I arrived 2 hours ago and I already want to go back. I've been there 8 times. I love it, it's love at first sight. The territory is green, well-groomed, plants, flowers are extraordinary, lawns are trimmed, watering, everything is thought out. The rooms are cleaned not for show, carefully, wet cleaning every day, clean towels, everything is replenished in the room in a timely manner, the staff is excellent, and everywhere. Entertainment program for every age and taste. Live music, dancing, shows - everything is at the level of the stunning beauty of the veranda. The most beautiful sunsets in the world can be seen from the hotel restaurant, it's worth coming to see this beauty. A variety of dishes, delicious cocktails, I can write and write. Any issue is solved by employees quickly, with a smile, special attention is paid to regular visitors. This hotel has become a part of our life, a place where we want to return

The best hotel we've been to in Turkey! In addition to the service, staff and ultra AI, the hotel has a gorgeous territory in the pines, hiking trails, gorgeous views, a bunch of pools, a spa, a beach, a bus around the territory.
We lived in villas, the rooms are a little tired, but it does not spoil the impression.

The hotel is just a cannon. We just arrived from it. We had a vacation with my wife and two children from May 8 to May 16, 2023. Beautiful views, the hotel is located on a mountain, from here there is just a super view of the sea and the city of Alanya.excellent rooms, the room was taken in pitchforks (there are also rooms in the main building) the area is very beautiful, there are a lot of greenery, pine trees, it smells very cool. The room was cleaned regularly and very efficiently, the bar was always replenished. The staff is very polite. Since the hotel is located on a mountain, you have to walk a lot, but this is not a problem at all, we walked with pleasure, enjoyed the beauty of the hotel. WiFi works perfectly, although the hotel's territory is large and catches almost everywhere, even at sea. Speaking of the sea, there is a great private beach, it has two bars, very convenient. The food is excellent, I liked everything, the food is delicious, (last year we were in another hotel, of course there was much more choice, but in the end it was not critical) I also really liked the animation, there is a children's room that takes place on a separate stage, they dance with children from 20.30 to 21.00, the children really liked dancing and they ran there every day with impatience, also after dancing 3 times a week there were small performances (approximately Monday, Wednesday, Friday), so we got to the soap bubble show, the magician and the clown janglers, liked all the shows very much, also on the main stage every day from 9 pm there were different shows and a disco from 23.30, there was also a small animation in the afternoon by the main pool. By the way, if I'm not mistaken, there are 4 pools here, there are plenty of places, sun beds are always easy to find free. The territory is large, people disperse everywhere and there is enough for everyone. There is a spa center with a sauna, steam room and a warm pool. There is also an aqua park, a very cool place, calm, I liked the lazy river along which you go down on cheesecakes. But their slides like 6 pieces were pumped up, I ran with the children to the very opening of 10.00, no one was there, the seams between the joints were not neatly missed, you do not scratch pleasantly when descending and the underpants are lifted up, you can tear)), it was enough to roll off them 2 times to understand why they are not those who do not ride, they are always almost empty, if people ride for a short time and they are more likely to arrive on the first day. Well, God forbid they fix it. Of the disadvantages of the hotel, the most important for us is the slides in the aqua park, you can't ride from them, unfortunately, you had to wait a decent time for warm water in the room to wash comfortably. Next, if you need purchases, souvenirs, the hotel is located very far from them, we took a regular bus to the center of Alanya, spent a decent amount of time, of course you can call a taxi, it will cost about $ 24 one way. We drove from the airport for 3 hours, and to the airport in general for 4 while we were collecting everyone, you can also order a separate transfer to the airport, at a cost of approximately 100-110 dollars. Further, it is not a minus, well, more precisely, as there were a lot of Russians in the hotel, about 95%, by the end of our vacation more and more foreigners appeared, if anyone needs a hotel without Russians, then you definitely are not here))). In general, the advantages are very huge and we will probably try to return to Utopia World. I recommend. There are a lot of reviews on YouTube, you can watch and see how beautiful it is there.

We had a rest from July 10th to 17th. We are delighted with the hotel! The views are amazing, the staff is friendly and always helpful, the food is delicious, there is a show every night, pools for every taste, as they say! It was a wonderful vacation! We had a family vacation for two weeks from the beginning of June. In short, the hotel is wonderful. Magnificent views from the mountain to the sea and the surrounding area, a large well-groomed area surrounded by greenery with many places for rest and relaxation, cozy houses, excellent food, wonderful sea. A hotel that you want to return to again. The only caveat is the long road from the airport and back, if possible, it is better to take an individual transfer. The hotel has a positive, friendly atmosphere, the staff is very helpful. I didn't want to leave at all.

We had a family vacation in June.Overall, the hotel is not bad.High-quality food, but monotonous, well-groomed territory.But the cost is clearly overstated.We arrived at the hotel at night, we could meet the guests after a long journey with a light snack and drinks🤷♀But no…And when leaving the hotel, even the suitcases were not taken from the villa to the main building.I called the reception several times and asked them to wait.We waited for 30 minutes, at which time a taxi was waiting for us.I had to drag the suitcases by myself.

The best hotel in the Antalya region. It's a long way from Alanya to get there - 170km- 3 hours. But it 's worth it. The hotel is on top of the mountain and surrounded by banana plantations and mountains, and the sea is under the mountain. The transfer to the sea is excellent, every 5 minutes they take people back and forth to the beach. I recommend.

I perfectly understand a hotel that is "interested" in the more, the better, but believe me - this is not a vacation.

My first trip to Turkey!
There was a desire to return there again and again! There's plenty of food! Meat for every taste: lamb, lamb, veal, beef, chicken. There are at least two types of fish. Seafood Day once a week. The beach is clean, alcohol for every taste in unlimited quantities. Children's playground, water park, tennis, volleyball. I will especially note the magnificent views of the sea. I was in Utopia in 11, only now I was offered to write a review :))))) Of course, the hotel is cool, but there is a disadvantage, it is very far from the airport. And if anyone doesn't like stairs, you're not here. Huge territory, at different levels. To walk, not to overdo it. Everything else is fine. Its own water park, a bunch of pools, a sea of pebbles, a pier. A good 5k.

The hotel is just great! We had a rest in July 2023. Beautiful scenic views! The food is varied, but it would be better if we added an assortment of seafood. Shrimp and mussels only on Fridays. The room was cleaned every day, and the mini-bar was replenished every day too. The downside is that the rooms are a bit old, they still need repairs. And so I advise everyone!

We chose according to price and reviews, we went to Alanya for the first time, we always treated this direction with a certain contempt, it was also far from the airport, for this reason we took an individual transfer. It took two and a half hours to get from the airport to the hotel, the minibus had reliable Internet, a TV with YouTube and upholstered chairs, we drove comfortably. The hotel is at the very end of the city, on a mountain, the views are simply heavenly, the sea, the coastal city, banana plantations on the neighboring mountains, the mountain itself is buried in mountain pines, cicadas with their noise only complement this unusual picture for a resident of the central strip. For the first couple of days, they did nothing but admire the beauty. The main building of the hotel is on the mountain, there are rooms and a lobby bar with delicious coffee and cocktails. On the slope of the villa, we lived there, the rooms are decent, everything is new and beautiful. There are no complaints about the staff, everything is clear, cleaning, maintenance, etc. In terms of food for four, everything is fine, delicious, quite diverse, but there was no such surprise and delight as from the appearance of the territory. There are only 5 pools in the hotel, if you count with the water park, so the location is not boring. The sea, the sea is normal, there were enough sunbeds, everything seems to be fine. As for the stairs, since this is a hole, there are a lot of stairs, there are elevators, there is a bus to the sea, we tried to walk everywhere, still after the buffet I want at least a little movement. It didn't bother us, if you are overweight and have health problems, it may be a little tedious somewhere, although again you can ride the elevator.
So as a result, I can safely recommend one of the most beautiful hotels (considering the location).

We had a rest with a company of 5 people from May 13 to May 20, 2023.I will not describe the amazing landscapes and territory, all reviews contain this information in full. I would like to mention the unobtrusive, friendly, fun work of a group of animators who created a festive atmosphere at the hotel, spectacular shows in the evening and night events at the Laguna Bar. I would like to praise the work of the kitchen staff and waiters for the cleanliness in the hall, a variety of delicious dishes. The hotel administration also deserves praise, 2 holidays fell during our vacation (mother's Day-flowers were presented to all women, congratulations to the children, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk Memorial Day, Youth and Sports Day in Turkey -was also accompanied by a stylized show). We were very satisfied with the rest, we are already planning our next trip to this hotel 😜

The beach is small, there is no beach service. In a 5* hotel, people carry their own sun beds. The entrance descents from the pier are very often closed. The sun is shining, the sea is calm, and the entrance to the water is closed, why? Probably too lazy to lower the ladder into the water.
The pools are closed at 6.30 pm, and people walk out of the water.
The SPA complex is included in the price, but very small. At 17, you can experience all the delights of the Moscow rush hour there... people in the sauna, steam room, are standing, there is nowhere to sit.
The water park is average, adults count all the pipe joints ...
In the evening there are not enough waiters, you have to wait a long time.
This hotel does not pull 5*, maximum 4*.

A gorgeous and fabulous place! There are small disadvantages, but this is a trifle and, I myself am not a whimsical person and rested alone.
In general, 100% take a transfer from the airport (but you can use the usual one, but it took me a very long time to get there, since the hotel is the latest, about 4 hours) or to the airport from the hotel.
I left my phone at the transfer. I thought they would not be returned, but I quickly called my guide, who was on the bus (by the way, take the numbers in such a case), contacted her, she immediately contacted the bus driver and thanks to Emrah (the guide at the hotel, a very intelligent and wonderful person, tells about all the pros and cons of the trip) , who returned I need a phone.
The territory of the hotel is huge and picturesque, lived in a villa, opposite the water park. The room is clean and cozy, the bed is changed every day and cleaned. There are cleaning buttons (do not disturb, clean up and some others, you press them and they glow on the street on an electronic scoreboard, if you press them unknowingly, they may not come to you, and you will be very angry, I only realized two days later why they did not come to me).
The kitchen is divine, a huge dining room and delicious food, a huge selection.
There are a lot of pools on site, one night is open until 3 a.m. The guards are very restrained and calmly reacts to everything and politely asks. (We turned on the pool speaker and danced.)
There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the elevator to the beach (you can take a quiet walk, there is a very short distance there). Of course, I'm too lazy to climb back up the hill.
The beach area is closed and has pleasant sand. The entry into the water is comfortable, there are beautiful piers with sun beds and two bars on the left and right sides of the beach. The extreme approach is on the right - it's a little rocky, but clear water and rocks (for a photo shoot, that's the thing)).
The hotel has a medical center. And if suddenly something serious happens, an ambulance arrives quickly and hospitalizes you (the first time is 10 dollars, the rest is all on insurance, but if you suddenly forget, then without any panic they will simply include it in the room bill and then pay at the reception).
There are two elevators and stairs between the villa and the hotel (I think it's not so convenient with children, although for me it's a plus after the buffet).
Every evening there were great concerts, shows, wonderful animations for children (but it seemed a little weak somehow, I saw better in other hotels).
There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel, but of course there are a lot of Russians.
The staff speaks Russian and English well. There are even workers from Russia))
A wonderful spa area, the presence of a chlorine-free pool, there was never anyone there, he always swam alone.
Many have already been there 2 or even 3 times. Honestly, next time I want to come back here))
