Great hotel... Unobtrusive service for vacationers, but with excellent quality. I do not recommend it with children under 5 years old, otherwise it is super. We had a family vacation in June.Overall, the hotel is not bad.High-quality food, but monotonous, well-groomed territory.But the cost is clearly overstated.We arrived at the hotel at night, we could meet the guests after a long journey with a light snack and drinks🤷♀But no…And when leaving the hotel, even the suitcases were not taken from the villa to the main building.I called the reception several times and asked them to wait.We waited for 30 minutes, at which time a taxi was waiting for us.I had to drag the suitcases by myself.

We have been coming here for 3 years in a row. A great hotel for families with children (animators, aqua park, children's menu) a huge green area, pine trees help to hide from the heat. Food/drinks/fresh drinks/ice cream/coffee are available almost around the clock. Private beach, several pools. Friendly staff, no one is rude, everyone is smiling, helpful. Minimum tension, maximum pleasure.

I perfectly understand a hotel that is "interested" in the more, the better, but believe me - this is not a vacation.
The queue at the restaurant, these people scurrying everywhere- and this is the beginning of April, damn it! Even the staff's faces showed that they had become sadder
And for the rest, the hotel is wonderful) come for the first 4 days of April and the last days of October - and it will be the coolest vacation)) The sight of these suitcases and the people in the lobby spoils the mood

The best hotel in the Antalya region. It's a long way from Alanya to get there - 170km- 3 hours. But it 's worth it. The hotel is on top of the mountain and surrounded by banana plantations and mountains, and the sea is under the mountain. The transfer to the sea is excellent, every 5 minutes they take people back and forth to the beach. I recommend.

My first trip to Turkey!
There was a desire to return there again and again! There's plenty of food! Meat for every taste: lamb, lamb, veal, beef, chicken. There are at least two types of fish. Seafood Day once a week. The beach is clean, alcohol for every taste in unlimited quantities. Children's playground, water park, tennis, volleyball. I will especially note the magnificent views of the sea. Magnificent views from the mountain to the sea and the surrounding area, a large well-groomed area surrounded by greenery with many places for rest and relaxation, cozy houses, excellent food, wonderful sea. A hotel that you want to return to again. The only caveat is the long road from the airport and back, if possible, it is better to take an individual transfer. The hotel is just a cannon. We just arrived from it. We had a vacation with my wife and two children from May 8 to May 16, 2023. Beautiful views, the hotel is located on a mountain, from here there is just a super view of the sea and the city of Alanya.excellent rooms, the room was taken in pitchforks (there are also rooms in the main building) the area is very beautiful, there are a lot of greenery, pine trees, it smells very cool. The room was cleaned regularly and very efficiently, the bar was always replenished. The staff is very polite. Since the hotel is located on a mountain, you have to walk a lot, but this is not a problem at all, we walked with pleasure, enjoyed the beauty of the hotel. WiFi works perfectly, although the hotel's territory is large and catches almost everywhere, even at sea. Speaking of the sea, there is a great private beach, it has two bars, very convenient. The food is excellent, I liked everything, the food is delicious, (last year we were in another hotel, of course there was much more choice, but in the end it was not critical) I also really liked the animation, there is a children's room that takes place on a separate stage, they dance with children from 20.30 to 21.00, the children really liked dancing and they ran there every day with impatience, also after dancing 3 times a week there were small performances (approximately Monday, Wednesday, Friday), so we got to the soap bubble show, the magician and the clown janglers, liked all the shows very much, also on the main stage every day from 9 pm there were different shows and a disco from 23.30, there was also a small animation in the afternoon by the main pool. By the way, if I'm not mistaken, there are 4 pools here, there are plenty of places, sun beds are always easy to find free. The territory is large, people disperse everywhere and there is enough for everyone. There is a spa center with a sauna, steam room and a warm pool. There is also an aqua park, a very cool place, calm, I liked the lazy river along which you go down on cheesecakes. But their slides like 6 pieces were pumped up, I ran with the children to the very opening of 10.00, no one was there, the seams between the joints were not neatly missed, you do not scratch pleasantly when descending and the underpants are lifted up, you can tear)), it was enough to roll off them 2 times to understand why they are not those who do not ride, they are always almost empty, if people ride for a short time and they are more likely to arrive on the first day. Well, God forbid they fix it. Of the disadvantages of the hotel, the most important for us is the slides in the aqua park, you can't ride from them, unfortunately, you had to wait a decent time for warm water in the room to wash comfortably. Next, if you need purchases, souvenirs, the hotel is located very far from them, we took a regular bus to the center of Alanya, spent a decent amount of time, of course you can call a taxi, it will cost about $ 24 one way. We drove from the airport for 3 hours, and to the airport in general for 4 while we were collecting everyone, you can also order a separate transfer to the airport, at a cost of approximately 100-110 dollars. Further, it is not a minus, well, more precisely, as there were a lot of Russians in the hotel, about 95%, by the end of our vacation more and more foreigners appeared, if anyone needs a hotel without Russians, then you definitely are not here))). In general, the advantages are very huge and we will probably try to return to Utopia World. I recommend. There are a lot of reviews on YouTube, you can watch and see how beautiful it is there.

The hotel is just great! We had a rest in July 2023. Beautiful scenic views! The food is varied, but it would be better if we added an assortment of seafood. Shrimp and mussels only on Fridays. Mom was not allowed to go to her son's school graduation! That's why I'm writing this review!!! We live in Turkey. We went to this hotel for the 3rd time to celebrate graduation with my son's class. To do this, we decided to stop by in advance for 3 nights, because there is still a small child... and these fees for one day, it's too much....
Today we stayed at the hotel for 5 hours, booked a villa by the sea, they gave us the farthest villa and the room did not suit us, we asked to change it, because 1 child 9 years old with a sore leg, stepped on a nail and limped, and the other 1.8 years in a wheelchair....
At the reception they want to charge more money for changing the room. They only care about money!!! Although the villa with a sea view is already an expensive room in itself....
We tried to change the room for 2 hours, at the reception we were sent immediately to the Reception, Mustafa worked there, he could not help us for about an hour and I asked the head...Eugene came, they agreed to change the room with him for an additional fee of 30 euros, and initially they asked for 60 euros, but the rooms showed 2, both did not suit us. Because 1 was on the top floor with a dangerous floor-to-ceiling window and no balcony. The second one was right at the entrance to the hotel where it is noisy and everyone is coming.
When my son and I went to the reception to say that we then needed transport from the villa to take him back and forth, the man at the reception in a beige vest AGAIN began to offer me a more expensive room, already for 70 euros, to which I replied that I did not need his help and I asked to give I need to talk to another employee, a plump man.
His friend Kurshat came running and launched an attack.....
2 of these people, in short polo, are boorish managers...
I told them that I would take off their behavior and bullying, instead of helping.... then they called Arun's guard. The guard roughly pushed me in the shoulder when he was close to me, my child saw it. He also grabbed my phone and crushed it!!! THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY AND VIOLATION OF PHYSICAL INTEGRITY! It crunched. My child was scared, I was in tears and stressed. Thanks to the Turkish girl who was at the entrance and in my opinion was fucked up by what was happening and gave me water..
I called the police and the first time they came, no one even called me. I had to call the police again and we watched the cameras with them. The guard's punch must be recorded on camera. But he hit me while grabbing the phone, stood in such a way that the camera only shows that he grabs the phone AND TOUCHES it TANGENTIALLY!!!Then he crushed my phone again. The phone has become a bit of an arc. It is difficult to determine the impact on the camera. But the touch is visible!!! And snatching out THE PHONE. He touched me and it hurt. And my son, 9 years old, saw it, he said that there would be a blow... I think they are taught exactly HOW to push so that the cameras don't fix it..even if you don't take them off, I have to pay a fine, but can you push and bend phones? Disgraceful staff..... I TALKED TO A WOMAN WHO HAS BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 12 YEARS, UTOPIA HAS DETERIORATED, THEY ARE RUDE, SHE SAYS, AND THIS IS 200%!!! As a result, these bastards did not invite me to spend the day at graduation with my child! We left thinking that we would not quarrel, but they acted differently... d... dons just!!
