At the moment, the car was already being serviced by a third-party service, so this problem was discovered, the official would have hidden it from the owner. It was also found that there was insufficient oil level in the haldex clutch due to the dealer violating the maintenance regulations. The big question is what they pour into the engine and how they repair cars in general. By the way, they screw in the oil filter in Poland, which I do not recommend to anyone. As a result, the official dealer is worse than the garage service and no one can prove anything, they are legally savvy.THEY CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS. THEY DON'T SELL THE BEST SUBSTITUTE AT THE HIGHEST PRICES.

Unfortunately, in my person, Atlant-m has changed a loyal client to someone who will definitely not recommend the company to his entourage. At one time, he chose a holding company to buy a new car (VW Tiguan). I served only them (although it was significantly more expensive than in alternative places). As a result, warranty repairs were refused twice. The first time I let down the brakes and swallowed (I made a replacement in another place), the second time I wrote a written appeal. But in the end, they also refused, they offered a discount on the work, but even with a discount it turned out to be more expensive than the competitors -))
After that, the desire to deal with them and buy the next car disappeared.
In fairness, I note the head of the center, the person is quite adequate, but it is clear that the working conditions of the holding oblige to save as much as possible on warranty cases and refuse to repair customers.
But my experience of cooperation turned out to be unsuccessful. I don't want to repeat it. Good luck in business. The next car will definitely not be bought from them.
