This is the best hotel in Borovoye!!! We vacationed there with our family in August 2024. Everything is at the highest level, without exaggeration! Good location, everything you need is within walking distance! Very attentive and courteous staff! Excellent and comfortable rooms with excellent sound insulation, daily cleaning and replenishment of water, coffee, tea, etc. A huge enclosed area with a large swimming pool, playgrounds, benches for relaxation, landscaping and lighting of the entire territory in the evening! This hotel has 4 restaurants, with very tasty and varied cuisine with gorgeous views of the lake and mountains! Breakfast is included in the price (breakfast at this hotel is just a bomb)! Such a variety of different goodies, just a feast for the belly:-) Photos are attached!!! Gym, indoor pool with hammam, Finnish sauna, Russian bath and contrast shower! A huge SPA area with various services! For those who like to sing, there is a great karaoke bar! In general, the rest was 110% complete, the whole family is absolutely delighted! I definitely RECOMMEND IT!!!

A wonderful hotel in a chic location with its own park area and beach. The service is at the highest level. Daily replacement of towels, bathrobes and slippers. Tea and coffee in the room. A compliment from the hotel on the day of arrival. The pools and SPA area are beyond praise. Breakfast is like in the best hotels in the world. Everything is fresh and very tasty, even light rains did not interfere with the rest, because you could spend time without leaving the hotel (massages, baths, etc.) Excellent leisure activities - excursions and even fishing. Come to Burabai, you will be satisfied. I recommend it to everyone.

This is the best hotel in this resort area! Service for 5+. The rooms have bathrobes, slippers, and hygiene products. We lived on the top floor - a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains.
Excellent spa, included in the room rate (towels, slippers can be taken directly in the recreation area).
The hotel has a children's room with animation (admission is free).
There are no questions about the restaurant, everything is very tasty.
The territory is beautiful and well maintained, there is a private beach.
There was a birthday boy in our company, on our birthday, at breakfast, they brought us a cake (check with the administration if there is a compliment in the hotel on the occasion of others, I always do that).
There is a museum, a zoo within walking distance, and it is possible to rent bicycles.
I liked the hotel, I definitely recommend it!

The hotel is very nice. It fully corresponds to the stated data... the breakfasts are magical thanks to the chefs. The location is great. The pool and spa are all super. A good hotel - friendly staff, a comfortable small room, a beautiful outdoor pool and inside too, in the restaurant on the 2nd floor there are delicious dishes on the menu, free breakfasts are varied and delicious! We were pleased to have access to a park with a playground, a sports area (a walking park and exercise equipment). There is also a good access to the beach with a beautiful view.

Excellent breakfasts, a lobby bar and a good restaurant. The service and staff are a solid four stars. The territory is not large, but it is well designed and well maintained. Of all the Windham network, this one was the most disliked. As they say, everything lies in the little things.
The first is a telephone consultation, the staff are unfriendly, they just throw a link to the site and then ignore it.
The second room where we were accommodated was poorly vacuumed, there were crumbs from previous visitors on the carpet.
The third is the condition of the room and the shower. The carpet is already faded, there is a general feeling of fatigue. It's the same in the shower. Everything is tired, somewhere there is no piece of tile, somewhere there is no marking on the faucet, etc. Everything would be fine, but the room costs 100 + thousand tenge in the season, when we rested it was 65 thousand tenge, despite the fact that the shower gel and shampoo that were poured into the container were the cheapest, as if from a traffic light store, the smell is disgusting. I have never seen this in hotels of this level.
All due to the lack of competition, they can afford to work this way.
I would not choose this hotel anymore, but in Borovoye, in fact, there is no alternative.

This is certainly an enchanting, expensive hotel! Our Great patient people, the camp of contrasts. Where for a trip to such a hotel, you can leave for a couple of days of rest, the amount that can be spent for a week-long trip to Turkey! And the funny thing is that if you pay more than 100,000 per day, you may have to pay for everything that is on a separate beach belonging to this hotel! The hotel is not worth the money. The rooms are tired, the carpet is all worn out. Cleaning is poorly done. When we checked in, there were crumbs on the floor in our room. To put it mildly, the game is already battered. There are no elements on the bizboards, besides it is small. Nice spa complex and breakfast. By the way, we were not the only ones complaining, at the entrance after us a couple more visitors were unhappy.
