We sit and listen to the piano as we say goodbye. And I don't want to leave so much! This is the first hotel in Turkey where I liked Everything! All the staff performs their duties perfectly, cleanliness is everywhere and care is felt from every employee in this hotel! The food is delicious and varied! Alcohol is expensive in many bars and they do not hide it. The coffee in the coffee machines is insanely delicious (where the grains are), most of these machines in the hotel. I also went to the spa. This is something amazing - everything is so delicate, professional, responsible and pleasant!!! These procedures helped me to relieve pain in my leg after an injury. And of course, the incredible beauty of nature, which you never get tired of admiring! At this hotel (places) good energy! I will definitely come back here again!!!!!

In general, I liked the hotel, it is very beautiful, diverse and interesting territory. The great thing is that the beach is located in a bay, thanks to this, the water in the sea is calm and clean. And when the heat comes, you can go to the water park, which is located in the shade of pine trees. Of course, the rooms in the bungalows are very tired. It needs repair. Room cleaning is superficial. The floors are hardly washed. The cuisine seems to be diverse, but we didn't find much for ourselves. But the very atmosphere of the hotel compensates for everything.

A wonderful hotel, the price and quality are excellent.The hotel itself is not new, but we had a newly renovated room.Everything is clean and working properly.Cleaning depends on the shift.On the day of arrival, the room was a little dirty, to put it mildly, but the next day they cleaned up well and it lasted a week, they always left 1 dollar, even swans, flowers and bows of towels were twisted.But the second week the shift changed again, we came from the beach, at first I thought that the maids missed our room, and then I look, no, they were, they took the dollar, but forgot to clean up))In general, we did not see any more swans or cleanliness until the end of the rest ((( . Now about alcohol:the choice of it in bars is sooooo big, and it looks very high-quality, my head didn't hurt in the morning)) There is always something to choose from the food, too, but many things are certainly not to my taste.I'm generally into seafood, but the hotel is a little sparse with them, one day I just got high from seafood stew, the rest of the days I ate meat, it was excellent every day, but the fish, the rolls are not very tasty. The territory is gorgeous, large, 10,000 steps wound around the perimeter without any problems))) From every corner there is a view of the sea, the Alanian Bay.Due to the fact that there are many locations on the territory:swimming pools, a water park, a beach, a pier with sun beds, it was always possible to find free sun beds without problems, at times it seemed that the hotel was empty, but during lunches and dinners the picture changed, it immediately became crowded.It is very convenient that you can eat not only in the main hall, there is no need to rush for lunch / dinner from the beach or the water park, you can eat right there. In general, we will definitely return, despite one small minus, it's a long way from the airport.

A great option for a family vacation. A decent selection of dishes. Fish days with shrimps, days of national cuisine with doner. In any case, no one will go hungry. A children's room with animators. It's not a bad enough water park. We had our own small beach, we were at the end of May, there were enough places. Choosing between a hotel and a bungalow, we chose the second option, I think it's quieter there. Good animation in the hotel itself, evening programs. There are 2 billiard tables (constantly occupied) tables for playing chess, backgammon, etc. The territory of the hotel is large, with height differences, you have to walk a lot, but I still attribute this to the advantages, as it helps to lose excess)))) There is a bus to and from the beach. The hotel is on the outskirts, 25 minutes walk to the nearest store.
The staff is polite, there are a lot of Russian-speaking tourists. There are always places in the pool) In the lobby, you can refresh yourself with coffee rolls until late in the evening if you are late for dinner.
The only thing that will scare away tourists is the price in high season. And so the hotel is very good!

We are living in Utopia now. 07/29/23 year. A gorgeous location, a hotel on the mountain. There is a main building, there are villas. If you like to walk, then villas are a great choice. Walking in the cedars is great. Everything is fine with nutrition, too. Both at the sea and in the water park, there is something to eat everywhere. The way to the sea is 10-15 minutes. If you walk. And so the bus takes you to the elevator. We are in the peak season. There are a lot of people. But there are always places on the rods. Animation every evening. However, this is more of a minus for us. We love going to bed early, and then the music plays loudly until 23:30, and then people go home. Well, this is a hotel, and you have to understand that people are going on vacation. The place itself is super cool. We love Alanya for its special climate and clean sea. It is far from Antalya, but you can also fly to Gazipasa. 30 min from the hotel. There was a recent renovation. There are a lot of staff. Everything is clean. Well done.

The hotel is chic, I am very picky about food and mostly in hotels I eat 1-2 dishes all day, and here every day a new menu and constantly found something new for myself, the choice is large and although there are a lot of people, but there are no queues, everything is distributed, you can hide from the sun by the pools during the day, there are a lot of trees with a shade. The sea is gorgeous, there are no algae and living creatures, sometimes there are boulders at depth, so it's not worth diving without glasses or masei, there is a jump place from the pier, there are no stones from the word at all and deep enough. The sea is a little far from the hotel, 5 minutes on foot downhill, but you can use the hotel shuttle. The room is nice, a little tired renovation, but everything was clean.

A very wonderful hotel! stunning views, comfortable rooms and villas, excellent service. The sea is very clean, the beach is not far away, you can walk or take a shuttle that runs regularly. The food is varied and delicious, the cocktails are average of course, but the alcohol is of normal quality. There is entertainment for both children and adults. The water park is good, there are many pools on site. Excellent show programs, good spa. I really want to return to this hotel more than once.

We stayed at the hotel from 05 to 17 October 2024.
I would like to start right away with the main disadvantage, so that people like me (who, I'm sure, exist) are warned in advance.
So, the main disadvantage: there are a lot of insects on the territory of the hotel.
The picturesque mountain is rich not only in flora, but also in fauna.
Compared to other hotels (both in Turkey and other resort countries where we managed to visit), insects are relatively abundant here.
Of course, they are being poisoned/they smoke it out, which would be terrible for me personally to imagine without it.
I've seen enough of everything during my stay. Black wasps. Hornets. Scolopendra (?). A cross between a cockroach/spider/bumblebee (whatever it is).
I am silent about banal bees/ wasps.
And you can meet these miles not only on the street. Everything was constantly crawling into the room (villa, ground floor), despite the presence of nets.
Okay, moths, spiders, beetles, ants – it's not scary. But once a really nasty creature crawled in. Let's call it a scolopendra, because it kind of looks like it. There are photos, those who wish can write in a personal account – I will send them.
After this incident, I even wanted to change the room, but the reception said that this would not solve the problem ("It's a mountain. Something can crawl on any floor").
They offered to carry out disinfection. They did it. After that, we no longer saw such interesting insects, but my husband (at my request) crawled around the room every evening, looking under the beds (maybe).
By the way, when showing a photo of a scolopendra at the reception, people standing next to it (adults and established ones) made their eyes quite square.
Let me explain. I'm terrified of these creatures, so I was uncomfortable. Basically, the vacationers didn't care – they waved it off and moved on.
But since insectophobes, besides me, should be in this world, I would like to start with this warning.
Another small minus is a really large number of people. There's plenty of room for everyone, but it's still too much for my taste.
Otherwise, everything is actually very good. The territory is a class, there is a place to walk. The food is delicious. The views are chicos. A mini club for children is generally beyond praise. And it's huge, and there are plenty of activities, and the animators are caring. Aqua Park is a cheerful, pine park. The beach and the sea are awesome, the water is generally some unreal turquoise shade, the buoys are far away, you can swim. Ice cream deserves a special mention, I'm not a fan, but I ate every day, washing down with delicious coffee from the lobby. The cleaning is of high quality. Towels are used to make animals (not insects).
In general, the hotel itself is really great, and insects are not really its thing. This is generally a shoal of nature. It's just that this joint is there.
If you don't care, then rest is unlikely to spoil anything.

Very tasty and varied food - not only are there a lot of bars and food areas where there is a lot of everything, but also there is a lot of varied food in the restaurant, which is different every day. It was a sea day on Fridays-sushi, squid and all that. Delicious coffee and sandwiches are served in the lobby. Well, pies, where without them :) There is a lot of entertainment for every taste - swimming pools, water park, table and lawn tennis, volleyball, sauna, darts, billiards, checkers, chess, etc. Kids club for kids. Polite staff.
Among the disadvantages - a lot of stairs (the reverse side of the beautiful views), noisy in the rooms (we had a room in the main building), and for some reason they did not replenish the toothpaste, we had to beg every time.

The best hotel in the Antalya region. It's a long way from Alanya to get there - 170km- 3 hours. But it 's worth it. The hotel is on top of the mountain and surrounded by banana plantations and mountains, and the sea is under the mountain. It takes a very long time to describe all the advantages of this hotel - there are a lot of them! In Alanya for the 4th time, we rested only in the top five, but there is no such service and conditions anywhere. Mom lived in the villa and she was a little scared of insects)) if they bother you, settle in the main building :) And nature lovers will love the villa - fresh air, birdsong, greenery all around. Good quality food and drinks. I didn't have enough time to explore the whole territory)))) A week is too short to stay in such a great hotel! You guys are doing great! Keep the bar up! The sea is gorgeous. We arrived for the second time. The view is simply fabulous, from either side of the hotel. The reception is huge, Turkish coffee is super! The disadvantage of this hotel: there is nowhere to walk outside the hotel (if you want to); there are a lot of stairs (it's too heavy with a stroller). I will be happy to come again! The hotel is 100% recommended.

We had a rest in July 2023, we were at the hotel for the 4th time. This is our favorite vacation spot in Turkey. Every year the hotel becomes better and more convenient for vacationers! The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is varied and delicious! The territory is just a paradise, plus a figure simulator (stairs, steep paths, descents and ascents). For those who find it difficult to walk everywhere, elevators help! The room stock was slightly updated (we lived in a villa), the beach is generally beyond praise! THE PROS were greeted warmly, the living conditions were good, the food was varied, the service was excellent, the room was cleaned daily, we got to and from the beach by bus, went regularly, lifeguards were constantly on duty at the water park, pools, beach.
CONS The transfer was very tedious, it took 4 hours to get from the airport to the hotel!!!, it took a little less time to get back, water was offered on the bus for $ 1!!! We left at 5 a.m., handed over the keys on time, but no one wished us a safe journey, we could have helped load the suitcases... and there were 2 elderly people and two small children under 10 years old. There was an unpleasant aftertaste.

Somewhere even rough, there is no cleaning at all, 2 rolls of toilet paper were brought to us for 8 people! And the soap is 2 pieces, the room is very tired, the shower in one room just did not switch, and dirty inflatable balloons from previous guests were not removed from the terrace, food was rarely tasted that it was possible to find delicious, alcohol is a separate topic, from under the floor if you ask they will pour and if they are in a bad mood they will say no, It's over, and to be honest, it looks like it's unloaded.. And the most important thing is the water park and pools!!! They're just icy, not cold, but icy!!!! What are they for, then, in general, if you get into them, you get sick, and your legs will cramp right away, we were with the children and we didn't manage to stay in the water park or not in the pools.. We had a rest in late May-early June 2023.
Among the advantages:
Magnificent views from the mountain to the sea, the city, the coast! Exclusive, not every hotel is presented with such an original natural location.
The hotel has a main building and there are separate houses on 4 floors. And this gives you freedom of choice when settling in. You can ask for a sea view, you can in a cedar grove, or you can get a job in the main building and take the elevator down only to the pool or for a meal))
✅The hotel has its own beautiful water park. You can't get the child out of there, and the adults themselves had fun remembering their childhood))
✅Food is everywhere! Ultra-all-inclusive is a pleasant luxury when the minibar is replenished daily, cocktails, fast food, watermelon and ice cream every day in unlimited quantities!!!
✅Wonderful animation for children! An 8-year-old child went to breakfast and dinner himself (in the dining room there was a separate children's area with cartoons in front of him), then disappeared into the children's room. There are 6 animators. There is a playground and a two-story entertainment center with board games, construction kits, slides and trampolines! The children are constantly busy: master classes, aqua makeup, a mini disco. In general, it's like at a children's camp.
The animation for all hotel visitors took place according to a two-week schedule, i.e. every second week the performances are repeated. I especially remember the fire show with soap bubbles and the Mongolian circus! The hookah cafe often hosted a disco until 12 at night! The artists performed foreign hits very well, danced both old and young!
✅A large number of pools! Not counting the water park, there are 3 more! With one 16+! Special thanks to the administration, who know what a real vacation without children is!
✅The food is good, plenty, satisfying and varied! It was so diverse that I had to ask myself: why do all the most delicious things have to be done in one day? After all, you really want to try shrimp, grilled salmon, tuna salad, octopus, seafood sauce, etc. But it doesn't fit all in one meal!🤤🥴 Hands often did not reach sweets, they had to be "eaten" with their eyes.
The territory of the hotel is large, multi-tiered, walking trails provide an excellent opportunity to unwind after a hearty breakfast or dinner. A cedar grove gives fragrant shade on a sultry afternoon, the singing of forest birds caresses the ears, flowerbeds and whimsically shaped thuja amaze with their well-groomed and beauty. By the way, there are several chicken coops here. And several times a day, instead of prayer, we listened to the throaty singing of roosters 😄
✅The staff is constantly on the move, at work. It turned out that this hotel is not familiar with such a drink as cappuccino with cinnamon. Thanks to the Google translator, my request was executed in the best possible way! Cinnamon (real, not its cheap substitute)they were ground and poured from the bottom of their hearts! I thank the staff of the coffee shop in the lobby for their sensitivity and attention!
Now about the disadvantages:
❌throughout the rest, we were not interrogated about one thing: an IRON! If it weren't for our friends, whom we stopped by to visit and stroke, I would have given the hotel 4 points. Three times we turned to the staff, twice at the reception, once to the maid, who even in front of us called someone and asked for this notorious duck (that's how it sounds in Turkish), but neither that day, nor by the end of our stay at the hotel, this unit never reached us. Apparently, the demand was high with a shortage🤷🏼♀️
We didn't feel very well after the water park. The child was actually sick. From the general: weakness, dizziness, nausea in the stomach. Perhaps they inhaled too much chlorine or rotavirus in a mild form...That's why we were there only two times.
The furniture and plumbing in the room are far from new, the faucet may leak a little. Thanks for working!
We rested at the beginning of the season, or rather at the junction. And it was visible in contrast when this season began: buses came and unloaded people in packs, crowds in the lobby, a shortage of sun beds by the pools and on the beach, queues in the game room (salvation in bad weather: billiards, backgammon, checkers, chess) and at the buffet! Lots of kids everywhere, noise, uproar, crying, buzzing.... Not everyone will like such a vacation. Therefore, we definitely did not regret the house with a sea view on the second tier, away from swimming pools, an aqua park and a disco.
❌It is better to book places in the hotel six months in advance, then the hotel will meet your expectations! Because not only are there almost no places left for the season, but also the prices are cosmic, they grow 2.5-3 times: it is cheaper to fly to the Maldives!
In general, for lovers of a relaxing holiday, if you still fly there to relax, then definitely not at the height of the tourist season!

You can read other advantages from other reviews, which we also agree with. Among the disadvantages (for us personally): the distance from Antalya airport. 3 hours on average. Descents are ascents by stairs due to the location of the hotel on the mountain. There are elevators. But it's still not very convenient (it's useful for fitness, for problematic knees, heart problems, above average age and overweight, etc. - not very) Descent- climb to the sea - 82 steps. Then by elevator and minibus to the hotel (goes very often). Also in the rooms (in all or not I do not know), but if the neighbors from above and below used the toilet, then the audibility is such that it looks like someone in our toilet room uses the toilet)🤷♂️ There are Pebbles on the sea. The coast is quite steep. After 3 meters, it is immediately deep. You have to be extremely careful with young children. Distance from the city. Only by taxi. In the evening, you will not be able to walk along the embankment. Only around the hotel. Would I stop again? Probably, yes. But I like to visit new places where I haven't been yet.

1. Food - everything is fine, there is not much to complain about. There were shrimps, fish, meat, and even Uzbek pilaf :) You won't stay hungry, everything is fine. Without frills, but at a good decent level
2. Rooms: we lived both in the cottage and in the main building in the view corner. The furniture is outdated, but everything is clean enough. I can't say that something bothered me. But mattresses are definitely suitable for replacement, they are very hard even for those who like harder + pillows should be taken to the trash, that's for sure. We were saved by the fact that we have been traveling with our own set of pillows for a long time. If it wasn't for them, goodbye neck. Therefore, I recommend going with your own :)
3. Entertainment: there are no creepy animators who bother you from morning to night. This is a plus for us. There is a separate area for children where they will be looked after; there is a separate menu and a "dining" corner, the kids obviously liked it:) There's some kind of concert program in the evenings, to be honest: we've never gone, I can't give an assessment. It is worth noting that the hotel territory is very large and there is even a "water park", an area with hammocks, a separate area for those who are 16+. Therefore, there is a choice.
4. Beach: pontoon + small strip of shore, beach - pebbles. You can either go down to the beach on foot or by bus, they go every 15 minutes, there were no problems at all. In general, there have never been any inconveniences, even I, who was pregnant, did not complain:)
5. There are a lot of animals on the territory: roosters, chickens, rabbits. As for the roosters, there is a separate story: sometimes he screams like he's not himself, so it's better to settle higher or closer to the main building. The main thing is not along the line that is closer to the sea, otherwise the cock will overcome you 😂
What else I really liked about the hotel: you live among the pines, on a hill, the air is extremely delicious. The ascent of the territory by levels is carried out through stairs and elevators, which is very convenient.
What I would like to improve: to replace mattresses with softer ones and buy normal pillows. Reduce the number of visits to staff corners: then cleaning, then replenishing the bar, then bringing fruit, then giving towels to complement the cage, then something else, a little annoying :))) This can be done by one person at a time, rather than 3-4 people per day.
Summarizing: would we choose this hotel again? Yes, especially if you live in the species corner, although it's not bad in the forest either. And only if with your own pillow and if the mattresses are replaced. and spend no more than 7 days here :) well, objectively, of course, it's not 5 stars, but in our opinion, everything was decent. outdated good 4 :)

Old, but very clean and beautiful. The view is simply incredible at any time of the day from anywhere in the hotel. The huge territory is well maintained, every bush is trimmed and every corner is cleaned. Everything was fine in the room, cleaned every day. It is not easy to get to the sea, there is a slope and stairs, the bus carries every 10 minutes, but it was felt more often. The bus is brand new with air conditioning, comfortable. The food is very good, the choice is huge, I have never seen this in other hotels. There are familiar soups: borscht, cabbage soup and pasta. Themed cuisine every day. The staff knows Russian well, friendly.

The perfect hotel! Service, food, drinks, entertainment, landscaping, room view, infrastructure - everything is just on top! Most of those who have rested in it become regular guests. I do not recommend it! It does not correspond to the price/quality ratio at all.
We decided to relax with my husband over the weekend, celebrating the anniversary of our life together. We have booked a corner suite with sea and mountain views. We decided that luxury means everything will be fine for sure. As a result, you need a rest after such a "rest".
Among the advantages: territory, swimming pools, live music, beach, for lovers of alcoholic beverages 5 bars on site, water park.
Of the minuses: the music bombed until 01.30, from 23.00 it was especially active - the walls were shaking. At 5.30 am, the hotel team began cleaning the pool area and food court, the vacuum cleaner was actively working, chairs and deck chairs were rumbling. That is, the hotel takes 4 hours to sleep, it is not supposed to sleep anymore.
Food. A lot, but most of it is either very spicy (the reference to local dishes does not work - we eat local cuisine often, it is more pleasant in spices), or simply neutral, especially breakfasts. Perhaps the rest is designed for late-night entertainment with a bay of large portions of hot drinks, and only survivors reach breakfast.
The room had a Jacuzzi, which managed to be launched (namely "bubbles") on the fifth attempt. They could only drain it by partially disassembling and cleaning the system. It is not entirely clear whether there are two showers in the room with a Jacuzzi.
Sauna, hammam. He finishes work just when people return from the beach or from the pools (18.00). That is, either the sauna or the sea, it will not work to combine.
Staff. Those who are busy working on the territory are very nice people. Which in the main building looks like shuttle bus drivers trying to overtake each other, forgetting about the passengers.
We accidentally forgot the phone in the room. When they returned back, the workers stubbornly argued that the number had been removed, they had not seen the phone. After long insistence to go to the room together, it turned out that we were being deceived. The room was not cleaned, and the phone was under the pillow. We only managed to pack the shower robe I had forgotten. YES! Do not look for bathrobes in the suite - they are not provided, but slippers like on railway trains with paper soles.
This is not the first 5-star hotel in which we rest. First on the list of the worst.
We must pay tribute to the receptionist, who tried in every possible way to smooth out the general disappointment of an unsuccessful first visit to the hotel. We've been wanting to relax in it for a long time. But sometimes it's better to leave dreams as dreams.

The territory is large, for the convenience of vacationers on the street and the beach there are elevators. The water park is located in the shade, hidden by pine trees. Food around the clock, imported alcohol. For convenience, you can have lunch on the beach and in the water park. For children there is a whole entertainment complex with animators, you can leave baby sitters under supervision for free. Pools on three levels, one pool is a quiet area.

It's just a fantastic place. We often travel to Turkey, in which hotels we have not been. But this is the place where we decided to return again. Firstly, there is a huge territory where party-goers will relax by the pools with animation, music, heat and those who want tranquility, greenery and coolness. The hotel is multi-level. Even if you are lame or legless, you can roll to the elevator :)) I mean, my husband doesn't like to walk, and we were afraid. But they were afraid in vain. Elevators will take you down to any level. On the lower level there is a gorgeous water park with slides for children and adults. We were especially pleased with the water slide with buns. It's beautiful. At the water park, you can fill up with ice cream and all kinds of food, including gozleme. In general, the water park is wonderful.
The food. I will say that I have not seen such a variety of fruits and seafood in any 5+ hotel. From fruits : strawberries, apples, plums, watermelons, melons, grapefruit, oranges, peaches, nectarine.
A sea of salads, meat, fish, squid, shrimp, mussels, octopus every evening. Of course, ice cream in a cone and packaging, various smoothies in the afternoon, and in the morning, freshly squeezed juice can be made from oranges yourself.
The staff speaks Russian perfectly. My daughter and I are allergic to the sun, I came over to ask about insurance. The guy at the reception said that if you need help, he will help you arrange everything.
The beach is not very big. But comfortable. There is an entrance from the shore, there is a pier. There is also a snack bar with drinks, food and ice cream. The walk to the sea from the villa with an elevator is about seven minutes. So don't be scared, everything is close.
Forty minutes on foot to the old town of Siedra mountain. You can visit. You can go to Alanya by bus number 1. Stop right under the hotel, go down a little.

The hotel is truly great for families with children and older people. For a quiet, pleasant pastime.
Every evening shows programs for children and adults. The teams are all at a professional level. The fire show and the soap bubble show delight everyone The piano in the hotel is something wonderful, you want to listen endlessly.
I visit this hotel for the second time with children.
Wonderful animators are young people "Pineapple" and "Potato" , children stick to them sincerely. Fun, laughter, classes, dancing everything is organized perfectly, there are always smiles on their faces, it is very very pleasing. Animator girls are not so smiling, unfortunately.
Excellent food, for every taste. The organization inside the restaurant is immediately visible, all employees act as a single organism. Everyone is very friendly, joking with children, it's very nice)
The territory is ennobled, beautifully trimmed trees. The sea is clean and warm.There are always free rods.
The only thing is, there was no foot towel in the room for a couple of days. Otherwise, everything is fine.
I always want to go back to where it's good for children, their smile, burning eyes and laughter can't be blocked by anything. My son already wants to go back and is waiting for a meeting with Pineapple and Potatoes))
We were here in October from 11 to 17, the air temperature was 30 - 41 , average 35
