I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Aquamarine Hotel, especially to the cook and everyone who provides breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This hotel just saved our vacation, considering that we didn't even live in it! But they just came to eat.
We just didn't get enough places in it and, alas, we settled in another hotel nearby.
The situation with food in Abkhazia is not very good, it is difficult to find simple European cuisine without getting poisoned, I'm not talking about any delights. Those who come from St. Petersburg and Moscow get a cultural shock, because there are no restaurants at least of a normal level here.
We were just happy when we found Aquamarine!
For all 5 days, the kitchen was very decent and fresh. It was always possible to find healthy food! Without tons of oil, fat, spices, etc. At the same time, the dishes are very tasty (steamed trout is a masterpiece).
There have always been fresh vegetables and fruits that you can safely eat without fear of poisoning.
And what is very important - normal, not loud music and a stylish interior.
Also, special thanks to the staff! Very friendly, always smiling, table cleaning is lightning fast! The hotel manager comes to get acquainted, they are interested in whether everything is fine. The service is on the level!
We came here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
One of the few places where you can pay with a card)
The hotel is modern, new, and quite calm, considering that it is family-run and has many children.

This is some kind of paradise
When you go to the hotel, it doesn't become very fun, because there is a construction site and broken roads around, BUT when you enter the territory you get into another world! Everything is very beautiful, spacious and for people! I recommend it, but not for a long time, because even such beauty can get boring

We rested at the hotel in early May 2022 and to be honest, we were not deceived in our expectations..... clean rooms, decent furniture, linen and towels are not washed (my personal thing in any hotel).Very friendly and courteous staff, special respect to Elvira, a lot of patience, tact and positivity. Delicious homemade food (as a catering worker, this detail is very pleasant to me)The territory is well maintained, the pool was cleaned every day. Convenient location. We plan to come back next year

Instead of a good review, I had to leave a bad one. I had to move to another room for 1 day of rest. Super administrator Olesya said to pack their bags at 12:00, leave them at the reception, and at 14:00 they will give another room, which is 2 doors from the current room. In response to repeated requests 1-2 days in advance to clarify the check-out time with another room and check-in time with those who come to our room, she said that this was not her task, she refused even to inform the booking department. "Great job Olesya"!
This is your direct job, to make everyone comfortable! And do everything in your power! And it does not apply to work formally! Yes, this is a non-standard situation, so it should be solved in a non-standard way, and not refuse an existing client.
Please draw the management's attention to this situation and do not do this anymore.
As a result, we had to find out from the maids when we could move things to another room. But thanks a lot to the maids, they helped move things not at 14-00, but at 10-00. The question is, why then Olesya is needed as an employee, since she did not even want to resolve the situation.
Thank you, but we're not going to visit you anymore.

A great place for the whole family. A big bonus is the children's playroom. You can inform the hotel in advance that you need a babysitter, we did not do this because we did not know about this option. Heated swimming pool, we swam under the snow in December with a 3-year-old child.

A delightful place! It was so cozy and comfortable that I didn't even want to leave it! We lived with our family for a week, the heated evening pool is just a fairy tale!
I don't know about alcohol, I haven't drunk, but the cuisine is very tasty and satisfying. There is a playground in good condition. And you don't have to pay for your entrance to the sea with sun beds.

The hotel fully complies with the stated requirements. Friendly staff, instant feedback from the administration. New rooms, cleanliness in the rooms and throughout the hotel. In the restaurant, the cuisine corresponds to the level of the hotel, this applies to the buffet and the customized menu. The location on the 1st coastline makes the hotel even more attractive for living. The presence of a warm pool creates favorable conditions for relaxing in Aquamarine in any weather (March was rainy and cold). I highly recommend this hotel for vacationers with children, but adults will also have something to do. After all, the hotel has entertainment programs for any age group every day and this is another option when choosing a place to stay in Abkhazia!

As a hotel, everything is fine. The room is great. In the evening, you can hear toot toot from the next bar, but not critically. The food is so-so. It will do for breakfast, but it's better to have lunch and dinner in restaurants.

The hotel is clean. The food is delicious. There are slippers and bathrobes. The plumbing is fine. The staff is adequate.
But there is a swamp around the hotel and frogs are screaming all night. Believe me, it's not that much fun, it's impossible to sleep.
And in general, the hotel has poor sound insulation, you can hear not only the next room, but also the next one.
And the road from the hotel to the city is a broken dumpster in puddles filled with garbage. A walk into the city is not very good. As in Abkhazia as a whole, there is devastation around. Finding a spa massage in the city is a huge challenge.

I really liked it. If we consider that tourism is developing poorly in Abkhazia so far, there are few modern hotels, then we were not mistaken in choosing this one. I liked everything, there were no comments. Taking into account the annoying epidemiological situation (rotavirus and similar intestinal infections), the staff does everything possible to protect vacationers: bactericidal lamps for room treatment , bottles of water in the rooms, frequent wet cleaning of premises. Private beach, beach bar. Meals with a sufficient assortment. Worthy. Well done.

We were in a cafe. We have been waiting for our order for a very long time. We 've already drunk all the lemonade . My husband was brought a cheburek, he had already eaten and my fish steak was waiting for another 30 minutes. But they did serve it to me. It cost 550 rubles. And it looks like a sooooo thin slice of fish, not a steak. Just a fish pancake. I don't recommend it.

Near the market and all kinds of cafes, restaurants (400 m.). The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would go there with detem again. The room was on the 5th floor. with a view of the mountains.

A very nice hotel. But the first days of rest, the table was varied, with a large number of dishes. The manager does not respond in any way to any recommendations from the guests. In and around the pool, many guests used glassware, which was regularly beaten, and this is unpleasant. The hotel has a lot to develop, they are trying and it shows. For my son's birthday, the hotel presented a small original cake. In general, we were satisfied with the rest.
