A great, new, modern hotel! I always stay there if I am in transit in Astana. The airport is 15 minutes away, the shopping center is 20 minutes on foot.

Excellent service, amazing breakfasts, and the cuisine as a whole is beyond praise.
The rooms are clean, modern appliances. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel without problems.
Pillows... They're magical.

A good breakfast, an excellent room with a large bed and cool linen, bicycles are rented for free using the room key, you can drive to the nearest shopping center, 1.5-2 kilometers away, there is a sberbank ATM in the lobby. it stands on the outskirts, we got from the city by taxi. 4 stars for the location - far from the center

The business card is the slamming of doors on the floor. For some reason, rigid door closers are installed on the entrance doors to the rooms. They close the doors with a loud bang. And if the floor is completely occupied, then falling asleep is a whole problem.

It's beautiful inside, and the service is good. Although I'm not a sophisticated customer.. I like everything.
In April 2019, there was a problem with cold water on the top floor, it seems to be the 6th.. -- it looks like maybe the ball valves "stagnated" I turned it myself-it got better, but this is inaccurate))
I really liked the breakfast! a large and delicious selection! Even a sophisticated fellow traveler liked it very much) I hang for an hour and a half)))
Everything in the rooms is civilly beautiful - a new hotel..
I've been there a couple of times, and I still want to))
Carry out a normal revision of the water supply in the agricultural units (10 min minimum ..) and Maintain excellent nutrition , variety..
And so -like, thumb)) I can advise everyone.
