was not impressed, especially considering the cost.
Animation is weak: animators are great.some of them do not know the Russian language, so it is easier for them to communicate with guests from the East.Europe. about 40-50%.(a lot from Latvia. ) I liked the children's animators, but the room on the 2nd floor for some reason does not have opening windows (panes) and it is not ventilated. Accordingly, the smell there is not the most pleasant + a breeding ground for infection. My son brought a virus from there-the whole family was sick with sore throat. Beach-small pebbles(sea)+bulk sand. The sun beds are close to each other, they smoke everywhere, so that the infrastructure of the beach can only be given three stars. An airbus takes tourists to the beach and back, but before the elevator, guests need to overcome an ascent approximately equal to the ascent to the 5th floor with legs. So anyone with sore joints or a heart will not want to go to the sea once again. The room in the villa is very modest for five, the cleaning is mediocre with aggressive chemistry. The cold floor was very annoying. Paper slippers were given 3 pairs, and they were not updated. I should have taken mine. You have to ask for an iron and wait a long time!!! Things couldn't be washed for 3 days!!!I would especially like to mention a little thing that seriously strained-hangers in the closet, which are removable-without a hook-loose holders were on everyone-accordingly, they constantly fell with clothes. Plus, the closet itself had only a couple of shelves. Which was extremely inconvenient for four people. In general, the impression of this hotel is that it does not pull five stars at all. Everything is somehow "weak".The situation is saved only by the clean pine air.

I have visited quite a few hotels in Turkey both on vacation and on promotional trips, there is something to compare, but Utopia certainly struck from the first minutes, the views from the terraces in the dining room are just crazy!!!! The food is great, the staff is the best, the rooms are new, clean, the linen, the pillows with mattresses are perfect for sleeping!!!! There is a lot of greenery on the territory, a lot of entertainment for children, I liked the daytime animation for its unobtrusiveness))) In general, I really, really recommend you to visit!!!

The hotel is far FROM 5 stars.
1) Let's start with the numbers. Where they saw 5 stars, so that the use of the air conditioner was walled up in a drawer and screwed to the wall, and even the choice of the program (buttons) is limited to cut Plexiglass. There are bloody smudges on the curtains (hopefully from mosquitoes). The chairs on the balconies are peeling and stained too. Blankets in October on request. And I had to call the reception several times, because they did not deliver the required number at a time.

Look at the reviews on YouTube and everything will become clear to you. One of the disadvantages is the long road from Antalya airport to the hotel (about 3 hours). If money allows, it is better to order a transfer (it will cost about $ 100).
For some, a large number of stairs may be a disadvantage, but elevators always work! And for us, hiking was only a plus! After this hotel, it seems hard for me to find something better - by all criteria.

We bought a hotel nearby, went to the Utopia World hotel, to the check-in manager (a very nice girl speaks Russian), at least spend a day there. Only nine kinds of whiskey! Very beautiful and huge territory! The hotel is located on a mountain (97 meters), respectively, the views are super gorgeous from any point. Most of the people we met come to this hotel 6,8 and even 16 times, and that says something! Definitely recommend it!
