The reception staff needs to study and learn. They can't communicate. The bathhouse is also not a fountain. The fitness room is quite adequate. Everything seems to be decent in the rooms, there is no complaint to the maids. The food is pretty acceptable.

The perfect location. Close to the Airport and to a good shopping mall.
The staff is polite and, most importantly, responsive. At the very least, due to the late departure, they offered to stay in the room without additional charges.
The breakfasts are good. The buffet. But you can ask to cook breakfast from under the knife.
Coworking - everything works well. No one will stand behind you.
The lobby is a great place for meetings.
My favorite place in Astana for this money.

Nice hotel near the airport. There are bicycles for guests, but they are all killed unfortunately. Delicious breakfasts, I really liked it. For some reason there was no "do not disturb" sign in the room, the maid knocked on the door at 9 a.m.

Everything is fine, the rooms are superrrr!!! They run away cleanly every day! The breakfasts are great! They are very attentive and polite upon check-in! But One Thing! When I wanted to eat in the evening, I sat at the table for 30 minutes waiting for the waiter and another 30 minutes waiting for my order, but I didn't wait for it because they forgot about me.

A good hotel, far from the center, but close to the airport. There is still a construction site and a wasteland around the hotel, but there is a cathedral mosque and a very good shopping center nearby. The guest house itself is new and it is felt in everything. Nice restaurant downstairs. The rooms are a little cramped, but why do more.... If I'm in Astana again, I'll stay in it.
