Our train station is worse than in small towns. Firstly, there are very few seats, and secondly, there is no place to charge the phone. This is generally not expected in the 21st century, and even more so in Vitebsk. And it's also tinny, how cold it is. And I don't know for sure, but there doesn't seem to be a mini-hotel like in Pinsk, for example. There is a small train station in Pinsk, but everything is there and much more convenient.
