Overall, not a bad airport. But:
1. strange passport control (as if it is not designed for a large flow of tourists from outside the European Union).
2. Navigation at the exit from the airport (to the trains) leaves much to be desired. It's confusing. I have to ask people.
The airport is like an airport... That's just "pickled" for almost an hour and a half in the arrival area - it took so long for the passengers of our only flight to pass. Of the 4 points of passage, 2 worked, and then 1 at all.... Then they took pity and a couple of employees came and things went more cheerfully.

A wonderful airport. Easy navigation. Do not forget - planes leave for Russia from Thermal 1. But as it turned out, they fly to Domodedovo from terminal 2. It costs 75 euros to get by taxi to the center of Munich. The bus costs 12.
It's a good airport. But be careful! Always queue for passport control at departure, plan for a minimum of 1 hour, preferably 1.5. taxi return in terminal 1 sector B. After passport Control. Do not forget to put a stamp at customs before passport control.
My love has been in the opposite direction since the first flight...rooms for smokers in the form of a cloud, chairs, tables, ashtrays, normal hoods, sockets, a spacious and understandable airport, everything is clear, clean, shiny, human restrooms, comfortable waiting areas, overall delight!!! I would like to return as soon as possible)
There are long queues for passport control on arrival from Moscow by Aeroflot. There is a very modest dutik on departure by Aeroflot, but a very cool business lounge
In general, it is convenient. It took a long time to pass through passport control and did not immediately find the descent to the train, the beggars of the not yet burned-out travel cards are still very annoying.Tickets are not cheap: 1 metro ride costs an average of 4 euros, a day trip for a group of up to 5 people is 24 euros.
In terminal 1, from where Aeroflot departs, there is only one border guard at passport control for Non-EU citizens, we stood in line for about an hour, we thought we would not catch the flight, but the second border guard came and somehow managed to
A medium-sized airport. A large airport, a large hub, because of this there are problems with distribution. The airport is quite old, there are questions, in general - OK.
An excellent airport, everything you need is at hand, a separate terminal for the local Lufthansa airline, to which unmanned shuttles run every 2 minutes
There is practically nothing to do. It is a large airport and, as a result, it takes a very long time to get to the exits. There are convenient waiting areas where you can actually lie down and relax or even sleep (if there is an overnight transfer). Of the disadvantages, there are not many food outlets: small sandwiches are not very tasty, and the queues are long.
During mass events at the airport, there was a traffic jam of people passing through the control, we stood for an hour. Then they ran to the flight and asked to let us pass, because otherwise they would not have boarded the plane. I recommend coming in advance, especially for those who will be leaving Oktoberfest in a month :) and the airport itself is clean, decent, I liked it.
The airport is huge. There is a supermarket on the semi-underground floor where prices are lower than in dutifry. Although it's so well hidden that I wouldn't have found it a second time.
Great airport, I liked everything. You can eat, sleep and charge your phone, what else does a person who has been waiting for a flight for a long time need)
A very inconvenient airport! It's just amazing how it is. There are huge queues of sentries for arrival and departure. There are only 2 cafes in the departure area and there are also wild queues. The work here is extremely inefficient. And all the passengers are surprised by this
a surprisingly small but very convenient airport
would add more officers at passport control - in general, it would be ideal
and there are smoking rooms ;)

It was only at this airport that I was given a negative stamp on the tax-free receipt due to the fact that I had already checked in my luggage, and therefore could not present it. I know it's my own fault. This is where the strictest customs officers are, perhaps, in the whole of Germany. I have never encountered this before at any airport in Europe. S7 Airline, here, charged me 50 € for overweight luggage of 5 kg, although previously they even took hand luggage to the luggage compartment in Tegel for free.
A greedy airport. The most modest breakfast at 06:30 - 35€. The tax-free counter is closed until 06:30. She is the only one at 2 terminals!!!
The airport is really huge! It is not very convenient to go to another terminal by train to pick up your luggage. I won't fly through them anymore! I wanted to save money, tickets were more expensive from Innsbruck, but in the end it also turned out to be a lot of problems and hassle from Munich. Only a taxi from the center of Munich to terminal B cost 80€ :)
The airport is like a whole city. Lots of fun and goodies. However, it is difficult to figure out the place where Uber arrives. And a local taxi is twice as expensive. But there is very convenient transport, there is a train directly to the city center!
The airport is comfortable. A person who does not know German will not get confused. The pointers are clear. But the screening of departing passengers and passport control is poorly thought out. There are very long queues.
The airport is large, but confusing in terms of movement-while we found the right terminal, we ran into it. It is also necessary to prepare the goods in advance so that they can be shown safely-otherwise you will not receive a refund later. there are 2 cafes there to eat properly - the prices are average
I had to stand at passport control on arrival for a very long time (experience of three trips, in one of them - well, for a very long time). Sometimes it's hard to catch wifi. Otherwise, a good ordinary, relatively small European airport.
The queue for passport control is endless (we arrived as expected, but we still ran headlong to the boarding gate, we did not have time to visit dutifrey and tuxfrey!
WE WERE FLYING OUT OF THE NEW TERMINAL L. The infrastructure does not correspond to passenger traffic. Single vending machines, almost no restaurants, cafes. Lots of toilets. Modest, minimalistic interiors. There is NOTHING for the soul! If they didn't know we were in Munich. Then you might think that we are in Rostov-on-Don....
I didn't like only the long queue of Russian tourists and the detailed interrogation at passport control. We lost 1.5 hours. But this is always the case in Germany.
We arrived on Saturday morning, stood in line for 2 hours to go through passport control. EU citizens pass without waiting in line, but everyone else is standing. In general, this attitude towards Russians is very noticeable, and although we were born in peacetime, we enter German soil with the words "we didn't beat you enough at 45!"
By the way, endless queues also flew away.
The organization of processes as a whole is good. It takes a very long time to pass through passport control! Both ways. Keep this in mind when planning your trip. There are few points, and the control is one of the toughest in Europe.
When flying to Russia, there are only 2 windows at passport control, because of this, I advise you to come with a margin of time

The airport is convenient in all respects: not gigantic and not crowded, convenient navigation, good connection to public transport, good business lounge
A very inconvenient airport! HUGE queues for control! You need to arrive with a margin in order to stand in line for at least 1.5 hours.
There are only vending machines with water in the waiting area.
