Our train station has become beautiful , but there is a very important flaw . On the stairs, how to climb to the tracks , there is a lift for suitcases . You arrive by train , and from the side of the tracks you approach the stairs , but there is no way to put luggage on wheels and have to drag a heavy suitcase up the stairs . It 's just beyond words ((It was enough only at the entrance .I've been everywhere in many cities, there's a luggage ladder everywhere.This is such a terrible flaw!!!

The staff is wonderful, the location is wonderful. The only thing is that the platforms (during repair) could be raised to the level of the footboard of the car.
