The hotel and rooms are good, but the location.... Everything is dug up, solid construction. The store is only accessible by taxi. I think there are better-located hotels in the city.

Nice hotel near the airport. There are bicycles for guests, but they are all killed unfortunately. Delicious breakfasts, I really liked it. For some reason there was no "do not disturb" sign in the room, the maid knocked on the door at 9 a.m.

It's not the first time we've been here. The rooms are not large, but quite cozy and the linen is not cheap, generally on the level.

Upon check - in , they were quickly and pleasantly decorated later , even the battery was brought to the mouse after 10 minutes.
Yes, the price is not small for us, but it's not a pity for such a Hotel.

Everything is fine, the rooms are superrrr!!! They run away cleanly every day! The breakfasts are great! They are very attentive and polite upon check-in! But One Thing! When I wanted to eat in the evening, I sat at the table for 30 minutes waiting for the waiter and another 30 minutes waiting for my order, but I didn't wait for it because they forgot about me.

I liked the hotel very much, good rooms, comfortable bed, excellent cuisine in the restaurant. Breakfast for 4, not quite varied. Conveniently located, near the mega, Expo center.
The only drawback is that the restaurant has a long service at dinner, but I hope this is an exception.

I came to the capital for work. The hotel was pleasantly surprised. The service is at a high level. breakfast on weekdays at 6:30. The staff is polite. Clean is not the right word- perfectly clean! The food is very tasty. Everything is fine. I recommend.

A good hotel, far from the center, but close to the airport. There is still a construction site and a wasteland around the hotel, but there is a cathedral mosque and a very good shopping center nearby. The guest house itself is new and it is felt in everything. Nice restaurant downstairs. The rooms are a little cramped, but why do more.... If I'm in Astana again, I'll stay in it.
