The service is very convenient. Check-in and baggage check-in were quick. Customs for Tax-free takes a lot of time, because people go with suitcases, which are also checked in there. And the Tax-free procedure itself is very fast. The waiting rooms are not very good.
A decent European-level airport. Two buildings: one modern and the other less comfortable, but the service is clear and courteous. The airport fulfills its purpose.
This is a divine place. I try to take a transfer at this airport if necessary. Any waiting time there flies by instantly.

It's a good airport. You go through all the registration stages very quickly. It is convenient to make a bank for issuing money for Tax free. The issue is in the departure area, when everything has already passed and there is no need to rush anywhere. Great bar: beer, sausages... Farewell greetings:)))
There is a problem with the check (border guards customs) on boarding. Red tape , few windows for maintenance, employees are not in a hurry, they have arranged some kind of preferential queue...
A powerful hub for transfers to different parts of Europe. Convenient navigation is not even for a native German speaker, it is convenient to get to the city.
a convenient and understandable airport. The choice in dutifrey is not very large, the prices are quite high. Some things are cheaper to buy in a regular store in Germany
Convenient navigation, there are more shops in Terminal 2 than in terminal 1 (Aeroflot flights), but everything you need is there. A clean and pleasant airport.
The airport is not new, the inspection is antediluvian, there are usually 4 windows open at passport control - control takes a long time. The only plus is a large rental parking lot, it is easy to rent a car and just as easy to return it later.
The airport is very conveniently located. It is easily accessible by public transport. And there is even a brewery inside the airport! And the edeka store, which is very convenient.
The airport is not modern. We hardly found the Aeroflot check-in desks. There is 1 cafe in the departure area before boarding the plane. To buy something there, you need to stand in a rather long queue.
The restaurant on the second floor in the departure area is especially good. But we must not forget that it is not so easy to get by the Norodskaya train
Everything is as usual at small airports: convenient access, free seats, a couple of duties and huge queues at taxi companies and large ones for passport control: it is understandable that two border guards work.
Nothing unusual was found at this airport. Just be prepared to answer the question correctly when passing through border control. If your goal is a business trip, you need to confirm it with the appropriate visa.
The passport control process is very long. There were three booths at the entrance, two of which were "dedicated" to EU citizens, one to the rest.
There are also three booths at the exit. Only this time two for the rest of the citizens.
The airport itself is very stuffy, without proper ventilation and air conditioning.
In some halls there are comfortable chairs, you can relax well in a reclining position. One of the disadvantages: when transferring to another flight, I had to stand in line because only one checkpoint was working.
Very often you have to use this airport, namely its 1st terminal. The arrival is very poorly organized. There are always long queues at passport control. Baggage collection is not organized very well. Luggage from three flights can be assigned to one tape and a gigantic traffic jam of suitcases, etc. is formed.
Departure - almost everything is fine. Especially if you are flying an S7. The organization of taiozhni is excellent now in terms of taxfree and further compensation. There is always a queue at passport control, but there is a fast track. Preflight inspection is one of the most meticulous, but fast. After it, you immediately enter the dutifrey zone. There are literally a couple of shops: souvenirs, groceries, cosmetics and cafes with reasonable prices. There is a watch/jewelry. There is a smoking room. The waiting areas are quite comfortable. Some of them have a 220V outlet.
Much better than Frankfurt airport, quickly and calmly passed the check-in and checks. Terminal 1 is not very large, but there are enough shops, albeit with a small selection.
Everything has been done to orient the foreign guest. Extremely helpful staff, lots of pointers, everyone is ready to help. And, of course, perfect cleanliness.
Pros: clean toilets, cons - queues at passport control, only one window worked, the boarding gate was in the back, as a result, we languished for a long time on the bus, lost a lot of time. Apparently the Germans "love us very much"
Everything is convenient. The airport can be reached by all means of transport. There is a smoking room in the waiting room. The cafe is cheaper than in Domodedovo.
It's annoying!
Information stands are not immediately available.
Passport control is very slow - you can stand in line for 2 hours.
Customs officers are rude.
When applying for tax free, you need to show things, so we pack them in a separate bag and present them.
So we arrive at the airport in 3 hours, immediately take up all the queues-for registration, passport control and money refund.
It's a good airport. there are many shops and several cafes, many pubs)

Big, modern. I was pleased with the system: everything can be arranged and printed independently on vending machines, although there may also be a queue there. There are separate queues and booths with customs officers for those who are late. Convenient))
Passport control is a horror. 2 windows, stood for 2 hours. There were 5 minutes left before departure and the Russians went to break through the 2nd window for the European Union, because there is only one window for everyone else. We broke through, and in Domodedovo, although the toilets are not so clean, but at the customs there are 5 windows, plus customs officers think faster.
I fly every year, there are only 3 passport control desks. The Germans are generally slow, in no hurry. You can stand at passport control for 2 hours or even more. There are no air conditioners, or they don't work, even in summer, when it's decently over 30C outside.
A huge plus is good wi-fi.
due to the fact that it is constantly being built and expanded, there is no integrity in the layout. sometimes the logic when passing through passport control is not clear, why send to another part of the terminal?? When flying in parallel with the Emirates, there are queues at Taksfree.
The slowest and most picky customs officers are here. If you need a dutik, go TO passport control, because then you will sit behind the glass and look out the window if you find a place to sit.
